The Genesis office is amazing! The main woman at the front desk (I forgot her name unfortunately) is the sweetest even during early hours of the morning! Nurses always return voicemails that same day and are very informative and thorough. The woman taking blood every morning to all the women before work was always welcoming with a smile and so sweet! For such a challenging time in every woman’s life this office really made everything encouraging and easy. Highly recommend if anyone needs a fertility specialist!!!

I recently met Dr. Richard Grazi and would like to point out how kind and attention he was to me. He expressed attention and what is important he gave me the hope. He is not only professional but kind and worthy person too. I am grateful for all. I am thankful for his attentive and caring team as well. They put patients in a friendly and warm atmosphere and make them hopeful and happy. Dr Grazi and his team are unique gift for the patients. It is the very place you can fulfill your dreams.❤️

A wonderful and truly amazing office.Doctors and staff are so kind and punctuate. My experience with Dr Katherine Melzer Ross is truly wonderful.she is well experienced and very knowledgeable. She answers all my questions and concerns even she always reply’s to my emails.she helps us going through the whole fertility journey to expand our family. I love her so much and her whole team is great.I truly recommend this place.

Genesis is a place that gives people hope in their journey to parenthood. I’m blessed and grateful, to have found Dr. Ross and have had her help in conceiving. The nurses and technicians working there are very knowledgeable and offer a ton of emotional support to patients.

Short version: Discrimination with letting a trainee practice on a woman of color without consent. Potentially missing the window for the IUI due to bad monitoring. IUI took 3 hours (an absurd amount of time for this procedure)Long version: The only person that deserves praise is Jessica the phlebotomist, she is a breath of fresh air, very personable, warm & welcoming. I chose this establishment based on all the great reviews & success stories. Before writing this review Genesis reached out for feedback on 9/3/24 I provided it the same day, they never followed up or tried to rectify anything. My first meeting with Dr. Ross was fine and sounded promising/comforting. My second meeting was not as warm & felt rushed. I begin a cycle of IUI. I had to call & remind them of the needed medication. They sent 1 in time. The other they waited til the very last minute after me hounding them with phone calls & emails all day which resulted in me having to pay out of pocket due to timing. My assigned Dr. Ross was on vacation during my cycle which might be why things were not done correctly. During monitoring to track progress of the prep for IUI, they were training a new sonographer, there were 2 rooms available & myself & two white women waiting, I go into one room & one of the white women go into the other room. Before I get to my room I see the trainee head to the white womans room. She must have been told to come to my room instead to practice on me a black woman. The sonographer training her knew she wasnt ready to have patients on her own but let her traumatize me anyway. Ive had plenty of sonograms before & they are normally smooth & straight to the point. This trainee had intense jerking movements she cleary had no idea what she was doing or what she was looking for she ended up looking at my cervix instead of my uterus & ovaries which was insane. The sonographer training her finally came in to take over & got away from my cervix & went where she was supposed to & we were done. Then whoever was monitoring my sonogram & bloodwork asked me to wait 2 days instead of 1 day to come back & monitor me again after clearly seeing my progress was increasing quite a bit each day. I come back 2 days & find out we almost missed my ovulation & had to take my trigger shot that same day and have the IUI the next morning (usually you use your trigger shot 2 whole days before your IUI) cleary someone wasnt doing their job with monitoring. Finally I schedule the IUI for 8:30am the next morning we arrive there by 8:24am check in & sign paperwork. A nurse finally comes to get my husbands sample around 8:50am the sample is produced at 9:01am the lab confirms receipt at 9:03am. We wait in the waiting room. I wave down one of the nurses that I see around each time I visit and ask her when his sample will be done processing (it was now past 10am) she realizes it should have been done by now and goes to check. We continue to wait I see her again she says to me I cant believe you guys are still waiting I nod my head she comes back and says someone will be with you within the next 10 minutes (I set a timer & it was over 10 minutes of course but I appreciate her effort) my husbands sample wasnt picked up by the nurse performing the IUI until 2 minutes before 11am weve been there since 8:24am. Finally I sign 2 more documents and confirm the information is correct then the procedure is all of 3 minutes max, I stay lying down for an additional 10 minutes & when I leave it is now 11:32am. There is ABSOLUTELY no reason why an IUI procedure should take 3 hours to complete. That was absolutely unacceptable. Then I receive a bill this morning claiming I saw my Dr. on 8/16/24 which I didnt & only went in for monitoring (which should already be included based on my insurance). Unfortunately there are not many good options of fertility clinics near me in Brooklyn so Im stuck with giving this place another chance to get it right. Hopefully they learn from this experience now that they know in a more public setting what went wrong.

Excellent care, very nice facilities, and very pleasant nurses and staff. Dr. Grazi created a very welcoming and wonderful space for the patients. I came in for an IUI and was very well taken care of.

The clinic is very neat and organize, with warm welcoming staff at the front desk, experienced phlebotomist shout out to Ms. Jessica who uplifts me with her positive words. Ms. Gayle who works in the lab who always wear a smile and very accommodating. IVF Nurses who are always on top to follow up and constantly reminds us with the step by step procedures. Ultrasound technicians, embryologists, and all the staffs behind the scenes all did an amazing job!! Overall this fertility clinic is highly recommended!

I had such a positive experience with Genesis Fertility. I started my journey 6 years ago when I froze my eggs due to a medical condition. Well fast forward I am now expecting thanks to Dr. Ross and the whole Genesis Fertility team. She was very direct with me in what my options were. I follow her protocol and was successful on my first round. Thanks to prayer and Dr. Ross expertise, my partner and I are excited for our rainbow baby. Im so grateful 🙏🏾. This is the place where you can trust professionals and get a real hope. I am very happy that I got into Genesis! The whole process was not so easy, but I knew exactly why it was all. You need a little more patience. Now I am pregnant and it happened thanks to the wonderful doctors and all the medical staff. Everyone is very friendly, attentive and professional. Did an ivf cycle with Dr.Grazi. I had only one good embryo out of 24 fertilized eggs. Dr. Grazi is very dedicated. I really appreciate he called me back even on a holiday. thank you again for making it a success attempt on first transferer.

A truly amazing office. I had a very positive and great experience with Dr. Katherine Ross and the office staff as well. The Dr was very attentive, caring and very knowledgeable. My concerns were always taken into consideration and I was explained everything I needed.I felt very comfortable asking questions or calling with any inquiries. Never waited long, my appointment was always on time. Recommend!

I had an appointment with a doctor for recurrent miscarriages. I had a procedure that needed to be done and she told me reach out after the procedure was done and then we would discuss next steps and schedule tests. I reached out to the doctor to follow up about next steps and and she never responded, followed up or anything. Wouldn’t go back.

It was a long journey for me, to get to the point.I have been felt depressed, hopeless, until my biggest dream came true. I’m very grateful and thankful to doctor Ross. She is very professional in her field, who is willing to explain to you patientelly, every step of your treatment. She never gets tired with the patients, she’s very warm and politely.Genesis Fertility is a wonderful team, and I couldn’t forget to thank all the girls, nurses, one by one, who were taking care of me, on this long treatment. Im not sure I can find the right words to describe what an incredible experience it is at Genesis. The doctors, nurses, technicians, embryologists, and the rest of the staff go above and beyond. Everyone is invested in your journey. The care and level of treatment I received was more than I could have hoped for. I was lucky enough to work closely with two of the doctors there, Dr. Kotlyar and Dr. Kulak. The level of care, thoughtfulness and investment they had in helping to build my family is something I can never adequately thank them for. That really goes for everyone there. I am truly grateful I was fortunate enough to be referred to Genesis and I highly recommend them in your family building journey.

Genesis has great staff members however, whenever I see Jessica, it puts my mind at ease. I know that when shes there, everything is going to go smoothly. She is professional, friendly, and most of all, she is great at her job. She always make my morning trips to the clinic a little easier.

Truly great experience. The staff are all welcoming and kind, from the front desk associates to the phlebotomists and ultrasound techs, to the nurses to the doctors themselves. My concerns were taken seriously, the extra testing I wanted done was provided for my ease of mind, and my preferences and concerns regarding treatment options were taken into consideration when coming up with a plan of action. I want to thank everyone at Genesis for a wonderful experience through what was a very stressful time in my life. I have “graduated” but will absolutely return as a patient again when it is time to add to my family again.

Genesis gave us our beautiful baby boy through the miracle of IVF. All of the doctors we worked with - Dr. Ross, Dr. Chiware, and Dr. Kotleyar - were compassionate and practicing effective evidence based medicine. We will never forget what they did for our family. To begin with I want to say Im very happy that I chose genesis fertility & reproductive medicine to help me and my husband in getting our second baby . Weve been battling infertility for almost 5years and im thankful we are pregnant now . Starting from day one my Dr ( Dr Kotlyar ) was very thorough and always listened to my concerns, hes empathetic and also straight to the point which i loved . so the process was smooth. i did 3 iui cycles and finally got pregnant with our first ivf . The nurses , phlebotomists, front desk and everyone working there are very professional and helpful . Communication through this process is very important and they were all on top of it . I 100% recommend and I will come back if need be for my 3rd Baby. A big thank you

We had a wonderful experience with Genesis. After years of dealing with (sometimes harsh) fertility doctors, Dr. Chiware was warm, empathetic, honest, extremely competent, and super professional. I followed her guidance and recommendations, and my husband and I welcomed our beautiful baby boy this June. The staff were also exceptional, especially Jennifer Mundo, who was so helpful and kind. We are forever grateful to Genesis for our little miracle baby!

Great experience at Genesis. Dr. Kotlyar is the best!We were lucky and got pregnant naturally before starting any treatment. After trying for a while!However, Dr. Kotlyar guided us and did all the required test and gave us all the information and support we needed during this process.The nurses and staff are professional and friendly always making you feel comfortable and welcome. We definitely recommend this place for anyone trying to conceive or looking for clear information.The prices are affordable, the clinic is clean and gives you many options to schedule at different times.We are so grateful for the support and positive energy!

Dr is very nice, but I dont feel this clinic cares about your needs beyond billing your insurance and collecting co-pay. They will ask you to do a bunch of tests and then results can be left unreviewed for weeks (the billing is done immediately, though). If you ask for your results to be given to you, you can also wait for it for days for a simple pdf file because for printed out version you have to pay for the paper(c). Rx wasnt sent out until I called multiple times to be transferred from one line to another. Honestly, I had different expectations of this clinic, but I feel like the focus is on the insurance rather than the patient.

Jessica at the Bay Parkway location has been an exceptional part of this organization. Every single time I have had to her for my blood drawn, she has never missed the mark. I wish she was portable. I have had my blood drawn 7x in one sitting and have had to drive to her location to get the job done. I had surgery last week and had to be poked twice because the anesthesiologist missed the first time. Thank you Ms. Jessica for being great at what you do because I am not a fan of needles! I appreciate your soft music, pleasant smelling laundry order and relaxing plants all around to enjoy looking at! You make my experience a no brainer easy process. Thank you for one less thing to worry about!😊😊😊

This is a wonderful place to get help with fertility! They run it like a well-oiled machine. Everyone is prompt and courteous. I got successfully pregnant from 2nd IUI and looking at my beautiful baby as I write this 🤗. Dr Alexander Kotlyar is very professional, knowledgeable, takes his time to explain every detail. My friend had IVF there with another provider after I referred her and my coworker had IVF there with another provider, and theyre both pregnant now! So I would say this is THE place to go to!

I have been with Genesis for over 3 years. They worked with me and my husband to figure out the best way for us to achieve our dream of being parents. They provided options and worked with us on protocols and medical options. After 3 years, we have our rainbow babies, actually twins. Thank you Dr. Grazi and the wonderful IVF nurses.

Absolutely incredible experience. From reception to the nursing staff to the doctors, the care is thorough and timely. Dr. Chiware was attentive, took the time to explain every procedure and step, and made sure to review every step we took and made the best decisions for me. I was able to have open dialogues with my concerns with the nursing staff and they handled everything incredibly and gave support/comfort during a difficult journey. Would definitely recommend and have nothing but good experiences during my time with Genesis!

I came to Genesis after a terrible experience with another doctor. The staff and doctors were knowledgeable, honest and genuine. It took us a while to find the right course of action to my pregnancy. I am so lucky that under 2 years I was able to carry my amazing son to full term. Take minor front office issues with a grain of salt and stick with Genesis because having your child in your arms is worth it! I saw Dr. Chiware and could not be happier with her encouragement and kindness towards my complicated case.

Its so great to have excellent experience at GENESIS. They gave us a lot of help for the IVF. Thanks for Dr. Kular, Dr. Kotlar, Dr. Ross, Dr. Shira, and all the staffs, They are so professional, kindly, friendly, and patitent. Everyone at Genesis is so compassionate and friendly. Its pretty easy to get an appointment, too, even though the doctors are busy. We worked with Dr. Ross and were very happy with our relationship. In a really fraught time in our lives, her presence was very calming; she is super even-keeled! Wed recommend Genesis to anyone ready to start fertility treatment in a supportive, no-pressure environment.

I want to tell anyone who is searching for the right clinic to go to for help- please, don’t go anywhere else but Genesis. We wasted many years and tears at other clinics but Dr. Grazi was the only doctor who genuinely cared to find an answer and solution. He is God sent and is the best you will ever find, he makes dreams come true. You will not feel like another number- he truly wishes you to become parents. Excellent care under Dr. Kotlyar. Hes so bright, caring, knowledgeable, and I always felt heard and in control of my fertility journey. Currently 32 weeks pregnant and I can thank Dr. Kotlyar for that! The nurses and staff are great as well. Highly recommend working with Genesis to achieve your fertility goals.

An outstanding patient experience! The medical team takes tremendous care of the whole patient—everyone from the phlebotomy techs to the radio-technologists, to administration and billing. Just beginning our journey and I have to say I have never been as comfortable with a dr as I am with Dr Ross. I wish she could be my primary care dr too! She is easy to talk to very informative and compassionate. We are so excited to continue on to the next step. We feel lucky to have her as our dr along the way. Had the worst experience here. Did 3 rounds of IUI, all failed. No explanations given. I had major anxiety to begin with, which was just brushed off with “everyone is scared at first, you’ll get over it”. I felt like just a number. After my 3rd round of IUI the nurse suggested that I reach out to my doc and make an appt w her to see what more aggressive treatments are. The doctor did not reach out to me not once, to find out how I was doing/feeling during 3 rounds of IUI. Apparently I have to chase down the doc myself? Cmon that’s a joke.Came to their Staten Island office for bloodwork at 545am, no one was there. I waited with another patient outside, both trying to call and reach someone but no picked up or came to the office. I waited 30 minsI switched to a new doctor and the level of service goes so far beyond my expectations- I’m actually even more upset w Genesis now that I see the kind of level of care the new office provides.Genesis you need to level up, it’s hard enough to deal w infertility issues and the cost of it all. Patient support should be a priority

8 months ago we started our journey with unexplained infertility. After already over a year of trying. First step was both of us to get blood work, genetic testing, and me to get an HSG. Appointment follow up, had to miss ours of work but came to have my blood and HSG results discussed. Doctor frantically apologized that he couldn’t find the HSG in system (from over a week prior) and after checkin records he accidentally never ordered my blood tests properly. So day wasted between work and cabs.Flash forward 8 months. Ready to try IUI. After 3 appointments, scans, blood, 5 days of med, trigger shot with horrible effects. Hundreds of dollars. Missing work. But most of all high hopes and happiness. Fiancé went in with sample today and me 2hrs later for IUi. To be sat down and told that 8 months ago our genetic screening had an overlap and IUI can’t be performed.I sat in office crying 30 mins. And asking a million questions. They tried to say that the genetic place called me 5x that week. I seen report online. And wasn’t told about an overlap. And is it the patients job to be told lab work and understand ? Even though wasn’t told. Do our results not go to our DOCTOR whom we pay and trust. Who makes our game plan in this fertility pathway. I demanded to know why this is being found out and told to me the morning of. All I got was a million apologies. Their genetic counselor wasn’t in for days to explain results further and my next steps for IUI or IVf.For those who suffer we all know how hard adding another month on is!!! How heart breaking. I’ve spent the last few hours sick to my stomach and crying. I can’t believe a place with so many high reviews can do such a thing to a patient. Regardless of miscommunication from a lab. It is the doctors responsibility to make the right choices for a patient. As I also sit here cramping, migraine, and sick to my stomach from a week of meds to help me conceive.

Genesis exceeded my expectations! In the hopes of giving up , I was given one last chance. Genesis made me feel welcomed from the first day I stepped foot in that office. From the front desk to the nurses to the doctors , they were the best to work Wong side with. Any problem or concern, was a phone call away, and it was handled with such love and care. If I can write an individual post for each person , I would, but this was a team effort. Even when I graduated from Genesis, and I had a question, they never hesitated to answer or or see me. I highly recommend Genesis for all your needs. After God, they were my saving grace.

This is our first time dealing with IVF and, of course, we were very nervous and anxious about the entire process. Dr. Ross and her staff have been a total godsend! Not only are they making every effort medically to help us have a healthy baby, they also go the extra mile when it comes to easing concerns and giving us information that is so helpful and reassuring. We are SOOOO happy we found this place!

Genesis is amazing. From the second you walk in the ladies at the front desk are super friendly. The nursing staff is amazing even down to the wonderful women who drew my blood. The doctors were helpful and answered all my questions. Genesis helped me fulfill my dream of becoming a mother. This was an amazing experience and I highly recommend this facility.

My husband and I returned to Genesis to work with Dr. Grazi for our 2nd embryo transfer. Our 1st transfer was seamless and successful and we had the same experience with our 2nd. I am currently 10 weeks pregnant. Working with Dr. Grazi is a pleasure. He is so knowledgeable, patient and kind. The staff is also easy to work with and super helpful. I wish I could give zero stars! Worst experience I ever had. 3 iui and ivf done with 3 transfers that’s all failed! With no answers why it failed. Just I’m sorry. (Self paying/ no payment plans) they told me to come back when I would like to repeat the process. So I finally listened to my family and went somewhere else to get a second opinion to find out they were not scheduling at the rite time. I’m 30 years old and a healthy female. My new office/new doctor not only went above and beyond. I’m pregnant on my First IuI. GenesiS & Dr chiware we’re NOT timing anything rite. The nice part with my new Dr he seen me every visit(not a nurse) At genesis they have sonogram techs and nurses doing everything. I’m writing this review to hopefully save other families time and money! And most important heart breaks! There billing office is not willing to work with anyone or work hard on prior authorization for you insurance to cover anything. Lazy and unprofessional staff. It was really nice to find the company I went to from front desk,Nurse’s and doctors they go above & beyond. Please don’t waste your time at genesis. Good luck everyone on your journey! (Btw I spoke to the manager and she just told she’s not clinical)

2017- Amazing office with amazing staff. The facility has everything you need for journey to parenthood. Who wouldnt love a staff of doctors that rank at the top of their respective specialties?? Not this MOM!!!!! I feel very blessed to have our son with the hope of more children. I recommend them to anyone TTC.....update Welcomed a baby boy in 2020 and expecting another April 2023. Im am once again grateful to give Dr. Grazi and his staff a raving review.

Genesis Fertility is THE BEST. From the nurses to the doctors. Very knowledgeable and always available to answer all my questions.. The road is long and can be frustrating. But these ladies make it that much easier. The doctors really listen and arent afraid to try something new. I cant recommend this office enough..

Dr. Kotylar is an outstanding doctor who takes the time to formulate the best route for your journey. The entire Genesis staff go above and beyond to make sure all your questions are answered and to make you feel comfortable.

Dr Grazi and his staff at Genesis Fertility were amazing throughout our fertility journey. Their level of expertise, knowledge and compassion for their patients were off the charts. I am so happy and grateful to their team as I am now almost 25 weeks pregnant!

I highly recommend Genesis Fertility!! Dr. kulak is amazing he truly is compassionate to the needs of his patients! He made me feel confident that everything will work out! And thanks to him it did! The nurses are very attentive and answer your questions in a timely Manner. The lab staff are very clean and professional as well.

This clinic take only time and money, the Doctors I think didnt have good qualifications because I and my wife go this place like to job to match time (more one year) and didnt have results. How I can check every step and qualifications every personal this good job or no? I think assistants to do only imitations for work, only charged insurance company, I think its corruption organization!I need good service but its not good approach for me, looking different clinic and better service with proof of work done ✅

We cant express fully how grateful were for having our gorgeous baby to Dr. Grazi and all Genesis stuff.Our jorney to pregnancy took 3 fertility cycles. We were amazed of how intelligent and nice was Dr.Grazi during our visits. He was never in a rush , making you feel calm and at ease as you are the only patient for a day unlike other doctors.All Genesis staff was friendly, helpful and professional. Especially Nellie , Kathy and Marina. They make you feel better when you feel tired and exhausted. Sometimes you need to come for a test few times a week, early morning, rushing to work every time so their help and understanding were very comforting.

I used to work at Genesis full time as one of the doctors and I know the inner workings of the practice. This place is amazing! Every single person that works there is so caring and so well trained and so good at their job. Every person you will interact with, from the front desk to the phlebotomists and medical assistants to the sonographers, physician team, nurses and billers and even those that you don’t meet like the laboratory team, the embryologists and the administrative team care so deeply about every patient succeeding and being comfortable during their work-up and their treatment. These guys are in it because they love it and they will go to the end of the earth to get a patient to succeed; the whole office works together like a well synchronized machine to make sure that everything happens smoothly and efficiently. Also, everyone is so approachable that patients feel comfortable asking questions and have the chance to really understand what is happening in their body and why they are undergoing a specific treatment cycle, and how that treatment cycle works. The doctors give their email addresses to the patients and in addition to the nurses’ phone number there is also a 24h phone number that you can use to get a hold of someone from the practice at anytime. This practice is great, and will take great care of you and make you feel great while you are there. I was lucky enough to work there for 3 years and learn from all the incredible people there.

I had a long journey with Genesis and it wasnt an easy one. It took me a year to become pregnant, learning all the things that were wrong with me along the way. My doctor was Dr. Ross., but I was seen by Dr.Grazie and Dr.Kulak as well. All exceptional doctors! The staff is amazing & friendly..Nurses are always available to answer questions. I have a perfect little one and am now pregnant with my 2nd, Thanks to Genesis!

Had my egg retrieval today. And from the very first day I came in Genesis and up to today it was nothing but a pleasant experience. I want to thank Dr Grazi for being a truly caring doctor. He called me after my blood work wasnt giving the best result and even wanted to cancel the surgery and return the money when he felt that I might not have been the best candidate for egg freezing, but luckily an increased medication dose showed an improved result afterall.I want to especially thank IVF nurse Irina who I spoke to almost every day and who calmed me down throughout the process, as well as IVF nurses Toby and Joanna, nurse Marina and all the other nurses who drew blood, as well as the girls who did sonograms and also front desk: Catherine and Terry, who are so sweet and attentive. I already recommended Genesis to a girlfriend of mine. It is definitely a place to go if you are as anxious as I was to do this procedure. The staff is amazing and they support you every step of the way.

My husband and I found Genesis fertility early 2022. We met with Dr. Kotlyar after a couple of stressful consultations with other clinics. Dr. Kotlyar has been knowledgeable, kind, patient and eager to address our many concerns. We have been anxious about IVF and IUI (been going back and forth for many months) and finally decided to start with IUI. My husband and I never felt pressured, the staff are easily accessible and professional. Whatever the outcome - - we remain hopeful and pleased to work with Dr.Kotlyar and the Genesis Team. We wish the best outcome for all seeking their support.

My husband and I used this facility. All in all, everyone was pleasant. They were efficient. The place was clean. Here are my biggest issues:1) I never saw Dr. Grazi again after my consultation with him which was in October 2021. I did the entire process and never seen his face or heard his voice again. It’s very impersonal medicine with Dr. Grazi when this is such an emotionally charged time. They boast that he is the best in the business but I didn’t feel taken care of by him at all. If you’re okay just hearing from him through someone else, then this won’t be a problem for you.2) Throughout the entire process I was under the impression that because of my age, I would have to do genetic testing on my embryos, which came up to $1000. I was told numerous times “you and your husband aren’t carriers for anything, you don’t need genetic testing.” Or “if something is wrong with the embryo, the body will naturally abort.” Insane. Who wants to have a miscarriage? If you can avoid a child being born with defects, wouldn’t you? Only because they were pleasant, I’m not going to list the nurse’s name here. On multiple calls, I would ask “is genetic testing next?” And they would say no, no, no. You don’t need it. On the day of the transfer, God sent Dr. Chinwre. As a minority woman, she looked at me and cared. She asked me if I really wanted to pass on the genetic testing. I told her my experience and what they said and she said it doesn’t work that way. Because of my age, it’s recommended I get tested. I insisted on the testing. Two of the three embryos were abnormal. I have no clue what they were going to implant that day if Dr. Chinwre wasn’t there. I would have either miscarried, had a child with deformities, or maybe it could have been the normal embryo. Who wants to play roulette with the life of their child?I’m now with my OB and as she looks over my medical documents, she asked why did I have a fibroid removal surgery that Dr. Grazi insisted I needed to have. I told her what he said and she said it wasn’t needed. It’s already done but the whole process has made me want second, third, and fourth opinions.If you are a minority woman and plan on using this facility, everyone is nice but it might be worth it to use Dr. Chinwre. Minority women do better when a minority doctor is in the room.

If you’re looking to start a family and need help genesis is the place to go. The entire staff is amazing to work it and Dr Ross is very talented. She helped me get my little family started!! She is very detailed on the plan for you and is always there to answer questions or concerns.

I was very pleased with my experience at Genesis. Everyone was very nice, and it is nice to be treated well since you are the patient in need of help. Caring and smiling is good atmosphere for patient. Dr Richard Grazi is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Dr Grazi is the best! Thank you!

Genesis my First time there and I wasted my time coming only to not be heard by Dr.Mor. I also did not know I could not express how I feel or say what I want even though it was not directed to the Doctor. Dr.Mor, Amir He was very cold hearted and when I was trying to explain how I felt he said pls dont use that language even though it was not directed to him. I was expressing how I felt when I went to a Gyn who was not nice to me. He also only wanted me to be specific about the question only. It felt like he was rushing us of. After that he goes on to tell me if I want I could cancel my visit and he brought in the nice nurse who was there she was very nice and she was understanding. I thought my fist time would be different and full of understanding but it was not I came out of there crying. I did let the doctor talk first when he brought in the nurse and he said I am going to need you to only answer the questions asked and I am trying to help you. I said I Apologize if I did offend you even though it was not even to him what I was saying. He then asked if we want to continue or just cancel the appointment. Even though I told him how I was feeling he said I cant not put myself in your shoes ever but I want to help you. Also when I was trying to say something he said to me I let you talk so let me finish. I hope my next visit with a different doctor would be better and full of understanding.Also Dr.Mor did not really make us feel welcome.

I went to Genesis in 2016 after trying two other centers. I was at a point in my life where I felt discouraged given the reproductive issues I have. Not only was I welcomed whole heartedly, everyone from the front desk staff to the embryologists were personable, patient and empathic. Every doctor had a role in my IVF process over time. From miscarriage to my healthy 5 month old son, I would choose Genesis for my reproductive needs over and over again. You will be hard pressed to find a better practice. Thank you Genesis Staff!

To our family at Genesis,From a young girl all I ever dreamed of was becoming a mom. As I got older i felt that dream getting closer. When my husband & I got married I couldn’t wait to start a family together. Three years into our marriage we decided it was time to start trying for a baby. I couldn’t wait for my dream to come true. Months passed and nothing happened. That’s where our family at Genesis comes in. We met with Dr.Ross 2 years ago & she made us feel hopeful & excited again. Dr. Ross was informative & explained all of our options to us. She never seemed bothered by my countless emails & phone calls with worries & concerns. Dr. Ross is kind, professional, warm, empathetic & truly incredible at what she does. Negative pregnancy test after negative pregnancy test I began to fear I May never become a mom, but Dr. Ross and Dr.Kulak always reassured me that it would happen & I was able to mentally prepare myself again for another treatment. It took longer than we hoped but we finally got pregnant on our 4th round of IVF. Throughout our journey everyone at Genesis made us feel like we weren’t alone, and even on my worst days they all made me feel better. We know how many patients they work with but they never made us feel like another number. Everyone from Dr. Ross to Dr. Kulak to Nelly & the IUI nurses to Toby, Joanne & all the nurses in IVF, to the women at the front desk, the sonogram techs, and girls drawing blood, & everyone in between, they all made us feel comfortable, special, guided us to make the right choices, & gave us the strength to keep going. In August we gave birth to our son Joseph & I finally felt joy in my life again. We are forever grateful to our family at Genesis. Genesis fertility is the most professional and caring place. They are efficient and very organized from appointments to procedures. They give you a very precise step by step on what you need to do. They provide you with all the information you need to help you get through getting pregnant. They are very accommodating.

This facility is the best doctor’s office that I’ve ever been to. The staff is helpful, attentive and informative. They care about your situation and make many accommodations to make things work in the patients’ favor.Dr. Kulak is amazing. He makes sure to examine every angle before making any recommendations and taking any further steps. Unlike any other doctor I’ve seen at other facilities/companies, Dr. Kulak is available to answer questions even if you don’t have an appointment. He takes the time to personally call his patients in particular situations and he also responds to emails.If you’re looking for a doctor that’s going to cater to your needs and not make you feel like they only want your money, this is the place to go to.

Dr. Ross is a great doctor. She was very patient and knowledgeable. Explained everything in detail and was always available if we had any questions or concerns. The entire staff is very welcoming and friendly!

I had a great experience with the clinic. Wonderful doctors, attentive nurses, highly experienced lab staff. We ended up with a healthy baby boy via IVF. Just make sure you don’t buy all the prescribed medicine at once, we had some of it left unused.

I am so confused at all the positive reviews. I’ve had two IUI’s done here, and never met my doctor in person. She didn’t even do my IUI’s. I did not feel like a valued patient and I did not feel cared for at this facility. Everyone at the clinic was kind, but that is besides the point. A major procedure like an IUI should have been done by my doctor, who I only met through Telehealth. After my first failed IUI, the doctor should have introduced herself in person! Just awful. After my second failed IUI nobody checked in with me, and I received no phone calls about the next plan of action. The only phone call I received after my second failed IUI, was about paying my bill. This clinic left me dreading to continue with trying to conceive.

I regret going to Genesis and wasting a year and a half with them. Dr. Chewari treated me and although she seemed caring and patient, it took her 9 months to diagnose me with PCOS even though I told her I was having excessive hair fall out during our first visit. A simple androgen panel should have been done as part of the fertility tests and she only did additional testing after I kept pushing and pushing. Most recently she said my TSH was high at 4.9 and she wants it between 1-2 to conceive, so I start treatment for that. I was wondering why my thyroid is all of a sudden imbalanced when she previously told me I had no problem with it, when I called the nurses to find out what my TSH was a year and a half ago, it was 4.11. Why didn’t we treat it back then? I feel strung along, they just took my insurance money for the IUIs this whole time. Does not seem they had my best interest in mind.

It gave me a good experience. It offered a big range of time allowing me to checkup in the early morning before work. This is awesome.

Dr Chiware and her staff are wonderful.I would like to think Dr Chiware is very knowledgeable, caring, attentive, friendly and helpful during the process. I wish she could be my Gyn. Thank you so much for your help Dr Chiware.

The doctor staff are great!I was very happy with my doctor.They all are wonderful nurses are special.But billing department is the worst.They asked me to pay at my IUI day and did not want to let me in.It was very stressful(when you know it is only one day in the month and you are ready...)I wanted to pay after the procedure as I mention to them, I need to concentrate on IUI performance.It is not very professional behavior from them!The lady was very mean with me.

I am grateful to Genesis Fertility, especially Dr. Grazy., Dr. Ross., Natalie, Irina, Nellie, Marina, Jessica and others thanks. I did Eco (IVF) for the third time, of course, not here. The first second time I did was to Turkey. The first time it worked for me, but for some reason I had a miscarriage at 22 weeks .. Genesis Fertility has a little different laws, one person does not respond to your health every time the nurses call, of course they will decide with experience. Why did I leave 4 stars because I didn’t like my number of embryos left, there were very few embryos left, 8 embryos were taken, 3 left.
