I am always so happy when going to the Vernon Hills location. Angel is always so positive and friendly! In addition, we recently changed nurses and I am so appreciative of Stephanie with both her communication in the portal as well as the phone calls!! Thank you all for your support through this journey!

Thanks to Dr. Rodgers and the team at FCI I am finally pregnant! I never thought it was possible for me! I spent the majority of the time at the Vernon Hills location and everyone there was absolutely wonderful! Jay the ultrasound tech and Angel who did my blood work were always so kind and the front desk was so helpful. IVF is not a fun process by any means but this team made it as comfortable and gentle as possible. Ill never be able to thank Dr. Rodgers and her team enough for all they have given me!

I love having Jay as my ultrasound technician, she is always smiling and so sweet! She knows exactly how to take your mind off of any procedure you’re having done and make it a pleasant experience.I don’t think anyone likes having their blood drawn BUT Angel does such a great job that it’s quick and painless. She puts my nerves at ease.Thank you Jay and Angel for everything you do!Love my FCI staff!

I cannot say enough good things about FCI Vernon Hills. A fertility journey is hard but it can be so much easier when you’re surrounded by positivity and compassion and kindness. I’ve had a great experience all around but feel specific gratitude for Jay in ultrasound, Angel in labs, and my nurse Kelly - they are definitely the faces I have seen and talked to the most often in these past few weeks and I truly look forward to their presence. These women are all clearly pros at what they do but more importantly they always cheer me up, make me feel calm, and make what can be (and is for me) a tough experience so so much easier. I’m so grateful!

I have been coming to this clinic for a while and I love it so much. They are very kind, the front desk ladies are super sweet and always welcoming. I had a lovely ultrasound tech Erica who did my first OB ultrasound and she was very gentle and provided a lot of information which was amazing. My labs are usually done by Angel and she is so awesome, very gentle and fun to talk to. Great place! One of my all time favorites is Jay, she has been doing my ultrasounds since I started my journey and she has been so amazing I adore her.

Jay & Angel have taken such great care of me throughout the infertility process. They make me feel so welcome and cared for every time I see them! It’s such a great feeling to have such wonderful people in the office during such a difficult time, they make the appointments so much less dreadful by seeing their happy faces!Thank you Jay & Angel for all you do! You truly are the best

Angel in the lab and Jay in ultrasound are amazing! They always greet me with cheerfulness and make me comfortable, which puts me in a good mood, and is much needed during this long and emotionally taxing process! I also love everyone behind the front desk - they are so welcoming and kind. I really love coming to the Vernon Hills location!

I went for a fertility awareness check with me and my partner. They said we would get results in about 2 weeks. I decided to give them extra time to get the results processed after not hearing anything in two weeks and waited FOUR WEEKS before reaching back out for a follow up. I double checked my email and voicemails to make sure I didn’t miss a call or update and had ZERO updates from them. When I reached out four weeks after my testing took place for the results, they said someone would call me back. Another week passes, still didn’t get a call. Call them AGAIN and was told I would get a call back. And still did not get a call back!! Finally, after calling a 3rd time (seven weeks after my testing took place) they finally called me back and left a vm while I was at work. Called back the next day and they said they would call back again. It’s impossible to get simple test results. I took my fertility test almost two months ago and still don’t have my results!!!! Ridiculous.

Both Angel (phlebotomist) and Jay (ultrasound technologist) are amazing! Infertility is hard enough, but both Angel and Jay at the Vernon Hills location make each appointment brighter. They love to answer questions, provide you with motivation, and somehow know which days are more challenging. I am lucky to have them as a part of the team that is working hard and tirelessly to get us a baby!

Everyone at this clinic is amazing. The front desk ladies are always smiling and happy to help.(Jovanna and Natalie) I usually see Jay for ultrasounds and Angel for blood work. They are always so nice, helpful and great to converse with. I also love that they get to know you. You’re not just another patient there they greet you by name and they genuinely care about your needs.

Can’t say enough positive things about Jay my ultrasound tech! She is truly amazing while Dr. Rodgers took care of me during my saline ultrasound Jay kept me calm and collective so everything not only went well but was seamless for me. A saline ultrasound can be very uncomfortable but in the hands of Jay and Dr Rodgers, I was more than okay. I was comfortable and confident! Thank you ladies for being you!

I have been a patient at FCI for some time now and have been very satisfied with the care and expertise I have received despite the difficulty of my case. Dr. Rodgers is VERY knowledgeable and has wonderful bedside manner in her approach with her patients. She truly cares and is on the journey with you. Moreover, the staff I have interacted with, particularly my nurse Stephanie, techs Jay and Natalie, phlebotomist Angel and receptionist Natalia have been incredible sources of support and have made my experience as smooth as possible! Always smiling and understanding in their approach

Fertility Centers has been such an amazing experience from the beginning. When making appointments to walking in the door everyone is so warm and welcoming. Jay who did my ultrasounds was such a pleasure to have. She is kind and gentle and made the space feel safe. As someone who doesn’t like getting their blood drawn, Angel made it quick and painless. Thanks to all the staff at the Vernon Hills office! I truly appreciate everyone of you!

SCAM PLACE. GO AT YOUR OWN RISK. THIS is a money making facility.This place doesnt deserve even 1 star. Doctor ROGERS ordered close to 20 blood test NOT SURE WHY even to begin with? Few of them are unnecessary. Anyways, only few results were uploaded on the portal after continuous follow up with nurses which took 2 weeks. This is week 3 and still nurses are saying we didnt get the results from many blood work yet from LAB CORP. Which lab took more than 2 weeks to share the blood work? Interesting thing is: I received the INSURANCE BILL FASTER THAN THE LAB RESULTS. Upon asking to receive the list of how many test were orders vs how many results were published on the portal, nurses told us contact medical record team which is ANOTHER SCAM. they charge $35 plus $75 to release my medical records.NOT RECOMMENDED TO ANYONE IF YOU DONT WANT TO LOOSE YOUR PEACE OF MIND.

Dr. Rodgers and her team are fantastic. Ive been a patient of Dr. Rodgers since 2022 with one successful transfer, so far. My nurse, Kelly, has been communicative, patient and present through this entire process, as has Dr. Rodgers.Every appointment I feel seen and heard. I can tell she truly cares. The moment I walk in, she knows my stats, my history, everything. Ive never felt like a number with her, despite her having, what I assume, is a very large patient base.The opening of the FCI Vernon Hills location has been a huge help in my personal journey, cutting my commute time to appointments from 50 minutes down to 25 minutes! The staff there (from the front desk to the sonographers and phlebotomist) are all personable and easy to communicate with.I recommend Dr. Rodgers and her team over and over again.

Jay is so congenial and friendly. She puts you at ease. Her connection with patients is apparent with every interaction we have. Thanks FCI! I also regularly see Angel who works with speed and a professionalism to help me get off to work quickly. What a great team!

Jay and Angela are the best! They are both so so sweet, they alway sparks up a conversation in the short time I’m with them. Jay makes you feel comfortable and heard while doing your ultrasound, and Angela never hurts me when taking blood! I can’t say enough good things about the team at Vernon hills.

Dr. Hobeika is a rare one of a kind doctor. He has amazing bedside manner, thorough, flexible, and very responsive to any questions. Not only is he above and beyond with his care but the entire team at the Vernon Hills location is so personable, accommodating, and makes each patient feel individual during their care versus a cookie cutter approach. I cannot recommend him and his team at FCI enough and thankful to have had them throughout my journeys!

My husband and I had our first appointment today. Erica was very nice, & explained the procedure very thoroughly. She made me feel very comfortable before & during the procedure. Angel was very nice as well, the blood draw was quick and easy! The front desk staff were very nice as well. Overall we had a quick and easy appointment

Very friendly and caring nurses and doctors! I get my blood drawn every week by Angel in the clinic and she is great! The nurses are very responsive on the patient portal for any type of questions / concerns! Dr. Allison Rodgers and Nurse Kelly are a wonderful and brilliant team, they guided me well throughout. The whole clinic is a positive environment. Highly recommend!

The facility is so clean and the staff are very friendly. Angel is the best phlebotomist I’ve had! I am always told my veins are hard to find and end up with bruises and a lot of prick marks. She was able to efficiently take my blood on the first try. Angel should be teaching every new phlebotomist!

Angel was great to work with. I’ve never had a blood draw go so smoothly. She was also very knowledgeable of the process and was able to answer every question that I had. Wonderful experience overall for something that most people do not look forward to.Thank you Angel.

Ive been going to the Vernon Hills spot for my bloodwork and ultrasounds for a bit now. Jay and Angel are awesome and super easy to chat with. Angel is really great at her job, making the bloodwork quick and not scary at all. I usually get nervous about getting my blood drawn, but Angel talks to me in a friendly way that calms me down. By the time I realize its happening, shes already finished.Jay takes care of my ultrasounds. Shes got a lot of experience, is super kind, and always listens to what I have to say. She also breaks down what shes seeing during the ultrasound so I know whats going on, which really helps.Dr. Rodgers nurse, Amanda, is fantastic too. She gets back to me fast whenever I have concerns. Once, I was really worried about some results and messaged her. She called me back quickly and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and really kind. She gets how tough this process can be for patients and makes things a lot smoother with her quick and caring replies.Going through infertility treatment is hard, both in how it makes you feel and physically. But the kindness from everyone here, even the ladies at the front desk, really makes a difference. They make sure I feel heard and not alone.

Jay and Angel are the best part of regular monitoring appointments. I see them the most and they truly get to know you as an individual and care about us. Sweethearts that make this process just a bit more pleasant having regular check ins with them!

This is my First time going to Fertility Center in vernon Hills, and everyone is really nice. They are very supportive and generous! The place shines of how clean is it. We have had nothing but a wonderful experience with the entire office staff at Vernon Hills! We’ve gone through 2 Egg Retrievals and 1 Transfer so far with Dr Hobeika and we have trusted him every step of the way! He has helped make all of our dreams come true! Jay is the best ultrasound tech (we made sure to schedule our first OB scan when she would be working), Angel is always spot on for blood draws, the front desk is so pleasant and helpful and my nurse Sarah is simply unparalleled! I feel so privileged to be working with an amazing team.

This was the best experience Ive had with fci. The new office is amazing. Angel was a professional and very personable. 10 out of 10 would have her draw my blood again.

Ultrasound with Jay: In what is a vulnerable and (can be) uncomfortable situation, Jay makes you feel at home here. She is encouraging and positive. When I find out she is doing my ultrasound, it is such a relief and I feel instantly calmer. Thank you for being so supportive in our journey with FCI for the last few years!

Dr. Rogers and her team at FCI are absolutely 100% amazing all around. From the ladies at the front desk, to the nurses & ultrasound tech they are so nice. Everyone is so friendly and helpful during this entire process. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is seeking fertility help! Everyone is understanding and does what is best for you! They are your definite go to doctors office.

This is the worst medical experience of my life! FCI is only a business. They have no care or compassion for their customers. I wont call them patients because FCI doesnt view them as such. They dropped the ball with every appointment we had. The doctor was distracted responding to emails while we were in a 1:1 consultation. They shipped us roughly $4,000 of prescriptions that we never authorized and said they didnt know what happened. After talking to CVS they informed us the same distracted doctor I mentioned before sent in the prescription. Shocking!!!! So they also commit insurance fraud. We didnt agree with their approach and got a second opinion. Im so happy we did because we are now getting the care we deserve. When doing so we asked for our medical records and FCI said they couldnt give them to us and can only send them to another medical provider. That couldnt be further from the truth. We know our rights. FCI is just tring to road block a customer that they have lost. The only thing that FCI cares about is getting as much money and as quickly as possible. Even if it means unnecessary procedures. They are flat out unethical! Steer clear.

Angel and Jay were phenomenal. This was my first appointment and both of them were professional, informative and helped ease my nerves throughout the whole process. I look forward to seeing them at my future appointments.

I have been visiting FCI vernon hills for the past few months, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service and expertise I received. Dr. Rodgers and her team, nurse Jennifer, Labtech Angel, and Ultrasonographer Jay are amazing all around.Jay, who handled my ultrasounds, was fantastic. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to explain everything to me in a clear and reassuring manner. Always answers my questions, which is so helpful, cause everything is new. Her expertise and care made me feel comfortable and confident during the procedure.Additionally, Angel, who conducted my blood work, was incredibly skilled and made the process smooth and painless. Her attention to detail and professionalism were evident throughout.Overall, my experience at FCI was exceptional, thanks in large part to this team. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone in need. While we are still on our fertility journey and waiting for our miracle, we have gotten great care while working with this clinic. The receptionists are friendly, the ultrasound techs like Jay have been nice and helpful, phlebotomists like Angel have been super caring, nurses have been responsive and reassuring, and Dr. Hobeika has been very knowledgeable and accommodating and keeps things light-hearted through some dark times. Thank you to all!

Excellent experience. My blood draw was completed by Angel, who executed an effective, completely pain-free technique. She could make a trypanophobics needle fear disappear. Amazing clinician!

Vernon hills staff including the receptionist, nurses and the ultrasound tech (Jay) are very compassionate with their patients. They made me feel at ease at such an uncomfortable phase in my life.The best phlebotomist Reedhi at hoffman is incredible and kind. She was one of the very few ones who listened to me carefully and was patient with me as I am near impossible to draw blood from. I drove 20 extra miles each time just to get Reedhi to draw my blood. She just has that warmth and patience. This facility is pretty good.

Lisa was my last ultrasound tech and she was wonderful and thorough. I am graduating the clinic and it feels surreal. All the staff and my doctor, Dr. Rodgers, have been wonderful throughout my journey. Highly recommend!

Couldn’t ask for a better group! I’m typically there once if not twice a week and get my blood drawn by angel and ultrasound by Jay, they’re both amazing and have made such an overwhelming experience so wonderful. My nurse amanda has also been the absolute best!! She always takes the time to address any questions/concerns.

Going in and having the tests taken was no problem, all well and the staff I encountered was friendly and professional. I was advised that it would take two weeks to get my results. Fair enough, I received a call on the 15th day post appointment however I missed the call and immediately called back (voicemail advised tests are ready and to ask for amber ashley or Lexi to receive results). Not available and was told I would get a call back asap. I have been calling every single morning since, today being 7th day since I was called and I have yet to receive a call back. I understand busy schedules, however what I can’t understand is how you can go so long with no updates and no sort of expected timeline for this, especially in healthcare/wellness. I’m astounded by this.

I am so thankful for the FCI team, from the ultrasound tech Jay and Angel in the lab to our nurse Sarah and Dr. Hobeika. They’ve all been more than willing to answer any of my questions throughout the process. Billing can be challenging to get ahold of but when it comes down to the wire we were able to get a response

Angel is a phenomenal phlebotomist! I hate needles, but she makes the procedure painless! She’s always in a great mood and has a smile on her face! It’s always a pleasure seeing her :)

My nurse Jen is absolutely wonderful. I’m someone with a hectic schedule and an obsessive need for details. Jen provides me very detailed plans for my treatment as well as extremely helpful calendars. I live far from the clinics so she helps me plan what days I may need to have monitoring so I can get in before work. I had a scheduling issues and she helped me problem solve to make things work rather than forcing me to figure it out on my own. I am thankful!She is a great addition to Dr. Rodgers who has been creative and detailed with her problem solving. Hoping this one is the successful one.

Every time I have been to Vernon Hills clinic Angel is able to do my draw in one poke, pain free. With being a “hard” draw that is not always the case!

Natalie and I go way back. She has been my main sonographer through many rounds— including a successful pregnancy. She is so wonderful at her job. She is such a kind soul and so good at her job. So grateful to her and for her

FCI has a great team and I look forward to my interactions with Angel and Jay. They bring a smile to my face, especially with the emotional and physical roller coaster of receiving fertility treatment.

Jay our ultrasound tech was amazing! She also knows how to calm our fears and make us less anxious . She was very knowledgeable and explained things well.

Jay has done three of my ultrasounds and is amazing. She is always very informative and explains what she is doing, love seeing her.

I went for treatment with Dr. Alison Rogers. I had the worst experience. She was my doctor for over a year, but they do not care at all. Dr. Rogers gets frustrated and angry often. After failed treatment they told me to go to other doctor, when I requested her team to check and ensure that everything was okay with my body, they refused and instead suggested me to go to PCP when it has nothing to do with the general physician. There are many good doctors at FCI, if you are serious and looking for a care team then see someone who can take into consideration and willing to support.

Dr. Hobeika has been my doctor since 2021 and he’s absolutely AMAZING & would recommend over and over again! Jay at the Vernon hills office is so sweet and caring! The best clinic!

Had my IUI done here. The nurse was amazing! I can’t remember her name but she talked me through the whole procedure and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. She would talk to me to distract me from the discomfort. Great experience and even though the procedure didn’t work I super appreciate the nurse who cared for me!

As a cancer survivor with diagnosed GAD & PTSD, I began working with Dr. Rodgers to pursue IVF. Because of my health history, I find medical-anything to be quite challenging, let alone with the added cost & timeline of any piece of IVF.It was apparent from Day 1 that I was a number. My concerns were not addressed. The doctor and staff I interacted with acted like theyd never before met me at each visit and during each test/exam. Communication is poor, indirect and never clear. I only heard back from Dr. Rodgers when I chose to veer off of the track shed decided for me.That was all I needed to end my time with FCI.From my experience, please take this: consult with many Reproductive Endocrinologists and many clinics before you decide. Ask for a consultation first - no exams - and review each of your points and ask if they can deliver on your individual needs. If you feel pushed in any way, or ever as you are a number, take that as a time saver and go elsewhere.

Angez did an amazing job at a simple, yet very important, and for me historically, very painful and annoying process of drawing blood. She was a pro and made it EZ!!

This review is specifically for the phlebotomist at this location (March-April). I wish I caught her name! She was absolutely amazing through my IVF process. Frequent blood draws became painful near the end of my process- I had a lot of bruising and scar tissue and I tried my best to make appointments for blood work at this specific clinic because she was so gentle, took her time and made it as painless as possible.

Dr. Rodgers and her staff were absolutely wonderful to work with! She was straightforward with us from the first day we met. After a lot of testing, we went over our options together, and made the best decision for my husband and myself. All through treatment, the staff were very helpful. The nurses were always very prompt in responding to my questions. I never felt pressured or rushed when speaking with Dr. Rodgers. We are so happy that we had her as our doctor!

Contact with them is horrible. Financial coordinator never pick up the phone, never call back, no answer for my emails. Almost 40 days I am waitiing for autorization for some test. They told me that will call with resaults after usg, but they never call. Also menager never responded. It is ridiculous and irresponsible.

Billing department is still a nightmare and just got worse by expecting prepayment off an estimate when certain things may be covered under insurance. The change is unfortunate and feels like my time was wasted. Communication is typically 90% through a portal and you start to feel like just a number; how many people can they rotate in and out in a day.

I worked with Dr. Rodgers and her staff for about a year before successfully getting pregnant. When I called to make my first appointment I was terrified. The receptionists were wonderful! They were kind and helpful. After meeting Dr. Rodgers my husband and I had a clear plan. She took her time to outline all of our options and our potential success rate, while still being sensitive to our situation. We jumped right into treatment. The nursing staff were always kind and explained everything. I had to wait for a little bit to be seen at some of the appointments but usually I was seen on time. This is a busy office, so there are times they may get behind, but never anything excessive. Appointments were easy to schedule and I could usually work them around my work schedule. The phlebotomists were also wonderful and always so friendly! Our first few treatments were unsuccessful. Dr. Rodgers was very open about our options and gave us all the information we needed to make the decision to try IVF. Our experience was a very positive one. The entire buffalo grove staff was helpful and walked us through every step of the way. I would highly recommend Dr. Rodgers and the Buffalo Grove clinic!

Dr. Rogers was an incredible asset to us through our fertility challenges. She was always up front and honest about our treatment plans, what would be the best option for us, and was always available for any of our questions. We spent almost a year with Fertility Centers and even though it was a difficult process for us, they made each step easy to understand and made us feel comfortable, consoling us through even our most difficult challenges. Our nurse, Stephanie, was amazing, always answering questions I had and promptly responding to my numerous emails. The rest of the staff was equally wonderful. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone.

Dr. Jacobs and the team are fantastic to work with. I was struggling after almost a year and a half of trying and two miscarriages when I decided to get a second opinion from Dr. Jacobs. We quickly determined what was wrong, and now my husband and I just welcomed our daughter into the world this September. They were warm, reassuring, and accessible which was helpful in such difficult times. I am so thankful for everything they did to help me have my daughter.

From beginning to end, I had a wonderful experience with Fertility Center of Illinois.Dr Rodgers is friendly, understanding, flexible, and sensitive to any issues. This place is simply amazing. Everyone at the office always made me feel relaxed and calm.They look at every option and cover all bases to figure out what YOU need. After miscarriage and 2 years of trying to get pregnant , Im happy that I met her. We did IVF and now Im 14 weeks pregnant.Our family is forever grateful to Dr Allison Rodgers and her staff for not giving up on our dream!

Horrible Staff and SystemVery Rude Staff and Office ManagerShowed up for an appointment made over a month ago and were told the computer lost it and confirmed verbally. Cant see doctor. Kicked us out and said start over with new patient number, wait a month or two for a new appointment. My wife was crying but the staff didnt care. Leave or staff will ban you.Worst Doctors appointment ever.

This is specifically for the Buffalo Grove location. First of all I love Dr. Rodgers and the nurses, they have been absolutely great through this (tough) process. I recently switched locations due to moving and I cant ever seem to get through to make an appointment which is nerve wrecking becausethe HAVE to be on specific days. I have not had this issue at any of the other facilities Ive gone to.

Dr. Jacobs is an excellent doctor and made us feel comfortable from the very first meeting. Our first meeting was on a Sunday, which proves how accessible he is. He encourages his patients to call or email with any questions and gets back to you the same day. I never felt like just another number. Dr Jacobs is very personable and made this whole experience very positive.

Dr. Rodgers and staff were incredibly helpful, professional and efficient. I went to this facility following a miscarriage and they were able to verify the issue immediately. I became pregnant immediately following the treatment and justrecently gave birth. Its not a place people want to have to visit, but Im grateful that they were able to help. Thank you to the whole team!

Dr Jacobs experience and expertise has been monumental in providing 2 successful pregnancies! He was able to find a rare genetic problem that I feel that another physician without his expertise would not be able to find!! I have recommended him to several other of my friends that have had fertility issues!! I also enjoy that Dr Jacobs sits down and takes time to listen to his patients!

Dr. Rodgers and her nursing staff are amazing! Since my first appointment with Dr. Rodgers I felt very comfortable and confident about starting our IVF journey with her and all the staff involved at FCI!! I would highly recommend this practice for any couple struggling with fertility.

I have been seeing Dr. Rodgers and her team from Buffalo Grove and Highland Park for our most recent IVF round and it has been nothing short of an incredible experience. She has the best bedside manner when working with her patients and always makes time to answer any questions or concerns you have. I would highly recommend Dr. Rodgers to anyone who has been struggling with fertility, as she thinks outside the box, offers many different approaches and can suggest many different tests to help increase your chances of getting pregnant.My husband and I had a previous experience where we felt we werent given all the information we should have in order to have the best odds possible of fertility. With Dr. Rodgers, she really took the time to go through every single option with us, which gave us total peace of mind when moving forward with the process for the 2nd time. And since we were self-pay, it was extremely important that not only did we need to feel comfortable with our odds on an emotional level, but we needed to feel we were giving ourselves the best chances from a financial standpoint as well.All-in-all, Dr. Rodgers is the best and my husband and I look forward to welcoming our beautiful baby #1 and when were ready, well be coming back to her for baby #2!!!

The staff in the clinic was nice. But their billing department is the worst. It is not worth going through the stress of it.They billed twice for same procedure. Used an out of network anesthesiologists, which costed a lot and I had to call several times to make an appeal for it. Procedures for which I have already paid for constantly reappeared in the bill, still is reappearing.And procedure I had last year, they charged me now.

The worst billing department I have encountered. I’m in collections for a semen analysis that was covered by my insurance. They asked for my insurance card, which as a veteran is my veteran ID Card. So after calling, showing up and then taking photocopies of my ID asking for my social to verify I’m STILL IN collection because they refuse to run my Insurance. For something they could have looked up, called to verify or double checked.

We were patients of this location from September 2019 - March 2020 (when Covid hit).Pros:The technical support staff (nurses, phlebotomists, etc.) were kind and competent and I always had pleasant interactions with them. New patient orientation was good (they go through a checklist with you, they know what they are doing, they follow-up at this point to get things rolling)...Cons:We left FCI and only a month after switching to a different fertility specialist, I got a different medical diagnosis, different meds, and we got our first positive pregnancy with their help (not FCIs) about 6 months after that!Their SERIOUS indifference to the patient experience/outcome from diagnosis (or lack of) to treatment to separation by operations or management, and their outdated patient portal is why we stopped going there...Scheduling for appointments: can only be done by phone by someone unfamiliar to your specific case, and is not available online?Billing: unclear, not very transparent.Response to patient feedback: nonexistent (even when I expressed my concerns and had told them I was considering discontinuing service with them, they didnt seem bothered, and did not seek to address/improve anything from what I could tell).Patient record accessibility: their system/process is not set-up for this, so you need to personally request your records, and you get then in a giant PDF.2022 update: I messaged them as they requested (bc they saw this review) so I hope they are able to address some of the problems I experienced! Time will tell!

We have had a very positive experience with Dr. Jacobs. He was very informative, easy to talk to, reassuring and comforting. He was able to break things down into simple terms. He was very concerned and cared for our future family needs. He also made a personal connection with us and made us feel at home. CES

We could not be more grateful for Dr. Rodgers and FCI for helping us achieve our dream of becoming parents! After trying for over 3 years on our own, we became pregnant on our first round of IVF and now have a beautiful baby boy. Dr. Rodgers, our nurse Ashley, and everyone else on the team was a pleasure to work with.

I know why they have good reviews, because its set to delete the bad ones smh. It seems as if, its too long, it erases. Tried to explain my experience with this company, and it keep deleting. Long story short, Do not go here! you will have bills for services you didnt even know you were getting. They have no interpersonal skills with their patients at all. Maybe this place works for others, but not for us. The billing department really is messed up! They dont provide thorough explanations about policies, procedures, or cost, and making appointments are tedious, and dont get me started on trying to get an appointment scheduled with them in a timely fashion during your cycle. OMG....Good luck.

Horrible place. Im shocked to see any good reviews. The staff was rude and impersonal. I cant tell you how many apology phone calls I got because of non returned calls that blew my cycle. One time my doctor was on call and we paged her multiple times before they had to finally have a different doctor call me. My doctor apologized the next day saying she turned her ringer off and forgot to turn it back on. I ended up in the emergency room. Another time I went to the Hoffman Estates location for blood draw. The staff there was really nice....I felt off. Like a sense of doom. My lab girl went to talk to Jacobs who refused to see me and told me to go home and call my doctor. This is just a couple of circumstance. I switched places and after one visit they thought I had Endometriosis. I saw an Endo guy and it turned out I was stage 4 which is why I miscarried so much. They caught this on one internal ultrasound. I had surgery to remove it in September. Oh! And FCI decided to bill me $500 out of the blue 2 years later saying insurance decided they didnt want to pay for it after all. What?!?! Run! Run far away.

It is a nightmare to have the results. Nobody knows anything, nurses don’t answer nor return the calls. If you are in a stressfully situation already, I’d advise to look for another place

I had an appointment on July 1st at 10:45am and I lost track of time because of work and was running late. I called and the receptionist was extremely rude. It’s hard enough struggling with fertility, I don’t need the rudeness to go with it. I hope I never have to come to this location.

I had a horrible experience with this clinic. Dr. Rodgers never seemed to have the time to answer my questions and was rude. She never took the time during my appointments to explain a diagnosis and communicate my treatment plan. I would never recommend this clinic.

Dr. Jacobs was very compassionate and understanding with our concerns. He answered all of our questions, and he is the only doctor I know that encourages patients to email him with any questions. //Virginia W.
