Dr. Annabelle Lopez MD. PA

I recently changed my appointment over the phone because I was going to be out of the country, and it was confirmed at that time. I informed my workplace that I would be leaving early, and my husband did the same. We scheduled everything days in advance so we could go together.The day of my appointment arrives, and I’m told that I don’t have an appointment, but they can still see me. I paid for my visit and, after waiting for an hour, I asked about my appointment and found out that I was the last patient of the day (with still an hour left before closing).This lack of organization is why I have decided to change doctors.Additionally, the first time I came in, after paying for my consultation, they drew my blood and only then informed me that it would have an additional cost. Obviously, I couldn’t refuse at that point, and my health is my priority, but I believe these things should be communicated beforehand.

I decided to take my 14-year-old daughter to check with Dr. Anabelle because I got recommended she was good , but all the check-ups she never saw us, we have not met her till this day , I do not know what her face is like or her personality , when my daughter gave birth on the 14 she did not attend us she wasn’t even there when my daughter gave birth so another doctor had to labor my daughter because she was out of town , then 10 days later a strong fever began when we were four days in the hospital and Dr. Anabelle never took the time to go to To see my daughter or to see if they had done ultrasound or X-rays or more in-depth studies we lasted 4 days in the hospital because she was never present to give a diagnostic just sent someone who worked with her , then 7days pass and we are back in the hospital . we are again in emergencies for the same reason a strong infection . they are not careful with the patients how much I regret having taken her with that doctor I thought because my daughter was a girl she would be comfortable because she was a female doctor and she would be more careful

You don’t actually meet doctor Lopez until you’re in labor and that’s if she’s scheduled to be at the hospital that day. Not able to have a birth plan or get comfortable with any of the 5 doctors they have in office. They won’t write out the prescription for a breast pump; it makes it hard to get it through insurance because you need a prescription for insurance to cover it. The wait time in office can be up to 2 hours they schedule 16-20 people all at the same time. They’re unorganized with lab work.They replied to this and a lot of what they said isn’t true. I’ve seen people ask for dr Lopez and the front seat have them waiting over a hour just to tell them she’s not coming. I told my new ob Lopez delivered my last baby and they said I was lucky I met her at all. She didn’t talk to anyone in the room except the other surgeon in the room about gossip in the hospital. She didn’t delay cord clamping like they claim she didn’t recommend skin to skin. She didn’t say hi or anything at all.My pp appointment still took 2 hrs

Saw Erin NP today and my visit there was amazing. Nervous for the results & she explained everything perfectly and made me feel comfortable! Nurse Leily was very pleasant made sure to let me know my weight & that my blood pressure was at normal range when I asked 🫶🏻

The dr herself is amazing! But she is never in office so we have to see other nurses. The staff sucks! The lady in the front seems so annoyed she gives these faces 😒 I was supposed to have a telehealth appointment at 3:15 pm and it’s already 4 pm. Very unprofessional and when you call a 3rd party answers the phone it’s so useless! Sad to say but I’m definitely going to switch to another ob

This place gives you the worst service. First, it is extremely difficult to get in touch with them. They have a person answer their phones calls but that person is not in the office. Shell ask for your DOB and name to send over to the clinic. They never return your call. Second, just to see a nurse practitioner you have to wait at least 3-4 hours. Ive been trying to be patient and keep going to this clinic in hopes to resolve an issued that has been going on for years and the only solution they offer is birth control. So finally, they offered to do a surgical procedure which I agreed on so they schedule me at 5am at knapp, and paid my out of pocket payment the day I received the hospital orders. I showed up to the hospital at the time and day I was scheduled, and the hospital personnel had no clue where to send me to because I didnt show up on their system. Keep in mind that its 5am and the only entrance to the hospital is the emergency doors. I leave the hospital and try to get in contact with the clinic early morning and I dont get an answer. I have been asking for a refund, and after calling multiple times, I finally got an answer. They have been giving me the turnaround to give me a refund due to their negligence. Im for sure not going to that clinic. Again, its the worst service Ive received from a doctors office, and thats because I pay out of pocket.

I was schedule to have surgery on July, i went to the office to pick up my paper work just to find out that my surgery is been reschedule until august because dr was on vacation and they were trying to called and that was not true because I never received a call from they well long story short I got called 3 days before my surgery for august telling me that they want me to reschedule again for November because something with my insurance. I called my insurance just to find out they just received the paper work from the office and usually takes 10 to 15 days to approved it . That was it for me I went to the office to tell them don’t schedule me anymore and change providers. Dr. Lopez office are very disorganized personnel do not recommend them. 👎🏻

The Weslaco office deserves more than 5 stars ! First the lady who helped me with my appointment was very polite . The Nurse (Nurse 1) was also very nice . She took the time to hear my complaints , she was very welcoming.The NP was awesome. She did not rush my visit. The whole office walked around with a smile . I am happy I chose Dr. Lopez office as my ob/gyn .

This place is horrible super un organized the girls in the front messed up our appointment twice! And the fact they don’t care they just keep cancelling on us because they schedule us for a certain time then they tell us when we get there 2 weeks later that they only draw blood at 8:30am. THEY WHY DID THEY SCHEDULE US AT 9:30 if they knew they were drawing blood. It’s hard enough to get days off work and then to go to my appointment and they make a mistake on their part and they don’t fix it is just stupid. Horrible place if you go here and actually get seen don’t expect to see a doctor you will just get a Medical assistant reading off her notes instead of the doctor.

MD is very sweet and professional. However, you are not allowed to take pictures of videos of your baby during an ultrasound which does not make sense at all. Every mother whether first time pregnant or not would love to cherish little videos or pictures of the baby. I was using my phone to send my husband a message and the ultrasound technician was quick to tell me to put my phone away since “phones are not allowed.” The only photos you are allowed to have are the ones you are printed and provided by the technician. Not very staff friendly, they have a new ultrasound technician every time I visit. Strongly do not recommend. It’s upsetting how you can’t take pictures of your own baby!!

To the Mercedes lab lady who draws my blood, you are so great at your job! I got a skin TB test done from another office and it hurt more than when you do blood drawings. Youre quick, accurate and very efficient! Youre the best!

First time today at Dr Annabelle Lopez clinic...staff n Drs were awesome! Front staff super friendly and NP Christy was great and super informative while performing procedure. Definitely my new Gyno clinic....thanx yall for making my visit awesome! 😃

Worse clinic imaginable. The vibes I get are if youre not pregnant youre not priority. Had an appointment at 8:45am for an ultrasound to find out what I had on an ovary(cyst or fibroid) came in LITERALLY AS THEY OPENED. already about 10 people there. Dont get vitals till 10 and have to go to work at 10:30. Mind you other peoples appointments were later than mine but got seen before me. Isnt the first time either. Had appointments around 9:45 didnt get seen till 11:30am. Was in the room for another hour before getting seen by a nurse left around 2pm. Was there for 4 hours!!! Ive never had this experience at any other clinic before. If I could give zero stars I would. Staff is super unfriendly seem to be annoyed with everything and everyone. Disorganized as well.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced! Was scheduled since Feb 14th for surgery for April 18th. Picked up hospital orders on the 17th and DOCTOR herself confirmed my surgery was for the 18th. Went to hospital at 8am on the 18th and after 3 hours with an IV in place in hospital robe they came in to tell me the bad news that the Doctor was out of town. Very unprofessional. Mommies think about yours and your babies life before going to this doctor.

Very unprofessional office. I had a surgery scheduled for May and they called to cancel because of “staffing issues “ later to find out doctor was on vacation. They could’ve just told me the truth. They rescheduled surgery for June. I go in for paperwork the day before, only to be told what was I doing there because I didn’t have an appointment. I told them yes I did. Their automated system called to remind me too. The girl in the front tells me no, my surgery day had been canceled. I was like, nobody told me. This is the 2nd time. Their office is in Weslaco and I live in Edinburg. I was very upset and decided not to be a patient with them anymore.

I dont understand how this office has so many five star ratings. I waited weeks (a month and a half) for my IUD to come in only to find out from my insurance that they NEVER ordered it. Waste of time. I will NOT be returning and I wouldnt recommend this office to anyone. They act all polite but it is all an act. Ive never come across an office more unprofessional than this one.

The NP was extremely nice, she made me feel super comfortable when I was really nervous.

I just had a very bad experience was left in the room for 30-45 min dr or nurse never came to check on me … I’m so disappointed I had all my 3 boys with dr Anable .. but now I have second thoughts .. long wait nurses take forever .. my sano was 1 min long she was fast didn’t even let me enjoy seen my baby or anything. Sad so disappointed!!!

Ive always loved Dr Lopez shes amazing. All her NPs and other Drs are excellent! Front staff in Weslaco is so friendly and very compassionate about there patients. Now fron receptionist in Mercedes is VERY VERY rude no smile no eye contact no compassion whatsoever. Total different vibe from the front girls in weslaco. Nurses in Weslaco and Mercedes are so sweet and very friendly.

Dr Lopez was GREAT ! She was super caring and passionate. MAs are super awesome especially Aracely and Rose. Highly recommend

I adore this team of doctors. Theyre phenomenal and the best of the best. They are so attentive and thorough. I refer mostly to the nurses as I’ve never actually met Dr. Lopez in my 3 years at this clinic. The NP’s are angels! But the clerical side is infuriating. Schedules are not honored, wait time is absurd, and one call number for multiple locations is chaos IF you can get through. They hardly ever answer! Each location needs their own number and the cosmetic and womens health need to be separate facilities and teams.

Nurse practitioners are very kind, however I would never go to this doctor again. It was not the best experience and to top it off the only reason I came to her office was I wanted to her (Dr. Lopez) to deliver. I had no idea she was going to go on vacation and I should’ve been aware of that. Also they say she will deliver in other hospitals but she realistically only delivers at Knapp Hospital. I 26 first time mom do not recommend this doctor.

Dr. Annabelle Lopez has been the best obgyn for my pregnancy she is amazing all her staff are amazing and they recognize me every visit they are amazing I recommend her 1000%

Worse experience ever they made me the weirdest c section almost lost my life because of blood pressure that wasn’t giving anything to control it after birth so was real eased from hospital without any medication went home after 8 days I had a stroke this could of been prevented if the doctor would have been there to see me not her assistant

Great Staff and So Friendly. Dr.Lopez delivered my twins 10 years ago and have not gone anywheres but with her.

Dr.Lopez has been my gynecologist for several years. She is very professional and does not rush our visit even tho shes extremely busy. Her staff are helpful and are very nice. Dr. LOPEZ makes me feel at ease and explains every move or touch she makes. I would highly recommend her to friends and family.

I did not see dr Lopez herself. But the nurse practitioner was perfect. Highly recommend everything was easy to set up with appointments and referrals on a timely manner.Edit: After 2 years of being a patient of dr Annabelle, and 9 months of care for pregnancy at her office. Ive never once met her Ive scheduled with her just to be canceled on. I dont see how you can make a connection with your patients and let them put their trust in you for care / for your babies care if they are never available or have met them. Other than Dr. Annabelle being MIA at her own practice the office basically runs itself with the front desk and the NPs and they are amazing. Ive heard great things about Dr. Annabelle, that shes a great Dr. & such, and shes also very busy with her other business that has to do with weight loss, but if you have too much on your plate that you cant attend to the patients at your other practices maybe stop taking in new ones and give the care and attention those that you already have.

The staff were warm and accommodating... however I never saw an actual doctor. I cant rate Dr. Anne because I never saw her. Both of my appointments were handled by the Nurse Practitioner... who was fabulous.

As a Healthcare professional, I am very picky as to who I trust to handle my care, and I definitely trust the staff. They are very professional, knowledgeable, and they make me feel very comfortable when I have any questions or concerns about my health. I have no regrets being under the care of Dr. Annabelle Lopez & staff.

Great experience as a first timer. I barely waited to be helped when I checked in. The staff and Dr. Lopez were all very friendly and helpful. I especially loved how Dr. Annabelle really took her time to explain my conditions with me as well as my treatment option. I highly recommend this clinic!

There’s a long waiting time but worth it when your in the consultation room when you see the provider. Some of the nurses do need good etiquette they talk to you like your dumb and deaf. Providers are great & the girls in the front are always new some are okay the new girl yesterday tried to give me a good accommodation for my follow up & as soon as I got there to sign in I was attended to with no waiting time to sign in, also got the “welcome back “ which makes you feel great when they know who you are already. The only 2 girls I’ve seen that have been there the longest in the front should just stay in the front they are always smiling & the last time I went in & got checked in I waited for hours & the girl with lashes gave me attitude when I asked how much longer. Other than that I will keep coming they treat you like long known friends. They are the best in the RGV. Providers are all so great ♥️

Receptionist that’s on the check-out window should get fired, she is extremely rude, has an attitude, she gave me another patients follow up appointment slip because she didn’t ask me for my name when i went to get my next appointment and proceeds to give me an ugly look with her big black glasses and it’s barely 9:30 AM

This is by far the worst clinic. After reading the previous reviews it makes me wonder if they are employees or family to Annabelle. Shes never there, the PAs/NPs are always in a rush. I blame them for my miscarriage because they didnt listen to me. The staff is rude and when you bring it to upper managements attention, all they have to say is we get that alot I was so shocked to hear SOO many people had the same experience or even worse. If you are a first time mother or just looking for obgyn, keep looking. Annabelle and her office are just terrible. If i could leave no stars, I would.

The staff was courteous and professional. The NP was very knowledgeable and answered my questions and concerns. Also very gentle and informed me of every step during the exam. I highly recommend her and Dr. Lopez office. Im glad I found a female Dr. and/or NP.

These people NEVER its horrible im 35 weeks first time ever seeing annabelle was last week

Went to get a pregnancy test done after I had already had 3 positive at home. For insurance purposes I needed one done at the doctors. First I went to collect urine and was told to place it on the shelf fine but there was already another urine there with a patients full name and D.O.B which is against hippa law then as soon as I got out the girl got the urine cup and came back a minute later and said it was negative. She didn’t even wait the appropriate time for the test to be done. Had to go to another doctor who confirmed my pregnancy. Do better in training you medical staff.

Dr. Lopez is amazing. And PA are very lovely. Attentive, wonderful. But office staff especially the front of staff make you never want to go back. Yes I understand they are doing each and every one of us a service but we are all women and deserve to be treated as such. And not made to feel less than. I would wish that these women would treat others the way they expect to be treated since they work in the medical field and should know better. We are at an age where women should be uplifting. Women not tearing them down and shame on you ladies for doing otherwise and taking us back to the 19th century practices.

Noticed office was running smooth and I didn’t wait long in the room for doctorGood job!

From beginning to end I have felt nothing but welcomed. I have felt very comfortable with Dr and her staff. All of my appointments have been less than 15, 30 minutes wait time if any at all and ALL of my questions have always been answered…if I later have a question I simply text her and I get an answer. My procedure went as explained to me, I am loving my results and Doctor continues to monitor that I am well and healing well….So pleased my daughter will be making an appointment with her as well.

I love love what DR. Lopez does! She is incredible, the way she understands you and how she explains herself. The best!!!

I just want to thank all the staff for their services. Dr. Lopez is very professional and does a great job. I’m happy with my results. In my own experience I would not do the local anesthesia again. During my procedure, I did gain some feeling therefore I felt some pain. If you have high tolerance for pain I would most definitely recommend NOBU.

The nurses were so kind and treated the patient with care and respect, but its the people that are in the front of the office that make me not want to go no more, they have an attitude, I get it that it been a long day or a rough morning but does not mean you give a patient an attitude, its either fire/replace them or tell them to get a better/change their attitude when talking to a patient. I hope I get to a change next time when I go and if they are still acting with a rude attitude I might just go to other place.

Every single person I talked to was incredibly courteous and helpful. The nurse practitioner Amanda was made sure to discuss all my concerns and options with me. I genuinely feel like this office cared about my health and comfort, and I would highly recommend seeking care with Dr Lopez. The entire staff is great, and the office is beautiful.

This is my second pregnancy with Dr. Lopez’s offices I have never met her she did not deliver my first child and I’m so glad I changed providers. During my first pregnancy I went with Dr.Dickson whose bedside manner was questionable so I switched to DR.Lopez’s offices but I’m so thankful and greatfulll for Dr.Dickson because of him I was able to see all the red flags at the beginning of this pregnancy evaluation. I was being overcharged and certain exams that should have been done were not being offered to me a pap and my 13 week blood work. Please please educate yourself and don’t be afraid to ask questions

Just a heads up, They DO NOT allow children at the clinic, and if you want to switch doctors you have to PAY to sign a medical release form. No body warned me about the children part I made an appointment because my previous doctor doesn’t do Vback and i searched for weeks for a new OBGYN until I finally found Dr. Lopez but unfortunately my fist time being there was not great, I walked in with my child and after the receptionist took my name and DOB we sat down and then she told me that children weren’t allowed. I had read good things about this doctor, unfortunately I will never know since I never got the chance to see her. That same day instead of leaving I walked up to the receptionist and told her I wasn’t going to stay with them after all. I asked “once I find a new OBGYN do I have to come and sign a medical release form or can I do it electronically?” She said I had to pay to sign that form so they could release it to my new doctor. I called my previous doctor and asked them if my medical release form had been faxed to Dr. Lopez, they said not yet and I asked them not to fax it after all. Whoever reads this please make sure to do thorough research/ review on doctors and their policies, plus they’re PACKED!!

Great doctors, great staff, they always help out and they don’t have you waiting.EDIT : I ended up having to change from this doctor after being told me and my unborn baby were “probably” dehydrated over the phone and they couldn’t see me until 2 days later (they wanted to schedule me a walk in on the day of my appointment🙄) just to be told that they would check the baby the next visit which was another 2 days and they told me that my fluid was dangerously low and “I should have came in” even though they said they wouldn’t have time to see me, I ended up going to the hospital and being asked why wasn’t I ever admitted. so disappointing.

I paid for an appointment that was a waist of time. The PA and I didn’t know the purpose of the follow up. We talked for not even close to 5 minutes about my previous appointment months ago. It took me a long time to get a referral because they made an error on the first one. Staff need to pay attention to what they are doing.

Today marks my 1 week and 2nd day post op. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my results!!! Dr. Lopez definitely listened to me on what I wanted and did an amazing job with my procedure. Its barely my 9th day and Im loving everything about my surgery! The staff and whole environment is awesome 👌 I totally recommend to check them out at Nobu medical Spa. Amazing work and amazing results!! Also the procedure is done while youre awake, but you cant feel anything at all.

I was Supposed to have my baby delivered by Annabel Lopez but for some reason i got Ms. Villarreal and i hated my first birthing experience because of her. She had a passive aggressive attitude and didn’t make me feel welcomed or HEARD during birth. i also Felt judged for wanting to go all natural and choosing to not want blood transfusions. I hated How they didn’t let me switch positions during birth which would factually put less stress on the body and baby. Don’t recommend these people or weslaco Knapp hospital

Since i started going since the beginning of my pregnancy they have always treated me really nicely. Im a really nervous shy person but Ive felt really comfortable going here. thank you to the doctors and nurses God bless you always.❤️

The appointment itself was quick. I spent more time undressing than being consulted. What I didn’t like was that my appointment was for 1:30 and I wasn’t seen until about an hour and fourth five minutes later. It probably would have been longer but I told the receptionist 3 people had already gone in front of me that arrived after me. 🤷🏻‍♀️I chose them because they work out of Mercedes but I ended up with an appointment in Weslaco. Luckily I was there early enough. For their custodian to guide me to the right office or I would have missed the appointment completely.

My very first time coming here and I LOVE THE ATMOSPHERE! I immediately fell in love with Amanda medical assistant. She made me feel welcomed and all these other ladies were fun to talk to! I dont have anything negative to say! I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND COMING HERE :)

The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Even though I was a little late to my appointment, I still got seen and the wait was very short. I saw Dr. Viilanueva and she is amazing. She answered all my questions and gave me additional advice pertaining to my situation. I had already heard great things about this office and now I can attest for myself that it is a wonderful place to go for your womans needs. Ill be a permanent patient for sure.

Today I had my first visit at this obgyn and all of my questions and concerns were answered. The whole staff was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable. I appreciate everyone who took care of me during my appointment. Definitely recommending.

If I could put no stars I would. Absolutely horrible experience every single time. Been coming here for almost a year and every time I come I’m greeted by rude nurses/staff. The receptionist are fine. But the nurses man, geez. If y’all don’t wanna be there then don’t be. I always feel like they just rush through patients and don’t even care about them. I had an ultrasound appointment once and the nurse who attended me made me feel horrible. Literally all she did was tell me, “hi, go lie down” did not say a single word the whole time. I legit cried in the waiting room because I couldn’t tell if something was wrong since she said nothing the entire time. I get it y’all are busy but that was an important appointment for me and she ruined that. Nurses are always in a bad mood and the only decent lady there is the one who draw the blood. DONT WASTE UR MONEY HERE!!!

Dr.Annabel Lopez is personable and professional. She listens and remembers her patients. I am confident with the advice she gives and appreciates her expertise. She makes her customers comfortable with her infectious personality. I know I’m in good hands with her as my doctor.

My boyfriend and I heard about Dr. Annabelle Lopez through a family friend and I thought let’s go..she had outstanding reviews and my friend also told me that she’s one of the best doctors in the valley. As soon as I walked into the clinic I was greeted and well attended. The staff was very nice and polite. The clinic was very clean and organized. The ladies in the front helped me with the new patient process step by step. When I was called in the NP greeted me with a smile and nice hospitality. I went to the clinic hoping I would find the best form of birth control that would work for me, as well fit my lifestyle. Dr. Annabelle Lopez explained each and every form of birth control and their side effects. I finally chose one and got it implanted the same day. Dr. Annabelle Lopez is so sweet and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend for anyone that is looking for a gynecologist.

Dr. Lopez has delivered my last two children and I had an amazing experience with both pregnancies and deliveries. She was very kind, friendly, and willing to take her time and listen to my questions and concerns and showed that she actually cared about me and my pregnancy. She was never rushed during a visit and was always available when we had questions or issues arise. I also had great experiences with her nurse practitioners as well. The office visits were quick and the staff was friendly and willing to help me with any concerns that I had. I would without hesitation highly recommend Dr. Lopez.

I have been Dr. López’s patient for 10 years. The environment in her clinic is always friendly and welcoming. You can tell the staff feels appreciated and happy to work there. Yesterday I saw Amanda and she was very helpful and answered all of my questions. I also did not wait long, I had not even finished my paperwork when I was called in. Thank you!

Whenever I come I have to wait for hours, example today: my appointment was at 10 am they didnt call me until 11:30 am to leave me naked waiting for an annual check-up for another hour. Its 12:40 and no one has shown up to attend to me. Not only did I have to ask for half a day of work, I had to ask for a full day because Im sure Ill leave at 1 pm, see that 10 am to 1 pm, its too much.

The whole experience was amazing. I have always seen male OB/GYN’s and now for the first time and all female office. The front staff checked me in right away and my visit with the provider was so pleasant. She made me feel so comfortable and no sense of uneasiness. My only regret is that I didn’t go there sooner. I never want to procrastinate as it may lead to regret. Thank Annabelle Lopez MDPA for having such caring staff and made my experience a 5 star⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

So far my experience has been nothing short of amazing. I get the most professional, attentive and knowledgeable PAs. I am on my 5th birth and I never feel short of attention to my needs. Thank you for caring especially the most recent PA who took care of me and called me consistently to make sure that my bronchitis was knocked out.

Personally I do not have a problem with the doctors. The office and how it is run, is terrible. You next to NEVER speak to a live person. The automated system either instantly sends you to voice-mail or the phone rings and rings and THEN you are sent to voice-mail. I have called the nurses twice voicing concern after my hysterectomy...unsure if it was emergency based or not. Both times I called in the early AM hours. The first time, my phone call was returned after 5pm. EIGHT hours after I called. This second time I have YET to get a call back and it has been ELEVEN hours!! Seriously? This office MUST do better! Women are placing their trust, their health, their bodies, and their babies in their hands!

The Weslaco office is so unprofessional. I had blood work done for several issues, only to find out that the wrong tests were done. Woman at front desk was so freaking unprofessional and rude, giving attitude without apologizing. The only one who had any professionalism was the nurse who took my blood pressure and apologized for the inconvenience. Only because I was already here and needed my test results, I stayed otherwise, I would have left.

Dr. Annabelle Lopez is an amazing doctor who truly cares about her patients. She not only took very good care of me but my mother as well when she had her hysterectomy. Dr. Lopez and her staff always make my doctor visits pleasant and I always know I’m receiving the best medical care possible with her!!Added review below from visit on 8-23-2021.Even two years later from this original review, I still stand firm in describing the amazing doctor that Dr. Lopez continues to be! I’ve been attempting to make an appointment and can’t seem to get one. I’ve been told the wrong date and don’t receive a call for confirmation. Have yet to be able to get my results which Is upsetting because at the end of the day it’s my health.Unorganized staff.Thank you for the reply but I was never given the account to my portal. I contacted the office for medical records and they denied them. I didn’t get the ladies name but I have proof of calling. It’s unacceptable that I went without treatment because the staff is unorganized. Your reply was passive and does not excuse how unprofessional my experience was. Thank you.

I got Lip Fillers done & it was my first time . I was very nervous & scared but she reassured me everything was going to be okay. She was very patient with me and made sure I was doing good throughout the procedure. Once she was done I almost cried from how amazing they look ! I am so in love with the results and the shape! My lips were uneven and she was able to make them even which has always been one of my biggest insecurities. Love love love the results!!!

I’m so over this dr all my pregnancy I’ve only got to see the PA only once did I see her and I’m about to deliver I constantly have to be asking for them to check extra stuff I don’t even know how much my baby weights just asked and they said it didn’t matter since I’m having a scheduled C-section. Wow! It’s my last baby and my experience with her was the worst. I DO NOR RECOMMEND HER! I

Outstanding!! I have only received the upmost service from every part of this office. All the employees and Doctors treated me with so much respect and friendliness every time. I wasn’t treated like a lab rat as I was with other offices. I was always greeted with a friendly smile and it never went unnoticed. Oh and the ladies in the Lab section always made “getting lab work done” fun! Thank you all at this office for getting me through two pregnancies without losing my mind!

Dr. Annabelle and her staff were very kind, attentive and helpful. Dr. Annabelle made me feel very comfortable during my procedure, explained exactly what she was going to do, and patiently answered questions I had. I definitely recommend her services and will return for my follow-up.

Had my first pap smear and the lady who did the procedure was pretty gentle and friendly. I didn’t feel as much discomfort compared to when I got my pap smear done somewhere cheaper. Friendliness always every time I had visited for my birth control shot too. Def recommend just a little on the pricier side. But again service is great.

Horrible customer service, had an appointment at 10 am and i got there on time if not early, i wasn’t seen until 12pm. the whole interaction i have with my provider lasted 5 minutes and that was all. why make appointments if i still have to wait 2 hours to even be seen. need to get a grip on themselves and actually schedule what they can handle. i had switched my schedule at work so i could go in later and i was still late to work because i didnt expect to wait 2 hours to just get seen for some labs!

This is my second pregnancy with Dr.Lopez. I see her in her Weslaco location. I absolutely love her! She makes you feel very comfortable, and she listens to your needs. She was very positive, supportive and enthusiastic during my first delivery. My first pregnancy was a vaginal birth. When I don’t see Dr.Anabelle Lopez I do see other Nurses, I believe one is Sandra. They are always so kind, and helpful. Her office staff are also very friendly and professional! The wait is never unreasonably long. They usually have me in and out! I highly recommend her office! You will not be disappointed!

I called same-day as a new patient and was able to see the doctor within an hour. The staff was very friendly especially the PA that saw me. PA was very informative and didnt do anything that didnt need to be done. She was able to diagnose me right away. She even made sure that I was able to get the medicine and covered under my insurance. I would definitely recommend them!

Considering the length of time that I last had my annual I was very comfortable and both young ladies made me feel at ease. The only complaint I may have is that my appointment was at made for 130. The door was closed and I wasnt seen until almost close to 300.

I’ve had the best experience at Dr Annabelle Lopez MD. Staff are always very professional and nice. Dr Annabelle & Dr V are both amazing Gynecologist they are very prompt and always answer any questions I have. Also I can’t forget NP Melissa & Christina they are awesome too. I actually drive 20 mins for my Appointments just because I love they way they treat their patients, & their office is always very clean. Amazing group of ladies, I highly recommend Dr Lopez Office.

I didnt see dr López directly but the PA who I do see is literally the nicest one I’ve ever had the pleasure of seeing and throughout my life I’ve seen a lot of obgyn offices and none compare. My appointment was at 10:00 AM and by 10:40 AM, I was out of there. So aside from being quick, they make me feel comfortable too. I 10000% recommend this practice.

Staff was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. I saw NP Christina at this visit. She was friendly, thorough, kind, and explained everything as she went through the visit. I have been visiting Dr. Lopez for 11 years. She and her staff are always professional, yet friendly.

The Weslaco office is the worst, the wait is insane. My daughter in laws appointment was at 2:15 we did not get seen until 4:15. Two hours after the scheduled appointment.

Dr Lopez is 5 stars when you can see her. I realize who/what the office is focused on. There are zero considerations for a man who may want to attend the appointment with his significant other or spouse. Not a huge deal, but the survey was sent to me. I am certain my bride will give 5 stars.

Daughter changed her doctor due to moving states and she has yet to see Dr. Lopez and has only seen her assistant. She had all paperwork in hand with results and they didn’t bother to pay attention to what it had in it. Daughter had to point it out and even have them find it because they didn’t know where they had left it. Daughter had started bleeding and followed up with her Dr. (The assisntant) and they were supposed to send her meds to pharmacy, but have yet sent them. Daughter is currently in pain and I can’t track down dr. So going to ER.

Dr. Annabelle Lopez has been by far the best OBGYN that I have been to. She is very attentive to her patients and always greets you with a smile. Takes the time to answer any questions or concerns. She has always made me feel comfortable and well informed during my visits.

Dr. Lopez, her PAs, and nurses have excellent bedside manner. They are patient and I know if I wait a little while to see the Dr. or the PA its because they take their time with their patients like they do when theyre visiting and treating me. Dr. Annabelle Lopez has been my Dr. for over 5 years and I am very appreciative that Ive always received quality care as a patient and a woman.

Needed a new gynecologist after my Doctor retired. Loved it. Saw a PA and she explained everything well and with details and answered all my questions. All the staff was friendly. Wait was long but worth it. Overall very satisfied. Would recommend to friends and family.

I was very pleased with the care I received from the staff when booking the appointment and upon arrival all went very well. Everyone was super personality+++!! I saw Dr. G. Villanueva and she was so wonderful to me. I felt immediately like I was at home with her and the practice!! I’m super happy I chose to go here and now feel like I’ll be very well taken taken care of!!

I wanted to find a doctor or facility that I would be comfortable. I looked and looked till I came across with this doctor I set up an appointment I show up an unfortunately I was scheduled at the other office I was like no but for my luck the receptionist shes like dont worry all move you other ones would of you told you that there was nothing they could do. So I got seen by the Dr. assistant very nice PA loved the way she explained everything to me. Every experience was perfect I definitely recommend 👌

Seems like no one can communicate. My wife has called multiple times in the past week and keeps on being given the run around if her tests were sent. Have gotten to the point to where no one is even answering anymore or putting her on hold and hanging up shortly after with no call back. Disappointing considering they are obviously the to go spot in weslaco.

Arriving at my appointment 20 minutes before my appointed time staff was still at their lunch break. Once doors opened I was 3rd in line to sign in yet I waited to be called 1hour 20 minutes. This was very annoying seeing others arrive 20 to 30 minutes after I did and yet they were being called in and leaving before I was even seen. I even got up to check if I was forgotten. Once inside I was attended to and released in less than 30 minutes.

Was very disappointed with the outcome of my visit. For starters I called the office letting them know of my previous miscarriages and explain that I wanted to make the visit in order to check to see me and my spouses blood type. I even explained how I was private pay and would like to know if they did the test. I was informed that I could get them there although they explained I would have to see the doctor before labs could be ran which is fine. Once i go inside I told the lady who was checking vitals the same thing and she even confirmed it as well. After seeing the doctor she explain they dont do those types of labs on males. I was so furious after I have spoke to 4 different workers and they all agreed that the office does. After spending an arm and a leg I am very upset to find out the whole reason for my visit could not happen when they could of let me know from the beginning. No refund was issued or credit even though they did nothing for me not even a care of action. Waste of time and money

I hadn’t seen a gynecologist in about 5 years and the PA made me feel very welcomed and very comfortable. The PA explained every thing she was doin as she did the “exams”. She asked if I had any questions twice. She made me feel very confortable with any questions I had or with the exams no complaints. My visit was very quick. The receptionist was very nice. I would definitely recommend. I visited the Mercedes office.

The Office staff in the front was very courteous from beginning to end. All my concerns were answered when I was seen by Christina Garza the NP that attended me. Horrible. They issue a referral but never do it. Then I set up the referral and they cancel it and dont tell me. PA shares my concern with nurse. Nurse then calls me and gets upset and is very rude with me.

Ive always has a great experience here. All the ladies are very welcoming, friendly, and my 2nd born was taken care of here and I trust them so much I decided to have another 😅

Dr Lopez is a great doctor she explains procedures and answers all your questions she makes you feel at ease. Now at my 3 weeks post op I can see my results blooming and what she told me to expect and more . I will go back to Dr Lopez for any other procedure in the future .

I had an appointment to go see Dr. Lopez, (first time patient) and I didn’t get to see the Dr. (so I can’t knowledgeably review her personally). I have blue cross and blue shield insurance, and I called to verify my benefits before I went to my appointment and was told I only pay 20% of the sonogram and office visit. I’ve had this insurance for about 4 years, and that’s mostly been the case, of course, except for emergency room visits or hospitalization. When I went, the receptionist in front told me that the price for the visit would be $500!! With my insurance! She kept telling me it feel under my deductible when I knew for a fact it didn’t. She said all private pay patients pay $500 for the sonograms. That is absolutely ridiculous! it’s hard to believe anyone could afford to pay that amount. They could not verify my insurance again, so I left that office and went to another doctors office. I ended up paying $40 for the office visit and sonogram I asked just out if curiosity what they charge for the sonogram and they charge $107 which is much much lower than the $500. I believed I tried to get ripped off by this office, or they just lack the knowledge on how to properly verify and handle insurances. I lost a day of pay from work to make this appointment, and I was completely upset! Would not go back, or recommend this medical office to anyone, especially anyone with insurance!

I just went in as a new patient. I go in to check-in at desk. Woman at the desk with really bad eyelashes and first words out of her mouth were, Did you bring a kid? Not hi, how can I help you? But blank ugly stare.. you bring a kid.? I was confused. I asked, you mean is my child with me? Yeah.. your kid can’t be in here. I cancelled and left. Maybe the doctor is great just like most reviews state but walking-in to that vibe. No thanks especially when I dread these type of specialist appointments. Office staff really needs some customer service training.

I have nothing but great word of mouth for her. She explains the process of pregnancy to you as a person and not just having conversation with the nurse. Very nice and kind and sweet Dr. MY ONLY complain is the Weslaco staff is very unwelcoming. You can sense the vibe as soon as you sign in. And see eyes rolling as if they dont like to be there. The nurses are rude when they assist you. They place you on hold for a very long time, most times without even a warning or a heads up that your being placed on hold they simply answer and place the phone on hold. My opinion she just needs to hire new staff period. Even the office manager is rude herself. If you do not like your job or you work field maybe nursing or the medical field isnt for you.

Went in for my annual visit, I was greeted as I arrived by the front staff, the nurses are so helpful and nice. I was seen my Nayfa NP and she made my visit very comfortable! After my exam I got my blood work done with the lab tech and my appointment was ready in the front for me afterwards. Highly recommend this office.

This is my first pregnancy.. I’ve had family members come to this doctor cause she’s good. Honestly the Doctor & PA are the sweetest most helpful people ever!! The only people that are uncomfortable are the ladies in the front office not the nurses but the receptionist.. and also the lady that ask if “we have any complaints” they always look like they don’t want to be there sometimes they even looked at me ugly. I feel like they should get nicer ladies in the front, ones that care. (Weslaco office)

From the minute I walked in I should have known. It looks like I stumbled into a free clinic. I havent even seen the Dr yet; Im going based solely on the way front office staff was rude and flippant. I asked if it would be a long wait, normal question. I assumed. Especially when there are 34, yes 34 people in the lobby, and they acted as if I attacked them personally. When you are asked to arrive early, then told to sit and wait (just for the paperwork!), and treated like an annoyance its always an unpleasant experience. Theres a woman speaking to the office manager who has been waiting for over 3 hours. 5 more people have walked out. I have made an appointment for 830 on another day, when I have been assured I will be the first person seen. Maybe, I like the office manager casually told me its a busy day. I will update.

Wait times are horrible.Esp for ultra sounds ... my daughter was in severe pain and there wasnt anything they were willing to do..Sometimes the enormous wait isnt worth it.. Instead of letting us know the wait would be over 3 hrs, they let us sit there.. probably would not recommend them ..

I loved the staff they were all so friendly and nice, but the girl in the lab has a HEAVY hand. I felt like my vein was on fire from start to finish and she only drew one tube of blood. I went in at 9:30 am and 8 1/2 hours later I’m STILL hurting. Other than that I loved the clinic. It was just the lab.

I would rate a 0 stars if I could. If you want a doctor who NEVER sees you nor introduces herself to you this is the place to go. I was with her office for 5-6 months and not one would she introduce herself but be in the hallways on FaceTime talking about lip fillers or talking for hours with staff while you’re waiting to get seen by a different practitioner each and every visit. Do not recommend at all.

Best GYN ever. She is a woman, therefore, she knows how I feel. She treats me like her family member. May The Lord bless her life, her family, her business but more than everything her hands.

I had to leave the office before seeing the doctor because I couldnt wait longer, I was there for more than 2:30 hours, and the nurse said the delay was because there was a lot of people to see, bad experience!

Dr is very nice and professional. Waiting time is awful, I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment and they attended me an hour and a half later, but if you are 15 min late your appointment will be rescheduled

I had a wonderful experience… I had always done my annual exams with my family doctor.. the nurse practitioner that took care of me was very friendly. I would definitely go back even though I had a little of a wait.. it was worth it.

Dr. López and her staff left me in awe! I am a new patient and I was in and out within an hour. I actually saw the doctor, not a NP or a PA. She is such a wonderful person! I have been seeing the same obgyn for 16 years and she delivered all of my daughters, and I am considering just moving over to Dr. López indefinitely solely based on her bedside manner and personality. I didn’t mind the drive from McAllen to weslaco to see her and would gladly do it again!

Staff has always been so sweet. I went to Dr Lopez for the first time about six years ago when I was pregnant with my second son. She is the kindest and most understanding Dr I have met. She has delivered 3 of my 4 children and all 3 were successful VBACs. I absolutely love that a VBAC was an option with her as my Dr. Thank you so much for delivering my beautiful babies and being so amazing!

If I could rate 0 starts I would! Very unprofessional staff! From front desk to PAs. Front desk always seems like they don’t know what they’re doing. They made me pay 400 for a service that was covered by my insurance then failed to give me a refund. It wasn’t until I called back 7-8 months later to check status, mind you no one knew what I was talking about they even told me I had a balance! Such a joke of staff. After they figured it out took them several weeks to write the check. On one of my follow ups I was seen by a white, rude PA kept pushing me to do a procedure I didn’t want after continuously telling her I wanted to wait. Before she left the room she said “it’s either that or you can die”!!! No empathy what so ever!!! To top it off now they don’t want to refill my birth control leaving me at risk for pregnancy because “I failed to follow up”!? I’ve ALWAYS followed up with any letters or calls because I know my situation and this time I had NOTHING somehow a nurse said that it was documented they mailed n called but yet I have NOTHING! I asked to be scheduled an appointment meanwhile they could refill my birth control and still was told that wasn’t an option that I just need to go in! I’ve been a pt of Dr Anabel Lopez since she started back w Dr Blanco she’s a really good Dr but I’ve had it with all the unprofessional people here. It’s ridiculous/sad how they’re making such a good Dr. lose her clients. I will be going to HTW with this. My birth control doesn’t go hand and hand to what they want me go in for!

Awesome, been going over 10 years, love the staff, they all go above & beyond...Mrs. Amanda is 1 of my favorites so loving & compassionate...in reality they all are...I was seen today with no appointment, less than an hour and I was out.

I would not recommend at all. I saw her 3 times during my prenatal care. The front office staff got many things wrong with billing and charged me (out-of-pocket) for services my insurance had already paid for. Getting a refund back from them is literally impossible so had to file a fraud claim.

I hear and read so many good things about this doctor but Ive yet to have a pleasant experience I almost got denied my first visit because they couldnt verify my insurance, I ended up being seen and it wasnt a very bad experience until later that day I realized they didnt even bother to send my prescription then when i called the next day they didnt even know what i had been prescribed and or what location theyd be sent to, the practicioner also recommended that i should see a cardiologist due to a previous condition but when i asked for some type of referral again the staff didnt know what I was talking about so Im assuming the communication among the staff isnt the greatest, I went today to ask for a simple signature from a RN, practitioner, advanced nurse OR the doctor verifying my pregnancy for my insurance I was told that no one in the office had authorization to sign this form, leaves me wondering who runs things around here . I ended up going to the Mercedes location and with no hesitation the form was signed in less than 5 minutes i will most likely be going to this location rather than weslaco I hope I get the chance to even meet Mrs Lopez as Ive heard that most dont..

Dr Lopez has been my gynecologist for 5 years and I love the way she cares for her patients she delivered my first baby and I loved the way she took care of me throughout my pregnancy also the staff is very friendly and they listen to your questions and help you with what you need. I would really recommend Dr Lopez.

We came all the way from Brownsville, Tx to the Doctor’s clinic in Weslaco because we had heard she is one of the best doctors in the valley and we would get the best care here. Entering her clinic her staff was welcoming and very patient with us. We were just in time for our appointment so we didn’t have to wait for an extensive amount of time. As we waited in the room a nurse and nurse practitioner that passed by greeted us and were in such a great mood. We had come to the clinic to discuss and find what was the best form of birth control for us. We had many concerns and questions and she went thru all the ones that she offers at her clinic. Made us feel like home and very comfortable. That same day my girlfriend was given the birth control we choose and everything went smoothly. My Gf got her follow-up appointment and encouraged us to come back for any questions or concerns.10 out of 10 doctor. Professional and very good manners. HIGHLY recommend.

During my visit, front desk staff, polite and courteous. MAs, nurses in the back also, polite and courteous. I saw Dr Villanueva, very nice, listened and not every md or pa allows you to elaborate the reason for visit without interrupting. I felt very comfortable expressing my thoughts and concerns and input information to my following care plan. Very satisfied. Thank you DR VILLANUEVA.

I remebr saying I would never go back to this place but I went today just for a proof of pregnancy I thought I was just going to pee in a cup like everywhere else but nope they did a ultrasound I Sawa doctor they answered all my questions and concern I wad there for 1 hour and 30 mins and thats because I had to drink the juice and wait the hour it was so fast paced I waited in the lobby for 10 min and got called right away Im very impressed

I was nervous, but she was very attentive, polite, she answered my questions, I felt very comfortable and relax, I will definitely keep coming here. Thank you Dr. Annabelle!! Service was fast! And very clean. Excellent staff!

The staff is horrible they look and act like they dont want to be there or help you. I went for birth control and then again for them to give me the shot and the front lady kept saying I didnt have an appointment when the doctor has specifically said I didnt need one. I just needed to walk in and state my purpose and they should have taken care of me right away but that did not happen. The doctor is nice but the staff make the place very unwelcoming.

I went in with trepidation as the lobby was full. Usually, thats when Drs tend to be in a rush and dont really listen. The nurse doing the vitals was pleasant but I was still talking and she told me she had already taken all the info she needed . So, it was a pleasure to have the Drs sit and listen to what I Needed to Say as to why I felt the way I did and what I felt I Needed. Long complicated history. She asked a few questions , did the exam and was very gentle (thank God)! She made me feel very at ease and did not make light of my feeling and symptoms. The Lab tech, I didnt get her name - OMG she drew my labs and its like she had magic fingers as I hardly felt the needle. Most times it hurts me so much and bruise for days. But today, it was a blessing to have her gentle hands on me.Thank you kindly to all the staff. Yes, I recommend this office in Mercedes, However, maybe I should Not so that it can be a secret place and not crowded when I need to go in.LOL. Maria Engel

Staff with attitude, Lopez is NEVER in, 2 hour waits, definitely not a comfortable environment. She also deletes all her bad reviews on her FB page. She was my OBGYN for my first pregnancy 4 months ago and it was a sad experience. I do not recommend her for expecting mothers...

This is my first ob/gyn i’ve ever gone to and so far i had a very good experience. there’s a bit of a wait though but other than the it’s a great place.

I love Dr. Annabel Lopez and Dr. Sandra, although at the beginning I was nervous because of previous comments I would receive about “never seeing the doctor” I would see another very friendly nurse practicioner and another doctor whom I forgot the name who answered all my questions just the same. Now I see Dr Annabelle and Sandra more often get my questions answered and helpful insight. The staff above all are friendly. I’ve only had weird encounters with one nurse (I think she was a nurse) who took my weight wrong but it was corrected right away by the practitioner and again when she took me out of the room before even seeing the doctor lol, but she was probably having another off day. Then, with my ultrasounds I loved Jennifer and the other woman who was their almost all week. I met a third woman who I didn’t really enjoy. She sighed during my 32 weeks ultrasound and didn’t really take her time and just felt off and she didn’t clean me off right (my skirt was drenched in jelly). But we all have our bad days I guess. Other than that I am enjoying my choice of dr Annabelle Lopez !

This my third pregnancy. However it’s my first time choosing Dr.Annabelle office. It’s been nothing but a great experience, the wait can be long but it’s worth it since the staff and practitioners take care of you.

Dr. Lopez took excellent care of my wife and helped her deliver our 2 youngest children. She was always supportive and very knowledgeable both during and after pregnancy. I highly recommend Dr. Lopez

This is the worst place to get your annual check up never agin. I was given an appt showed up and the doctor left. Took time out of my busy schedule not a phone call to reschedule they wanted me to see a nurse. I don’t think so. My money goes to the professional pple not a nurse! I finally reschedule I was given 2 referrals for my issues. One referral was given to me and the other one was a different patient so I was never given my 2nd referral or was I call until I realize I neede to ask for it. 2 weeks later results are in and called me medication I never have given themMy pharmacy or was I asked so I called back to check which pharmacy nobody answered the phone then I get a call saying they used my previous pharmacy and nurse never specify or double check. Her name is Gina the nurse so I asked to speak with office manager and she was out of town wen she was in she never return my call. I had to keep calling and letting her know the office is so unprofessional

Wow how yall manipulate your raitings n reviews ,mine git erased so here we go again for future moms ,,i give O star rate ,Staff was rude and had me waiting a whole hour from schedule after telling me i was not gonna be seen ,they had made the mistake of scheduling in mercedes clinic ,they told me to go over theyll be waiting for me ,once at mercedes they told me i wasnt going to be seen because they dont do ultrasounds i had a panic attack almist caused me a seizure and cried the whole time. Worst place for my first pregnancy never going back again. Especially after my friend told me her baby came out at with club hand and foot and was never told about it during her check ups with her and only had one ultrasound done.

I felt so comfortable with ms Christina Garza she sites down and talks to you doesn’t rush you explains things , gives you some advice of products to use from the store that can help you get better honestly she’s the best one from all the providers I hope she never changes being great thank you ms Garza

There’s kinda a long wait ,but they try to move as fast as they can and they’re obviously so good that it gets packed lol. They’re very nice and welcoming the only thing I don’t like is no kids are allowed, not even In the lobby, but there can be many reasons why so I don’t mind as much. When Annabelle did my c-section it was so quick; she literally came in got started and in like 5 mins my baby was out! (Btw she doesn’t mind if you wanna chose the way you want your baby to be born she’s very understanding and acknowledges that it’s ur personal decision) I didn’t have any complications there. However, Some of the nurses can be heavy handed while drawing blood; other than that I like it there I do recommend this doctor 🤗

Dr Annabelle is wonderful. Her staff is high qualified and kind. The Doctors that help her at the clinic are wonderful too. My experience during my maternity was amazing.

My whole pregnancy went smoothly. I only saw dr Lopez once but Melissa and Sandra were great! Mercedes office is very friendly and nice.

Right off the bat, the office smells like poop and either the receptionist dont care or they are immune. Secondly, the wait takes forever and there is a great lack of comfortable seating. Waited 2 hours just to get results read. Never again.

A big shout out to Erica and Belinda. They are awesome phlebotomists. They are always pleasant and make me feel welcomed. Getting my blood drawn with them is always a painless experience..😊

Private questions were asked with other people around. I would advice for them to have the questions in an electronic device for patients to answer. I was told to wait in a room, where I could the doctor and the patient talking, the walls are to thin. HIPPA violation! Once I was seen, I was told nothing was wrong with me. It was a waste of time and money ($300).

Dr. Annabelle Lopez is the best OBGYN the Rio Grande Valley has ever seen. With Dr. Lopez you are receiving the best quality, compassionate care. She is up to date on all the latest medical advances in her field. I trust her completely and have 100% faith in her abilities. Ive recommended her to all of my family and friends.

Worst staff,having me drive back and forth from weslaco to mercedes office when ive clearly called days before, multiple time to confirm my apts time n location,theres no appoitment were i dont cry from all the fustration they make me go thru ,2 hrs in the waiting room to be told no one scheduled me (when i clearly have my appoitment card as proof)

I saw the NP and she was very nice and informative, answered all of my questions. The office staff was very nice and I noticed they remember their patients by name which is nice. The office was organized and clean.

Dr. Lopez has delivered both my babies via c-section and had no issues. Both deliveries were smooth and succcessful, for my future babies i will choose Dr. Lopez again.

Third pregnancy she will be delivering. I don’t mind driving 30 minutes to get to her clinic because at the end I’m going to a place where I feel so welcome by all the staff. Best obgyn

Dr Lopez is the absolute best Dr I’ve had. She’s professional, knowledgeable and makes everyone comfortable enough to talk about anything and everything with her. Her staff is excellent as well. Everyone is so helpful and polite.

They have one good staff member. The nurse practitioner. Good luck getting a hold of the Doctor or even the office staff. Youll spend more time on hold than speaking to someone. Theyll lose your test results and act like its your fault, yup somehow youre inconveniencing them. Office seems more like a business advertising photography and tummy tucks. If you really want a female doctor make the trip somewhere else.

The only reason why Im rating is because my daughter-in-law will be having my grandbaby and after reading these reviews Im very confident that she chose a great doctor!! Honestly recieved the worst service while i was there, very unprofessional, was there almost over 3 and 1/2 hours doctor said she would call me to the back once again to discuss treatment, was never called back or made an additional appointment to discuss my treatment and to top it off staff has me waiting there like a dumbass while they are all getting ready to leave very very unprofessional will not be going back. & do not recommend.

I rated at a 3 because the Dr. is amazing however the front office staff is horrible and it takes over an hour to just get in to the room. I once called to check on a prescription that I needed for a procedure and turned out they sent it to the wrong pharmacy. When I asked them to send it to the right one, Brittany literally said ugh to me. Sorry I made you actually do your job!
