I absolutely love Jamie Hamilton, Dr Freddie Reynolds, and Jana! I’ve been seeing Jamie for years, but once pregnant, I had to start seeing an OB. I plan to go back to her once I give birth. Her and her nurse Jana are the best team! She’s always a great listener and super sweet. I saw Dr Kraemer once, he was nice and seemed to care about anything I had to say. The next few time I saw Dr Koeler. He was very blunt and dismissive about my issues. Dr Reynolds is the one to go to! He made me feel so at ease and comfortable. He seemed genuinely concerned about some of my health issues and dealt with them right away! He was the BEST!

I am a first time mother and I am currently 21 weeks pregnant. I started going to Kraemer at 6 weeks pregnant. From my very first visit I received no information on what to do/what not to do etc until I asked about it at my 15 week appointment. On my first visit, I was communicated to in a very negative manner regarding the possibility of miscarriages and left the appointment feeling very hopeless in the way this information was delivered to me. The front desk staff is not personable and overall not friendly. I would not recommend this practice to anyone as pregnant women should be met with care and compassion and all they provided was the opposite. I have switched practices.

10/10 for Dr.Freddie Reynolds! Very soft spoken,listens and answers all my concerns,thank you Dr.Reynolds.his assistan and the one who performed the trans vaginal ultra sound to me are very well mannered,friendly and kind.i wish i get their names but thank you girls! I want Dr.Reynolds and his team again for my my next visit!

Dr. Reynolds was so kind and informative. He made me comfortable my entire procedure even though I was super nervous (first time IUD) He made the entire experience pain free and enjoyable. I have recommended him to all my friends!

Dr. Reynolds has been my ob-gyn for many years. He remains as caring, personable, and knowledgeable as ever. Ive never been a fan of doctors appointments but Dr. Reynolds makes what could be a stressful situation much less so!

Receptionist is very unpleasant and I wouldnt return just to not deal with her. Shes come off as snarky other visits but last time felt disrespectful. I stood at the window waiting to check in, she looked at me and then looked back to the woman at check out to start her conversation back up about non work essential stuff. After waiting a minute or two she finally got around to getting my paperwork. Once I got back to my room I was in there for 30 minutes before the doctor came in but i could hear her whispering and giggling in the hallway. Doctor was nice but the three minutes she was in the room felt rushed even though i had concerns. Whole visit I felt like my time absolutely did not matter.Dr. Kraemer and Dr. Reynolds are great if you can get in with them (and then youd have to deal with the receptionist), but the others not so much.

Dr Reynolds is the bomb diggity!!!! He has been my OBGYN since 2008 . He delivered both my daughters. He is amazing 🤩 I love him so much !!! Awesome OBGYN doctor he is 🩵💙

First visit was this morning. Receptionist was rude and unprofessional but I won’t even get into that since she’s just the receptionist. I saw Jamie Hamilton today who went over my ultrasound. She was not very informative but again that’s not my main complaint as there are other providers there that may be more competent. Discussing the possibility that my baby is not going to develop I started to cry as this is a wanted baby and planned pro. She had the nerve to ask me “WHY ARE YOU CRYING “ I look at her dumb founded because who says that , she proceeds to put her foot in her mouth by continuing to say things such as “NOBODY WANTS TO HAVE A BABY THAT ISN’T FORMED PROPERLY “ and the best one yet “ YOU GUYS CAN TRY AGAIN NEXT MONTH”. She is disgustingly unprofessional and unkind . I hope the next provider I see Thursday is better than this . I feel other mothers should be aware that this is not the provider you should see if you’re looking for professionalism , compassion or even something as simple as helpful information.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would . First every time I come here the receptionist is EXTREMELY RUDE . She doesn’t care at all I’m tired of coming to my appointments and having to deal with that . I’m seeing Dr.Reynold todays his assistant Shawana was very nice and sweet she listened to my concerns and it wasn’t rushed . Last few times I was seeing Jamie every appointment was rushed her assistant is very sweet but I do not like being rushed . I had questions and concerns to ask her and she was half way out the door .Dr.Reynolds and Shawna was AMAZING !!

I have been a patient here for 7 years & I can honestly say this place has gone down hill. Check in lady always seems very rude and is unprofessional when it comes to personal health information (definitely violated HIPPA) at the west Columbia location. It would actually help if the NP’s actually seem to care but they’re all dry acting with no personality. Dr. Reynolds is very great and outgoing each time I meet with him. You will be waiting up to a month for results that has already been resulted in Mychart. Currently looking for a new Ob/Gyn because the atmosphere here is terrible

Iv been a patient of Dr Reynolds for many years, we have grown old together. I love his new nurse, Wonderful personality has a great connection with the patient. The staff at Lexington office is always attentive and polite

I normally go to the one on Clemson Road, but could not get an appointment so I ended up going to the one on Taylor Street. My experience will Sharalyn Wilburn, NP was good. I do not have any complaints about her, but I cannot say the same for the person who answered the phone when I called. I had a follow up question after speaking to my insurance provider about the office running a charge through my pharmacy benefits versus my medical insurance. The lady who answered the phone got my name and date of birth and I tell her what my insurance provider has told me, without even checking to see what type of insurance I have, she immediately says we can refer you to the sunset office, they deal with a lot of the Medicaid benefits because they have things on hand. I was confused because I don’t have Medicaid and wasn’t sure why I needed to know that. I think she was just assuming I had Medicaid which I did not appreciate.

Genuinely disgusted with my experience and time here. What started out to be a great experience ended up being a horrible one. All it takes is the words of one doctor to ruin everything for you. Even down to my last visit being seen, I really left feeling low. I’ll never forget Jill Marie Johnson and the horrible experience she gave me that ruined the rest of my time here at this practice. I’ll also never forget Leslie the director of Kraemer’s that I reached out to for assistance that provided me a number that was out of service just so I would not contact her again. Even if you have evidence against a doctors mishap, you will still be held responsible. Even down to requesting a doctor to do an exam I was comfortable with was ignored multiple times. Say what you will, but I try to leave race out of it, but as a black woman, it’s hard to receive genuine and hospitable care and treatment in Columbia, SC. This review should contain all that truly happened while in the care of this facility but I will leave that for a formal complaint. The Prisma Health Care System and Kraemer’s can truly go to the lowest parts. I have no words that can truly express how my experience has been as a first time mom. Had I been a white woman, I’m sure this journey would have been much different.

Don’t waste your time seeking medical attention from here.Sorry ahead of time for the long post but I’m hoping to deter other women from seeking help or unsolved medical answers in a place so unorganized and negligent to their patients.This practice does not care about you. The front desk receptionist isn’t going to greet you, she will gaslight you about your insurance and waste your time. Dr. Jamie Lee Hamilton will act completely dismissive of all of your medical concerns including picture evidence you may present highlighting your concerns about what could be wrong with your body. She will tell you if you don’t have facial hair growing that you don’t have PCOS (like that’s supposed to be the only symptom that determines if you have PCOS) and tell you that you don’t have ovarian cancer without performing a proper Pap smear. She will tell you that have a 3 week long heavy period and soaking a full sized maxi pad every thirty minutes “is normal in a period sometimes”.Last but not least, when you walk around the corner to have blood taken to make sure you’re not freaking anemic, the phlebotomist will spend 30 minutes asking you about your insurance and question you about balances from 4 years ago before she draws any blood. She will then hand you a document asking you to verify to correct spelling of your name and address with the incorrect persons name and address BECAUSE ITS A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT PATIENT. She’ll spend another 5 minutes trying to figure out who you are then go to draw your blood. She is super rough and will shove the needle in your arm wiggling it around because she will miss your vein.I’m urging All Women, Please don’t go here, you deserve better treatment and a healthcare staff that cares about your health and wellness, this facility is simply negligent and embarrassing.

This is a great place to go. I have been a few times for my own women problems. This visit was for my 16yr old. Got in with appt and explained what we needed and we discussed what was best then turned around and was able to complete the process next day. It was wonderful. Jamie and her nurse and staff were extremely helpful. I will always come back. Thanks again.

The receptionist Tammy is really rude and judgemental. The ob Lisa was also really rude. When they contacted me again about making an appointment I was declined because I reported their behavior. Absolutely disgusting and disheartening as a first time mother.

Great staff. The intake nurse was really great and bubbly. Dr. Freddie is an amazing doctor. Highly recommend

I highly recommend Kraemer Womens Care. The front desk is quick and attentive to getting you checked in and I am always called back at the time of my appointment or earlier. I see Dr Hamilton and she has made me feel heard and validated about my concerns and problems. She did everything in her power to make my IUD insertion super easy and almost painless. The checkout person is also very accommodating and flexible with scheduling future appointments and fitting me in as soon as possible. I highly recommend to anyone seeking birth control.

Im new to the area and a new patient to this facility so my opinion is based off two visits in the past 3 months. I can say this is a very friendly, inviting place to go for your womens care. The staff is always so nice and willing to answer questions and help in anyway possible. I love Dr. Reynolds. He is so personal and doesnt mind taking a few minutes for you.

Happy with the care but due to rules for. Kreamer we cant bring kids , only postpartum women can bring there kid not cool its a baby clinic and I cant bring my baby..... Who gonna watch her

I LOVE Dr. Kraemer! He’s quick and to the point. Doesn’t keep you there all day but addresses every concern. He accepted me late in my prenatal care and took very good care of me. I look forward to seeing him again postpartum & for my next pregnancy. Best OB ever!

I recently moved to South Carolina from North Carolina so switching doctors has been a long and difficult process. The front desk ladies were nice and I didn’t feel rushed checking in or out. Sharalyn Wilburn, NP was very kind to me, she addressed my concerns without judgement or feeling dismissed and also gave me preventative care tips and tricks. So far I like this place and I will come back. And I highly recommend Sharalyn if you want your concerns addressed.

I transferred in from Carolina women’s. I must say that this office is exceptionally better. Dr. Reynolds provided a calming atmosphere for my OB visit. My appointment was not rushed at all, unlike my prior office. He listened to my concerns and went out of his way with testing. I have never experienced a visit so great. If i ever have another child, I will definitely be coming back to this office.

I highly recommend Kramer Womens Care! I saw Dr. Reynolds today and he was excellent. He has a very calming demeanor and spent his time explaining things to me. His nurse was really nice too. Overall I am glad I switched doctors!

Dr. Reynolds was super patient and calming with me. He’s a great conversationalist and made sure my visit was wonderful. The nurse that checked my blood pressure and stood in the room with me as well was a gem! Great great people all around.

Sharalyn Wilburn was very nice and sweet.! And addressed all of my concerns ..I felt comfortable during my visit being in her care.

I love some of the staff the lady that works the front desk is rude. Other than that I love everything about the doctors office.

Dr Reynolds is just one of a kind. He is not aloof or difficult to communicate with as some Drs can be and he is very knowledgeable about any issues you might be having. His nurse is pleasant and is just a naturally sweet person. Everyone is helpfull and kind at this practice, office staff included. I have been coming to them for years.

This was my first visit at the West Columbia office and my experience was beyond satisfying. The staff were EXTREMELY friendly and courteous. My heart was so warm. Dr. Reynolds was kind and thorough during my visit. I didn’t feel rushed or like “just another patient”. Overall everything was AWESOME !

The doctors at Kraemer Womens Care are hit or miss. Today, I saw a new doctor at the practice and expressed some concerns I am having and she completely dismissed my concerns. I was made to feel silly and was pretty much told to get over it. I wont be returning due to this, as I feel it is important for doctors to honor the concerns of patients and do what they can to ease the patients mind. I do not recommend Dr. Hamilton if you are looking for a caring and kind doctor.

Absolutely treasure having Dr Freddie Reynolds for my girlie needs. He and Lisa have worked together so long and they both make getting your yearly check such a breeze. Its nice to be able to be comfortable in a situation such as this. I will hate the day he retires, as I am sure it will be in my lifetime, since he delivered me, almost 41 years ago. I was thankful to have him during obstetric needs when I was pregnant, but he only does office needs, now. He doesnt do deliveries or surgeries any longer, but still, a fabulous and knowledgeable group here.

Excellent service from Dr. Reynolds and back staff/clinical staff. Check-out person isnt very pleasant at all, sensed attitude and felt rushed when trying to schedule my follow up appointment. However, overall, I would recommend this office for OB/GYN care.

The office was very nice and clean and the staff were very polite. Dr. Kraemer is very open and honest and I appreciated him for being so. He likes to go above and beyond. 10/10 recommend this office and any of their staff.

We love the place, is just the first time we went there to make the first appointment, the person at the front desk do not give us the best face and treat so that’s the only reason I don’t give them the 5 starts. In my opinion, the personal who are receiving new patients for their first OB APPOINTMENT NEED TO SHOW the best face and offer the best treat. I’m sure that is one of the important rules on that clinic and every worker knew that on the interview and agreed to get that job. I can’t complain about the nurses and doctors they are very gentle, nice and they explain very well in every appointment. We just went there 3 times and I hope we continue having the best treat and a good comunicación. Just in case y’all don’t know that you can not take any videos or pictures about that special moment between you and your baby but you will get the pictures of the sonogram wen they check your baby 🥰.

If I could give this place negative 5 stars I would. I’ve been here twice and both times were not great experiences. I will NEVER go back.

My experience with the Dr is always great but when it comes to getting what you need is another issue. I have an IUD which needs to be removed and changed but apparently it’s not as easy with Kraemers Woman’s Care as it has been for the last 2 replacements I have received over the last 15 yrs. I was informed from a not so pleasant employee when she called to inform me that I would basically have to pay for my IUD replacement and get reimbursed from my insurance carrier, why you ask well apparently insurance carriers work off the “buy and bill” plan which I never heard of before. I contacted my insurance company and they stated yes they pay 100% of this procedure and replacement but apparently Kraemers Woman’s Care doesn’t do the the “buy and bill” which is basically they would have to purchase and then the insurance company pays the bill in full once the procedure is complete. So now I’m stuck between a rock and hard spot because everything is covered 100% but Kraemer Woman’s Care has apparently been burned to many times in the past and now I can’t get my birth control even thought it’s COVERED 100% and I guess it’s like if a woman only place isn’t there for woman then who is. This just makes no sense to me and maybe it’s just Kraemers that has this policy but now as a woman I will be forced to change DRs which I don’t think should have to be done since it’s such a private experience.

Dr. Kramer and his staff makes it a priority to treat all patients like family. I’ve left every visit in better spirits than I came with. They’re professional, personable, and genuine in their efforts to getting you back to a healthy happy you.Thank you Dr. Kramer and Staff!And congratulations on your recent expansions. Well-Deserved! People need the Kramer experience not enough health care facilities are providing the excellent service you and your team strive for!

I love coming to my appointments. The staff is friendly, the facility is always neat and clean when go. The most important thing is that, I have the greatest doctor, and nurse. Dr. Hamilton has great bedside manners,shes caring, and she makes you feel relaxed.I love her and her nurse. 💕

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Reynolds for almost 30 years. Six years ago I moved to Atlanta but I still drive back to remain under his excellent care! He, Lisa, and the team at Kraemer have always been both very professional and personable.

Very professional & kind. Great staff. Like the rules posted entering the waiting room to keep crowds and pandemonium down while waiting for appointments. The fact you survey your patients to improve customer service says a lot. My GPs office needs a lesson from your staff on how to treat patients with dignity!

I was very happy with my first visit at Kraemer Womens Care. Im halfway through my pregnancy and had tried to make an appointment with 2 other places first (I didnt have a preference but was just picking places based on whatever my insurance provided). I didnt realize those places would give me a hard time about making an appointment- they said I was potentially a high risk due to not having much care up to this point (what??). When I called Kraemer, I was reassured they wouldnt turn me away just for being far along (about 23 weeks) and they had an available appointment less than 1 week away. When I showed up to my appointment, I was called in within 5 minutes (whew! not a long wait time as I have experienced elsewhere in the past). And a big plus for me was that they allow for one additional guest to come with me to the appointment. This is my husbands baby, too, so its important that he be able to come and see the ultrasounds, ask questions, etc. whereas other places with their covid restrictions dont allow anyone else to come with. The entire staff was professional and friendly so I would definitely recommend.

Sharalyn Wilburn, NP was extremely personable and professional. She took the time to address everything, asked questions, and gave me good advice. She was aware of my comfort and the appointment was completely pain-free, which was the first time for me.

As a new patient, I was treated with compassion and at ease. Dr. Reynolds was very attentive and answered all my questions and concerns. Thank you to Kraemers Womens Care!

I only find good things about this place. I came with a whole list of concerns and Kristen Bell was very willing to address them as quickly as possible-assigning pelvic floor therapy and an ultrasound. I am so impressed. I also was very impressed how thorough their questions were, I appreciated that they went through all of the pertinent history questions.The facility is clean, and feels professional in every capacity. The whole staff is friendly and kind. I will be telling my friends to come here if they want to be heard.

Great staff, professional, prompt, and friendly. My doctor (Freddie Reynolds) is the best. He’s informative, educated , compassionate, and very understanding of his patients. Overall this practice is great at making their patients feel welcoming. Also the ultrasound tech is the best. I love her energetic and upbeat spirit. I recommend this practice and would give 10 stars if I could.

Employees are very ‘gossipy’ at the front check in window. They are also very hostile towards each other. Me personally, I am already anxious coming to appointments pertaining to ‘women care’, so when I hear employees gossiping at the window about patients very loudly while I am sitting in the lobby it does not sit well with me. Makes me think…. ‘has anything been said about me?’. Now, with employees being hostile towards each other it just sets the tone to very gloomy and when a patient notices that, that in my opinion is not good. Very unprofessional with the care too, they don’t really explain what to do/what they are doing and expect you to know what to do/what they are doing. With all the money I spent I feel like I should be happy and satisfied with my visits and I am not. Most likely leaving this facility.

Dr. Reynolds will tell you the truth and always take his time to listen to your concerns and questions. He doesn’t rushed you out of his office. My husband and I always enjoy our prenatal visits with Dr. Reynolds. We wish he was the one delivering our sweet baby boy. 5 Stars for Dr. Reynolds

Honestly, I cannot stand this place and cannot wait for my baby to be born so I dont have to go back. I sit in the waiting room longer and longer every appointment (most recent appointment was almost 2 hours long, 3/4 of it was spent in the waiting room). My time with the doctors are very short, the one ultrasound tech is very rude and rushes through the ultrasound. The bills are very expensive, even with top notch insurance. The contract fee is a joke. For the amount of money people have to pay, I feel as though the service should be better all around. That includes the billing department. Will get absolutely no recommendations from me, EVER.

Amazing staff!! Melissa Luckett made my first time being pregnant an experience Ill never forget. Im 30 y/o and having PCOS makes it hard for me to conceive. When I found out I was pregnant, one of my co-workers referred me to Kraemers WC. I chose Melissa Luckett because she looked like she was full of energy & thats what she gave me every time I seen her. Unfortunately my baby passed at 7 weeks, a week before my first 2 week checkup. Melissa was there emotionally for me because I wasnt expecting the outcome. Melissa gave me the time off from work to grief properly before I returned. I wasnt accepting of it so I got a second ultrasound the day before I had my baby removed. Dr. Kraemer was amazing as well with assisting me during my surgery. Me and my boyfriend will be trying again because we wanted our first baby together. Im sticking with Kraemers because the experience is worth it. Thank you staff for the comforting words and gestures ❤️

I can breathe. I feel so much better now. Just to be kind and I won’t say where I was transferred from but I always saw Kramer with every single one of my pregnancy and he’s such a great doctor he makes you feel comfortable and welcomed. I was able to see him today and I really wanted to cry because it’s been a long time since I felt that I know what I’m doing OBGYN energy!!! lol thank you Dr. Kramer for everything!!! Let the journey begin

My daughter and I have Dr. Jamie Hamilton as our health care physician. She is very knowledgeable, courteous, always upbeat, and makes you feel more like a friend or family member than a patient. As we are African American, being treated fairly and with respect is very important to us and Dr. Hamilton does more than that! She is a superb physician!*UPDATE*Now that Im pregnant, I get to experience the prenatal services they provide and they havent fallen short yet. Jamie and Janna are always so sweet to me and Julia in ultrasound is amazing! I had the chance to visit other doctors in the practice as well. Dr. Kraemer, who i met prior to getting pregnant is always nice and so is Dr. Reynolds. I dont feel rushed at all with any of these doctors. Im due to see Dr. Robinson soon and Im hoping for the same outcome. I still recommend this practice to anyone.

I have a tendency to get nervous about these types of appointments, and especially as a new patient. I am so glad I decided to try this office! I felt so welcomed by Dr. Bell and staff. Each step of the way they were very warm, friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. I look forward to working with this team to address my woman-health needs, and feel confident I’ve found a long term option. Thanks ladies!

Dr. Jill was very nice with my delicate needs. She explained well and when the extra mile to have her assistant write down our health plan. That was helpful for the times my loves one ask, what happens on my next appointment and it gave me time to look up the medical term / procedure.F.R

Staff was extremely nice from the time I walked in until the time I walked out. They got me in quick I did not have to wait. They made me feel comfortable and cared for in the back. They were very funny and enthusiastic, even with it being the end of the day they were still so lively and professional. First Impressions are definitely lasting impressions, and they made me want to come back.

Shes a wonderful Doctor, throughout my pregnancy, she was very understanding, made sure that I was comfortable while I was pregnant, and was someone you can talk to about how youre feeling during pregnancy. During the birth she made sure that I was calm not only for me, but for my son as well, and I would like to Thank her for everything in the hospital. Also, the staffing at Kraemers is the BEST as well. I never had a bad experience at Kraemers Women Care.

After doing extensive research on which office to go to I finally chose kraemers! I have gotten nothing but amazing reviews about the staff at the offices ! I haven’t had the best experience in the past with my former doctors and after my first appointment it was a breathe fresh air ! The staff, my nurse , everyone was so welcoming and I have never felt more comfortable! I felt like I was listened to with my problems which is SO IMPORTANT and they were so thurough with everything! I definitely am recommending this place to everyone now!

I adore this office! Dr.Bell and the whole staff from the front desk to the techs and nurses always treat you with such kindness and care. I never feel rushed and Dr. Bell always makes sure all my questions are answered before I leave. I’ve never felt more heard by any medical professional I’ve seen. I wish there were 100 Dr.Bell’s so everyone could experience the amazing care I’ve received. 10/10

Dr. Bell is very knowledgeable and professional. She makes me feel very comfortable with one of the most uncomfortable routine check-ups that women have to get yearly. She makes me feel as if she listens to my concerns and gives great feedback. This is why I followed her to Kraemer. I was extremely happy when she returned to practice after having her children.

Ive been going to this practice for a few years now. I have had two very high risk pregnancies, and he was able to use his knowledge to quickly act in both cases in order to keep my babies safe. His staff is amazing and make you feel so welcome and at ease. Ive also have had the pleasure of seeing Dr.Revenell and Dr.Reynolds who also follow the same standard of care. If you are looking for an OBGYN office that will make you feel comfortable and will put you, the patient first, do not hesitate to give them a call and get scheduled!!! You will not regret your decision!

Best doctor I have ever had. Dr. Kraemer actually cares for his patients. He delivered my first daughter and has helped me through other issues. His nursing staff and other on call doctors are amazingly supportive.

My first time with this practice will be for a lifetime now. I am here to stay. I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in. I was greeted with a smiling face and my wait was not long at all. I met my Dr. (Jamie Hamilton) and fell in love with her instantly. She’s so tiny, bubbly and most of all… she congratulated me on being 40 which is a new chapter of my life. Yes, 40, she made me feel so comfortable and now I’m excited to have my first mammogram. She gave me great tips for other practices within Prisma which I adored. I couldn’t remember the NP but I wish I did grab her name before I left. She sympathized with me and almost cried with me. I knew from her listening to me that I was in fact going to make this my home forever! From the front office all the way to the back made me feel right at home. The lady who does the blood work for labs was great too. Great staff makes happy patients and I am here for it! Pat yourselves on the back because you are all “Awesome,” to me!!!!

At my first visit and next few visits, there was always more than 2 people in the room. I was already uncomfortable, shameful and anxious before the visit & that worsen after each visit. They did not make me feel comfortable. I went for help due to severe pain & they diagnosed the issue, but they did not give me any treatment. Instead I was refered elsewhere after spending over $800 out of pocket on visits. The place I was referred to was more expensive and did not take my insurance. Kraemer also tried to charge me for a service I did not receive. Going here made my mental and physical health worse.

I would definitely recommend Kraemer Womens Care. I always feel comfortable while being there and when I leave. Dr. Reynolds has been awesome at answering all my questions and making sure I understand everything. He is very wise and has been a great doctor for the past 9 months! I have seen other doctors here as well. All of the doctors, nurses, and staff are super friendly. Plus the ultrasound pictures are some of the best Ive ever seen. Very clean office. The West Columbia office is the best all the way around!

Dr. Reynolds takes his time and listens to you. He is kind, very knowledgeable and I would recommend him without hesitation.

When I tell you I absolutely loved my visit. I was in and out, the nurses were super friendly and made me feel comfortable. Dr Bell is awesome too. I wish I could continue to receive care here, but I cannot. My concerns are never taken seriously. I have extreme pain during certain times of the month. The only solution they ever offer me is take birth control and pain medication. I literally felt so invalidated. They pretty much downplayed my pain for the sake of you cant have this disease because you dont show all of the symptoms. So, I continue to be in pain every single month while looking for another place to go to that will take my pain seriously. I came here a few times too. Never felt so defeated.

I truly love coming here, perhaps people with bad experiences have never been to a horrible doctor before but Im from NY and both experiences with my previous kids was terrible. This facility actually treats me like Im having a baby and not like I have a medical condition. I love Dr bell and I have had a few appts with other doctors where maybe they arent like super talkative or friendly but these are doctors I guess I dont feel like they need to be my friend they need to provide me with adaquate care and I always feel safe and like Im in good hands. The whole staff nurses and front desk ladies are funny and sweet! This is my last child or I would come back everytime and recommend them no matter what Insurance you have.

You all have always been attentive, listened, and gotten me in asap. Yesterday turned out to be something I needed to have a second opinion on to be safe, and your promptness in scheduling my appointment and then getting me the necessary records to take with me allowed me to be evaluated by another hospital system today. Very grateful! Also, Dr. Reynolds had never seen me before but was so kind and attentive and took the time to explain things, be reassuring, and let me know he believed the issue wasnt anything to fear right away. The second opinion is for my own piece of mind at my home hospital system that know my extensive history. He did everything right!!!

Kraemer is hands down the best doc In Columbia, I have been with him since day one and planning on continuing to be his patient until he no longer practices!

He is a wonderful Doctor. And takes time to care about his patients and explain if anything is wrong. He is not only a good doctor but a good man and friend. I highly recommend him.

From the moment i walked into the office i felt comfortable. From her front desk staff to her nurses all were great.She has a pleasant energy about her. She made me feel at ease and there was never an awkward moment. She answered all my questions. She even took the time to explain certain things a little more in depth. We also connected over our love for animals!

I LOVE Dr. Bell and I will recommend her to everybody! She is genuine, knowledgeable, kind and trustworthy. I caught COVID in August 21 and had to have my son 2 months early. I was nervous and scared but Dr. Bell explained everything and she calmed me down completely. She makes you feel very comfortable about anything you ask her. Definitely would ask for her if you need an OBGYN. 😁

Edit after reading other reviews** (I attended the West Columbia location) Dr. Reynolds is SO kind and you can tell that he is very knowledgeable and wise in his field. Him and his nurses have created the most accommodating and caring practice that I’ve personally ever visited. I use to hate going to see my gynecologist as I am very anxious & always tense, but Dr. Reynolds and his nurse are so comforting it makes me not dread my visits anymore. My last visit I had the Kyleena IUD inserted, and Dr. Reynolds said “I’m also going to prescribe you an antibiotic just in case. I think of my daughter and how I would want her to be taken care of, so I would like for you to be taken care of as well.”. That statement in itself shows that any woman will be in the absolute best care when seeing Dr. Reynolds. I will never see a different doctor or practice, thanks to him and his nurses!

This office is an extraordinarily well-oiled machine! This was my first time here and I was treated much better than Id expected! Such kind, gentle, focused, friendly & understanding -as well as the atmosphere - staff! I ABSOLUTELY recommend them! And if someone from the team is reading this....THANK YOU!

I don’t know anyone who doesn’t dread going to the obgyn. It’s never fun. And honestly Dr. Reynolds seems like the complete opposite of the type of Dr most would pick for this area of health care - an older, larger, man - examining your most private areas - but none of that matters with Dr. Reynolds. He made me feel so comfortable, and comforted, at one of the most embarrassing nightmare moments of my life. I’ve been seeing him for a few years now and he has always been so gentle, kind, thorough in his explanations, and never makes me feel rushed. What’s more is that it’s apparent he’s an expert in his field with an abundance of knowledge, but he’s so good at explaining what’s going on, at your level, and makes sure you understand. I genuinely appreciate him and his nurse so much and actually told my best friend all of the above yesterday about him after my visit. I need about 10 more years out of you before retirement Doc! :)

Ive been with Doctor Reynolds for over 20 years, plus he delivered me 38 years ago. My mother still sees him, as well. We both think he is an excellent and knowledgeable doctor and very well accomplished. As long as he still practices, he will always be my first choice for any female related needs/issues. Great job, Dr. Reynolds. Hes an outstanding doctor!

Dr Reynolds is very nice. I always leave feeling better about all my pregnancy worries. He sits me down and helps me talk through anything I’m worried about. I had to bring my 2 year old for one visit and he was very welcoming and patient with her.

The facility itself is nice. The front desk staff ... okay.The nurses wonderful! The doctors are wonderful!. But Dr. Kraemer probably should take notes from the other doctors at the facility that you have to be more caring about your patients.Not make it obvious that its about a check. Dont open a person up for surgery tell their family everything went well all to find out you did nothing during surgery! Do a follow-up and be blunt about the fact you did nothing and suggest more things for a check instead of exploring other options for the patient! Dr. Kraemer obviously doesnt care..its not him... life goes on for him is his attitude! Keep doing what you do fellow Doctors there! 👎Dr. Kraemer!

The only reason I didnt give a 5 star rating is because I had to go alone. Fathers are completely excluded right now due to the extreme covid paranoia, which I highly disagree with. Fathers should be allowed at visits. It makes them feel more involved and helps with the bonding process through pregnancy. This is very important.The service was fantastic. Everyone was extremely pleasant, and very professional. The front office staff were very nice. I didnt have to wait any time at all, and all tests were done quickly but efficiently. I would recommend this practice.

This is the best OB I have ever been to! I love all of the doctors I have been seen by during this pregnancy, I have seen Dr. Kraemer, Dr. Reynolds, Dr. Barrett and another Dr. Named Jamie and have LOVED every single one of them! They take the time to make sure your understanding of everything that is going on, what to expect and make sure you leave relaxed and comfortable with your appointment. The waiting room wait times take a little bit but the service you receive is amazing so that makes it all worth it. They dont make you feel like just a number and pay attention to all of your needs and concerns. I had a large subchorionic hemmorage at about 13 weeks and was able to be seen by a doctor that same day after leaving the hospital that morning, the doctors came in and thoroughly explained what exactly it was, what to expect, and made sure I knew everything I needed to do to keep my baby safe. They closely monitored me closely for the following weeks until it healed up and I was so pleased with all of the care and attention to detail they had. I highly recommend them!!

I was a patient at Kraemer Womens Care during my first pregnancy and now during my second. From start to finish I have ALWAYS had the best experience.Every staff member has been phenomenal and extra nice. I always feel exceptionally well cared for. I would recommend this practice to EVERYBODY!

Dr.Reynolds is the first OB I have encountered in my 31 years that I absolutely love. He cares about his patients. His bedside manor is out of this world. I cannot say enough good things about this man! All of the nurses and staff listen to you and actually seem to care unlike most places.

Dr. Kraemer and his nurse Melissa are awesome! He has kept me close by during my first pregnancy and helped ease any concern or anxiety during the ups and downs! Scarlett in the lab is the best at listening to the best and worst places to try and get a sample!

Kraemer Womens care is a great OB/GYN. I feel the things said about Dr. Kraemer below are not accurate. He does care for his patients but he is also a medical professional who has tons of patients to see. He doesnt have time to spend an hour chit chatting with every patient and keep other patients waiting. Would you want to be that patient waiting? He recently delivered my baby via C-section and did an awesome job, you can barely see my scar. I wouldnt choose any other doctors office. Keep up the good work!😀

If I could leave zero stars, I would. This place takes advantage of individuals. The coverage I have only covers one pap a year and birth control. I was told my pap came back abnormal and needed a colposcopy. I found out there was a program that I qualified for to help with the financial burden of it. The only issue was, I had to go somewhere else who accepts it. So for two weeks I talked with Helen Jones and was told I that my medical records were faxed over. I called and they NEVER faxed them over. Since I already had this emergency appointment, I went to it. Paid $341 discounted price for the procedure. And then today, I was charged $87 for results! I asked if they could just tell me over the phone and was told no and even if I came to the office, I’d have to pay $87 for results (which was a 30 second Google duo with the dr to say I am fine!, praise the Lord). I also found out I had a balance of $56 and asked what it was for, a pregnancy test that I never asked for! I’ve had my tubes tied for 9 years! Everyone who comes in for any appointment is required for that I was told. I’m now waiting on this bill for a biopsy, lab fees, and the other two mentioned above. Something that would have been taken care of if Helen would have just sent over my medical records as requested. This company is only there for money, not helping anyone. I would not recommend this office to my worst enemy. I will not go back into this office except to get an updated medical record because my trust in them is completely gone. After thinking on all the issues, I can’t help but to wonder if the procedure was even needed. I hope they wouldn’t be that crooked BUT from the experience, I wouldn’t be surprised.

I recently had the pleasure of meeting Jill Slice at my appointment and I cant express how much more than a medical care provider she was for me. Im so very Grateful and appreciative of everyone else i met as well! 🤭Janna and Wendy I met about ten years ago when I was seeing Dr Levin when it was still Midlands Obgyn. Ill never forget them coming to visit and meet my nine year old twin boys the day they were born🤗I love the staff & its definitely not anything youd expect from your gynecologist office, in the most pleasantly surprising way imaginable.

I was dismissed many of times by several of the providers I’ve seen at KW. I was scheduled for an elective induction for May 11, just to get it canceled. Throughout the last few weeks of my pregnancy, I was in and out of the hospital one being because my babies heart rate kept dropping. I brought this up many of times to each doctor I seen. Which started with Dr. Freddy, than, Dr.Kolher, and lastly, Dr. Johnson. I was sent two the ER once with both of the providers, but the reason I was told my daughters HR kept dropping was because she ran out of space. Following a mothers heart, I reached out to my doctor that delivered my son in CLT NC, expressed my concerns and he immediately got me on his schedule. I was admitted that night (the same day as my induction was scheduled with Dr.Johnson) as my babies HR was continuing to have low HR readings. She was born shortly after, due to her HR dropping in the 70’s🙏 Please be an advocate for yourself, and following your first mind. Do not wait until it’s to late, or you have to beg for someone to provide proper care to you.

I’ve been going to this practice since I was 14 I’m now 29 never had any problems until this year. I was dismissed from the practice(which I was explained why) but the last appointment that was made before the dismissal(an emergency appointment) was canceled and I’m now being told that it’s not a serious matter although it’s something that is life altering if not picked up on . I cant say much because I am already in contact with a lawyer.

Dr.Bell makes you feel so comfortable and she answered my questions and made me feel great about my visit! Dr. Kraemer and his staff provided me with the absolute best care during my pregnancy, they comforted and supported me throughout the long 9 months. There is no one else who I would’ve had deliver me. Dr. Kraemer is an amazing doctor. He will forever be the doctor I choose.

If I could rate 1/2 a star, I would. I went in for my 1st appt and was there almost 4 hours, waiting!! It took forever to be called back to the room then another 45 minutes for the doctor to come in. The physician I saw was great, zero complaints about her but the staff is less than desirable! Ive called 3 times each day since Monday to speak to a nurse about issues Ive been having and have yet to hear back after 3 days!! Im wondering if they give priority to those expecting because they always ask when i call if Im pregnant and tell them no, they completely disregard me as a concerned patient!!

Friendly professional staff from check-in to exam to ultrasound to lab to checkout. I never felt uncomfortable or awkward. NP was very attentive and made sure everything went smoothly and prompt. Would highly recommend.

I love the West Columbia office. All of the nurses are super friendly and efficient at their jobs. Dr. Kramer is my doctor and he is highly educated and answers all my questions. He takes his time and explains everything. I highly recommend them as an obgyn.

I had a lot of issues with Capital City Obgyn, and when Kraemer brought Dr. Sonek over my first appointment was messed up so I figured it would be the same story here, but I started going to this location and things have improved. Not that I have a problem with the doctor himself, hes good, the way the office was ran was the bad part. My last experience was a total change, and werent perfectly smooth! Very happy to know this office is more organized and well staffed so quick visits with the nurse go well instead of taking several hours like the old Capital City location.

I must say, I had read the reviews and was a bit nervous. The front staff seemed a bit sterile, so I was even more nervous. However, when Dr. Reynolds came in the room, all worries subsided.

If you request to transfer to a different office, Beware that they do not disclose the fact that they will not see you anymore and cancel future appointments. And by submitting a request is the same as an actual transfer to them, when its not! Its not disclosed on any paperwork but yet this is their policy. At the moment when I requested to be seen by a different office, the other Dr said that I had to submit a request to transfer as the first step, even though it hasnt been approved yet by the other drs office. Now Im currently without any ob/gyn! And am still waiting on the new office to call me. Kraemers should have not canceled my appointment and I would have told them if I had officially transferred instead of assuming! Not happy. Wont recommend this place. Would give 0 stars if possible. Ive been having some concerns and cant even be seen today because of this failed disclosure. Thats beyond wrong.

Probably a year ago i would’ve rated a 5. But now I can say I’ve not been satisfied with some of the doctors here. I wasn’t going to leave a review at first but this particular situation had me very perplex , & i feel it’s something that needs to be said.When i went a few weeks back, i had an concern with myself. So i made an appointment to see if they could help me figure out something/anything.The check in was smooth everything was going accordingly.Until , I was speaking with the specialist, after explaining my concern and giving her the reasons of my concern. she basically belittled my concern as if i shouldn’t have been worried. the appointment was very short.. i didn’t even get to finish discussing the concern. She was definitely giving off agitated based on her demeanor. Asked if i wanted to schedule a follow up and stormed out the room. By the time i got up to go schedule a follow up she was no where to be found. Just Gone.Came to my follow up… same specialist… still agitated, Tells me i’m fine and “not to come back until i need them”…… And i’m going to just leave that there.I understand somethings aren’t that serious. But, correct me if i’m wrong… as a female you know your body… and you know when something isn’t right, or if something is different.. Hypothetically, Why wait years later to speak up just so one can say “oh you should’ve came in sooner now there’s nothing to we can fix”. As a woman I feel as if it’s okay to have and show concern with ourselves.After that last appointment i don’t know if i’ll be returning , if i do, i know what doctor not to see.

I was very nervous for several reasons about my first OB appt BUT Dr. Reynolds and his staff absolutely blew me away with the time and compassion that was shown. The entire staff was on point and just beyond kind to my daughter and myself so many nerves and fears were calmed!!

I had a hysterectomy done by Dr. Kraemer on June 24th. When I was discharged on the 25th no aftercare or wound care instructions were given. Ive called the office numerous times, left voicemails no return calls. Today I finally got through to an actual person who transferred me back to leave another voicemail. This has been the absolute worst experience Ive ever went through. To not have anyone to help or answer is frustrating all while trying to handle the pain. At this point Im going to try another doctor which I dont want to do or have my lawyer involved which is drastic but at this point I dont have many other options that I even have the strenghth to explore. I hope no one that goes to this office experiences what Ive had to deal with.

If I could give the zero stars I would my baby’s father never feels apart of anything coming here the women ask if my address and everything was right I told her no and she said oh they will change it later . My baby’s father had to sit in the lobby the entire time . The doctor acted like she don’t know what she was doing walking in and out of the room to ask someone else. I started clotting once I left and they said they couldn’t help me because I went to Lexington instead of Baptist an my doctor was concerned for me and told me he’d have to do a blood transfusion because this obgyn took way more blood than needed .

Dr. Reynolds is a wonderful doctor. He makes you feel comfortable and goes over any and all issues with you. He doesnt rush you either.

Zero stars, but it made me click 1 to be able to post. This place is terrible, I wouldnt recommend it to my worst enemy. They told me I had to have an appointment just to find out the results of my labwork. I was told my labwork came back with abnormalities and was worried sick all day long. When they finally called me (an hour and half late) for my Duo appointment, the nurse said my labwork was fine and there were no problems. They just wanted to try to pressure me into having a hysteroscopy, which isnt even necessary. I will never go here again.

Worst Obgyn Ive ever been to. The doctor is very rude. They wont let my husband come in the back with me. Like hes not allowed to be part of our pregnancy. Im fairly young I already have a two year old and my husband and I have good jobs hes in the navy and we have a nice house. Every time I come she asks me if my parents are with me and if they are going to support me. No? My husband is with me? Im 19 I can support myself. This one time my husband was at work so I brought my two year old with me. She was upset when my child had to come to the room with me and asked me if my two year old would be fine sitting in the waiting room by herself. NO SHES TWO! The doctor is awful. She wont answer questions or even help ease your concerns. The staff is all so friendly. But the doctor is a b*tch.

COVID protocol was appreciated, very clean office and the staff was warm and welcoming. Dr. Reynolds took the time to explain everything in detail and didn’t rush through the Appt. Thank you all for this small but much appreciated gesture

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at my appointment. They answered all of his questions and concerns. Everyone was very friendly and genuine. Very easy and stress free experience.

Unprofessional, unorganized, liars. Doctors don’t care anything about your wellbeing. They will set your appointments at 1 and have you waiting until 1:45 then lie and say your appointment was at 1:15, when you have the appointment card to prove it was at 1:00pm. So what’s the reason for setting an appointment time? It’s no reason for me to be waiting this long especially when doctors and nurses are standing around doing absolutely nothing. Lunch break was from 12-1 why are y’all leaning and talking?

Aboslutely the worst medical office I have ever been to! The staff is extremely rude and doesnt know how to do their job! You ignore your medical obligation to us, which my husband left work for this, this is out first child and first appointment, she doesnt care that he is missing work and was supposed to be back already, because she had to catch up with her charts!! She then said and I told them to leave me alone, thats why they couldnt give you an explanation as to why you were waiting for 2 and a half hours Again are you kidding me right now! So I tell her how rude the staff was and she tells me she cant do anything about that. I would, this is my facility and my name on the face of it, you bet I would require the best most friendly staff, on top of that if you dont have compassion or care for others you should NOT be in that line of work!!So after all the sorry excuses, we finally get to ultrasound where we wait another 30 minutes because they cant find me in the system and are having a hard time putting me back in...We were there for almost 4 hours! Absolutely worst experience ever.Now for my second visit. I called in as soon as they opened that morning, I was having some abdominal pain and I have a history of endometrioma and u have had two surgeries and half a histirectoamy because of it... So I am worried and I know that feeling, it is a distinct type of pain. So I call in a total of 4 times that day with no call back, finally by the 4th time I call I am very very upset, worried and feel forgotten about, I am crying and explaining again my history and why I am so worried, so finally an hour after my last call I get a call back asking me to come in at 3:30 so I say yes, leave work and head that way.I get there at three on the dot! I am the only person in the waiting room... I am quite and in pain sitting there just trying to breath. People start to come and go, for over a hour and a half and not a word is spoken to me as all these horrible things are racing threw my mind, finally at 4:30 I get called back, I am the only person left in the office, all the others have been seen and left, I kinda feel like they did it on purpose so I am even more upset. I get into ultrasound and she tells me I have a cyst, but that its a healthy one and said they didnt tell you about it in your first ultrasound me why no they didnt. So she convinces me that this is all normal and tells me it is a cyst that produces hormones to support the groth of the baby and there is nothing to worry about, mind you I am the last person and they are all trying to leave at this point. She convinces me I dont need to see a doctor because she said it was normal and I even explained my history and reason for worry, but I trust her and stupidly say well if its normal and there is nothing you can do I will just deal with the pain and they sent me home.I will probably spell this wrong too, but I looked up this luteum cyst and it is nothing like what she siad it was, and it can be harmful to me and they baby and needs to be monitored by my GYN and can cause me to need surgery! Again! Needless to say I wont be going back to this facility and I truly hope this helps someone, and I hope thet they do something about this. But I know that is wishful thinking!

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Kraemer for over 10 years. I’ve honestly never had a bad experience. I am currently a patient at the West Columbia location and in the past was a patient at the Lugoff-Elgin location.

Well lets see I absolutely did not want to star this practice, but as explain by others it will not allow you to write anything unless u star it. My question is the patients treated well here are they the lucky few that have good insurance because Im finding that if you have Medicaid or some other not so good insurance you are going to be treated poorly and disrespectful. I would not suggest this practice for anyone on Medicaid. You take a chance of harm and poor treatment if you go here.

I believe doctor and nurse attitude could be better toward women who are looking for answers. Not the place for everyone. I have been a few times, the first time doctors didn’t tell me what they were doing to my body before they did it, and this time my doctor tried to tell me my symptoms when taking birth control were wrong. I’d look for another doctor.

Not very pleased with their service! Cant even call into the office ALL DAY to get a simple perscription filled! Let alone set up an appointment because the operating services always answers, and they are also very dismissive of your since of urgency, and are very rude! Now I have to go to urgent care/ER to get a simple prescription filled! Will be changing doctors immediately!

My visit was amazing. Staff was so kind and comforting. Dr. Jamie took me through my first pap and she was so sweet.

I have seen Dr. Reynolds for over 40 years, and he is by far the best and most compassionate GYN doctor that I have seen! He treats you like he would want his wife treated!!!!

My sister went here and paid out of pocket and they charged her extra fees for tests she didn’t know they were going do because they did it without her knowledge. Then they were rude and refused to accommodate her. They are very unprofessional and clearly money hungry and do not care about patients.

I would not recommend dr.bell saw the lady once and it was the most horrible experience if I was to deliver today And they say she was the one on call I would walk out and go to another hospital just from experience with her at my appointment ask for Dr.Renoylds or Dr.Jamie there sweet and nice had them threw my whole pregnancy and at the end they gave me dr bell worst person in the building

Literally the best woman’s care doctor I have every been they are so nice and kind and they even know how to say my name right they always are helpful and help me find the best solution every I just love it there and they always are smiling and my wait time is never long I scheduled my appointment and the longest I’ve waited was 10mins

They were having a bad day and some complicated cases, but they were still beyond sweet and treated me so well! They addressed every concern I had and I was very pleased.

Love the staff! However, scheduling an appointment is a nightmare and the ladies performing this job are less than satisfactory. 35 minutes later and still no appointment!!
