I almost never leave reviews but since I use the reviews others have left to make a decision I hope that this may help someone who may be on the fence. I scheduled an appointment on line at their website for 7:00 p.m. the following day which was very quick and easy, I showed up about 10 min early and they immediately got me into an exam room and had a nurse already waiting to go over my reason for the visit and any questions i had and the Dr. came in less than 5 min later and was very thorough going over my medical history and showed genuine concern making sure to answer any questions or concerns I had, administered treatment, wrote the necessary Rx and I was on my way within about 30 min and couldnt be more pleased by the care and attention to detail all of the employees showed while being efficient without making me feel rushed. This was my first time going there and It was probably the best experience Ive ever had at a medical appointment. I had an issue with my insurance covering one of my prescriptions the next day and when I called the office for help they were just as friendly and went over and above to call on my behalf and try to get it covered. They exceeded any and all expectations and I couldnt recommend them more. After this I cant imagine waiting for 6 hours or more in a crowded waiting room having to endure the typical urgent care experience ever again.

Check-in staff was pleasant and kept me informed of updated wait times as I was a Walk -In patient. Exam area was clean and comfortable with relaxing white noise quietly playing. (I came into Urgent Care Clinic with painful sinuses that had progressed into migraine and sore throat.) P.A. listened attentively and discussed treatment that included throat swab to rule out a strep infection. He encouraged me to continue treating condition as I had been, hydrating, steaming, nasal rinse, etc., and also to make a return appointment if symptoms hadnt resolved after an appropriate length of time.Legacy Go Health is a reliable source for supporting my wellness.

I had a good experience visiting this urgent care! I visited their website and was able to fill out some basic info and save a time slot for later that day. Then, they sent me a text where I filled out most of my paperwork. The clinic was clean and everyone was friendly and helpful.

People were polite quick and Dr was so kind and gentle he took time to listen and looked me in the eyes when he spoke to me gave me meds that helped clear up ear a horrible ear infection that was literally leaking yellow fluid out constantly for days that would crystalize when it dried instantly caused bad skin irritation and rash. Once I started the antibiotics it began feeling better that evening.

Check in and was told around noon that the doctor was going to lunch and to come back at 1 pm. Arrive at 1pm to find quite a few people in the waiting room area. Low and be hold we were never put on the list. Sat around for about an hour until my wife got up and went to the and asked where are we in the queue. Guess what? Not there. So we had to check in again. Numbers people were in front of us. WHEN YOU CHECK IN, don’t leave and make sure you’re in the queue.Took us over 3 hours to get seen.

Staff was wonderful. But I was never contacted about the results of my X-ray. Was told I would be called same day with the results. It’s been four days and I have not been contacted. I was able to see the results thru the patient portal but it was disconcerting that no one followed up with me.

My best experience ever at an Urgent care clinic. The staff was so nice! From the receptionist to the med.tech and the PA, Christopher. The visit was smooth and efficient without feeling rushed. I was out of there in a half hour.

This rating is only because term urgent care walk ins doesnt really apply here. As a walk in I was informed that the entire day was booked with appointments and there were 2 walk ins ahead of me. I was told it would be a wait. After 3 hrs. I asked how much longer. I was told to come back in an hour or make an appointment. I made a appointment for the next day. The 2 other walk ins were seen. I worked in health care for 40 plus years. Why would an urgent care facilty not leave a few openings in the schedule for actual URGENT CARE? The staff was friendly, but the companys policies are not. My appointed visit the following day went very well.

Don’t expect to be called back at your appointment time even if no one else is in the building. Staff seems to prioritize socializing with each other over helping the patients. Not to mention they always mess up workers comp paperwork. Would not recommend this location.

This is a very difficult job. I was a walk in and elected to take optioneasier. This meant I would choose to wait at home until I was notified by the office. The office texted me to come at 1:30. Once I got there the agent handled all of the check in stuff flawlessly.The doctor and her assistant were very upbeat and efficient.I agreed to take the x ray and afterwards we had a discussion that was very informative.Good job Legacy!

The wait was almost 3.5 hours as a walk in because the day was fully booked and I could not wait for a next day appointment. This is not due to the staff being inefficient but an over all failure of our health care system and ability to staff our clinics. Thank you all to the staff who were kind and helpful while busy.

Do not bother coming here as a walk-in. These inconsiderate fools made me wait for 3 hours in the lobby before I finally stood up and asked for a status. They told me they hadnt had any cancelations of appointments so they hadnt helped a single one of us. A half dozen people sitting there waiting because they wont take a single walk-in unless an appointment cancels. I had not slept a single hour and had to work again later that day. Walked out. I drove up to Vancouver Clinic and they had me in the exam room in 15 minutes. I will never come here again.

Having Covid is no fun but I had the nicest helpful knowledgeable PA, and MA! Both were excellent! The PA so living felt like you were with family! I just loved her! Colleen Davies was the PA, I hope she never changes cause she makes people feel so valued in her manner & the Best Countenance! As a CNA Instructor for 40 years she the kind I know will be successful beyond successful! As an RN myself I would love working with her! Kindest RegardsMaryAnn Wilson

Being a health care worker myself, I get being over exhausted and having a full day of back-to-back seeing patients. But what got on my nerves is how disrespectful the provider and the staff are at this facility which was so unacceptable. I took in a family member of mine who was obviously very ill and could barely breath and they tried to push us to another day seeing that obviously he was barely catching his breath and wheezing causing him to become very anxious. They made us wait for 2 hours before even checking his oxygen levels and the provider kept brushing off everything and I tried to speak on behalf of my family member because he could barely breathe, and she just acted like I wasnt there. I was very very veryyyyy kind considering how they treated us there and we are very understanding people, but this just MADE MY BLOOD BOILLLL. I will never be returning, and I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Every time I’m here I have to wait hours upon hours if I walk in. They prioritize online costumers over walk ins. When I asked how long I should be waiting the front desk lady started giving me attitude. Highly recommended just finding another clinic to go to.

This place usually gets a good review from me but not at this location 👎🏾 for a five minute evaluation and one minute screening, should have taken a total of 20mins tops.(Including waiting for results)(Mind you I have been in for these screens a lot working in the healthcare)My 20yr old son went in @0930 to get a COVID and strep screening,(dropped off) it was a walk-in so we anticipated a hefty wait, but this was a outrageous wait time!😡 Didnt get called back to be seen until 1805 thats a 8 1/2 hr wait time! Thats just ridiculous! It takes less time to go to the E.R.!!!! when confronted they couldnt explain why other walk-ins that came in AFTER him got in BEFORE him!! Not sure if they rolled him over as a fool because of his age or something else but as soon as I showed up and started questioning they got him in right away! Now that doesnt make any sense! Smdh!!!!!! Corporate will be hearing from me!😡

Debbie was the rudest health care worker I’ve interacted with in awhile. She is un empathetic, disrespectful and chooses to speak to patients with a rude and disrespectful attitude. I don’t appreciate healthcare workers who lack empathy, you need to find a different industry to work in. Health care workers like Debbie are one of the bigger problems in America, we can not have healthcare workers who lack empathy and the ability to help and speak to others kindly and considerately. I am incredibly disappointed in Legacy-GoHealth, I was involved in an accident and the insurance companies decided who is at fault and the insurance claim number is ready and available to BILL THE AT fault party. Debbie is refusing to have me checked in and seen and offered no help or resources to go to after she helped the man in front of me who couldn’t be seen here either. It sounds to me as if legacy go health is a scam walk in clinic to charge insurance companies to basically get blood pressure checks and sent home. This place is a joke and the employees are incredibly rude. Thanks Debbie I hope you have the day you deserve, if you can go out of your way to be rude and then help someone find care elsewhere and send me away with zero resources I am happy to go out of my way to write this review. I will be finding a customer complaint number as well. I have been trying to get seen for this wreck with Legacy-GoHealth and now this is the second location that I came to. Comparatively if you MUST ABSOLUTELY go to legacy go health then PLEASE do not chose this location there is no empathy or respect or compassion here. The location in camas off 192nd had incredibly kind and compassionate employees. I am so disappointed in Debbie as well as her coworkers who did not step in and their superiors who decided to hire a medical staff team that is destructive to your patients and image.

I booked online and was seen almost immediately upon my arrival. I was addressed respectfully but with a matter of fact attitude regarding my illness. I was in and out within half an hour with a prescription to help deal with my illness.

I don’t think I’ve ever given a 1⭐️, even to the rudest of staff I’ve dealt with at other establishments because I’m human I get it sometimes we have off days so I try not to judge based on someone’s attitude. HOWEVER I tried twice to go to this urgent care because I’m new to the area and haven’t been able to establish my VETERAN primary care. Now I’m not one to really throw that veteran stuff around because I signed up for that. But when 90% of people say thank you for your service you’d think in healthcare that would go a little extra distance if a veteran really needs some care. But here we go, I came in here on 4/10/24 at 7:45 pm now I know they close at 8 but if you close at 8pm your staff that aren’t busy BECAUSE NOBODY WAS IN THERE should do whatever closing tasks you have and the ones that can help sick people should until it’s time to lock the doors with whatever patience are left because it’s your closing time. But instead I was understanding even though I had a 103.8 fever I went ahead and attempted to call any urgent care that would accept the VA, news flash y’all are the only ones around here that do so, so maybe y’all should be a little more understanding as I was for your closing time. But instead I went home and attempted to rest and hydrate myself. So on 4/11/24 I went back, this time at 6:15/6:20 and instead of helping me, the guy from the previous night went to an employee who wasn’t there the night before to witness my visible frustration while also respecting your staff at the same time, and instead had that man help us WHO THEN TOLD ME THAT YOU GUYS DONT ACCEPT WALKINS AFTER 6:30pm AND THAT I COULD NOT BE SEEN. When I tell you it took every ounce of me to muster enough strength to drive myself to your urgent care all to be turned away not because I was 10 mins late to your cut off for walkins, but because it was 10 mins until your cut off for walkins! Oh and btw there wasn’t anyone there incase your manager does see this because there were 3-4 of you just standing around when I walked in to hopefully be seen with this 103 fever I had, that btw was only dropping to 101-102 even with Tylenol. Now I know there isn’t much you can do but I couldn’t keep fluids down and the only damn thing I wanted was an IV because I kept throwing up any water I’d try to drink. So I appreciate you Legacy for the attempt at supporting the veteran community but your staff at this site falls EXTREMELY SHORT.

To save a spot is days out, every time we come the entire place is empty but they say they don’t have any providers to see us. As I see 4 providers talking, joking, laughing and sitting. The “save a spots” didn’t show or check in and they still kept us waiting and waiting. Lots of laughing and talking and drinking Starbucks but don’t see any work actually being done. At this point the ER may be faster.

Phone system says they are accepting walk ins drive across town to be told they are done taking walk ins they are at capacity while 4 employees sit around on their cell phones all exam room doors wide open and they dont close for 45 minutes. Making my 6yr old suffer overnight unless i clog up the emergency room for something non life threatening

I came in with lower back injury. I can barely stand up straight without being in a lot of pain. He said I need rest but proceeded to write a APF that would have me back to work and not having me off work a couple of days to rest from the injury. All he did was have me lay down and he lifted both legs and that was his exam. Didnt look at how crooked my back was or ask how well I can stand up. Just a leg lift and that was it. The person that saw me was Laorence Wassom and he was more focused about winning a possible court case than he did about my health and whats best for my body. He was only looking out for himself. Horrible experience. Now I have to start this whole process over with another clinic because Laorence Wasson was more focused on court than he was about my health. Will be reporting him.

Staff is very rude, they have posted hours as 8am to 8pm nowhere does it say they stop taking walk-ins at 6pm. I came in at 6:10pm really sick on a Wednesday night and was refused. I asked polity if I could wait standby since there was only one person in the lobby and was told NO go to the ER . Zero compassion. I thought to be in Healthcare you should at least have empathy and compassion. I wouldnt go here again nor would I recommend you do.

I arrived 7 minutes late to an appointment. She said had already given up my spot because Im more than 10 minutes late. The appointment was at 4:15. I was back in my car and home, in time to post this already by 4:28. You do the math..The appointment was for a 6yo who was really not feeling well. I dont know why she chose to treat a mother and child that way. It wasnt easy circumstances getting to the appointment, and I was not right on time as I hoped, but we were not even 10min late.. very disappointed in what this location has become.

This place was great. I made an appointment. Showed up on time and was in and out in 20 min. PA Curran was great. He reminded me of Gary Oldman, not that its relevant haha. Everyone I encountered was very friendly. I left my purse on the bed and when I went back theyd put it in the safe.There was a long line waiting to check in when I left. So Im assuming early morning hours are the best. I will definitely continue here.

The staff was friendly and attentive from the moment we walked in the door! They made things go smoothly for us. They were thorough in questions and answering any questions and/or concerns we had. I know it was pure luck that there was no wait and we were seen right away, but it was nice! Ive used other location for go health and always had positive experiences, so it was nice to have this location meet (and exceed) the friendliness and attentiveness of the other locations. Will def try this location first in the future and we just moved and are now driving from Longview, but well worth it!!! Seriously the staff was amazing!!!

Had an appointment at 10:15 for my daughter, we werent called back until 11:40. Just be prepared to wait and then wait some more. And I definitely recommend booking an appointment instead of being a walk in even though in my case we had an appointment and still had to wait an hour and a half just to be called back. Once we were called into a room though it went fast and smooth.

I was impressed with the efficiency of the staff. They got me taken care of in a timely manner with professional and friendly care. The nurse practitioner was outstanding. She was skilled and kind. I felt so much more comfortable at your facility than I did at the Vancouver location. They were efficient, but the atmosphere was not as friendly or kind.

The staff at this Urgent Care in Salmon Creek are INCREDIBLE!!! Ive never been in a clinic where EVERYONE makes you feel special! Im an Oncology Nurse and managed the PHSW Cancer Center for 22 yrs so I know how important customer service is!!I was having heart palpitations and they were booked full till 8pm but they managed to squeeze me in!Front desk, MAs and NP ALL are superb!!! I was injured on the job in October 2022 and needed to see a work comp doctor.Doctor David Allen and Nurse Alice at the Salmon Creek, Washington location are the most kind, compassionate, friendly, and considerate health professionals that I have ever encountered in 53 years.They are absolutely phenomenal!A million thanks to you both for treating me with dignity and compassion, and for helping me to obtain the additional physical therapy and occupational therapy that was needed to get me back on the road to a full recovery.

I apologized for being late and was basically chastised for being late and told to come back later. No kindness or empathy at all. I drove to Vancouver Clinic where they saw me immediately. The lady at the front counter seemed irritated as soon as I stepped in the counter. I was in a car crash and there was some confusion in whose insurance was suppose to be billed for it, and I had all the information but she was rude and about the situation I just left and opted to go to somewhere else. Not the place to go to get taken care of when injured or sick in my opinion and I will definitely never go to this specific location if there’s any chance they have her at reception.

I left work early because of abdominal pain. They took a sample from me and suggested I go to the ER. Since they didn’t have the proper equipment to perform what the doctor thought was needed. Which thankfully was down the road. And I am glad they were honest about their advice.

I went here to check on something minor, but couldnt get into a dermatologist for 3 months.Receptionist gave no indication of what a charge might be for the visit but took my HSA card info just to keep on file.Took at least a 30 minute wait to see my provider (I think she was a nurse practitioner) despite having an appointment on this slow Saturday morning. It seems pretty normal for a doctor, although urgent cares have usually been faster in my experience.She spent about 5 - 10 minutes looking at my concern, made a crude joke about a bruise on my neck that my cat left, and then sent me on my way, with a prescription and a $240 charge to my HSA card (would have been $300 without my insurance).2/10, will not return.

While I understand I was one of the last people to be seen, the care I got was awful. I went in with an injury to my clavicle and after the doctor poked and pushed on it said she wasnt sure what it was and didnt feel the need to do an X-ray and also stated that they didnt do them there which is a lie as its stated on thr website they do and on the tv in the room I was in. I had to seek proper medical care from my primary care team two days later. I should have gotten better care than be brushed off because it was thr end of the day.

I am extremely displeased with the service I received here. The provider came into to room, did not introduce herself, gave a precursory assessment barely asking us any questions. She was extremely snarky and completely unhelpful. I’m pretty sure she made a judgement about me and my son before she even walked in the room and made her “diagnosis” based off that. I’ve been observing my son being in constant pain for a week and getting worse every day, but that means nothing to these people. He’ll just have to keep suffering until I can get him in to his regular dr where they’ll actually treat him.

I had an appointment but came in a couple of hours early and asked if I could get a standby appointment since I was so early. I was told yes and after waiting for over 2 hours someone who walked in after I did with a next day appointment got in, in front of me. I was told since I have an appointment later that other walk-ins have priority. Ive always had great service at this location just a bit frustrated at the moment.

I stepped in to legacy go health clinic to ask for an appointment for later on in the day. I did this because I had my dog in the car. Very pleasant to ask me what I needed to be seen for (inner ear issue) and the receptionist talked to the crew an indicated that it wouldnt be long. It was cool and cloudy and I had my windows cracked for Max so I decided to check it out so I stayed. They had me out of there in less than a half an hour from when I stepped in. Amazing! excellent staff, excellent doctor, excellent experience. Thank you go health

Be very careful about this clinic! They say they offer primary care services but they charge you as urgent care.The Dr there basically scheduled a random visit for me which I thought was to get a second dosage of a vaccine but when I went there they said “oh you have to come back next month” I even asked what the visit was for then and they didnt have an answer. Later on I got a bill for $200 for that visit. When you call the clinic they send you to the billing department and when you call the billing dept they say its the decision of the cilinic manager. So be very careful about your visits. Apperently they love to rip off their patients.

I dont love having to bring my kids to Urgent Care, but I do love the fact that they make it so easy when we have to! Quick, professional, and kind! I have always made an appointment online before coming in, so we have never had to wait in the waiting room for more than 5 minutes. The doctor I saw at Go Health was quick to diagnose my symptoms and the need for me to go the ER. She called ahead so I could receive immediate attention as this was an emergency situation. The ER however seemed to ignore her recommendation and I sat in agonizing pain for over 6 hours until I received a CT scan which confirmed the doctors suspicions of diverticulitis. However by then a cyst had ruptured and perforated my large intestine. Once I got through the ER my care received from doctors and nurses was exemplary. The ER is a very broken system. I hope and pray for improvements there.

I came to the wrong location for Urgent Care (as this is primarily a covid testing center) but because they had the room, they took me in and I was seen very quickly. Went in for my hand/wrist they did a X-ray and it was just a bad sprain… The P.A Christopher Robertson tried to give me meds that is a gel anti-inflammatory/pain… I called them after talking with the pharmacist because I am on TRT and they said it will interfere with TRT.. The P.A disagreed and still wanted me to take this…🤦🏻‍♂️ I pay out-of-pocket for TRT and told him I’m not taking that.. And ask if the P.A would give me 10mg hydrocodone because I’m already on fives for back pain and they did nothing for my wrist/hand… The P.A refused…. My hand and wrist are swollen and throbbing and the pain is excruciating…. Do not go here… They obviously do not care about patients.. They just want to bill your insurance revolving door clinic….

Jajaira the medical assistant is the WORST. Upon arriving she popped out to say she would be right with me and the went back to her little work space. When I checked in she proceeded to tell me I was 15 mins late which I was 17 mins early. She was very combative and rude. Then she of course was my medical assistant and continued to be belittling and insulting. The wait was very reasonable, I had already checked in online earlier in the morning so it was super easy when I got in. Unfortunately I have Kaiser so it was all out of pocket but it didnt seem terribly priced for just an initial visit. Also the doctor was great. This was my second attempt at a Covid 19 asymptomatic test. The first was at another provider and was chaotic. Terrible communication, no empathy for the client and, in the end, no result delivered. Go-health at salmon creek were professional from start to finish. Great communication by email and text and I was admitted early for the test. Calm, focussed reception service and personable and efficient medical staff. Result delivered within 15 minutes and appropriate advice given throughout. I cannot recommend them more highly.

I was made comfortable and informed that i had four people in front of me so it could be a wait. I waited by taking a small nap as sleep wasnt my friend the night before. Dr Springer had a fantastic beside manner and got me to laugh even with how nervous I was. While she was with me her attention was fully on me and trying to figure out what was wrong. They were limited in my unique condition so she got me an urgent referral to see a specialist. They didnt have the equipment to solve my heat exhaustion problem. Was prescribed the WRONG medication(20mg MUSSCLE RELAXER) to help with my stomache. I asked the PA Christopher Robertson to explain what I was prescribed and he mentioned Baclofen will be to help with your upset stomache. Take 1 to 2 times a day. Luckily I googled everything and asked the pharmacy if I should take this which they were confused on why I was told to take it. Quick recap, was prescribed wrong medication with a high 20mg muscle relaxers, was told from the PA that Im supposed to take this for my stomache, I had to call the clinic back and call him out, he said sorry I had that under my hot key as a different drug. So who knows how many other people got the wrong medication... To the random people walking in there, just be careful!!

If Im paying $270 I expect the PA to spend more than 5min talking to me and to actually examine my injury. They confirmed my suspicion that I had an ear infection and gave me a prescription for antibiotics.Unfortunately, I reacted poorly to the chosen prescription so I called the next morning to ask if they could call in a different prescription that my body could tolerate. Took my son here on Christmas Eve, last night. Yes, we were able to get right in and be seen. However, the doctor did not seem interested in listening to me and all his symptoms at ALL. Got to the salmon creek location, the service was very poor, had come in because I had a gunshot wound through my shoulder and excessive bleeding and needed the dressing changed. Long wait, with nobody even in there .. The doctor comes in, sees all the blood, acted like she didn’t even want to touch it and then sends me to a different location. There was no one in any exam room still had to wait 20 minutes. The nurses and Dr were short tempered. This was not a pleasant visit and wish that I had just taken the appointment that myRegular Dr. Office had offered during check in from a cancellation. If you want to be treated ad an inconvenience go here. My exam was less time than the wait to get in. My blood pressure was taken, my o2, my temperature and weight by nurse. The Dr. Looked at my ears, listened to my lungs and looked at my throat from a distance that I cant imagine him actually being able to see anything.

I filled out everything online and scheduled my appointment. The online portal said to be there 10 min early for check in. I get there 10 minutes early and met with a man at the front desk that began asking the same questions that I just answered when setting up my appointment. My appointment time was at 8:15am I arrived 10 minutes early and didn’t get back to the room until 8:25, because of his slowness and asking the same questions. As I’m waiting to see the dr- which is actually a NP I could tell just by his body language he really wasn’t wanting to be there the Monday morning after Easter. As he approached me to check my ears in the 4 min it took to get me out of there he smells of hangover alcohol. The smell was so harsh it was giving me a headache. I told the NP I have a sore throat and I’ve been waking up suffocating in the middle of the night. He tested me for strep.. after I told him I don’t think it is strep because I’ve had strep before. The test was negative as I thought it would be, and he sent me away. All in 4 min. now after going to another dr I actually have sleep apnea and I was quitting breathing at night. If you work with patients please don’t go to work smelling like yesterday’s drunk.

I had surgery last week and I am on leave away from any US Military hospital so Urgent Care is where I have to go. I ran out of pain medication so Urgent Care was my only hope until I go back to my Duty Station and once I told them my reasonings for my visit they told me we can’t help you. Go to your surgeon who is down in San Diego who I can’t see for another week. So while this is a service related injury on my past deployment while I was doing my job this place and their doctors can’t do their jobs. I will never go here nor recommend anyone to go here and give them your money and business.

Update: 1/10, Legacy billing agent Benenita has resubmitted an insurance claim with a false, undiagnosed, untreated chronic condition.I couldnt get in to see my Dr for a week for an injury Id unsuccessfully tried to treat I went to the Salmon Creek Legacy GoHealth. There was no one else & got in quickly. A PA walked in and stuck his finger exactly where it hurt, gave me an ace bandage and told me to ice and get Aspercreme. He also told me if he did an xray that he would see I had another chronic problem. I asked a few times how when I normally had no pain or issues. He responded Someday you will. He did not do an xray or other diagnostics, did not explain, refer or treat, yet included a chronic issue and secondly that I had this overall as a diagnosis in the medical record. The administrator agreed this was an over reach and it would be changed. My insurance was still billed and paid for the false diagnosis making it a part of my permanent medical record without even an offer of proper diagnosis or treatment. So if you want an ace bandage and a new chronic condition put in your medical record without proper diagnosis or treatment and your insurance billed for a false claim than go here.

I went in for a flu shot with no wait time nice staff and excellent concern for the big baby I am at recieving shots I was so busy talking the next thing I knew it was over ! Did not feel a thing ! That is very very good ! Thank you and love the fact i can do all my appointments cancels reschedules on line with no wait time on the phone!

This is not the place to go to if you are coming in 20 min before the close! I wanted to have my throat swabbed for strep but was dismissed with the statement that I had a flu, even though that test was negative. After 2 days I got worse and worse and went to another urgent care where they confirmed that I did indeed have strep! So not only did I have to pay another copay, but I needlessly suffered 2 days!

Went in for short notice Covid-19 test, got in within an HR or so. Bonus checked out my recently sore shoulder after full reverse replacement. Was able to be prescribed Lidocaine patches that absolutely brought relief. Joshua Snow was very knowledgeable and helpful.

We just switched back to legacy from Kaiser...Let me tell you how I love the fact that I could schedule my appointment on line and see the wait times at all urgent care centers...To me that is customer service..Unlike Kaiser were options are minimal and you cant help that people are treated like cattle...

Walked out of the place. Don’t recommend AT ALL. First off, the receptionist checking me in thinks he knew all. Their policy is fraud. It needs to be changed ASAP. I will argue my point if someone higher up wants to contact me.I’ve never been so angry and upset to walk out of a place. This is horribly ran.

I love the quickness of the test and the results. UC is the only place in the area where you get your results during the appt in less than 15 mins. I travel between Vancouver and Hawaii frequently, and covid tests by a trusted partner are required by Hawaii to avoid quarantine. Ive previously gone to other providers, but will be using UC from now on. 10/10!!

No walk-ins. Online scheduling only, you not going to be able to reach them on the phone, its answering machine. So if you need Urgent care or you are in pain, find it somewhere else, cause if they dont have a spot for today, you have to wait for tomorrow or day after.

Wife was having an allergic reaction to a medication, checked in online, showed up half hour before closing and was refused care even though no patients were waiting and no patients were currently being seen. The MA even started seeing her and had a conversation with the doctor right in front of her where the doctor refused to see her. Apparently they actually close at least a half hour before their posted hours.
