For being understaffed, the lady working the front desk was extremely nice. they had snacks and offered us drinks. the doctor was very informative and made me feel comfortable. the bathroom was clean & we were allowed to watch what we wanted on their TV to help time pass quicker. anyone complaining is a karen

If I could give zero stars, I would. LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS AND DO NOT GO HERE. They make you wait 3 hours to do NOTHING. I got into the ultrasound room and immediately felt uncomfortable because they had a machine from the 1990s. They did not even have a trans-vaginal ultrasound machine and wonder why they could not see a baby when I am 7 weeks pregnant. First off, youre using the wrong type of ultrasound, and second off, IT IS ABOUT 30 YEARS OLD. They told me to wait for the doctor and he would re-do the ultrasound and then I waited until the very end (last patient). The doctor said oh it is too early no need to re-do it. They made me to wait an hour and a half, at least have the decency to TRY to do it again. He looked about 80 and was telling me that even though my last period was 2/3 - I was only 5 weeks pregnant. You cant make up your own pregnancy calculator buddy- all REAL doctors would say I was 7 weeks pregnant. The place is so dirty and the staff is completely rude. Their counselor should definitely get into a new position if she is going to yell at and belittle distraught patients going through a very sensitive time. They made me pay for the ultrasound that showed nothing because IT IS NOT THE RIGHT EQUIPMENT FOR EARLY PREGNANCIES AND IT IS OUTDATED. To top it off, on the way out I had protesters touching my car and throwing things in my window. I cant say it more... STAY AWAY.

This was a nightmare. I felt like I was in a scary movie. The a.c was broken so the office was hot, the debit card machine was also broken, they were all out of the twilight medicine but did not tell anyone until they came into there appointment. We all waited 2 hours before the doctor even showed up. This would have been my first abortion so I was nervous and very scared. They did not explain anything to me they called me back and just did what they wanted. When it was my time for the surgery they put me in the exam room and told me to get undressed but did not inform what was going on. I was sitting there waiting and could hear another patient screaming in pain in the next room while the doctor was yelling for her to calm down. At this point I was in tears because I was scared so the doctor comes into my room starts touching me and I was crying and telling him I was scared. He yelled at me to get it the f** together or he would not do the surgery so I got up got dressed and got the hell out of this place. Not even to mention it was so disgustingly dirty in the exam room I was not comfortable. The trash was overflowing, there was no hazard trash cans, and I do not advise anyone to go here. I feel bad because there was two nurses who were very nice and deserve to be in a better enviornment.

Worst Doctors Office Ive been to in my life, legitimately waited 2-3 hours to even be seen by anyone. 5 people that came in after me had been seen before me. Everyone here that is scheduled is pissed off because theyve been waiting to be seen too.Literally dont go here youre going to spend alll day in a small waiting room with a bunch of people scheduled at the SAME time. Never will go here again. The doctors and nurses are wonderful but the 1-800 number scheduling center is garbage; they provide a local and much needed services. If they got the scheduling right the employees would have a lot better time as well as the paitents.

Where to start with all the problems? Calling the local number sends you to a national clearing house. They make appointments without regard to how many patients are booked for a particular location. They will promise you certain services are available at your local office but they are not. At the Galloway location, they give an appointment time 1-2 hours before the doctor is even scheduled to show up at the office. They do not actually handle gynecological issues, just abortions and only one type of those. Pregnancy tests are required even if you can not be pregnant for medical reasons. Red solo cup for collection sample is not unusual here. Receptionist and nurse are pleasant trying to make the best of an organizational nightmare. If you use this place, plan on your entire day being wasted.

PLEASE DONT COME HERE. They dont give you anesthesia(twilight) and its the worst pain Ive ever experienced and I had 3 kids. It was rushed and it felt so wrong. Please look for another location, cherry hill I heard is good.

I brought someone here. DO NOT COME HERE!!! ABSOLUTELY HORROR! RUDE, INCONSIDERATE STAFF!!! INAPPROPRIATE LOUD T.V, EXTREMELY LOUD!!! SAT FOR 7 HRS, FOR A TELA HEALTH DR TO SAY TO THIS POOR WOMAN, YES YOU CAN HAVE YOUR DRINK FOR A MEDICAL ABORTION, AND SHE WAS SENT ONHER WAY! WITH INCORRECT MEDICATION! NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY! LADIES PLEASE FOR YOUR OWN HEALTH, DONT COME HERE!

American women helped a lot! The doctors were kind and very professional and delivering good quality service. The staff was also helpful with all my needs. I really appreciate all your effort, thank you!

Worst place ever. DO NOT GO. The staff was rude and inconsiderate. The person I was with had to do the entire procedure and recovery by herself. Nothing but heartless in my opinion.

Never went to this place so that’s why there’s only 4 stars but they were very helpful over the phone and pretty professional.
