The nurse practitioner and the nurse on duty took their time to really help me. They truly cared and encouraged me during my visit. I went back to let them know what the ER doctor discovered and both were happy that they sent me in.

Didn’t even know this place was here! They were so kind to us and had great bedside manner. We were seen so quickly it took longer to fill out his information then it to to actually be seen. Dr was sure to ask and make sure I didn’t have any questions at all. Very clean and even the check in process wasn’t difficult and I was able to do it all from my phone

The staff here yesterday evening were all absolutely amazing! I came in with a pretty significant hand laceration and was checked in, stitched up and walking out in 30 minutes.To the gentleman checking us in, thank you for the expedited process.To the MA, i apologize for not catching your name but thank you for the great experience and your helpfulness.To Ms. Giles, the NP that was on, thank you for your promptness, expertise and guidance.Urgent Cares are never a place we yearn to visit but this location has earned a customer for life… and with multiple kids in multiple sports I’m sure we might be semi frequent visitors!Thank you all again! Anna Marie, my intake person, and Jose Etienne, the PA, were phenomenal. I appreciate how careful they were with me while I was sick, even sorting out a prescription conflict with H-E-B. No wait time and out in under an hour.They both deserve recognition for their work. Thank you.

I took my daughter into the Tomball location today, their computers were not processing payments and the miserable front desk associates apparently do not know how to call the processing company by phone, or call anyone for that matter to get authorization. We were sent away without being seeing.I drove my daughter across the street to CareNow. Their payment processing worked and we were seen immediately, my daughter had a 103 temp. Thank you for being so concerned with her well being that you turned us away when it was your system that was malfunctioning. Absolutely shameful.Zero stars to the front desk ladies, please find another industry because health care is not it for you.

First of all, I was impressed how easy and short wait to be seen by a PA. I’m from Seattle, WA and all urgent care and emergency facilities are a nightmare. The visit is about 4 - 6 hours. Your staff are friendly and professional. The facilities is clean and spacious. I would 100% recommend this urgent care.

The wait was short.. that’s the only good thing I can say about this place. Save yourself and go somewhere else. ThePractitioner barely even checked me. I came in with a temp of 100. That’s not a fever in there eyes. He didn’t even listen to my chest, did check my glands that a swollen and hardly looked in my throat. Didn’t receive antibiotics which I needed to knock this out. He told me just to wait it out. Like I said don’t bother coming here, if you want treatment go somewhere else

Went in for xray on my back. Was miss diagnosed. Got a phone call the next morning stating my back was fractured and I needed to see an orthopedic dr. Said they would send a list of referrals within 24 hours. That didnt happen so I called and was told they picked a dr for me but they didnt know who it is but the referring dr would be calling me at some point. So far I havent heard from anyoneI wont go there again and I wouldnt recommend them to anyone

Dishonest. Walked in asked them how much a service was paid for the service up front. Now theyre billing me three times the amount. Try to access my credit card without permission. Now are harassing me for a payment I dont owe.

The staff was very sweet and attentive, the MD explained everything to me and took time, the facility was very clean, I was thrilled to find Memorial Hermann as an emergency clinic in Tomball

The admission person was the most friendly and helpful and kind medical staff member I have encountered in a very long time. You should clone her or at least use her to train EVERYONE who handles patients for Memorial Hermann.The nurse practitioner was professional, thorough and listened to me. That is uncommon among the doctors at Memorial Hermann. I was happy and confident with her diagnosis and treatment. I will definitely use the urgent care clinic for future needs and I highly recommend them!
