Sorry to say any of this, I just went there for first time ever today. Not knowing anything about the facility. I got checked in and brought back to the room, explained Im there for a urine screening. Was told they stopped at 3pm just to give people enough time before hand. The lady stated its the law. Her not realizing I work at a prison and know the law. Its their rules. I have looked up the laws for Oklahoma that is not a law. That is negligent of your duties and common practice.

I have been going here for a few years now.Jordin has always been professional, polite and very friendly.Hes leaving soon to work elsewhere.I will definitely miss him.Good luck Jordin.

Very professional, great customer service, and clean environment. The 2 employees helping me were absolutely amazing through my 3 hour glucose test today. Will definitely use this place for the future.

Easy, and fast. Really good experience here. Made an appointment and was in and out in like 7 minutes. The guy working was so friendly and welcoming.

I had my blood drawn for labs this morning, and it was the easiest experience I’ve had. I didn’t catch the technician’s name who helped me but he was soft spoken and a complete pro. I have had some issues with other nurses and techs placing IVs in the past so I was a little anxious but he had no issues whatsoever. His confidence was comforting and I left feeling relieved. Check-in was also very quick and easy.

Hands down best experience every time I go to this clinic. I’ve been going for 10+ years and will never go to another site to have my labs or blood drawn. Quick, easy, clean and very professional employee that operates this clinic. If I could give 6 stars I would!

Friendly and fast service however when it came to my test results I wasn’t happy! It took a week and then my doctor was told it was contaminated! I can tell you how this happened! The lid was off the specimen cup, the techs fingers were in the cup and it just sat there after I left! Hope my doctor finds a better place!

I had the best experience here! Jordan was friendly and kind, and my blood draw was over with quickly. The copay was only $4. I will be going here for all my blood test needs.

Kiosk checked me in to wait 5 minutes. New person walks in and proceeds to take 25 minutes with the technician talking about personal matters. (I could hear everything as no doors were closed for privacy) Technician needs more phlebotomy training or composure to prevent damage like this.

The manager sucks, she skipped over a patient because she didnt want to do what they needed done. Terrible medical facility

Not open at 7am. No one here at all its 715am.When u got cultures sitting in car and no one will even answer phones.What happened to people not opening at hours of operation?

Person that drew my blood was very rude and really did not want to do his job. Will not go back to this place.

Guy can’t properly draw blood. Blows the vein everytime. Stay away.
