Waterville Family Planning

The staff at Waterville Family Planning are excellent. I’m usually terrified to visit the doctor, especially to have a wellness check up and pap smear, but everyone here made it a comfortable experience. Eva, the NP who did my exam, was very understanding and comforting as I had a previous poor experience. She walked me through the step by step of everything and made sure to check in with how I was feeling as she went. She also used numbing cream for my IUD removal, which helped immensely in easing any pain I might have experienced. The whole exam and IUD removal lasted maybe a couple minutes and was completely pain free. While I understand everyone’s experience is different, I HIGHLY recommend this location and the staff.

My wife was lied to about the her insurance covering her visit. Told right to her face that insurance covered everything and she wouldn’t have to pay a penny. Received a bill for 114$ for talking to the doctor. Which normally would have been totally fine, but she was lied too.
