This place has seen me a lot and has helped me deal with a wide variety of issues I have been going through. Not only do they make you feel at home, they take care of you. It’s by far my fav place in the entire world for women’s health. Rosie, Gianna, and Ellie have my heart! You guys make me feel so comfortable and safe at your office!! My girls are everything here! Love you guys!

Front desk receptionist was pleasant, the office was clean. The assessment nurse was also pleasant. The NP was informative and understanding and lets you talk unlike other drs who just want to rush you out. Definitely recommend everyone to come.

I find it so hard to believe how people can neglect their sexual health with access to FPA. Booking, checking in, and receiving care with or without health insurance is smooth and great. Highly recommend if you don’t know where to go or where to start with whatever one needs to take care of.

This should be considered a PSA warning: STAY AWAY, THIS PLACE DOES NOT CARE WHETHER YOU GET YOUR BIRTH CONTROL(!!!!) ON TIME OR NOT.I went on 4/20/2024, took an hour in the waiting room, and spent another 45 min cold an exposed just WAITING, then finally got to meet the doctor. I was getting annoyed but they were saying their system is down so I decided to let it go. Systems can break, sure.Full on 9 days later, I called today 4/29/2024 to see if the rx was called in. Guess what, they have no idea, because their system is down. It must have been down every single day, with no one checking up on anything, cause the system is down. Call someone else. Guess what, called other locations including Long Beach and DTLA. And they will all collectively pass you to other locations.Ohhh youre on BIRTH CONTROL where you have to take on time? Too bad, you will have to wait indefinitely until their system works. I literally asked what I am supposed to do. They said they dont control the system so they dont know what to me.Worst care ever.Edit: I ended up calling my insurance and told them about FPAs unwillingness to help. In less than 30 min, my insurance helped me verify that the rx was indeed called in on 4/20/2024, and FPA even read a note back to my insurance saying this is the exact meds she asked for.So...you DO have ways of looking things up. LOL!! Just didnt feel like looking it up when I called several times, I guess.

I came to this location in February, and they told me my insurance will cover for every test they did to me. Fast forward to July, I got a mail saying they are sending me to collections. I never received an email or any mail telling me that I owe them money. Now they are sending me to collection??!!!!!! thats a scam. Please stay away from this place.

I drive all the way from east LA and I understand I was late. The girl at the first desk was just rude. I apologized for being late and said I didnt realize it was this far and I tired calling them several times and I texted them but the text replied back that they were close and all she said was yeah we were busy. I asked if she can can ask the manager and Dr if they can see me still and i dont mond waiting just because I drove a distance and I made the mistake thinking my appointment was at 830 instead of 810 (I was here at 8:40) and she said no. Just rude

The review is solely for the lady at the front desk answering the phone, she is extremely rude and dismissive. I tried to speak to her and it was so bad that I even had a doctor speak to her and she wouldn’t let neither of us speak. She talked over both of us and would not give us her name so that we could report her to the manager instead while we were talking she puts me on hold and never came back to the phone. She also told me the manager wasn’t in the office, when I called back not even a minute later, the manager picked up the phone. It sucks because the doctor here is really great and I was willing to make this my primary location even though it is so far from where I live.

I really appreciate the help I received here at this clinic. I came here because my gynecologist’s office canceled my appointment and it was urgent I got helped. Staff was very helpful and kind and respectful.

The women at FPA were all so kind and helpful. They made taking care of my health so easy. Thank you to all of the FPA team!

Had such an amazing experience the front desk was amazing and very helpful back office m/a’s , lab tech the nurse practitioner and the ultrasound were so great and made my first time experience at FPA very welcoming and made me feel better thank you girls appreciate you all.

Whenever I go to the clinic I feel welcomed. All employees are loving and attentive. The doctor who treats me always shows concern for what Im feeling, welcomes me, gives me support. I only have good things to report. Very happy!

Omggg a few yrs ago I had a horrible experience at this location I was super nervous but the nurse practitioner ( rosy ) was absolutely amazing. She was really down to earth and really she really do care about the health of her patients and the other assistants there was great as well no attitudes AT ALL . 💕

They are amazing, from calling on the phone and helping with questions to when you step foot in there. Each Woman I encountered today was so sweet. Thank you ladies it made my visit much more relaxing and I wasn’t as anxious as I usually am at appointments.

No pain , I felt welcomed it was quick no issues .. everyone simply did they’re job I’m satisfied

I love going to FPA torrance.. my obgyn Dr. Rosa Chavarin was so sweet and thorough! She made me feel very taken care of.. She also helped me with the nexplanon birth control implant! She did an excellent job with the insertion and I healed up perfectly.. All the obgyns from this location are great, caring, and so great at what they do. This location is pretty popular so the wait times can be a little long but its worth it.

Thank you very much for the good welcome. Friendly staff. A good doctor and the most important thing is a painless injection and collection of tests.

FPA Torrance is an amazing resource for the community.The Healthcare providers and staff are always friendly and supportive when visiting the office. All of my needs are met and provided for without judgment or hesitation from the providers. FPA is truly an asset in the Southbay.

Torrance is better the Inglewood location. Inglewood adds weird charges you have to pay before being seeing and don’t really care who is in front of them. Torrance employees ask questions and makes sure you are okay. Torrance employees and location is the best place to go
