I would recommend this clinic to loved ones. The front office staff was kind and responsive. I appreciated Dr. Khorram’s direct instructions and decisiveness that took the guesswork out of what could have been an overwhelming process. When first transfer was not successful, he had a plan with how to adjust the approach which made me feel more confident knowing something would be different than the first attempt. It was successful and we are so grateful to him for the birth of our newborn!

Dr Khorram and his colleagues at university fertility center have built a reliable facility in assisted reproduction services. In what is often a challenging and confusing place in many people’s lives, Dr Khorram and his staff offered kindness, straight forward answers and information, tried and researched practices, and a place to cultivate hope. Nothing was done without necessity, making it feel less like a medical event and more of a life event. I can’t thank him and his staff enough for his guidance and expertise through this process!

I don’t know why this fertility clinic is still in business! The staff is unprofessional, the facility decrepit, and the doctor just inept. He broke my wife’s heart by telling her something and then changing everything he said when it was time for IVF implantation! Even though my wife is a practicing dentist, and my mother in law being a gynecologist/obstetrician herself, it was a disappointment as he tried to wiggle himself out from his previous pronouncements about the procedure. He seems to want us to keep paying for procedures.

I am very disappointed with my experience here. Dr khorram is very sarcastic and not much help. I went in for a consultation and waited 2 hours for 5 minutes of his time. I decided to do my ivf with him and thats the worste thing i could of done. Hes very like i said before sarcastic and he rushes you in and out and he never explains much to you and makes u pay a lot for medicine. He had me come on one day for my ultrasound and then made me do blood work then go buy a bunch of medicines which i did because i was to take a shot need so i could do retrieval 2 days later. Went in for my retrieval and suppisedly he trys to blame my husband saying that he didnt give me the shot right and i didnt even get my blood test results till after the retrieval. I tried to talk to him for two days and he didnt return my call till few days later. I was like what do i do now he said start over. Basically he had no other explanation for me other then start over. He had no feelings for me. I would never recommend him to any one. Hes a waste of your money. Thank god i found a new dr in mangatten beach that i have an appointment with soon for a consultation. Im positive ill get my miracle baby with this new dr.

It’s so hard to give a review on this, that’s how bitter my experience was! I was referred to Dr. Omid Khorram by my local OB-Gyn. From scheduling appointments, waiting time, office cleanliness, consultation, staff, doctor… this office lacks professionalism in every level!! I was pretty determined to get my IVF done & become pregnant, so I decided to ignore all the red flags. I had 2 IVF attempts here & both failed. After generating 30+ eggs I was only able to use few of them for each attempt & for some odd reason the rest of the eggs didn’t make it, I understand some would not pass the thawing process but now all that is questionable. Dr. suggested in multiple occasions for me to consider selling my eggs since I was able to produce so many in a single treatment & jokingly would mention thousands of dollars per egg in a persistent way. Again, that was not my focus, so I just ignored his pointless comments. His last IVF treatment sent me to the ER with OHSS for an entire week due to the overdose of meds, that according to the hospital doctors were not needed since in my case I was completely fertile & therefore the dose of my meds should’ve been given to me accordingly. You will receive their standard med dose & instructions in a poorly done copy, not customized to your body or individual needs. Save your money & do your research! Don’t ignore the red flags like I did. Luckily, I found Dr. Acacio who was able to achieve my pregnancy with triplets.

Im on the path of doing a second journey as a surrogate...Dr. Khorram, professional and knowledgeable specialist. Dr Kim, great teachings, supported us not only as individuals but as a couple. Love is extending yourself to support the other person be better... he takes time to share his knowledge not only in the medical field but life in general...

One of our friend recommended this center last year and finally my wife is pregnant ! thank you for all the effort from Dr. Korram and Dr.kim . They were very kind , process were smooth all the way . Staffs were very helpful when we needed ! last thing its gonna be long process and sometimes its hard to have a patience but just believe the Doctors and look at the bright side ~ good luck everyone :)

My wife and I went here with the hope of some advise on what to do based on some results I got from a semen analysis, instead of advise I pretty much felt like the doctor said spends thousands of dollars or don’t even try! He told us about two options, in his words “If you can afford it” two types of inseminations. When I asked him for some brochures or something with a little more information regarding these two options he said “we don’t have any but you can search online” at this point I realized we just got ripped off! $180 dollars just for this. We took in the semen analysis results for him to review and explain but all he gave us was informations we already knew. To top it off we waited for over an hour for a conversation that lasted about 10 minutes and did not help at all.

The worst place to go for an IVF procedure, my wife and I went their for an IVF procedure at first everything was great and the Doctor was very helpful and explained everything well but then during process the Doctor did not explain nothing as if he did not have time and rushed on to the next paytient and just demands for you to keep spending money on his procedure that he recommended it felt like he just made us spend thousands of dollars for no reason, and in the end tell us that our embryos had not made it through for us to continue the process it felt like he just robbed us for our money after 3 attempts it felt like he stole our embryos to sell them else where it sucks cause we dont have that proof only he know what really happened. its surprising what people do for money these days

Terrible, the worst clinic you can go to, my husband went to have a sperm count and we paid 140 dollars to have it done. They were going to call him to give him the results and they didnt call us because the doctor doesnt speak Spanish and they charge you others to give you the results. 180 dlls scammers. We had gone before to one that is in Glendale and there in less than an hour we had the results and we only paid 125dlls and the doctor explained to us very well, very kind.
