An entire office of angels. Truly the sweetest staff you’ll ever meet. From setting up the appointment to your entire care there the experience is one of complete care and kindness. The new office is amazing as well. So spacious and perfect!

I just wanted to come up here and write a Review, I usually don’t do this but the staff members at the front desk the doctor ultrasound technician you pick the person from the office. They’re all amazing extremely sweet extremely helpful. I had horrible experience with a different place and I am so happy. I found Dr. Lori Bonafede amazing person finally, I found a Doctor Who. Listen to my problem. I was suffering for seven years and she is helping me out slowly getting the test done overall everyone is extremely amazing and I just wanted to share here to say I highly recommend the office is extremely helpful, extremely sweet, very kind amazing doctor. I am grateful I found them highly recommend.

I’ve been to a few gynecologist offices in my lifetime. I have been with these guys for about six years now I’d say they are second to none. I cannot express enough gratitude through my pregnancy. The way Susan and her staff were there for me and then I’ve recently met MIA, she has such an amazing bedside manner. I don’t care if I found out I had a giant gorilla growing out of my butt. And then make me feel as though it’s normal to have gorillas growing out of your butt hole God that wasn’t my concern. It was nothing major, but as a woman who had three children in her lifetime and any other mother out there that had vaginal birth, you know that things are not the same, So you have to feel completely unjudged and unbiased and comfortable as can be with your Gynecologist and Mia hands-down gives me that completely unjudgmental comfort the rest of the crew as well especially the secretaries. I find a lot of time that the front desk staff of places are so tough and rude and just not kind and the truth. Is there every single one of them at the front are kind and concerned and compassionate, thank you for your patience and the way you treated me all these years if you’re looking for a great Gynecologist office MFHS hands-down is the best place

Kristen is amazing, Morgan at the front desk can deal with absolutely anybody from any walk of life because she is amazing with me and never makes me feel less than in any way!!! I love them!!! No matter whether its addiction, life, or mental health, they have come through at every hurdle for me!

I loved this place so much when it was on Madison. The new location on S Washington is it nicer and bigger but those ladies in the WIC department are RUDEEEE! Like why would they tell me I need to bring my kids and then fuss about my kid eating or touching anything and try to tell me I couldn’t bring my kid in the back. Telling me the location is brand new so they don’t want the kids touching anything, then forced me to throw my son snack away because again it was a new location and they didn’t want my kid to dirty it. Do not make a location kid friendly and then complain about the kids. Or better yet get rid of those workers that are not professional. I am so upset with my experience here.

Ive been going here for years! I love this place and the staff! Theyve always taken care of me and made sure that I was communicated to and felt safe. Thank you so much for having a safe space for women in Scranton PA!

The new place is beautiful, larger than you expect with many other services now offered that werent offered before. Great job on the new location! Very pleasant experience as always staff was great!

Been going here for years.I love my doctor Susan.Denise is great.Staff are really nice.There are rare times that there can be a little wait but theyre great with Covid safety. I love this clinic!

I just want to know if I can get an abortion here

I have been pregnant 6 times and had 3 miscarrages 2 older children and I have one on the way. In high risk and I have alot of complications and questions that the doctors and nurses do their best to try an answer every question or concern that I have when it comes to my health or the health of my baby. The staff take me seriously there. Everyone is so caring and respectful they really do their best to try to find out the reasons for my complications. They have ran tests that other doctors refused to run. They go above an beyond for their patients here they really try to make your experience a good one. Even the receptionists are nice an caring always asking how iam doing an how do I feel. Its a really great atmosphere. I would recommend this office to anyone.

No matter what time a day what day of the week you will usually wait ATLEAST 20min past your appointment time . Not to mention once you get called back you’re waiting in the room for an additional 15-20 minutes till the doctor comes in . Last time I was in there was a girl with a 6 month old waiting AN HOUR AND A HALF after her appointment time. And the time before that another girl an HOUR past. I don’t do that if it’s more than 45minutes past the appointment time I ask to reschedule but if you don’t have transportation I understand it’s hard to do that and that’s unfortunate ... don’t get me wrong the doctor is a peach but common that’s a little much .

I attended an appointment at the WIC office located in this building, they were so kind and provided a great service

I started with them when i found out I was exspecting my 1st child 3 years ago. They were so sweet and understanding. No judgement. I had a hard time quiting smoking and they made me feel like they understood how hard it was and never judged how long it took. They offer a range of programs from WIC and at home nurses that help 1st time moms in the same building. Anyone who has ever had multiple experiences with bad health care facilities and doctors or nurses will know how valuable finding such a compassionate group of healthcare professionals!!

Nursing staff is wonderful. Sometimes you are there a bit longer than anticipated . they are very helpful and listen to your concerns.

My only complaint about mfhs Is its difficult to get through by phone but I do realize they are a very busy place. The staff here is very friendly and helpful.
