I began going to see her after a series of highly frustrating appointments with my regular practicioner where I didnt feel listened to and I wasnt getting any answers or helpful solutions for what Id been experiencing. Dr. G is the best fertility accupuncture doctor in the DMV. Not only is she an expert in fertility, but she provides such a personalized and thoughtful treatment to all of her patients. As a skeptic with eastern medicine she truly turned me into a believer and I am so thankful. I had two failed IVF transfer protocols due to a thin lining and I was hopeless. I found Dr. G and in a few months my body normalized and my lining drastically improved - she educated me on other aspects of my health and gave me hope. eastern and western medicine combined are critical for successful fertility. The herbs she recommended is also part of her expertise that is unique - she subscribes specific herbs based off your needs and cycle and it has improved my fertility and health as well. Dr G is the absolute best! I was a mess when I started treatment with her a few months ago from a traumatic accident and broken shoulder. I think that my recovery may have been faster had I gone to her sooner. She offers discounted package rates, which helps improve affordability. Her practice also has a very calming yet hygienic atmosphere. You can tell that she’s very knowledgeable, caring, and passionate about her work. I genuinely enjoy seeing her.

I was a patient here for 9 months. I was promised from the first email inquiry the “Doctor” would be able to help me with the particular problem I was ( and still am) having. Every week twice a week she told me to be patient and to keep coming for treatments, she wrote me herbal formulas which worked for a minute and then didnt (eventually she blamed me for the herbs not working, I’ll get to that later). It was a roller coaster but I held on faithfully for 9 months believing I would turn the corner and see improvement. I spent thousands of dollars and countless precious hours. Even though this practice is VERY expensive and you are required to buy a package of treatments ( a way to get more money from people upfront?) and I sometimes felt like I was paying for the office renovation she recently completed, I kept going because 1. I paid in advance 2. in the past have had success with Chinese Medicine 3. the promise she made that I would be supported on my healing journey if I just kept coming was comforting but I now realize was how she took advantage of me wanting to get better. Then one day, thousands of dollars, countless hours, and nine months later after asking about the weird side effects I had from the herbs the “Doctor” told me she wouldnt be able to support me any further. As in, I can’t see you anymore She said it was impossible the herbs would have side effects, acting very much the same way western medicine doctors do. Ofc herbs can have side effects. She made me feel like I was manifesting symptoms, like I was disposable, and that she got enough money at that point and it wasnt easy for her anymore to keep me from asking questions as to why I wasn’t getting better so she fired me ( mind you I was paying her). Finally she made me feel as if I am the reason I am not improving. She was incredibly condescending and self righteous. No one wants to get better more than me. At least she was honest finally- she couldnt help me. Too bad it took so much time and money to find that out. I feel like I was taken for a very long and very expensive ride that will take me years to pay down and I am worse off then I was when I walked in to that office. If you do decide to go here take her healing speech promises with a grain of salt and if you dont see the results you want in a reasonable amount of time then move on. I wish I had left a long time ago maybe I would have found the right acupuncturist for me by now and actually be on my way to feeling better. I regret so much the time and money I invested into this practice.

Dr. Natalie Grigorian is amazing! I was dealing with daily migraines that had become debilitating. I started treating with her over a year ago and no longer deal with daily migraines. I believe my treatment with her has reduced my headaches to as little as one migraine a month. Natalie took her time to evaluate me to see where the migraines could stem from. She listens to my concerns and is very thorough. I got such great results that I took my mother to her for treatment as well. She has become family. Natalie is the best there is.

Dr. Grigorian has change my life with the use of Chinese Herbs. I have Lyme Disease and issues with fatigue, along with horrible menstrual cramps. All of these issues have changed with the Chinese Herbs prescribed by Natalie. I honestly forgot what it felt like to have energy. Once I was on the herbal blend from Natalie, my skin cleared, my menstrual cramps dissipated, my energy returned. I once forgot to take my herbs for 2 days and the fatigue was awful, I went right back to taking them twice a day regularly because it was evident the impact they have on my day to day health. Not only are the herbs the remedy but it is Natalie, the time and detail she takes with you as a patient is incredible. Working with her has been a life changing investment, My wife noticed so many positive changes in me that she went to Natalie and started on her own tailored Chinese Herb blend. She feels so many positive improvements and swears by them now too. Please do yourself a favor and work with this incredibly competent, informed, patient focused healer. Natalie knows what she is doing and will tailor her care to you specifically. This is not a one size fits all type of care. I know this care is directly correlated to the detailed conversation and look at me holistically. Thank you Dr. Griogrian! I will be a forever client for sure!

Three words: caring, knowledgable, and talented. Ive had 10 amazing sessions with Dr. Grigorian -- as a first-timer to acupuncture, Id tried everything else before seeing her for a neck impingement with truly excruciating occipital (think where neck meets head) pain. What didnt work: muscle relaxants, chiro, massage (for longer than 10 minutes), heating pads, roller balls, and yoga/stretching. Within the first appointment, Dr. G identified the issue and seeing how much pain I was in, wouldnt let me leave without some relief. She gave me relief in my head, neck, occipital area -- the first time in weeks. I couldve cried. I knew then that Id be a loyal patient. I booked 10 sessions; the cost has been WORTH IT. My neck pain has abated thanks to her and within 7 sessions we were able to start working on many other issues: foot pain, menstrual issues, and migraines.Things you should know: she has a sensibility about where people are in pain, how to approach issues -- immediate or long-term, and she actually cares. This is what separates her from so many other practitioners -- and frankly, from most other doctors in general.Dont hesitate -- GO to her!

Natalie is just wonderful! I have been to many acupuncturist over the years and she is by far the most knowledgeable and thorough. Her understanding of Chinese medicine is very extensive and she uses that to develop the best plan for you. She is calm, patient, professional, and really takes the time to understand your issues. My journey to optimal health has been a long one, but ever since I started seeing Natalie I have felt so much better and I continue to feel better after each visit. I have complete confidence in her vast skills and abilities! Anyone that goes to see her is in the best of hands!

If you’ve been even remotely curious about acupuncture or herbs, do yourself a favor and give Dr. G a visit. My biggest regret is not finding her practice sooner. She’s helped me immensely with migraines, long COVID fatigue, and depression.I’ve had migraines for over a decade. I had tried all kinds of medications, lifestyle, and dietary changes. The Neurologist I was seeing had recommended a daily prescription for headache prevention because I was up to 12-15 headache days per month, with over half of those being migraines. We were then going to discuss a nerve block. This all made me a bit uncomfortable, particularly the side effects of the daily medication, and that was the push I needed to try acupuncture.At the risk of making this sound like a miracle, from my first treatment with Dr. G, I didn’t get a migraine for over 6 weeks (and think I had maybe two headaches)! Since seeing her, I think I’ve had two migraines total, and they were milder than before and dispersed quickly. The key is definitely keeping up with the treatments and herbs, but it is SO worth it and has greatly improved my quality of life.In addition, my long COVID fatigue was so bad it was difficult to get through most days without feeling like I needed to lay down or actually having to because my energy was so low. The herbs and acupuncture have virtually eliminated this.I’m also on an SNRI that was used for migraine prevention and depression. I’ve halved the doses while under Dr. G’s care and will be coming off of it entirely. My GP and Neurologist over at Johns Hopkins are floored by my consistent improvements in well-being across all of these areas.I love that Dr. G listens and asks great follow-up questions to get at the root of these problems vs. throwing prescriptions at me. I can’t recommend her practice enough, and feel so incredibly fortunate to have found her.Healing certainly isn’t a linear journey, but if you’re looking for a trusted partner on that path, Dr. G is absolutely one to have by your side.

Dr. G is a wonderful care provider. She has a calming demeanor but is passionate about the healing possibilities of acupuncture and providing the best care for her patients. Such a good experience, I was brand new to acupuncture when I started and Dr. Grigorian made me so comfortable and took time to explain everything. Dr Grigorian is the most conscientious health provider I’ve ever met. In trying to help me with one matter, she gave me a partial solution to a more complicated and confounding problem that had eluded specialists over 23 years! The original problem I went to see her about always needed surgery, which eventually I had done. In the interim she literally helped save my life from one of extreme dysfunction — having to do with a rare esophageal nerve disorder. Go see her. She listens. She is very good. She’s also a sweetheart. (I just wish she took insurance. Then I would see her at least once and perhaps 2x weekly, no expiration date).

I highly recommend the care of Dr. Natalie Grigorian. She truly provides personalized care – a rarity in this day. At our first appointment she asked specific questions and listened to what was bothering me. Both psychological concerns like work stress and family issues as well as my physical ailments that run from minor shoulder pain to some serious health problems. She then created a treatment plan personalized to me. I was hopeful and the results have been amazing! After a few sessions, my body started feeling rejuvenated, lighter, younger, more balanced. It is as if 10 years have been removed from my body. And I have steadily lost 1 pound per week and no longer feel the need to snack unhealthy items at night. I am extremely pleased with the results so far and will continue the treatment plan for care and maintenance. One thing to understand is that this is a treatment plan that takes several weeks of sessions. Expect to commit to multiple sessions and you will most likely see great results as I have.
