When I finally saw the doctor, they seemed rushed and inattentive, failing to address my concerns properly. Overall, I felt like I was just another number rather than a valued patient. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. 👎🏻

Horrible sitting here now had an appointment bat 10 got here at 945 its now 1043 and still have not been seen. I definitely will be changing Drs. When I asked why lady at the front dest said she didnt know why. But everyone who came on before me and way after me got called right away. This wouldnt be acceptable if I was late for my appt 40 mins I would have to pay the late fee to reschedule as well as reschedule my appointment. Then when I said I had to go they claim 5 mins and I would be seen but instead of seeing me ina actual room I am in the room with a bunch of vaccine refrigerator so its like a supply room with a medical bed in it. Just horrible. And I thought planned parenthood was bad. Tacky!!!

I’m a new member here,And when I ask for the appointment they give me after two months and today I was here and I was waiting hour and a half inside the room and nobody take care. This is weird

I had the most pleasent time during my appointment the outside was kept clean even though it facing a main street inside was exceptional, the nurses and even the doctor were friendly and concern about my medical needs.

The worst Clinic I have ever met!!!!!! The staff is sleeping!!!!! No one answers the phone because they dont speak English, they hate the race, they are racists!!!!! For a month I have been waiting for someone to give me a code to make an appointment for my child with a specialist!!!! No one answers, I put myself on hold and then hang up!!!!! If you need a doctor dont look for one here at Good Samaritan!!!!

This is one of the best clinics in Anaheim! My experience always fabulous. Everyone I interacted with whether doctors, nurses or front office, have been very professional. They are genuine, patient, gentle and friendly with all of their penitents. it’s really a Good Samaritan medical clinic as the name refers. Great clinic! Great staff!! Doctors and physicians assistants are extremely skilled, compassionate, caring and a pleasure to meet with. Clinic is clean and wait times are fair. Ive gone in and didnt have to wait and when the office of full it doesnt take long to get in. I am very grateful for this Clinic and I highly recommend to anyone in need of a great doctors office. People working there are very professional!The calls are answered promptly, the girls at the front desk knows there work, you are never left on the phone for more than 2 minutes. Doctors are very knowledgeable, they explain to you everything in details leaving you very satisfied and content. All the staff of health providers are polite, warm and tender and willing to give you the best care and service you need ❤️

The receptionist that took our calls barely speaks English. It was incredibly difficult to communicate with her. The service in the office was good enough, but outside of that it was very bad. They didnt even call us to set up our follow up appointment, we had to call them to set it up. We were on a tight deadline (not our fault) for our I-693 form and could have risked not having our documents ready if we hadnt followed up with them.

Always crowded, even with an appointment waiting time is long. I brought my daughter for her physical check and it was like the nurse just wanted to get done and didnt even do the urine test. When performing the hearing test, was like if she just pushed all buttons at the same time, it took only 40 secs. And then they make you wait in a room for good 49- 55 mins! Personal seems like they dont like their job and the only good thing about this clinic is they have good Drs. One of them and top of the list Dr Beshai (Mr) Dr Beshai (Mrs), awesome! And Dr Loren.Thats probably the only reason this place keeps running. Other than that this place needs a lot of improvement in regards of personal and efficiency.

I used to like this clinic before but now their customer service is terrible. The ladies in front desk are so rude and when I call to book an appointment they mess up and blame it on their system. Apart from that their holding time takes forever and different people answer. The doctors here are always changing constantly every year, ridiculous. Every physical I have is a different doctor. Such a terrible clinic now.

I really like this clinic its great but they dont answers phones its just a machine so if u hv a simple question is no way u have to go to the clinic..u cant get hold of them i was there for LONG TIME!!!

The services that I received from Good Samaritan Clinic is second to none. Dr. Beshai and the staff are friendly and ensure that I am properly informed about my health and care. I would have no concerns in recommending them to anyone.

Dr.Beshad is amazing and kind, however the staff are INCREDIBLY unprofessional and rude. Some of the staff have an insane amount of attitude and they also do not follow Covid guidelines. The staff are extremely unorganized and are lousy at maintaining and scheduling appointments and I say this because I experienced it multiple times. Knowing their company opens at 10am on Thursdays, they scheduled multiple people at 9am. Forcing us to wait outside in the hot weather(89 degrees) with no shade, while they locked the door to not let us in, after specifically instructing us to stand in the front. Not only that, they had insisted we all use the same pen to sign in and were not enforcing social distancing as well. They also allowed some of the people to enter the clinic without a temp check. Not all of the staff are rude and irresponsible, there are a few who are very kind and caring. Do not bother asking them if a manager or supervisor is present, they will lie and say she is not or present. This was a lie as well, because after one of the kind nurses spoke to me, she told me the manager was indeed present and the staff I had previously asked, lied to me. The Drs are all extremely kind and professional, its just the some of staff who make the experience so unenjoyable and miserable that it makes people not want to come back again.

Dr. Beshai is the most caring physician in the country. He always ensures that I understand the diagnosis, and often he would call me after hours to answer my question. Amazing staff, they always call to check on me and notify me with updates regarding my test results and referrals. Super understanding and patient staff. They always answer all my inquiries promptly. I would definitely recommend Good Samaritan Medical Clinic to everyone in Orange County. Exceptional physicians, PAs and medical assistants. We need more clinics like this clinic in our area. I have a strong attachment to Orange County due to this clinic.

I miss them! They were always good to me. I STILL am having wierd peeling skin. Still havent been diagnosed with whats wrong with me. I had patches testing for allergies. That gave 46 page email telling products I can use...oh brother! Lol But I think I need to get back established with them.

It is one of the best family doctors clinic , all providers are very good, they care about all patients and they provide the best service to every one .I surely recommend this clinic to all if they care about accurate health service . Thanks Dr. Beshai and all your staff in all departments.

Even though I was insured they argued that my insurance did not cover a portion of my copay. Being in a hostile environment I decided to leave and let them keep my money. I contacted my insurance and found out that they do in fact help me cover a portion of my copay. I guess the rude lady up front knowing she was wrong and most likely got chewed up by her boss. Then decided to charge me just for vengeance. Even when another woman in the service desk told her she was wrong. She went out her way to make me wait and not refund me my money. Its true what others say. These people are only in it for the money. Be warned.

Very helpful and respectful doctors (Dr yousef and Dr Gina) the staff are very polite and helpful .You might experience some wait on appointments but its like every other place. Thank you Dr Yousef and Dr Gina for taking good take of my parents.

Lost waiting periods but really good doctors except for Diana Khalil she forgets stuff.. would of given more 5 stars but the receptionists customer service sucks.. they will see people standing waiting in front on them to be acknowledged and they dont even bother. get better receptionists!

The only thing is it does take a bit of a wait to get seen i think they set to many appts. If you wanna see a doctor quickly i don’t recommend this place it took them a week to send me doctor referral that they wouldn’t send until i called

Place was awful I waited an hour and a half and still didn’t see a doctor. The chairs were ripped and dirty, the walls were dirty. In the actual room the table where you sit was torn up and unhygienic, the tissue paper roll was on the ground and trash can overflowing.

Have been going here for years. They have really improved on their waiting time. Dr. Martinez very knowledgeable and courteous. Would highly recommend

Good doctors bad customer service from reception they treat you like if they were doing you a favor when youre actually paying to get treated. When I called in to get info a rude female answered the phone saying that the office was closed to call back later, (la oficina esta cerrada señora llame pa tras )so ghetto lol get it right se dice llama más tarde no llame pa tras.

Do not go get COVID tested here, they take forever to get you your results! I know someone who went to the convention center and got their results in 2 days, it’s been 6 days and nothing...

Greedy people, I assumed just like any medical business, if you just need referral for you annual mammogram, need appointment and you have to pay for the paper, if you go for your physical and do not check with your insurance they will charge you and if you ask for any simple question they charge you again, besides the doctors looks like they time the visit more than 5 minutes you are out, any additional question appointment again and extra charge, and in general the clinic is messy dirty, the clinic staff are polite but really follow the greedy system of the owner or manager of the clinic

Terrible service. They are not professionals. They are not punctual.They told me that my immigration papers were ready on Monday. I went on Saturday for work. And they werent ready even signed by the Dr. I had to wait 1hr until the Dr. arrived and signed the papers. The receptionist didnt even know what she was doing. They are not professional while I was waiting for the papers there were other people waiting and complaining about the service

We were sorry the last time I went to make an appointment in person because they didnt answer the phone and they wanted me to pay them 40 for the appointment in advance.They have never done it anywhere.And since I didnt have the cost of the consultation, only the cost of the medicine, they didnt want to sell it to me.If I didnt pay for the consultation, they would cancel it.What a bad moment.I will never return even if it was the only clinic!

Before it was a very good clinic...but today I went and they go first to the people...Arabs...or of that ethnic group...if you are Hispanic they leave you for hours in the waiting room...the receptionists are very unfit... They dont greet...of course the Hispanic people and with the Arabs they even melt when talking to them...the customer service has gone down very badly...its a shame Ive been there for years but the service is fatal and decriminatory...I tried a new clinic. .SIERRA HEALT CENTER ...there they are friendly, they serve you without discrimination like in Good Samaritan and there are excellent and very good doctors...you have to try SIERRA HEALT CENTER...that one is 100% biased and 1000% recommended...

It is affordable, it has a good doctor. I have been coming here for years and they have always helped me very well. The wait without an appointment is long... but with an appointment they serve you 20 minutes later... if I recommend this clinic, there are other clinics that charge too much and they just steal your money and dont help.
