Dallas Fort Worth Fertility Associates - Southlake Clinic

Dr. Gadas and his team were our 3rd fertility specialist for us to try out. We are very thankful we made this decision along with the drive from Austin since we are now 30 weeks pregnant. After seeing 2 other fertility specialist and not being able to get pregnant, a friend recommended us to go see Dr. Gada. He was very patient with all of our questions and gave us a step-by-step plan on what all he wanted to try to get us pregnant. His staff is great too! I would highly recommend visiting with Dr. Gada if you are struggling to get pregnant.

We just delivered our first child with the help of Dr. Gada and team. Our experience with them has been fantastic. We initially came to them for a second opinion and ultimately decided they were the best fit for us. The staff is kind and knowledgeable, the office is clean and well run, and Dr. Gada always made enough time for us whenever we needed to meet with him, from our initial consult to discussing test results and options. He never rushed us out of his office; he gave detailed answers to our many questions and always asked what other questions we had. I can’t thank this practice enough for their great care and service while helping us to finally get pregnant. I would highly recommend them and will be back if and when we need to in the future.

Dr Gada, nurses, and staff are great! Did IVF at the end of 2023 and just had our baby!

Dr. Laura Lawerence was truly amazing! She answered every question we had, was very personable, and patient. We felt very well cared for!

I would give the DFW location a negative 10 if my interaction with the actual physician wasnt great. The physician Ive seen was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. She made me feel comfortable in taking this leap to become a mother. Fertility is paid 100% out of pocket and as a paying customer I expect clear concise communication. Ive called in for two months after paying over 1000 dollars to not know my results or what I paid for. The billing associate was rude and abrasive. Felt her telling me I was sent texts by a nurse stating my results was considered efficient enough. Although I explained I never received any texts. Ill take my business elsewhere and will not recommend any of my fellow service members or colleagues to this office. I am truly disgusted with the DFW location customer service.

My wife and I first visited DFW Fertility associates of southlake February of 2023. We did 3 rounds of IUI and one successful IVF cycle. We could not be more thankful and appreciative of Dr. Gada.

I had a great experience with Dallas Fertility Associates at Southlake. Dr. Gada has good manners, answers all your questions and I never felt like a number. Nancy is also great. She performed most of my ultrasounds and she always explained everything to me. And I found the front desk people really responsive and helpful. I personally liked Cindy a lot. It is important to feel taken care of when you walk such a difficult road. I would really recommend this clinic.

Dr. Gada was very thorough and took the time to explain to me and my husband our diagnosis and treatment options. He was very realistic and did not push any unnecessary treatments. The Donor coordinator, Deborah is amazing. She responds to emails so quickly, even on weekends! Ive always felt at ease being able to contact Deborah with any concerns. This office is amazing! I am now pregnant and didnt think it was possible before seeing Dr. Gada. If you are struggling with fertility issues, go see this office...you will be glad you did!

Dr. Gada, the nurses and all the staff at DFW Fertility Associates in Southlake are absolutely wonderful!! During my year + journey of trying to conceive they remained positive and encouraging every step of the way. Dr. Gada is so fun to be around and was always willing to take the time to explain things or answer any questions me or my husband had. I never felt like he was “too busy” for me. Everyone in the Southlake office is extremely kind and caring. I am now 10 weeks pregnant and I truly can’t thank Dr. Gada or his wonderful staff enough for all they’ve done to make our dream of becoming parents a reality.

I really loved the staff and the doctors. Specially Dr. Gada he is very detailed and explained everything pretty clearly. The nurses and the office staff are way beyond professionals and they make you feel like they really care. Their emergency line is awesome!The only negative thing that I would say is that there was a little bit of miscommunication about the extra payments that we had to make, we had no idea that a third party will charge us for tests and anesthesia, another thing, and this is the one that I dislike the most is that we had zero idea of what was going to happen to our remaining frozen embryos, we didn’t know they are not long term freezer and that my embryos will have to be sent to an outside lab to keep them. We had to make an extra trip to the Dallas clinic to ask, no one bother to call us and let us know the status of the remaining embryos. We were so worried that they were going to be discharged without notifying us. Luckily the lady at the reception explained all the process to us and now we know what’s going to happen. We didn’t like that we had to ask and blind investigate.But in general the service and all the appointments and procedures were a great experience. I was graduated last week and transferred to my OB, but I miss them already. We hope to see them again to transfer our second baby in 2 years!!!

My husband and I were referred to Dr. Gada last year and it was one of the best decisions we could have made towards our journey of starting our family. From day one we both felt very welcome and everyone on the staff made us feel comfortable during this vulnerable process. Dr. Gada took his time to explain our options and we trusted him completely with our treatment. We of course had our ups and downs during the journey but I am excited to be moving on to the care of my OBGYN!!!

Dr Gada and his team were amazing. That is why they are considered an Infertility Center of Excellence by our insurance company. We have been trying for years and we are glad to finally encountered Dr Gada. Very experienced, knowledgeable and assertive. Also his team and staff were always there to help, responding our questions and most importantly, always on time. My wife is due on Oct/19 thanks to everyone from DFW Fertility Associates!

My experience here has been nothing but great so far. I absolutely love Dr Gada. After going to other endocrinologists in other states it was such a relief that Dr Gada sat with me and my dh to explain all the details of my medical history, exams, future procedures etc. As other places the doc was completely MIA. They always always keep me in the loop of everything and they always pick up the phone! I cant say that for other places ive been to. In addition u can always get ahold of the nurses. When u go into the clinic the wait time is always super minimal. They r just quick and efficient. I absolutely love all the staff as well they feel like family at this point! Dr Gada has always made me feel super comfortable and again keeps me informed and what true expectations will be, he also has a pretty good sense of humor. The whole fertility process is hard as it is, u want to make sure ur doctor and their staff are always there for u and that you feel confortable, this place is it!

Dr. Gada and the ladies at the Southlake location are absolutely WONDERFUL!! I never felt like I was visiting jusr my Doctor but I was actually with someone who cared and would never give up on making my husband and Is dream a reality! He finally diagnosed me with PCOS when my own OBGYN would never do so! He also removed all the fibroids in my uterus when my OBGYN stated that their was no cause for concern unless I had a a miscarriage! I trusted my doc because Ive been with then for years! But when Dr. Gada looked at me and told I dont want you to experience a miscarriage so lets take care of it now! I knew I had made the right decision in seeing him!! My parents loved him and so did my husband! He took great care of me throughout my whole journey with him! The whole team knew me by name when I came into the office and believe me they are busy! But they always took the time to answer my questions and make me feel like I was their only patient! When we finally moved to IVF (had to follow my insurance guidelines, to cover the cost which only took 6 months), and the 1st round my body did not respond to the medication everyone assured me not to worry! That they would figure this out and sure enough they did! My 2nd round was wonderful and worked like a charm! When I graduated from seeing Dr. Gada, I asked him for a reference and for a new OBGYN (I was not going back to where I first came from, I wanted someone he trusted) he gave me 2 names off the top of his head! I cried like a baby on my last appointment there! I told them I felt like they were family and to not have them with me on this journey scared me! They each came out to give me a hug and told me to feel free to come back at anytime throughout my pregnancy! I told them with tears in my eyes that our first stop homendrim the hospital will be here for our baby to meet the wonderful Dr. Gada and his angles that made our miracle possible!! If you are looking for a Fertility Doctor, who a really human touch, GREAT bedside manner and an amazing group of nurses, and staff then look no further!! So it looks like most people had a positive experience here and I am in the minority. I am not sure why but my experience has not been so great. For starters they never call me for anything even when they say they will or when they need to and I feel like I have enough to worry about, calling them should not be one of them. For example the first time this happened was after my husband got tested and we were waiting for his results. They never called me I called them and had to ask. The next time I got an ultrasound done at a different facility that they sent me to. That doctor was supposed to send over my images. I got the ultrasound done on Friday and I called on Monday, thinking the ultrasound is done all they have to do is look at the images and tell me what’s the diagnoses. They tell me it can take up to a week to hear back which is weird to me because again...the images are already done... it takes a whole week just to look at them??? A week goes by and I hear nothing. I call on a Thursday so almost 2 weeks later. They answer and tell me that they are glad I called because they hadn’t received the images or had to find them and that the doctor would call me tomorrow. So I feel like if they knew they were waiting on the images and it had been 2 weeks they should have found them way before that. I shouldn’t have to call them to remind them that’s not my job. Finally the doctor calls me and he was nice and maybe I’m just extra sensitive because all I’m going through with infertility but I just felt he wasn’t very sympathetic or even hopeful. I never looked forward to calling the office because they were never too friendly on the phone. The last time I talked on the phone to them was to schedule a surgery. I asked if I can’t make the date could I change it. She told me no because she has to schedule it with the hospital and insurance. How can you tell me no???? It’s my body. Things happen. I will be transferring my care to another clinic. I don’t write this review to be malicious I write it in hopes that another patient does not have to have an experience like I did. I wish I felt more compassion, kindness and friendliness here but I did not. Infertility is a very sensitive subject and I think they deal with it every day so they have forgotten that.

Amazing team that always goes above and beyond to help their patients. They supported us through 2 miscarriages and encouraged us to continue trying. Dr. Gada and his staff are life savers. My family is forever grateful to them!

My husband I have been consulting with Dr. Gada for nearly 6 years before starting IVF. While we’ve consulted with other experts nationwide, we’ve always returned to Dr. Gada.We have found him to be well respected by his peers, knowledgeable in the latest science , and down to earth and approachable.Through two transfers his office staff has been professional, friendly, responsive and readily available to answer any questions we might have.IVF is a hard process, and for some, can be a lengthy process. Though we have yet to have success, we continue to find Dr. Gada aggressive in his approach when necessary, and open to any ideas or questions we might have.Having done over 30 consults over a 20year process, I personally don’t feel you will find a better run office or clinician locally.

Dr. Gada has helped me make my family possible with both of my babies. First, was after surgery and my second baby is an IVF miracle. He is very nice, understanding, and informative. I had suffered from Endo symptoms for years and had multiple tests done and no one could figure it out. Dr. Gada had one visit with me and knew exactly what was wrong and started the process of making me feel better. I never felt that I had do something or pressured into anything. His staff was always very sweet and thoughtful. I would highly recommend Dr. Gada and his staff!!!

Everyone at this office was nothing but kind and understanding to our needs. Being told the only chance my husband and have of conceiving a child was through IVF was not easy to hear, but due to their guidance and my stubbornness my husband and I are expecting our first baby in June 2020!The only negative thing I encountered in my experience was of course the financial part of all of this. Lucky for us, we have insurance through Cigna so instead of $14,000 we paid $4,000.However, it is well worth the money in my opinion! The staff is excellent, Dr. Gada is amazing, and both facilities (they have an office in Southlake and Dallas) are clean and top-notch! Highly recommend!

Ive asked for documents multiple times over the phone at the front desk as i’m a patient there but they’re not very good at communicating/answering my questions. Very slow service which is why im very hesistant to use their services in the future. Seems like they r at max capacity to handle patients and don’t need the extra business. I was on hold for like 10 mins when I called them this morning to ‘remind’ them to send me what I need but still nothing right now and its towards end of day. Initial run of diag was great and all but the detailed follow up to go over the diag together was lackluster. If that was done right I might’ve trusted this office to go with options they offered but I already feel less than cared for. Sad how my experiences turned sour despite all the positive reviews they have.

The most amazing medical practice! Super friendly staff...who even remembered my nickname each time I came in. Had numerous appointments and never waited more than 15 minutes. If you call Dr. Gadas nurse with a question, she usually responds within the hour (if she is with a patient & unable to answer). Dr. Gada is so warm! Great bedside manner & care. I absolutely recommend this practice!!

This clinic is AMAZING! I feel like I was part of a family and whenever I called I never felt like I was a pain. Everyone that works here is amazing from the front office staff that are always there for any questions to the lady that draws your blood (she is AMAZING and makes giving blood such an easy experience and I HATE needles). I would recommend this clinic to anyone that I know because not only is everyone very compassionate, but they also are very honest and upfront about the whole process.

We LOVE DFW Fertility Associates! We regrettably chose our first fertility clinic based on distance from our home and didnt do much research. We had a terrible experience where we were herded like cattle and asked to pay over the phone before we ever stepped foot in the building. When we found DFW Fertility Associates, the entire experience could not have been more different. From the very first phone call, I could tell that DFW Fertility Associates actually cares about the person, not just the money I would pay them. Every single interaction (and there are a lot)was positive--front desk staff, nurses, assistants, and the doctors. Dr. Gada took so much time with us during our first appointment and patiently answered every possible question we had. His goal was the same as ours: pregnancy with the least amount of intervention needed. Due to some scheduling issues (no ones fault), we also visited the Dallas office a couple of times and experienced the same great care there as well. Infertility is a heartbreaking and trying time, you need a medical team that is on your side! I could not recommend DFW Fertility Associates highly enough.

Love this office. Dr. Gada is amazing, caring, and very knowledgeable. Dr. Gada has great bed side manners and shows sympathy and empathy when needed. Dr. Gada and his wife has been in the same situation as alot of the couples he sees so he really understands. The nurses and staff are also amazing. Everyone at the office is very knowledgeable and loving. Dr. Gada is a jokester and knows how to make you laugh and lower you stress but is also very serious and cuts all the bs and tell you exactly whats going on. Dr. Gada is very upfront, doesnt cut corners or try to take short cuts, he does everything very legit and is overall amazing!

We just left DFW Fertility Associates Southlake office for the last time in 7 1/2 years and I cant believe how blessed our journey has been. I will never forget the first time we walked in and had a consultation with Dr. Gada and learned on no uncertain terms that we would not be able to conceive on our own but that the odds were in our favor for IVF with ICSI. While there were ups and downs, Dr. Gada and his team walked us through every step of the process and went above and beyond to be available to us. We had 2 successful rounds of IVF resulting in twins, a daughter, and a new baby due this fall. 4 for 4 on our transfers, my husband likes to say were in the IVF Hall of Fame, but really we know its because of the amazing care and honesty of DFW Fertility Associates that helped us make our big family dreams come true. I cannot recommend them enough.

I met with three IVF Doctors before choosing Dr. Gada for IVF with ICSI. I wanted the best, and I truly feel he is one of the best Endocrinologists in the DFW area. I am so grateful for Dr. Gada and his team, as I have currently 17 weeks pregnant. I will forever be grateful, and highly recommend him and his team.

We are so grateful to Dr. Gada and his staff at DFW Fertility Associates in Southlake. We went through the IVF process with ICSI and had our first child (from first embryo transfer) in 2016. Now we are beyond blessed to have welcomed our second child (and only other successful embryo we had retrieved) thanks to Dr. Gada and his amazing team! All of your options are thoroughly explained since this whole process can be quite overwhelming. I have so many friends and neighbors who have also seen Dr. Gada, which is a true testament to his professionalism and expertise. In a time when many fertility clinics are consolidating and being purchased by outside groups, Dr. Gada and DFW Fertility Associates continue to provide the professional, personalized care all patients deserve. The nurses are exceptional at keeping me up to date and informed. I know I bother them a lot with questions and concerns and they are so extremely patient and helpful. I dont feel like I am Patient X but like I am treated on an individual level, which I dont get with my regular OBGYN. I am very happy to be going through the process of infertility with this practice.

I had such a wonderful experience with this clinic! Every person I met was unfailingly kind and so helpful. I never felt like just another patient. The staff are all very professional and friendly. They the whole process, each step, and every appointment was very simple and straightforward. I did have to go to their dallas office twice but the rest of my appointments were in southlake. I knew that getting pregnant or staying pregnant was not a guarantee but right now I am a few days away from being 11 weeks pregnant. Everything is going very smoothly and I want to thank everyone at DFW fertility associates for getting me this far.

DFW Fertility Associates changed my life. I was told due to my condition and my autoimmune disease that I probably wont be able to have children. Dr. Gada and his incredibly caring and compassionate team did everything in their power to make my dream a reality. Every step of the way through the process they exceeded our expectations. They took care of my husband and I from the first visit to our graduation day. I could never verbalize what working with Dr. Gada and his team as meant to us.

Dr. Gada and the staff at the Southlake location are extremely attentive and warm. They are sensitive to your personal situation and do all they can to increase your comfort level. The few times that I was required to visit the Dallas location, I felt the same. The practice as a whole sets the standard for infertility care.

Me and my husband have been trying for a few years to have a baby with no such luck. I have had consultations with other infertility doctors but never felt comfortable enough to start the infertility process. During my first consultation with Dr. Gada, he listened to my concerns and spent time going over all my options . We look forward to starting our family with the help of Dr. Gada!

Dr. Gada and the staff are so nice and so helpful. All my questions were answered. They even scheduled an appointment last minute during their staff meeting to accommodate a slightly hysterical worried lady. Dr. Gada was very thorough about his expectations and what we could expect throughout the experience. Thankfully now I am 18 weeks with our little pumpkin because of them!

The staff is very friendly they answer all your questions even after hours.I would have give more than 5 start to this facility if it was possible. We have been trying for a family for the past 2 years. We went to different doctors before coming to this place. We were unsuccessful. We almost lost hope. After that we searched online for a week and found Dr. Gada. We contacted his office and got an appointment. At our first appointment with Dr. Gada. He explained all the different options for our chances. Dr. Gada gives us our hope back in the process. The process is working for us.I highly recommend Dr. Gada. He is down to earth person. He understands the feeling of the patients and what they going thru this process.

Great experience I used another fertility doctor in Fort Worth first and had a horrible experience I was ready to give up but a friend referred me to Dr. Gada’s office and everything and everyone was so wonderful we are expecting our baby boy in October.

We had a ton of eggs and possible embryos who ended up dead for no reason. Dont go here. I believe these specimens were mishandled.
