Dr. Johnson was great! It was my first consultation, and he was very easy to talk to. He explained every test and all procedures. Took his time talking to me and never made me feel like he was in a rush, which made me feel more comfortable. Samantha and Sabrina were wonderful during the entire scheduling process, and were always nice and helpful when I had questions or needed some assistance. Overall, a terrific experience and Im looking forward to my next appointment!

Fantastic place with staff who truly cares. Dr. Johnson is one of the most caring, professional, and all around great doctors I’ve had. He is the biggest reason I’m getting my miracle baby. I am beyond sad and disappointed to learn that the owners of this practice have decided to completely close it down, instead of relocating to another location in the Tucson area. Tucson is losing a much needed practice, and I am hoping that the owners reconsider. If not, please seek out Dr. Johnson’s care when he moves elsewhere. You will be in great hands if you do!

Just had my first visit for Dr. Johnson, and it was truly a great experience. He was understanding and easy to talk to. He made us feel comfortable. I think we made a great choice picking this location so far.

Dr. Johnson is amazing! I came to his office looking for a second opinion and on the first televisit he definitely restore my hopes. He gave me a few options for my problem, ordered more tests and listened to my concerns. I regret not going to ARI before, wasted 2 years of my life going to the wrong doctor.

ARI has changed doctors in the last few years and every single one of them have been amazing. Dr. Johnson is no different, Dr. Mansfield and McConnell helped us create our one year old daughter and make her dream- a reality!! Dr. Johnson has been a pleasure every step of the way with our next child and we implant next week! The rest of the staff stays the same mostly and honestly you could not ask for a kinder bunch of women! The care and attention to detail and professionalism of this fertility clinic makes every single adventure an absolute joy that’s full of caring support. I cannot recommend them all enough. ARI has been with us throughout our lowest points and our highest points - faithfully and dedicatedly making our family dreams a reality ❤️

Dr. Johnson and his team are amazing. They are a kind, caring, and fun group! They are open and transparent every step of the way. I wouldnt wish infertility struggles on any person, but I am grateful to have found Dr. Johnson though this this process. He is so much fun:) I cant imagine a better experience through such a difficult time.

Despite the fact that I did not achieve having children, my experiences with Dr. Johnson and the staff at ARI were great. The one on one care is awesome and I always felt cared for there. I highly recommend Dr. Johnson to anyone seeking a fertility specialist. My only wish with him would be that he would follow patients all the way to childbirth, but he only gets them to almost near the end of the first trimester, then passes patients on to a regular OBGYN. Nevertheless, he is a great doctor who really cares and takes the time to answer questions and make sure patients understand the processes.

The doctor is competent but the staff is completely disorganized and lacking general knowledge. They send the medical records from another patient to my personal email. When I called to report the mistake they were really dismissive like Im overreacting. Because of that I moved on with another doctor and didnt used Dr Mansfield.The staff is also lacking efficiency and you could spend 2hrs at the office waiting for 20min appointment.You are as good as your team. Please train and educate your team!

Good first visit with Dr. Johnson. He was genuine and presented as a caring provider. We are looking forward to working with Dr. Johnson to grow our family. Great overall bedside manner and experience.

The staff is very patient and friendly. Dr. Mansfield genuinely cares and always greets you with a smile. She looks at you in the eye when explaining the whole process. I love how the office is welcoming and comfortable.

Doctor Mansfield is truly incredible, along with her entire staff. They put my husband and I at such ease, giving us accurate and thorough information. We highly recommend her and are really excited about our future pregnancy :-). Dr. Mansfield was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. She knew all about my Multiple Sclerosis and gave me such sound advice.

Dr. Mansfield is extremely knowledgeable and good at explaining the different treatment options available and what may have gone wrong in the past treatments. She really engages us and takes the time to know our medical history before meeting us. She listens to us, is very friendly and really seems to care about us and our past fertility issues.

Dr Johnson and all of the staff at Arizona Reproductive Institute are wonderful. They are professional but also compassionate and kind. I’m forever grateful for this place. We have our daughter because of them.

Dr. Johnson is amazing. He makes you feel super comfortable and seems invested in helping you figure out the cause of your issues. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who is having trouble becoming pregnant.

My time with Dr. Connell was short - I ended up getting pregnant spontaneously after our first consult with him (after TTC for 20 months). However, he was happy to monitor my pregnancy up to 12 weeks. He took time to listen to my questions/concerns, answer everything and offer advice. It was a bittersweet moment when he said I was graduating from them and could move on to a regular obgyn! I could tell he genuinely cares and was excited for us. Thank you for helping to make this pregnancy less stressful and more enjoyable!

So far I am extremely pleased. The practice is more expensive than other Tucson practices, however I feel like they dont waste your time and money on additional frills. At the previous practice I went to I wasted both my time and money on none essential meds and procedures.

Receptionist is very courteous. Medical assistant was great informing me about small wait for appointment. Dr. Mansfield explained initial evaluation process very well, upbeat and encouraging which is wonderful.

The doctor was incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. She answered all my questions and set me up with a great plan. The staff is all very friendly and the office is well managed.

Kind, knowledgable. Dr. Mansfield communicates hope. She is positive, but in a realistic manner. The appointment did not feel rushed, Dr. Mansfield was very willing to listen to us and answer our questions. Not pushy.

Many of the staff and front desk were very sweet. Why 1 star? Francis. She was always cutting us off and interrupting. She even had the audacity to accuse me of sabotaging my own fertility. We had to cancel insemination due to too many eggs and she had to add insult to injury, as if I want crushed enough by the news. Luckily thing eventually worked out so we didnt have to see her again.The cryo team is a mess, called to yell at us when we sent them stock. Then after we sent papers to dispose they called a year later trying to charge us another year.

Great doctor! Made me feel comfortable, walked me through every step of my procedure, and gave me hope! Cannot recommend Dr. Johnson enough!

I did IVF twice in Arizona Reproductive Institute. It was not successful experience, I started with one doctor, and finished with another doctor. In the end this doctor was out of network. It was my first IVF treatment, after taking my eggs retrieval, i still didnt finish my first IVF treatment and was waiting my result in genetic test (it is take 3 weeks), the nurse asked me when i am going to do my second IVF treatment. It was really painful to hear that, because I was hoping my embryo will be good and I was waiting to transfer it after genetic test result.

Very thorough in her explanation. Very respectful when speaking to me and explaining things. Everyone in the office was real nice and helped me to feel welcome.
