Dr. McEntee changed my life. After spending years and lots of money on other doctors and specialists I met Dr. McEntee right before I was going to have another provider do surgery for suspected endometriosis. She spent so much time not only listening to me but also educating me on endometriosis. I was blown away after my first visit and felt confident with my decision to move my surgery to Providence. I did end up having a trickier care plan than we initially thought and did end up also receiving care from Dr. Dahl as well who was also very caring and attentive. I cannot say enough nice things about this office. Mayginne was also very helpful in guiding me through all of my questions and was always there for me anytime I asked for help. If you have endometriosis or suspect it I highly recommend this office.

When youve been in pain for 10 years because of levator ani syndrome and youve been tossed around from physician to physician and then get referred to a doc that can help with the pain but you have to wait 9 months just to talk to someone? Completely inappropriate and not providing quality or even valued healthcare. This condition is literally ruining everything about me and my life. Its nice to see that nobody else values it either. The medical care in Spokane is outrageous!Waiting for someone to do a consultation and then Im sure I will have to wait another year for treatments.

Was a new patient waited an hour to not be seen, told the front desk I needed to be gone before 2 because I needed to pick up my daughter! I also reported to my insurance and they are investigating them. when I left the dr was on Amazon

I had my first visit with Dr. Dahl and I felt like the world of worry was lifted off my shoulders. What a fantastic doctor. She has a great bedside manner and explained things in great depth. I felt as if I was her only patient. She quickly made me comfortable and taken care of. When you are in the medical field my experience quite often is that they just expect me to know the answers and skip over the fact that I am the patient. Her entire staff was warm and welcoming.Today I had to call the office with question and she called me back personally. thank you Spokane Urogynocology. I am grateful to have you on my care team.

First I want to say that Dr. Hammil is great. She is knowledgeable and easy to talk to and listens. The problem I had was the complete lack of communication and the waiting times for appointments. I had testing done in mid-June and had a follow-up appointment scheduled the following week that I unfortunately had to reschedule. While I know the value of keeping appointments and knew there would be a delay, the soonest I could get in to see Dr. Hammil for a 20 minute consult was August 1st. A month and a half later.. for an ongoing problem. The appointment with Dr. Hammil was very good. I thought of a question the following day, called and talked to Dr. Hammils PA who didnt seem to know what I was talking about. She communicated with Dr. Hammil about my questions and called back.. with the very same answers. I told her I had more questions and she told me to make an appointment. I did. I had to postpone that appointment and got a call from the same PA saying she was confused about why Id made the appointment. Really? I called back and left a message telling her why (because she told me to!) and again asked for someone to call me to answer my questions. Four days later I received a call back from a different PA who told me she would be sure someone would call me with answers to my questions and now, two weeks have passed with no call back. Im done with this practice and its really too back because I really like Dr. Hammil.

Will not return calls in a timely manner. Dr Hammil said to me she would not drop the ball , yet 4 days later, she still hasnt provided a urologist I am trying to get an appt with for a biopsy, the records they need to schedule me. Discarded my urine sample so I had to go to another place this am for a urine sample. Long wait and place did not have info they needed but did it anyway. It appears this office makes lots of money on procedures but no client consideration. Wait and go elsewhere. I have more but too humiliating to post.

I had an appointment but I had recently had surgery so I needed a ride. My driver got a little lost and I was a few minutes late. So they refused to see me and were unable to reschedule because their system was down. I do not live in town. I was lucky to get a ride to drive me over an hour to my appointment and they wouldnt see me. Ill be finding someone else who cares about their patients

My experience with Dr. Hammil is as follows: I was gaslit, bullied and shamed. Dr. Hammil was aggressive, passive aggressive, combative, reactionary, condescending, and dismissive. If you are getting a referral, and the front desk cant find it or didnt receive the fax take the hint and let the universe guide you to a doctor who has compassion and empathy for your concerns. Because this admittedly conservative surgeon has neither.

I have been a patient of Dr. Hammil for over 5 years. She is caring and smart and knowledgeable about the latest treatments for women’s health. She had reviewed all my health records before I saw her initially and was ready with solutions for my problem. Thorough and efficient, she has a warm relationship with both staff and patients. She’s a miracle worker in my book!!

After seeing some of the reviews I was hesitant after being referred to this office. But I have had nothing but a good experience. The office staff go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. And even when I had a problem with my prescription and they were very responsive to my needs. I am in the medical field so I am pretty particular about my medical care and my physician. Dr. Sarah Hamill is very pleasant, professional and responsive to my questions and any needs that I have.

I did not have a very positive experience with Dr Hammil. She completely dismissed complications that I was having despite 4 other providers findings. IShe dismissed the fact that I was in pain and slandered me in my records. Despite being a so called expert she is unable/unwilling to recognize mesh erosion and treat the problem but rather than admit that she chose to blame me. I had to travel to another city to get the surgeries I desperately needed from an actual expert to improve my quality of life after suffering for nearly a year. She had no compassion

Cat was amazing caring for my wife from the beginning, and our experience with Bailey in scheduling was spectacular.

My PCP sent a referral in early August to this office. I called them about a week after which they said they received it and would call me to schedule. I never received a call. Its been almost 2 months and Ive left several messages as they dont answer their phones. Im back to square one again and wasted 2 months. Wouldnt recommend even trying.

Dr. Hammil is a warm, compassionate doctor who was able to provide a life changing surgery for me. She is truly gifted.

Dr. Hamill is VERY professional and SUPER sweet! Her staff goes above and beyond as well . Michelle is SUPER sweet as well. Highly recommend her office.

I saw this doctor twice. Very dismissive of my concerns and the whole visit seemed very rushed. She left the room to do something and I thought she was going to come back so I could ask her more questions, but she had her assistant come in instead. I would not recommend.

Terrible communication, unprofessional. Lost urine specimen and then called over a week later with someone else’s results.
