Been going here my whole. Dr. Rowles who is now retired delivered me 42 years. He found my mothers ovarian cancer and delivered all my kids. I see Dr. roberts now and she is amazing, thorough, and kind. The office manager Lyndsey is awesome! All the staff does a great job!

At Generations, I was treated with a total lack of professionalism that is inappropriate for a medical clinic. Plus, their office policies won’t allow you to switch providers within the clinic—you’re stuck with whichever doctor or nurse you get, or you can leave. I was referred to Generations and randomly assigned to Sheala Johnson. She always did 90% of the talking at my appointments, so I was never able to discuss all my symptoms or ask my questions because I couldn’t get a word in edgewise.Johnson had me get a transvaginal ultrasound, and then a second, and then she told me to go back for a third. These tests showed I have some ordinary ovarian cysts, but the ultrasounds aren’t treatment, just pictures. She never even discussed the option of treatment, though the more competent practitioners I see now all quickly explained that hormone therapy can keep cysts under control. When I pointed out to Johnson that these invasive tests are expensive ($1,400 apiece, $200 out-of-pocket) and that I wasn’t available on the exact date she wanted me to get the third one, she freaked out and started frantically telling me terrifying stories about exploding cysts and ovarian torsion. Since an ultrasound doesn’t fix or prevent cysts, I tried to get her to explain why the third ultrasound was imperative within this specific timeframe, but instead of answering, she started yelling at me and accused me of taking her time away from other patients. But she wouldn’t stop her stream of verbal abuse, so that she *could* move on to other patients! I have never been so badly treated by a medical practitioner in my life! I still cannot believe she escalated to screaming instead of writing a simple prescription. Then the next day, I received a call from the office manager who told me that I would need to go find another OBGYN clinic. They kicked me out because I tried to ask questions about my own body and tried to get Johnson to explain why a third invasive procedure was necessary.Because of Johnson’s unprofessional behavior, I filed a detailed complaint with the patient experience coordinator, but their generic response was, “We’re happy to refer you to another clinic.” Their non-apology was even worse: “We’re sorry your experience did not meet your expectation.” Apparently, if you have a problem, it’s *your* fault for having expectations in the first place. I do NOT recommend Generations if you expect medical practitioners to treat patients with respect or decency. On top of that, the office staff failed to put my mailing address into their system correctly, so 3 months after my last appointment, the accounting department starts calling me, threatening to send my bills to collections. What bills? I never received any bills, and there are no bills or billing records in my patient portal. They grudgingly put my correct address into the system and then sent me a bunch of threatening red “final notices,” (for a measly $25) even though they were the first bills I’d even received. So again, if you expect a minimum level of professional competence, do not go to Generations.

I want to thank the team at Generations OBGYN. This was my last pregnancy and it was the best experience. I loved Dr. Qualls he was always so kind and listened to all my questions and concerns. Anytime I’d call for triage I’d get a call back within a few hours and we’re always very caring. I will always appreciate how I was treated. I definitely recommend Dr.Qualls.

Do yourself a favor and don’t even bother trying to make an appointment here. I haven’t seen the doctors (which I’ve heard they are good) but their referral process has taken over 3 weeks and they still haven’t set me up yet. Going elsewhere as they cannot seem to get it together, when in fact I KNOW 2 doctors offices sent their referrals over to them weeks ago.

Previously went there to get BC and the only dr within a 2 month period was a male which was fine. Im now off BC and pregnant and I want a female provider but they said I can’t change my provider once I see someone. This ridiculous, people should have the right to change providers if they feel more comfortable with a different doctor. Didn’t seem understanding or even seemed to care over the phone.

Very hard to get ahold of. First pregnancy. I experienced a miscarriage and called to get help/ direction on what to do. The triage nurse sent me for blood work. It was a Thursday so she wouldn’t be able to get back to until Monday. Which I understand and the triage nurse was very kind. However I’m sitting her Monday no call at 12:30 waiting to hear if I can get in to be checked. I tried to call the office and it says it closed despite the hours saying they are open Monday 8am-5pm. It’s very frustrating to not be able to get ahold of a dr when you are in need of help. I would not recommend going here.

Doctors are experienced, thoughtful, and trustworthy. However, the front desk workers are quite Catty, rude, and talk about the patients rudely when theyre called back/leaving. Giving off big Mean Girl vibes. If youre willing to deal with that, the care you receive from the doctors is worth it.

Dr Ingalls is a great Dr. I hope I never have to switch !! I’ve been seeing her for the past 5 years..( at least) she really cares a lot about your body and tries to help you make the right decision. Much better then what I’ve heard about my friends Drs (yikes!) The nurses (Maria is great) are really good too , easy to talk too and very friendly. They’re a little bit busy sometimes but that’s understandable. Thank you generations for being here for me through everything!

I had my first pregnancy with this office and I love Dr. Dufault. However, I became pregnant with my 3rd and every time I called to speak to a nurse all I got was attitude and rudeness! I was told that the bleeding I was experiencing was normal and to quit worrying over nothing multiple times. We went to the emergency room, and were told that I might be having a miscarriage. They ran some tests and told me to come back 2 days later for more tests, we did and found out that we had in fact had a misscarraige. I got a call from generations telling me in the coldest most insensitive way possible that my miscarriage was confirmed and that I could keep my appointment if I wanted to, and also that I should make sure my voicemail isnt full so that they can get a hold of me (again with attitude). I told her no and to cancel it. I have had a horrible week dealing with the miscarriage of my baby and I really didnt need all of the rude comments and attitude from the various women I spoke with from this office! Part of a medical professionals job is to have some compassion towards patients going through a tough time, and I didnt get that at all. Dont even know why these women became nurses if they werent going to be willing to treat all of their patients with respect!

Unfortunately I never got to meet Dr. Anna My appointment was scheduled months out from my first referral here life happened and I accidentally missed the first one my fault! My second appointment I knew I was going to run about five minutes behind and so I called to let them know I am driving an hour and a half away to get here. I actually arrived eight minutes behind and sat in the wrong office I had never been here before. when I figured out I was in the wrong place after sitting in a different waiting room I spoke to the receptionist she was super rude to me told me I was 20 minutes late I was trying to explain to her technically I’m only eight minutes late I was across the hall I will not be returning to this clinic not due to the The doctor put your super rude receptionist oh I’m sorry I forgot when they found out I was sitting in the wrong waiting room that gal just because she had a mascon doesn’t mean we can’t hear what you’re saying actually laughed about it super embarrassing and rude never going back

Good service, but the hours listed on the website do not match what the phone recording says. Therefore, I tried to call on a Friday after 2 (because the recording says M-F 8:00-5) and no one answered. Dr. Ingalls was my OB for my first pregnancy and I absolutely love her. Shes very approachable and easy to talk to, always straight to the point but in a professional and nonjudgemental manner, and my delivery got complicated quickly and she jumped into action and took care of both baby and I immediately. Im planning another pregnancy and will go back to her for care. Shes amazing.

After months of disappointment from my previous obgyn, I came here, and I am so happy i did! Dr. Ingalls looked over my paperwork and we had a plan before the end of the appt. My last doctor would lie to me and say my results to tests were good but a little research said the test results where way low. Only took dr.ingalls about a second to see those results and tell me they were low. So happy i found this doctors office and love how helpful Dr. Ingalls was. She even took time to listen to my concerns and for her express her concerns. Best doctors Ive ever had!

Wow. What can I say, about DR. BONNIE CROUTHAMMEL. In short, very personable, caring, comforting and thorough. Not once did I ever feel anxious or left in the dark to even be left scared to be honest. I got finalizing news @30 weeks that I needed to be admittedly into the hospital, due to IUGR label on my baby. She wasn’t gaining the weight she needed to sustain and grow. I was in the hospital 15 days, and gave birth at 32.5 weeks. With daily to weekly tests on different levels to watch baby up until that point. DR. Bonnie C. visited me daily! Reassured me and kept me updated on the possibilities of issues, or delivery potential or the news that all went well on testing, that the baby is well, and we are buying time keeping her in my womb. I never had to wonder my results as she was avid in getting me them quick as she could. I never had to hold my questions back, or my tears and fears. She CONSTANTLY asked about MY well being. My mental state. Always had pep talks and support where and when, out of her own kindness and professionalism. I am so very thankful in how she reassured me that we were being overseen to avoid an emergency. To get baby here without stress on her or I. It was the calmest, high stress situation I’ve ever been in and her team and the hospital were the sweetest. I experienced quick scheduling, assistance in the OB office since day one. NICU has been a pleasure to visit and the nurses are the sweet taking pictures of my little and easing my visits, while I hold my healthy, happy baby girl. This experience was a blessing with the kindness and expertise that was provided. Not a single thing I would judge or rate negatively. I was well taken care of and felt quite spoiled to be honest. THANK YOU DR. BONNIE ❤️🙏❤️

If I could rate this 0 or -1 stars I would. My expecting girlfriend called on the 19th of last month to make an appointment for our first visit. Everyone in town recommends the OBs here. We got our date and waited. Today was supposed to be a wonderful day and a happy start to this journey. But when we got to the office, our hearts were crushed. Whomever we scheduled the appointment with did not actually make the appointment in the system, but just entered her info. The women up front at the desk were rude, treated us like we were making up the appointment, and explained we were screwed as my girlfriend fought back tears all the way to the car. You have ruined what was supposed to be a happy day for us. I will never forgive you Generations. Because of your screw up, we have to set up several appointments there and at the hospital for an ultrasound before we even get to see our OB... And to top it off, we dont get an ultrasound with Dr. Ingles. You and your front desk ladies should be ashamed of yourselves! After hours of crying, I finally got my girlfriend somewhat calm, but the damage is done. Thank you Generations for ruining our Monday and making us feel like idiots. :(

Out of all of the doctors offices that Ive been to this was the worst experience that Ive had this far. Upon checking in I was 5 minutes early and was called in right in time.. cool. I ended up waiting over 50 minutes! To be seen my the doctor. It wouldnt have been such a big deal if I was by myself but having my 4 month old didnt make it any easier. Save your time and go somewhere else.
