“I recently had to undergo a drug screen testing that was supposed to take only 7-10 days. However, my experience with this company has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. When the initial 10 days had passed, I contacted them for my results, only to be informed that it would take an additional week. This unexpected delay caused significant inconvenience and stress, especially since I had been counting on the original timeline provided.The lack of communication and transparency from the staff was unacceptable. They did not offer a clear explanation for the delay nor did they seem to empathize with the impact it had on my schedule and peace of mind. This level of unprofessionalism is simply not acceptable for a service that people rely on for timely and accurate results.I would not recommend this company to anyone who needs reliable and prompt drug testing services. Their inability to meet their own deadlines and their poor customer service reflect a serious lack of organization and commitment to their clients.”

If youre booking through Solv website and opt Other, because TB tests arent listed on their menu of priced items, please be forewarned that you might get a call back the morning of your appointment informing you that they will want you to pay over $100 for a TB Test that you can get for approx $25 with your local health department. Do not be stupid and go with this company. Theyre trying to price gouge on individuals who may not know their options. Im grateful that I could cancel my appt but it was ridiculous that the site didnt have this listed, as it is a routine test for medical and educational positions!

This office is the best yet for DOT physicals and drug screening. The ladies in the office are very knowledgeable, professional, display patient courtesy and most of all FUN...Dr. Valentin is awesome and Quinn is the bomb! I would recommend Stat File medical to all in need of these types of services. Continue to be great ladies!!

I had an VA C&P exam conducted on 9/21/23. The staff was very professional and Dr. Picio was very kind and sympathetic to my situation. I appreciate his attention to detail and how he had my medical file readily available. He treated me with respect and kindness and helped me with my high anxiety especially when dealing with VA appointments. I felt like he actually cared.

I was seen for a VA issue. Staff is wonderful and the appointment was on time and with a great Doctor.

NP Michelle was very nice and took time to talk to me and give me some professional and personal advice during the appointment in regards to my disability claim with the VA. I was seen right after I arrived.

This office is completely awesome! I called day of and was able to get a DOT physical. The atmosphere in the office was absolutely amazing. Highly recommend using this office. I had a physical done for the VA, the physician Dr Picio was awesome, the place is clean, staff was friendly, however it’s been over two months since my exam and after repeated phone calls to alert them to the problem the exam results have not been forwarded. I contacted OptimServe the VA contracted manager and they state we are diligently trying to get the results from the provider…….

Went in for a pre-travel PCR test for travel to Japan. Staff were incredibly welcoming, polite, and cared that I chose the option correct for my travel plans. The staff also assured me that I would have a report of my results before my flight. I highly recommend Stat File for anyone planning to travel to Japan.

I have used this company before when trying to determine my blood type to see if I was a match for my father and they got me in quickly and effortlessly. However, the best of their services came earlier this month. My son went to spend the Christmas holiday with his dad in another state that had high rates of COVID. I knew they would likely be in the house the entire time but it can still make you nervous. I expected to get him back just before school started and knew he would need to quarantine, although we had no plans of going anywhere. However, during the holidays (Sunday after Christmas) we unexpectedly lost a very dear family friend who was more like a brother to me . The viewing services were expected to be either the Thursday or Sunday after I got my son and I got him on a Sunday. I was super stressed about what I was going to do in order to be sure my son and I could go, ensuring the safety of everyone, but especially my father who is high risk. I was able to speak to one of the owners on that Sunday while in transit back to Virginia and they gave me what my options were and immediately worked me into the schedule. In addition, they worked with me on payment of the services because they knew the importance of ensuring my son was negative and that required me to get both the rapid and saliva testing done during this time sensitive situation. I will never forget their kindness, especially during such a difficult time for me and my family.

My families experience at the StatFile location in Va Beach was phenomenal. Sarah Wilcox was so knowledgeable and patient answering all our questions and getting us setup. Both Sarah and Ronda Gayton were so pleasant and ran our experience as a well oiled machine. We were in and out in under 30 minutes!

I first reached out to Stat File DNA to request information on a Non-Invasive Pre-Natal DNA test. I talked to Sarah Wilcox, who is the manager there about my current situation. I would call off and on every day due to my current school schedule. I did my research in trying to find a reputable company that wasnt trying to fully take my money. The price was reasonable compared to others, and the customer service I received from both Tim Pugh and Sarah Wilcox was bar none the best! I felt as if I knew both of them forever. There were times when I would message Sarah after hours with a question and without hesitation, she would reply back with courtesy, knowledge, and respect in whatever I was asking her. I am currently waiting to get my results back, but will update this once I do. I am very pleased in dealing with all of this since it is my first time being in a different state and having gone through this by myself. I highly recommend this company if you have an interest in doing an Non-Invasive Pre-natal DNA test!
