Wylie Walk In Urgent Care

I walked in without an appointment to Wylie Walk In Urgent Care and was greeted with such kindness, and professionalism. I was seen within 15 - 20 minutes, which is amazing! After check in was completed, I was called back by the Medical Technician who was extremely professional, efficient and thorough reporting my medical need and my past medical history. I was then greeted by C. Patel, Nurse Practitioner. He was thorough and efficient in his exam, I was impressed by his attentiveness, communication and compassion, his examination was impressive and his analytical skills were superb he knew my exact medical condition, expertly formed a plan and proceeded to explain my condition and answered all my questions. I am so impressed with his knowledge and his communication skills, he’s amazing! I’m new to the community and I am most assuredly going to visit this location when I am unable to see my primary care provider. I received 100% excellent reliable care!! I am so grateful!

Patel, Jasmin, and Perla were great! Very personable and made sure all of my health needs were cared for. Also, it’s a very clean and well organized facility, you can tell they put their all into what they do. I’d definitely recommend them because they stand out in numerous aspects to other urgent cares I’ve been to(which is a lot)!

From front desk, to vitals, to Dr Patel, everyone was wonderful. Very kind, very caring, and extremely detailed. I didnt feel like someone was trying to get me in and out as fast as possible. I truly felt cared for. Would recommend this place to anyone 100%! Give them a try!

We had an outstanding experience with Wylie Walk In Urgent Care. We called them around 7:30 in the evening because my 5 years old had a deep cut on his nose bridge. Stephanie scheduled us in right away. All the staff made him feel comfortable and he was at ease the whole time.My son had 3 X-Rays and the report came in during the visit! Dr. Patel and Perla worked on my son’s cut very gently and patiently. We left their office feeling much better. My son’s cut is healing well. Thank you for the care y’all provided.

Went in to have a sprain looked at, and ended up having some x-rays taken. They even showed me the x-rays immediately, before sending them to the radiologist for the official verdict. Everything was very thorough, and yet it felt like I was in and out of the building within 30 minutes. All I paid was the base appointment fee (which is $30 less than most urgent care places Ive been to). Absolutely worth it!

Took my son in for a football shoulder injury and NP Patel and staff were very attentive and friendly. Both the nurse and Patel were extremely careful and patient as well as took the time to explain everything to my husband, son and I. We were in and out in about an hour! Recommend if you need immediate care.

Appointment and check in was super easy. Virtually no wait time (about 5-8 minutes), check in desk was soo sweet and helpful, whole thing very clean and comfy, nurse was wonderful. PA we saw (we saw Patel) put our daughter at ease and was thorough, but stayed light hearted to keep her comfortable. Will definitely come back.

I am from NC and had to find a doctor to be seen for a wound. The staff and Dr. Patel were awesome. The staff were very polite and helpful. The doctor listened, explained well and made me feel at ease. I returned the next day so he could see my wound since I was concerned and he came out and looked at it and answered my questions. The nurse called me the third day to ask how I was doing. Not all doctor offices call to check on you. I had a great experience and recommend this Walk in Urgent Care. I will definitely return if need be. .

Dr. Patel is an amazing provider. He is very thorough and listens to what is truly going on. I never once have felt rushed during an appointment. Have taken my children in to see him as well and gotten the same level of attention and compassion. Would recommend to anyone!

Wylie Walk-In Urgent Care has been a fantastic experience whenever we have had to go in. The webpage was very user-friendly, and we could get appointments quickly to see my kids. The staff there is wonderful, very friendly and easy to work with. My kids felt welcomed, and we felt heard by the doctor with all of the concerns we came in about. Fell off my motorcycle today so I had to go in for injury to knee & hand. Check in was fast & easy, friendly staff, nice, clean & spacious exam rooms. Wait time was about 5 minutes, same to see provider. He explained everything to me in detail, took his time with my examination, amazing bedside manner. I was taken care of, in & out after my X-ray. Got a call from provider with results after I got home. Overall, I had a great experience & will definitely be coming back when needed. Fortunately, just bruised & nothing broken. Love Dr. Patel!!!

This was my second time here in two weeks due to kitchen mishaps; each time was a wonderful experience. My first visit, my insurance was totally new to everyone on the staff, but Katherine (who handled check-in) was able to get everything worked out. Stephanie got my cuts cleaned up, and NP Patel got me superglued. Everyone was so kind and helpful, and I felt like they all wanted to help me get cleaned up and healed.I highly recommend this place if you need urgent care services fast!

I found this place 2 weeks ago as finally somewhere that takes our insurance and Ive already had to take 2 out of my 3 kids there plus myself. They are so quick and thorough and friendly and just all around wonderful! I especially love the lady at the front desk. She is just the sweetest!

Josanne Howard, PA and her staff were very pleasant and accommodating and solved my health issue in a timely manner (even though I was late after scheduling an appointment). I accidentally went to the wrong place.

I had to go in for stitches and had an amazing experience. They were kind, friendly, and did everything in power to make sure I was comfortable. Offered me water, opened the door so I got cool air, and gave me local anesthesia so I felt no pain. They were straightforward with me about everything including the cost. After a tetanus shot, 6 stitches and antibiotic gel I walked out of there after about an hour. Absolutely incredible and first clinic I’ve ever been to where I felt like they cared for the wellbeing of their patients. 10/10, if I ever have to get checked out again I will definitely only go back to this location. Thanks again!

I had a wonderful visit to the Wylie Walk In Urgent Care on 7 June 2024! Every aspect (registration, wait time, facility cleanliness, interactions with the medical assistant, and provider consult) was top notch. Adding closing hours at 9P, I cannot recommend this urgent care enough!

They were busy but we were seen quickly. We did not feel like they were just rushing us through to the next patient. All of the staff was kind and thorough.

We went here because we did our initial visit with them. They were great. They called us back with test results. The last result, I had told them that she still wasnt feeling well. We were told they would consult the provider and call back. That call never happened. One symptom got better so we left all alone. Fast forward to today. The remaining symptoms were still an issue. We went online, made an appt. We even received the registration link. Got a reminder to leave for the appointment. Walk into the door and we were told by the provider that they were closing early.

Fnp Patel was awesome with my daughter. We were in and out. He explained every thing in detail and made sure I didn’t have any questions before we left.

My experience with Mr. Patel and his staff was second to none. The moment I walked in the door I was greeted in a friendly manner and completed my paperwork on the iPad in 5 minutes or less. I was back being seen within 10 minutes and out the door in considerably less time than any other urgent care facility I have been to.My family & I will definitely be going back to Wylie Walk In Urgent Care for all of our medical needs. Dr. Patel and his staff are very quick. We are always in and out, which is great when you have sick kids. Dr. Patel is so nice and very good with my kids also! They accept a wide variety of insurances as well. Wylie walk in Urgent Care is hands down the best urgent care I have gone to.

I was there when they opened at 10 AM. Walked out at 10:50. They were super nice and efficient. The NP was very thorough, listened to me about my symptoms, and sent appropriate medication orders to the pharmacy. I was very pleased with my visit.

We have returned to this urgent care multiple times. (Not due to urgency. But quit the opposite. Needed to get the kids in before the next day for school.) They have not had a waiting time once. The staff here are wonderful and very respectful.

We were in & out! I called on a Sunday when my almost 2 yr old and my 7mo old were both running a high fever.. we were able to schedule an appt same day, once we arrived for our appt we were seen within 10min. Katherine the receptionist couldn’t have been more sweet! NP Patel did amazing with my kids who were super fussy and crying.

I walked in with my daughter she wasnt feeling Ok, the registration was made easy by the front desk lady, we were called to the room right after and the nurse explained what tests were needed, she was in excellent mood which helped my daughter felt at ease, and Dr Patel is great, he came in to the room and after examining her, he sat down, asked questions and explained everything, it took around 30 min the whole process. Excellent service. From the time I walked in the front door, I was greeted with a friendly smile.As soon as I filled out necessary paperwork I was called back for immediate medical attention. They took vitals and information for my visit and within minutes I was seen by the doctor. Very polite, professional caring service.Explained everything and answered all my questions. Sent my prescription to my pharmacy and I was on my way. Thank you for your excellent care.

I’m super impressed with this location. It’s a new location and it was my first time there. I scheduled an appointment for my son who has an ear infection and they were able to get me in within the same hour of me calling. I ended up calling back about five minutes later and to see if I could push the appointment back and that was no issue at all, the front desk lady is incredibly sweet and helpful and the doctor that saw my son, Dr. Patel and he was efficient, kind, and wasn’t rushed or pushy which was refreshing! The next day I had to call them back (for a pharmacy issue not for an issue with them) and that nice front desk lady was quick to help and the Dr even got on the phone to speak with me which surprised me as most doctors are impossible to speak to after the fact so that was really impressive to me. We got checked in, seen and out the door in about an hour which was lovely! Overall I’m 100% happy with the entire interaction and experience! Thank you guys for doing such a good job, never change!*UPDATED NOTE: Saw them last night again (4/3/24) but this time for my daughter instead of my son and I still love this Doctor, staff and establishment so very much but was very sad to hear they no longer work with my insurance since the last time I was there. Very disappointing to hear because yall are the best location and staff to work with! Work with Aetna asap please if yall can sign an agreement! Lol*

I just found this clinic a month ago when my daughter was sick during Christmas/new years and the NP/Dr. is amazing! He’s very thorough in explaining, and he’s very patient with whatever questions you have. He’s also very knowledgeable and makes sure you understand the medication. This place was really good and the doctor and the reception were really nice to me. If you guys are looking for a new urgent care to tend to your urgent needs this place is it! The staff is friendly and they attentively LISTEN to what is wrong with you. They called to check on me two days later to see if I was doing any better (as a sick patient I truly appreciate this). This place is great. They work fast to get u in and out and they aren’t busy like other urgent cares. Most times it takes hours to get in and out to find out nothing is wrong. When I went they got me back with in 10 minutes and I was out in another 20. They also have good staff everyone was kind and welcoming! Great experience

I didn’t have to wait either time we went in despite not checking in online first. Dr. Patel was very kind and patient with my 3 year old and let us come back the next day free of charge to check her breathing and lungs. Very satisfied with the service here.

I am posting on my husband’s account. I saw Patel and his staff a little before they closed and without hesitation they greeted me and took all steps to make sure they got to the bottom of the issues I was having. Patel was extremely thorough and even took the time post care to make sure I was feeling better. Phenomenal and professional all the way around! We now know where to go when we have an urgent issue but do not want to sit in the ER for 4 hours. So Thankful!!!

Was referred by a friend to this Urgent Care when I sliced my hand open. The staff was incredibly nice and professional! I was in, stitched up, and out in less than an hour! I started feeling really bad this evening and decided to look up Urgent Care near me. Wylie Walk In Urgent Care was the only place open late. I booked an appointment online and headed to the clinic. The staff were so kind and their process was efficient. The doctor took time to talk to tell me about himself and spent time really listening to my symptoms. I didn’t feel rushed at all. I highly recommend this care center and will use them again if the need arises.

We visited today for my son. The woman at the front desk greeted us and got our information quickly. We stepped right into the room after our paperwork was finished. My son was in a bit of pain and agitated so it was difficult to get vitals, however the nurse was kind and patient. The PA came in, asked what was going on and quickly and kindly took a look at my son. He diagnosed his ear infection, gave us a doctors note, some croc gibitz (he must have taken note that my son was wearing them) which was very thoughtful and the nurse gave him a sticker. We were on our way very quickly. So thankful they were open today, will be using them in the (hopefully not so soon) future.

They are super nice and very caring! They got some patient and loving people working there. Dr also helped me understand everything that was going on at all times! Super professional!

Did Covid test and flu test which was included in the $159 self pay price. Dr was extremely thorough and asked us questions and gave helpful home remedies. Definitely recommend!
