Not to long ago I was struggling with head congestion the whole thing. And let me just say that the ease of Go Health is incredible. I honestly believe Go Health Surpasses City MD without a doubt. They truly care. I was so pleased the way I was treated and are a different group of doctors. I was nervous up set and could not breathe They made the whole process thorough, heartfelt and quick. Getting sick should not be such a issue and these guys are amazing. Thank you Go Health

Friendly, attentive staff that completed the necessary testing for proper diagnosis, testing, and peace of mind. Made appointment, but time between arrival and provider seeing me, as well as radiology was done in under 30 minutes. Everyone was helpful and medication was sent to pharmacy immediately. Will return if ever in need again! Thank you!

Good care!!!…. accurate, quick and gave me relief for my COVID symptoms. Took follow up calls and called in additional meds for comfort during the height of my symptoms. La Toya was great and so was the fellow who prescribed the cough syrup the day after my diagnosis.

Everyone was sharp. They knew exactly what was needed. Professional group. From receptionist to intake to physician. I felt like the people at Northwell go health were capable and caring. Great work!

I went in for a visit for a cough I had for two weeks with multiple symptoms. The nurse was so nice and took the time to hear me out as far as what I was experiencing. The PA comes in, not to mention the whole team was discussing a patient right outside my door and I could hear everything. Due to that PA took her sweet time to come in and asked couple of questions, checked my lungs and sent me on my merry way. Probably spent 5 minutes. She prescribed me a medicine that is for dry cough only meanwhile I’m coughing up phlegm. Just curious to know, what is the standard practice when it comes to someone who is experiencing cough with multiple symptoms? Do the doctors not ask questions and just come in the room with whatever information the nurse gives them? I know I should have spoken up and advocated for myself but this is worrisome if she practices this way with all her patients. I do not think I will be returning.not to mention, I had made an apportionment ahead of time got a confirmation text but when I went there, did not see my name so I had to check in as a “walk in” and wasted my time filling out all the info all over again. just by reading the reviews looks like I am not the only one who had a negative experience with the PA and yes her name is Latoya, just to put it out there.

I had a terrible experience. they don’t care about the patients just want your $ Felt terrible was told I had a pneumonia. PA no doctors here. She told me she would send a cough syrup and antibiotics to the pharmacy never sent the cough medicine. I called the next day at 8 am. The person they gave answering the phone you can barely understand him due to heavy accent and broken english told me he was not a md and i could leave a message for a PA to call me back .. NEVER CALLED all day. winded up having to make another appointment with another doctor who told me i don’t even have a pneumonia. and my xray doesn’t even say that. My Family have been going there for years. We will never go there again

I really like the Go health NY in Smithtown. Ive been there twice so far. Everyone is so nice to you and they welcome you always with a smile They care about you and theyre treating you with respect and theyre not fake like other Urgent Care Clinics . All the nurses the doctors even the front desk people are amazing. I always recommend them to all my family and friends

Quick simple easy for the most part. I have been here a few times. By now I feel I shouldn’t need to take photos of my insurance cards unless, of course they changed.

Excellent staffing and appropriate wait time! Everyone from Perry at the front desk, to Katarina who took my vitals and took specimen and to Michelle were all professional and caring! Michelle made sure she took care of all of my symptoms and reassured me by answering all of my questions.

Friendly staff . I checked in on line and was seen on time . Very clean , the Doctor who examined me was caring and professional. Very easy to schedule an appointment online . I have a Primary care Doc but go here for colds etc .

Serious waste of time. Zero stars. The girlAt the front desk was extremely rude. I came in and asked her if my info went through and she told me to sit down. Then called me up after a bit and I asked her listen I just want to make sure my insurance is covered and she said yes. Ok great. An hour goes by. I asked her do you know when I will be called in, she said “well like I told the lady infront of you I don’t know, we are backed up” I said that lady ahead of me is a call in, how is she ahead of me when I have an appointment and she goes there’s someone else infront of you (not what the screen shows but ok) then I said ok, general idea, when do you expect that I will be called, she goes I don’t know.Really? You have one provider and you are backed up and have no idea about a general time when someone is expected toBe called in.This was my second experience here. First one sucked too. I brought my mom in (in a wheelchair mind you) the guy at the front desk sat there and watched me struggle with my mom and try to open the door which isn’t automatic. Sat there, with an attitude. Had an attitude throughout. The “provider”We saw was also rude, she said why did you come here for an x-ray when you should have gone to your orthopedic? Uh, because it’s an emergency and the ortho is not Available right away?Seems like this place of full of nasty peopleWho hate their jobs. Will never set foot there again.

This place is good overall, but today my Crohns acted up and had an urgency. I went in to use the bathroom and was going to make an appointment after I was able to focus and the receptionist wouldnt let me use it.. i had to run to a sushi place to order food and use the bathroom. what is the point of having an emergency place if you cant access it. Horrible receptionist. You need a receptionist that is competent and experienced.

The best experience I have ever had they were caring knowledgeable, and my mom went to five or six places no one could find out what was wrong they knew right away they were very professional and made my mom feel comfortable. I would highly recommend this place.

I had traveled out-of-state to New York on short notice regarding a death in my family and to attend the funeral. I had not been feeling well before my trip and felt worse a few days after I arrived so I researched urgent care locations where I was staying with family. I had no problem scheduling an appointment at Northwell-Health Go Urgent Care in Smithtown and was greeted by a pleasant man at the reception desk who took my information. I didn’t have to wait long before I was called to the exam room by a very nice medical assistant who took further information about my health condition and medical history. Shortly after that I was seen by Michele Moreno, P.A. who listened to me explain to her about my symptoms. She was patient in answering my questions and was knowledgeable about my health condition. I was prescribed exactly the medication I needed for which a prescription was promptly sent to a local pharmacy for me to pick up. It’s difficult being ill far away from my home town and my doctors. However, everyone at the Northwell-Health Go Urgent Care in Smithtown, New York was very professional and caring with assisting me. Thank you all and I highly recommend this urgent care facility!

Very professional and accommodating with my situation. Place was neat, clean and very organized. Visit went very smoothly and I was in and out with an x-ray and a diagnosis in less than half hour of signing in. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing professional care and fast and complete service.

The entire staff was so friendly yet so professional. They were able to squeeze me in even though it was Christmas Day, and they were fully booked. An absolute pleasure. Thank you.

Loved the staff! The PA was so incredible with both my children, it made a huge difference! The receptionist was also so helpful. The staff all went above and beyond on my visit. My 7 year old children are both autistic and scared and they were wonderful with them going the extra mile! Place is always so clean when I go and not a long wait the way they time to appointments.

They tried to turn us away even though they are a walk in clinic. They charged my debit card for 2 copays and did not even tell me or refund. They did not send scripts to the pharmacy. Waited over 2 hours even though there were only 3 other patients seen before us. The PA did not thoroughly examine my son or listen to his lungs even though I was there for a cough. She cared more about if he was vaxxed and masked even though she had on a face shield and what looked to be 3masks. I couldnt understand anything she was saying. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Seems the PA’s get licensed from Cracker Jack boxes based on other reviews. It’s a shame because the intake (nurse?) was incredibly amazing and the receptionist was friendly “enough.” I went in with TEXTBOOK flu symptoms but the second I said I have a history of fluid in ear (at the end of the microsecond exam) Latoya diagnosed me with sinus infection (which I didn’t know until I saw the report in the portal as she couldn’t be bothered to spend more than 30 seconds in the room with me despite no one else being there. I advised I’d been taking a lot of allergy meds to try to help the runny nose but I can’t consume them prolonged like I am currently doing and I need something for the cough especially because the nose and cough are making my COPD and sleep apnea worse. I requested a decongestant and a cough suppressant. She told me she’ll send a script for a steroid pack and antibiotics and keep taking allergy meds to clear up nose. Did she not hear me that I’ve been taking way too many already so her “expert opinion” is to tel me to take more? Even a high schooler knows antibiotics don’t work with cold/flu so that’s pointless - guess she never heard of the whole thing where the field is prescribing antibiotics excessively causing long-term issues? I had to go to another place (because I knew Latoya misdiagnosed me and I was getting worse) to get treated for… THE FLU who would have guessed?!? Once again northwell doing its best to destroy healthcare. It’s gotten so bad I filed a complaint with their compliance department and then they went ahead and proved just how inept at medical care they are by completely botching one of the easiest cases they probably would have in a long time. AVOID ANYTHING NORTHWELL. There are SEVERAL urgent care alternatives in very close proximity - it’s worth it just to avoid these hacks that border on medical malpractice or at least negligence. (Also they aren’t lgbt+ friendly as a company as they illegally perform tests in direct disregard to repeated verbal DECLINES for testing but did it anyway because I’m trans all while deadnaming and misgendering me but that’s at the actual hospital location)

Punctual. Thorough. Accurate & all of the staff are extremely nice! Stephen Nardi was most recent when I got Covid again and was on the phone with me with any questions. I have Been there for stitches, my kids, and every single P.A. And Doc have been so great.

I was greeted by a polite and knowledgeable staff and seen within moments of my appointment time. My concerns were addressed promptly, and I was on my way within a half hour. The facility is clean and brand new with modern technology. I loved being able to make an appointment via their website (similar to the way PM Pediatrics allows). I left happy with clear instructions--cant ask for more than that.

Latoya the physician was great. She was caring and compassionate and listens to her patients and their concerns. The office staff was great as well. Would definitely recommend to family,friends,and coworkers.

I went the other day as I was having problems with my eyes, didn’t know if I had pink eye or not? They couldn’t have been nicer. And very thorough. The prescription was sent in before I even left. This was probably my fourth visit here and I’m so impressed every time!

Went for a Covid test only for a procedure. The assistant took my temp, blood pressure and wanted to know what meds I took. He then swabbed me and told me to wait for the provided. After 5 minutes I walked out to a rude bunch on their cell phones. I said I was only there for a test. The provider barely looked at me and said it takes 10 minutes.i said dont you email? Im only here for a procedure on Friday. Rude told me I could go. Never will I go there again. This is why they cant answer their phones, as they are busy playing around on their own. What an awful place.

Rolled my ankle. Had me seen by doctor within 15 minutes of arrival. Doctor was kind and reassuring. Staff was friendly. Couldnt ask for more.

I saw Dr Neal Shipley and Very unsatisfied with the care I got. She seem like she was in a hurry and not exactly happy to answer my questions! I will never go to this walk-in clinic again City MD has doctors with better bedside manners!

The staff and PA Meagan were great. Don at the front desk kept me updated about the extended wait. MA (dont remember her full name started with V) was courteous. PA Meagan was knowledgeable as professional. I know urgent cares are overwhelmed at this time and appreciate their efforts!!I had already been turned away at 2 other urgent cares that day who told me they were at capacity for the day.

Very clean office! Eric at front desk was friendly and welcoming. The female doctor could have been nicer, but she did her part. I left with prescriptions and advice. I would definitely recommend. And I will be back with one of my children Im sure!

Smithtown office is simply amazing. Everyone was so professional and my son feels very comfortable at this location when he is not feeling well. Thank you for being so kind!

I went in and saw the PA (physicians assistant). I told her I have had diarrhea for 7 days now and was recently out of the country, she advised I just do a BRATS diet, even though I requested an antibiotic(flagyl). She wanted to parasite test me, but I didnt have insurance at the moment. So 3 days later, I still had diarrhea, went to cvs clinical, got flagyl, as the NP, ACTUALLY LISTENED to her patient, gave me flagyl, 2 days later I am feeling better, 2 more days later, I am feeling a lot better, no more diarrhea.This place is a waste of your time and money. P.s. I also work in healthcare.

Very short wait to be seen Monday afternoon. Professional and courteous staff. Very caring and knowledgeable MD took excellent care of me. Just wonderful!

First of all the place smells. Secondly I asked if they could see me and give me a script for Zwange & Persiri and they said they would because they couldnt. After the visit, they gave me a script for a place in Medford on a Friday afternoon. They lied to me. Stay clear from this unprofessional health care provider.

Was at this facility on Saturday with a bad cough and body aches. After my rapid covid test was complete, Dr Foster had no interest in treating me and sent me home without a physical exam or even checking my throat. Ive since been diagnosed with strep and will never go back to this location again.

I went here for an emergency Lyme’s diagnosis. The physician’s assistant that I saw was super funny and friendly, and made my visit into (weirdly enough) the most amusing doctor’s visit I’ve ever had. That was on top of everyone else there being friendly, professional, and fast.Perhaps most importantly though, the facility was extremely clean. Great experience

My last visit was quick and informative. Clean, well run office. This was my third visit this year and experienced no problems in the past.

Nicole was pleasant, professional and kind, Helpful and understanding. The PA was masked and shielded and very kind. Very Clean clinic.

If i could give this place less than 1 star i would. First time I went here was great!Second visit ended up happening and my visit was horrible; i went in with severe pain and they strep tested me and told me that the strep test was negative. They sent me home w/no diagnosis other than allergies and no medication. Few days later i ended up going to my primary care becauze the pain was getting worse and worse and i couldnt swallow. This place called me SEVEN DAYS LATER to tell me I had strep and asked how i was doing LOL. At that point my primary diagnosed me with severe tonsilitis from the strep because its just kept progressing and yet again had no medication to even help my symptoms.Yesterday was now my last and FINAL time I will ever step foot here or reccomend anybody to go here unless you have “allergies”. I had been coughing up green secretions and they told me that was from allergies…now im not DR. But any person knows coughing green is MAIN SIGN OF AN INFECTION. I walked out with again Nothing and no help but a doctors note. Had to make another appointment w/my primary who now diagnosed me with an upper respiratory and gave me antibiotics. These people do not listen to you. I litterally told the PA That i was having a probpem breathing and i was wheezing and No it was NOT from allergies. But she demanded that oh it is allergies. They do not know the smallest drop about medicine or even how to care for their patients. I will never be back. What a joke of a doctor.

NP Amy Smith was amazing with my daughter! I live in Commack but I always make the trip to Smithtown because of how pleased I am with the staff and the great services they provide.Last year my Mom was having some stomach pain and diverticulitis can be tough to diagnose just by an abdominal exam. The NP that saw her knew right away and had me take her to the ER. Ever since then, I only go to this location!-Mrs. Parsan

Friendly, courteous and professional staff. I felt secure in the knowledge of the kind provider who examined me. Loved the fact that I could reserve my time online and I had virtually no wait. A great experience if it wasnt for the fact that I was sick!

I was there for a COVID-19 PCR test for my graduation and a dr./nurse named (I believe) Gabrielle was so nice. She was very sweet and did the the with out any pain and was quick! She was very sweet. The front desk women, not so much.

The PA Latoya Foster was very nice and answered all my questions. Nurse Emily was great as well. I went for Covid test and was taken in right away.

I have been to this Go health a few times and they are courteous, knowledgeable and try to get you seen as quickly as possible. Highly recommend!!

You need an appointment otherwise they don’t let you in. Very unfriendly front desk helper. Better off going to the urgent care behind it Medrite.

I went to this facility on a Sunday afternoon and was very impressed with the entire experience. Brand new office and all the staff very professional and friendly. We were there for 30 minutes. All exceptional including the follow up care. I would highly recommend.

Excellent service, received the rapid PCR results in 50 minutes via email. Everything done ahead of the appointment online so they took me immediately at my scheduled time.

I brought my 4 year old daughter in this past weekend, she had an ear infection. The staff was so accommodating and gave my daughter a Northwell teddy bear. Maryanne Piccininni was super helpful and friendly. Dr. Brandon Ballabus was great with my daughter and very gentle. She is still talking about her experience there and the teddy bear was a great touch. We will definitely return to this facility when needed.

Absolutely amazing experience, they listened to my experience as a patient and suggested great treatment. My appointment was 1045am and was out in 20 mins or less. Very nice and caring staff. I would suggest to my family and friends and will return when ever I need emergency care.

Father had UTI . Wasted tested right away and prescribed the medicine . That was three days ago and he is feeling fine . The service was prompt .

My son went in for having brown urine and was concerned because he previously had rabdomylosis and wasScared he was having another episode. After dipping his urine he was told he had blood in it and they would let him know in a few days what the results were. No antibiotics nothing! Now tonight he was doubled over in pain and was in the ER for kidney stones! Never again will I allow a family member of mine to go here horrible to send him home with no meds with blood in urine? I think I’ll be in touch with the medical review board about this!

Heather Muccio is not a very good doctor. My advice would be to stay away. She diagnosed me with the flu. Sent in medication. The pharmacy didn’t have the medication so she sent another medication. The pharmacist actually laughed and said it was garbage and wouldn’t help me. The pharmacist said there were five other medications she could’ve prescribed that would work. This doctor was not a Dr, she was a PA.In reply to your response. ———————————— I called my dr’s emergency line and he called in the correct medicine. I’m still sick because I have the flu but at least I feel a little better. Still have fever and still not able to sleep but at least I feel a little better. It’s sad that you drive all the way to an urgent care and physicians assistant Heather Muccio just doesn’t care and doesn’t do her job. If I had a cold I wouldn’t care, but I’m really sick. -My advice would be to go to this place if you have A cold but if you are really sick, run, run as fast as you can to a real doctor and get the help you need. It is your life, you have to do what’s right for you. Dont make the same mistake I made!

Please do not go here. I spoke with Tanya the medical assistant who was also the manager she said. She asked me to log in on a website as soon as I walked in, refused to help in person. When I asked why , she said because we are eating.....Thanks for helping me realize so quickly I should never go to Go Health for mine or my family’s needs

Horrible. Time spent here was as long as an ER. They did not send my Meds over. Called all day no answer. If I could I would leave no stars.
