Dr.Shauna is seriously the best!! I can’t express enough how grateful I am to be treated by her. She understood my pains and did everything she could to ensure we took the right precautions. She made me feel so comfortable(unlike most dr offices) & was very prompt in giving me the medicine I needed. I was in and out under an hour. The nurses were very friendly and sweet as well!!

I had a great experience at Midwest Express Clinic! I love how clean the building is and the exam rooms, I hope it stays that way (I know that its new) I went it for an allergic reaction on my face. I was seen pretty quickly, staff was super friendly! I saw the nurse practitioner Shawdra or Shauna. She was great!

We had a great experience! Its a new facility, so everything was very modern. The staff were friendly and very helpful to explain everything and find answers for us. The wait time was very short and the Doctor listened to our concerns and guided us to the next steps of medical care. Would absolutely recommend.

I had a great experience from check in until check out. Everyone was so friendly. Dr. Mark was amazing! Hes so caring and thorough. I didnt have to wait a long time to be seen and the Doctor got my prescriptions over to the pharmacy right away. I definitely recommend anyone to go to this clinic

This clinic is amazing, they’ve got the best of the best staff! For being open such a short time, their check-in process, triage time, and wait to see the doctor is seamless! The staff listened to me, clearly explained what was going on and why, and treated me with such respect. And my prescriptions were sent immediately to the pharmacy… I 💯 recommend this location!

This clinic has a very professional and courteous staff and easy check in/registration. Dr. Mark is so kind, polite, and thorough as well! The clinic is brand new and spotless. I was quite impressed and will likely return for any future issues!

Shauna was the nurse that helped us, and she was AWESOME. My husband and I brought our daughter to this location after having such a bad experience at a different urgent care earlier that morning, but we left feeling confident that our daughter received the best care.

I was a walk-in on a Friday evening around 7:30 pm. There was no one else in the waiting area. I was treated very kindly from the moment I walked in. I needed my ear irrigated badly and really didnt want to wait until Saturday. The nurse and nurse practitioner were great, and I was so relieved to have it done on a Friday after work. Thank you!!

Visited Midwest Express in Westmont; the wait time was under 10 minutes. I was very impressed, the receptionist was very nice along with Dr. Lisette she explained everything I needed to know about my incident. I highly recommend this urgent care if you are in the area 10/10! // I went back to follow up seen Dr. Mark he was wonderful and very helpful. Also, want to add they speak Spanish.

Took my father in to the clinic, super friendly and easy front staff to work with. The doctor was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. Great service overall

We went for a school physical which was 30.00 and we were in and out within 20 minutes. The price is very reasonable and the clinic is new and even smells brand new. The girls at the front counter are very nice and the doctor and her associates were also very nice and friendlyThis is a brand new facility in westmont

We scheduled an appointment and back in a room within 10 minutes of that scheduled time. The physician was most wonderful and super patient with my 6 year old son. We had such a great experience, we brought our daughter there the following day for a completely different reason.

I had a great experience at the clinic. It is very clean and the staff is very friendly. I had no wait time and was brought in right away. The practitioners were very accommodating and knowledgeable. I would go back again.

This place is not an express clinic. You will wait at least an hour to get whatever you need done. I came in for a TB shot and waited over an hour during an off time. I also filled out paperwork online to ‘hold’ my spot which meant nothing. After the hour plus wait, the woman could not perform the test on me because she could not figure out how to stick a needle into my arm. Save yourself the trip!!

I recently visited Midwest Express in Westmont. This was the best urgent care I’ve been to in a while. I was in and out very quickly with my kids.There staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and were incredibly efficient with their care! I will recommend this urgent care this to my family and friends for sure and will be back if I need urgent care in the future. Thank you!

I had a really great experience at this clinic . Front desk staff was helpful and answered all my questions .The facility itself was very clean and well taken care of . I’d dare say it’s the cleanest one I’ve been to.My physician was friendly , compassionate , thorough and professional . I will definitely be back . Highly recommend ! Thank you :)

This was our first trip to the new Midwest Express location. Dr. Tara Morgan was very thorough and made us feel very comfortable. We will definitely return…..whenever necessary.

Such a quick yet thorough appointment! The DR listened to my every concern and was very thoughtful. He even had me schedule a follow up to make sure everything was going ok, and told me to call with any questions. Great place!

I visited Midwest express clinic this past week for blood work and physical exam . I can tell I love their hospitality and care. They treated me so well as if i was the only patient in the world to care for. I recommend you visit this clinic.

Went in for a toothache/infection. They were very kind and professional. Gina was very congenial at reception.Dr. Mark Cha was very professional and helpful as well. He addressed my tooth pain and helped prescribe medicine to correct the issue. Will be making this place my go-to for medical attention.

Went on a Wednesday evening, no wait got taken back right away. Triage nurse was super friendly and personable and provider was great as well. Went above and beyond my expectations

Mark was super nice as was the entire staff. Very professional the whole visit, definitely coming back here again when I need them. (though hopefully not too soon).

We came in at 730pm for stitches for my daughter, Mark was patient, professional, and did an amazing job on the stitches themselves. Very highly recommend!

Had found out this location in Westmont, IL while leaving work. Was highly impressed with the cleanliness and staff here. I usually go to Burbank location but this is my absolute first time doing a review, which was well deserved for Westmont. If I could give more stars I would😂
