Terribly unresponsive business! We have been calling everyday for test results , leaving messages, & when we have gotten them to answer the phone, we’re being told they’ll get back to us by the end of day and no follow through! Save your money and go to another lab-this place charges way too much to give such poor customer service!

Esther was amazing. I enjoyed the little chit chat while getting my blood drawn. I can also be a hard stick and she got it!

Very frustrated; my wife took the early gender determination test and we’ve been trying to get a hold of someone to ask if we can get some sort of shipping update because we should have already gotten the notification that it was received by the lab and we haven’t. No one there answers the phone or voicemails. Extremely unprofessional.

I’ve been very pleased with them! They were extremely helpful in rearranging some tests for me, friendly, helpful, and responsive! I appreciate the flexibility with my schedule as well. Best of all, Esther is a great phlebotomist!

I had to take a drug test for FAA compliance and had the pleasure of working with Esther. She was knowledgeable, pleasant, and worked quickly. She should be considered a very valued staff member!

This place is very efficient and fast. Esther is very sweet and works very hard to get you in and out in a timely manner. All the staff is very communicative and accommodating. I highly recommend using this location. Friendly faces makes the awkward situation less uncomfortable.

Compared to LabCorp, this is unbelievably good (the reason I specify is because I originally was scheduled with LabCorp this morning, they cancelled my appointment, and Any Lab Test Now literally saved my day, as I was still fasted and ready for bloodwork). Everything is pretty straightforward, and the website, test selection, and payment process was great!🙂

I went to this lab Dec 30th and I had not received my results for 2 weeks. I called multiple times on different days and times and could not get ahold of anyone. Finally, I got a response when I texted. They let me know my test failed because there was a weather delay and my test expired during transport. Nobody was going to contact and tell me this. This was about a month after the test I found this out. I had moved out of state and asked if I could retake the test at a different lab in my new town and they said they would get back to me. Nobody got back to me for a week. I reached out again and after many days of trying to get ahold of someone I finally asked for a refund. Now, almost the end of February, I still have not received a refund. I have called multiple times and called customer service but they have stated it needs manager approval. How am I ever going to get a refund for a test that was never completed if nobody answers the phone? 2 months I have not received a refund and can’t get ahold of anyone in this office.UPDATE- In response to the owner: I have tried to contact the office multiple times on numerous occasions. The staff will not respond. When they do they do not follow through. I have contacted Better Business Bureau and filed a complaint. Please refund me for a service not completed.

We showed up for our appointment and were in and out quickly. We got our results quickly the same day. The problem is that the results did not include a QR code or a stamp from the lab. Many foreign countries require one or the other. Our first flight was from Seattle to Washington DC so they didnt check our results until we checked in for our next flight. We had a two hour layover. Fortunately we were able to get another test at the airport and just barely made our flight (another $500). When we got our test at Any lab test now, I asked about the QR code or the stamp and they reassured us that we were getting everything we needed. Their website says that the test includes all required documentation required for international travel. This was not the case and our results were useless.

I have never left a review anywhere. I felt I needed to for this one. I paid 209 dollars for a tb test, was told i was going to receive the results 2-3 days. Its been 1 week and still havent gotten the results. I have been trying to call and no one will answer. I needed that test so I could get a job I really wanted at a hospital. This place needs to be inspected for fraud. Disgusting.

Esther is amazing! She has no problem finding my veins that like to roll. And she knows how to make people laugh and feel comfortable.

After realizing our Covid lab test by Quest labs was denied by Japan, we were left scrambling. With less than 24 hours to our flight and on a weekend with labs closed we were losing hope. Then we found this place. We were able to make a same day apointment and got our results back in just a few hours. The results sheet had everything that Japan required for entry and it was acceped. Our trip was saved. Thanks so much!

The male front desk clerk was extremely unengaged and rude. As an ICU manager, I would never have such an employee representing my company. We found an alternate company that was much more helpful and serviced with the hour.

The customer ahead of me was upset (about nothing the company had control of)And the lady at the desk handled everything so well and the unhappy customer left after being de-escalated and was satisfied.I had a great experience. It was quick and easy to take my test and the lab worker was so nice.For a place no one “wants” to go. They make it as pleasant as they possibly can.

Esther is awesome! She was so nice, helpful and accommodating to this very particular testing that we needed done. She understood our concerns and made this the easiest thing EVER. The call center people SUCK for this company but when I went in to actually talk to a person who knows what they are talking about, it changed my opinion about this place and will for sure use them again if needed.

Took the test at 9:00am on Friday for a Saturday morning flight to Hawaii. Was told the results probably wouldn’t be done in time. Changed the flight to the next day, losing a day of vacation, and then waited all day Saturday for results. Nothing came in. Made an appointment at Carbon Health for Sunday morning and had my results right away as they worked hard to make it happen. Normally takes until the next day but they went above and beyond. As I was boarding the flight to Hawaii my results came in from Any Lab. Too late as I wouldn’t have made this flight and if I’d changed the flight again to Monday I’d have been outside the 72 hour window. Very stressful but it turned out ok. Wasted $150 for Any Lab test....

The same situation below happened to my family of seven. We paid $1050 for covid tests at noon on Friday and our flight was at 8:30 am Monday. The results where to be emailed to us within 24 hours. The results never came we had to change our flight twice. I still don’t have a refund and am looking to contact a lawyer. If you need to take a covid test for Hawaii utilize the airport testing site, as they are more dependable and you get the results in a timely manner.

I really really appreciate all the assistance that the team has provided. Very diligent and helpful.Needed testing results for my int’l flight and the whole process was painful. They were friendly and helpful enough to relieve me from the stress. I had another option to choose which was closer to the airport and good for transport, but I was so glad that I had chosen ALTN!

Called to make an appointment early on a Monday since we were flying to Hawaii early Wednesday morning. Lady on the phone guaranteed Monday evening results. First ones in on Monday morning. Had to ask the young man to wear his mask over his nose also. Got a reply, I have PTSD, I can’t. Stayed nice but made him wear it since he was doing my test. Tuesday, after several calls and promises that it was coming, NOTHING. After many emails got somebody to respond and I got my results late the night before we left. Paying over $500 for two tests, people working there not looking professional, not wearing a mask properly until called out on it, late test results.....Never again would I use them or recommend anybody using them

Great experience for the covid testing needed to travel to China. The staff knew exactly what I needed to do, which was a big thing because it was really hard to figure out on my own, and provided access to a group chat of other individuals also trying to travel where additional questions could be answered. I also have small veins and the clinicians had no problem drawing blood. My results came out the day of the test and I got my green code to travel with ample time before my flight. Not a good experience- front desk receptionist was wearing a panda onesie. The tech that was suppose to take my lab had long nails with dirt underneath… disgusting and completely unprofessional.I researched the type of test I needed- selected the correct clinic. Came in and was advised they didn’t offer it, despite the fact I had scheduled it online for their specific location. Tech then stated I was looking at the Texas location… how would I be when I scheduled at Tacoma Center St? Get it together, I’d go elsewhere if I were you.

I took my results in 24 hours COVID test at 9am the day before my flight to Hawaii. The next day (26 hours later) I was at the airport gate ready to fly out, but my results were not in, so I had to leave the airport, go home alone, reschedule my flight and I lost a day of vacation with my family. The lab staff was entirely unapologetic, pointing out that I apparently didnt read the fine print when I signed the form before the test, which allegedly says its 24 hours after the lab receives the sample, so in reality its a 48 hour COVID test and the 24 hours is a lie. Dont advertise a 24 hour COVID test when its actually 48 hours, especially when its a time sensitive application such as travel to Hawaii. And please train your staff in customer service because they are terrible at it.

Thorough and fast, and the documentation shows the sampling date and time - important for the 72 hour, not 3 day, requirement for Japan, - test date, doctor name, sampling type (saliva for us) and test type (RT-PCR). Very helpful and also signed and emailed us a Japan Ministry form we left with them at the time of sampling. Results came the following afternoon, and the Ministry form the morning after that. (They did not come together, so we did call to make sure we got the latter. Telephone support is good as well.) We did 3 tests here, and our first traveler saw a person rejected at airport check-in with a result from another lab. (Note: most nasal swabs are not a valid sampling technique for Japan.) Small place but professionally run and a very good alternative for anyone living in the south Puget Sound area. I am glad we found it.Update 5/17/2022: Japan is now accepting nasal swab sampling if combined with PCR testing, and no longer requires a doctors signature if the test is conducted in the US. You should check with your airline, but it is simpler now to get tested for travel to Japan.

These guys saved the day - use them over Covid Clinic! Booked a same day appointment with Any Lab Test Now for a COVID travel test and we were in-and-out in 10 minutes. This successful testing experience occurred after we waited 2.5 hours in our car at Covid Clinic in Tukwila for a confirmed appointment that never happened - the Tukwila Police were called in to announce to the 30+ cars that the Covid Clinic site had closed. The Any Lab Test Now team was professional, courteous, polite, and efficient.

Took a pre-travel COVID test for Hawaii. Super simple easy process. Paid for the standard test received about 32 hours later. Was worried because of some of the other reviews but worked out well for me!

The staff here are very friendly but getting the results back was very slow and actually had to call several different people to finally get the results emailed to me. Tried calling this place for an entire day with nobody answering the phones. The only way i was able to get ahold of anyone is to use the option to schedule an appointment menu option. If you use this company be aware it may be difficult to get the results.

Went in as scheduled and had a quick and effortless test. In and out in 10 minutes. The phlebotomist and support staff was kind, helpful and courteous. Be sure to call ahead as they have some hours that are busier than others.

Very friendly staff, felt very welcome. Went in for multiple tests and they had me in and out in 20 minutes and everything went smoothly. I have been going here for all my lab test needs for a year now and have no plans on switching anywhere else.

I was told a week max for results, and I’m now on my tenth day. No one answers the phone when you call, this place really lacks professionalism. The testing process was easy and the staff was nice, but I wouldn’t recommend, if you need you results by a certain time.Cedric.

Took 2 different tests. Only received results for one, so I paid a lot of money for just one test and need the other results for school admission. Still waiting over 2 weeks to hear about the results - they said 4 days. Ive tried to call - they dont answer, their voice mailbox is full, emailed multiple times. No reply. Super frustrated.

I recently had a lab test and I was nervous about the process. She listened to my story and why I needed the test (for parental rights). I didnt have to wait long. She put me at ease and explained the procedure. Kayla went over the results, research, and I learned a lot of new information. I would highly recommend ANYLABTESTNOW. Lisa is the most helpful, will answer all your question and do her job without asking. However, the manager Kayla cant even take an email phone number fax number correctly, which could have caused punitive damages to me. I would recommend that if u have any issues, you ask Lisa to fix it

Used this place for a pre-flight covid test to Hawaii. They did not deliver my results within 24 hours so I had to pay for a very expensive rapid test at SEATAC the morning of my flight.

I paid $169 for all all Covid 19 antibodies. They only gave me test results for two antibodies! There were 2 people in that office and I was the only customer and they still couldnt get that right??? I even remarked that it seems to cost just as much for only one or two of the antibodies vs all 3 so of course I wanted the most for my money. How did they screw up that bad?

I recently visited to get a test. The tech couldnt draw my blood so I said I would reschedule after hydrating better. Today I was on the phone for 3 hours trying to set up an appoint

Got 24hr covid testing here through Hawaiian airlines, went in on Saturday and got results on Sunday at 23hr mark! The lab is a bit unprofessional and (old) reviews aren’t great, but everything went well and now we can go to Hawaii! Thanks!

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, excellent service and I received my results very fast ! Overall, it was a very smooth experience. Plan to get another test before traveling.

I called to inquire on pre-employment drug screening, and schedule an appointment. Someone answered the phone right away, and he was super helpful. After my experience elsewhere today, I am super thankful for the positive experience with this company.

Phone is never answered.I asked for an email and mail for my labs and two weeks later, never got it.Left a voicemail during their regular hours, never got a call back.Horrible place. Don’t go here for any basic testing done.Horrendous customer service.

The owner does not ensure HIPAA and OSHA laws are followed. Most staff he hired, he doesnt verify credentials OR ensure they have the proper skills and abilities to draw blood, perform legal UAs, or work alone. Patients files are not properly disposed of (shredded). I would steer away from this company at all costs. The company is also under investigation.

Worst customer service. I have been trying to get a refund for three weeks now, I have sent emails, called corporate, called the office, and going in person. Everytime they say they are going to call me back, but they never do.

The staff was extremely helpful and guided me through this complicated process, I really appreciate their help and patience. Would definitely recommend!

Was referred to this lab for a blood draw. We’re in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic. When I walked in, the tech at the reception desk was not wearing a mask. When I questioned her, she said, “We don’t usually wear masks.” I left without getting my blood drawn and you should, too.

It was amazing got my blood drawn and the people are super careful and kind 10 out of 10 and didnt overcharge

When I needed a double-negative test when I returned to China, I chose this embassy-certified testing agency. The staff there are super nice and helpful. They sent the results in a very timely manner. They stayed up late to update us and guided us in filling out the form and uploading it, so we got the green code early! Highly recommended! The hotel next to the airport where I stayed was very convenient to the light rail + bus to the testing point in Redmond.
