They WERE great before they merged with a private company. Now theyve gotten rid of all their staff that was actually nice or helpful. They discontinued treatment for current patients and consistently have given me a hard time getting medication filled by them. Its a shame theyd put their patients at risk to allow a private company to take over what was once a nice clinic.

Staff was very sensitive overall and celebrated with us when we finally got pregnant! ONE of the ultrasound techs was rather cold, but the rest of them were so nice and sensitive to my feelings during that difficult time. We will go back if we struggle to conceive again!UPDATE:We did have trouble conceiving again and returned in 2019. Some of the nurses remembered me and it was such a comfort to be somewhere familiar. Didn’t run into the rude nurse this time and we had another healthy pregnancy ❤️

Very unhappy with my whole experience using this office. Nobody seems to communicate very well or efficiently, and I do not have a lot of faith in this office for future processes that we will probably have to explore. Also, a nurse just released my husbands medical record to me, without even sending to him or his online account, and apparently it never reached the doctor, because I had to send it to her myself. Yet, when I tried to get my own records, I was given a runaround about how to request them. Probably will be looking for a new office, not impressed by anyone here.

My wife and I absolutely enjoyed our entire time receiving care at the Troy location. Dr. Budrys and her team of awesome nurses were helpful throughout the whole process and very patient. I would recommend this location to any women whore trying to conceive. My wife and I are expecting two beautiful twin babies and couldnt be more happy.

Please do not go here - I would give zero stars if I could . They do not care to help you with infertility/ recurrent miscarriages . I got my HSG test done on April 28th and my Dr. ( Dr. Posegay) has not reached out to me not ONCE afterwards to go over what the next steps are. It is not my responsibility as a patient to follow up, that is the doctors job. Also, they sent me to the hospital to get the testing done and I just got a bill for a whopping $3,100 . PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE. I will be finding a different Dr. elsewhere.

Please dont go here. You couldnt pay me to go back. Lack of respect and service to patients even though you bend over backwards to accommodate them. Almost never answer phones. You get a call back after a few days. They do insist they are incredibly busy, but when you get there it is a ghost town.... I wonder why? They insist they are super busy and can accommodate nobody like its their sole mission. Did I also mention they didnt even do a COVID screen when you walk in? You seriously cant trust this office and I strongly suggest you look elsewhere. Oh and dont forget: you cannot ever be late even though it looks like the staff do nothing at all. Especially since they say you should call and they dont answer.

I had a wonderful experience with this office and their staff. No wait, attentive care and I didnt feel rushed or pushed through at all, which you often get from other doctors. They answered all of my questions, offered a great level of care, and took the time to understand my individual needs. I would recommend this office to anyone!

I was told I had two blocked tubes ..I watched dye spill out of my right side ...he told me I needed ivf ..never offered any other advice all they want is money from desperate couples I went to oakwood and he put me on clomid he told me my right tube was not blocked!

Dr Budrys and Her staff is EXCELLENT, very prompt in responding to your messages, very helpful I just love everything about this Office

The service is horrible and they do not use discretion for your own personal business. I would not recommend going to this particular location.
