I had the peek a boo gender test done and Taylor was very quick with the blood draw. I didn’t even realize she stuck me. Very efficient and painless. Also the test said we were having a girl & it wasn’t wrong lol! Highly recommend!

Overall great experience with testing facility. Staff was very polite and friendly. Results came back in a timely manner. Last time I had testing done I had to drive 25 miles so it is nice to find a place that is close. I would recommend anyone using them for testing.

This is the best place to have any test done. If you are a driver and need a DOT drug test, come here. Dont bother with anywhere else. The folks are are friendly, and very knowledgeable.

This place is absolutely amazing! I was going through such a hard time trying to figure out what my kids were getting into... I called before I went, talked to Brittany, and asked her what was offered. She was full of information, time lines for testing and results. We then went in, and she was caring, understanding, and, of course, performed the tests. She then talked through the results with me and my kids and explained everything in detail. When I say there could not be a better employee in that position, I truly mean it. She talked with myself and my kids about the unfavorable results and was truly an advocate for all involved, suggesting a more conducive way of communicating. I was literally balling my eyes out, as were my kids, and she was so amazing. Brittany, you should be a therapist with the way you handled the entire situation. By the way, she needs a raise, in addition to employee of the year! Thank you so much for everything you did for us!

All I have to say is don’t knock them until you try them! They are without a doubt the cheapest I have found for their services. And , what’s even more amazing is they are even open on Saturdays ( most of their type business’s are not) And, because I’m a regular customer they are giving me 30% off each visit. Lab took longer than usual to result but was later told that was because it was drawn close to the weekend and that results can take up to 72 hours. Phlebotomist was very competent. It would have been a better experience if I could have talked to someone on the phone about why it was taking longer than usual to get my results, but multiple calls went unanswered and placed on eternal hold with a constant sales pitch to get a Vitamin D level every 15 seconds. I was able to talk to one person who was not at the facility but was told that she could only help with scheduling and transferred me back to the local facility which went unanswered. All in all I think this is a good company offering a valuable service. It was just difficult to get any information by phone.

I had an awesome experience with the ladies in clinic today. Very friendly and professional. The whole aesthetic of the office was welcoming and calm. I will be going to see Brittany and Taylor often!! Thank you ladies.

Do not go to this lab!! They drew my blood and put it in the wrong test tube. I really needed the results and now I’m going to have to get it done at another center and wait another 48-72hrs!!

Ive tried reached out to this company several times to get adequate information for my insurance provider, with NO RESPOSE. Ive called twice and sent an email. They are very expensive. I paid my bill upfront and Im trying to get information to submit to my insurance company.

Yikes, this was a horrible experience. About a month and a half ago I did a drug test with them with the promise they would send it off to the school I attended. To find out, they never did. I called a total of 5 times, each time with the promise of give us a few minutes, and they will be sent never done. I finally went in person to them, only for them to tell me they cannot find my drug test! My school requires the drug test to come from them, so I am in a bind as have constantly told me things they never did, and lost a drug test. If you can please avoid this place, do not rely on them at all!

I traveled 2 and a half hours to do a siblingship test with the man I believe to be my half brother. When we arrived there was a mix up with the price that was quoted to us. Heather, Joe and staff went out of their way to honor the price quoted and they were very professional and friendly. I would use them again in a heart beat. Very unprofessional. Sorry to say it but I was very surprised by the way I was treated. I might have just been being profiled and I guess I understand that. But I just assumed it would be a very professional and tight operation with standard procedures for drug testings. I might have just caught them at a bad time. Best of luck Mark. I hope you learned something from our interaction. Most doctor office environments arent a place for humorous interactions with new clients. Especially if they inform you that they feel uncomfortable with the way you are interacting with them.

I got selected for a random drug test at work and they were on the list of testing centers and were the only one that was open till 6:30 so I decided to go there. Arrived at 5:30 and was told that they didnt perform that kind of test ( guess the name should be Some Lab Test ). The gentleman working there said that they only collect the specimen. I asked what kind of test was it, since I have had these before and that was all that was ever done at the clinic. He informed me that the test was one were the test had to be performed by the collection clinic. Long story short. I went to another clinic the next day with the same form for the test and they collected the specimen and sent it off. They said there was nothing special about it. Just a random urine drug screen. So it leaves me to believe that either the guy working there didnt want to be bothered with having to it with a HOUR left till closing time (and there were no other patients waiting) or was incompetent in his job. All I know is that it was a waste of my time.

I went there just yesterday to get a pregnancy test (blood) and I had informed the man taking my blood (im so sorry I dont remember the name) that everybody has had issues trying to get blood from me. He poked me once and was not able to get blood, so instead of poking my all over my arms he straight up said that he wouldnt be able to do it and would need a Butterfly needle to get some blood which they didnt have so he sent me over to CPL to get them to take my blood. He was very kind and straightforward which made me feel good that he knew what he was doing and wouldnt do something that would hurt me. 5/5 would go again, highly recommend.

I went to any lab test now here in Waco to get a background check, a tb skin test, and a drug test done for classes. When I arrived I was treated very well by the staff there. My tests were done well and very promptly and was the best deal I could find around town! I would definitely recommend any lab test now for everything you need in these areas.

Never again! Got stuck in the arms, hand and had to go to another location not affiliated with ALTN. Technician was inept. I was sent to Clinical Pathology Laboratory, they did a great job. I was in and out in ten minutes. I paid Any Lab Test Now $147.00 where CPL only would have charged $51.00. Hurt and ripped off.

The people were very friendly and informative. The staff worked quickly and the prices are very low and affordable. The environment is very comfortable and I would definitely recommend going here for any testing needs.

I went to Any Lab because my son was having reactions to foods, that werent necessarily allergic reaction, but behavioral. With the help of a technician I was able to find an in depth test that went outside the realm of immediate reactions, and found that my son had several sensitivities to foods that would have been missed with a standard allergy test. The test was expensive, but it was well worth the money because diet modification fixed almost all of his symptoms.

I called to make an appointment and waited on hold five minutes. I made the appointment and went to find Any Lab Test Now at their new location in Waco. Big strip center and no sign of ALTN. I had to walk into 3 different office buildings to find someone who knew which office was theirs. No outside sign, no sign on front door, only a sheet of paper taped to a wall inside the building directing you down a hall. Once there, 1 person sitting at a desk. no one else around. I told him I was there to get a drug test for my son. Come to find out, they only offer 1 of the couple dozen drug tests listed on their website. Frustrated, I left.Hope this might help someone else save a little time.

On Monday 6-15 I use the any lab test now web page to make online appointment for Thursday 6- 18 .830 am. Have to leave at 8 50 to go to work still no one in office even though they have hours posted opening at 830 on web .

Went here to take a drug test for school and to get a titer test. Staff was very friendly and very quick. Cant beat the prices also! Highly recommended!

To preface my review, the man who did my blood test was FANTASTIC, had a wonderful bedside manner, super professional, and made the experience as painless as possible.

I scheduled an appointment with then and when I showed up they weren’t even open I called the place and they couldn’t even get a hold of the manager very poor service I wouldn’t recommend coming here

Great place to get experience, past experience there is not a lot or room for advancement. The people that you work with a generally really nice and will teach you hands on.

I went for a test and it stated results within 3-5 business days took test on 03/20/21 and have not yet received any results. It is now 04/12/21 and they say that results are not in and that they emailed but have not received a response.
