Although the ultrasound technician was a little rough in the vaginal ultrasound (in my opinion could’ve been more gentle as I have went to other IVF facilities and u/s by obgyns).Make sure you bring a mask as they do require a mask for the whole visit.Bathroom located right outside.Parking is shared with the rest of the medical building.4th flood elevator to the right.

I’ve had a great experience many times here. Dr. Yelian has excellent bedside manners and explains things well. His Arcadia and Irvine staff are very sweet and accommodating. I’ve felt very cared for throughout all aspects of my care. Special shout out to Carla and Aileen in Arcadia, they make you feel like family. Highly recommend life ivf.

We highly recommend Life IVF Center, led by Dr. Frank Yelian, MD, PhD. They have a headquarter located in Irvine and another location in Arcadia. Both offices have the newest technology equipment and a big team full of very caring nurses and specialists who are there to help you through your fertility journey.My husband and I had been trying to conceive for several years before we finally decided to seek fertility treatments. We interviewed more than 5 fertility specialists and ended up with a doctor in the San Gabriel Valley who recommended IUI procedures because it is more affordable and less invasive. However, the success rate for IUI is lower than for IVF. He discouraged us from IVF because I had low ovarian reserve due to my age, which was 41 at the time. We tried several rounds of IUI and ended up with my very first pregnancy ever. We were ecstatic, however, that happiness only lasted 8 weeks when we had a miscarriage. We were heartbroken but not discouraged to continue with our fertility journey.One of my best friends recommended Life IVF Center to us in 2022. My friend and her husband conceived successfully under Dr. Yelians care several years ago. We found out that from time to time, Dr. Yelian offers complimentary introductory seminars which are both available online and in person. Dr. Yelian usually raffles out a free round of natural cycle IVF treatment to a lucky couple. We didnt win but after we attended the seminar, we were inspired by Dr. Yelians positivity that low egg count does not mean there are no good quality eggs. There are so many success stories from Life IVF Center. My husband and I decided to make our official switch to Dr. Yelian in early 2022.After several rounds of egg retrievals and genetic testing of embryos, we finally harbored and froze some precious embryos after about 1.5 years. We recently graduated from Life IVF Center during the summer of 2023 and moved on to our Ob/Gyn. We are so thankful for Dr. Yelian and his team of nurses and technicians at both the Irvine office and the Arcadia office. Everyone we work with is always so caring, patient, and kind to answer all of our questions. We live close to Arcadia so we do most of our monitoring at the Arcadia office. The Arcadia team reached out to us even after our graduation and offered to stay in touch if we have any questions and to share our future milestones. Everyone takes great care of us every step of the way. I also like how our personal IVF records are all accessible through a very organized online system which keeps us up to date on every procedure. Dr. Yelian understands that every patient is different and everyone needs a treatment plan specific to their circumstance. In fact, treatment plans are reviewed and adjusted after every visit! Dr. Yelian and his team have been very helpful and encouraging, even during times when we felt like giving up. Our best advice is to not give up and maintain a positive mindset. We hope you will have your miracle baby or babies too!

We came here after there was some debate about whether or not our insurance covered services. So we finished out our IVF journey here with our obstetrical appointments. We just had to pay out of pocket, but it was worth it to not have to drive to Irvine once a week. The staff here is very nice and helpful. We did our blood tests and ultrasounds here. It is less busy than Irvine and you do get your test plans faster. They just dont take insurance, which is a shame. Im sure a lot of patrons would come here if they accepted insurance. Overall a great facility with great staff.

It is crazy to say but we are 30 weeks pregnant! That miracle happened only because of Life IVF, dr. Yelian and his team. We are forever thankful and have no words to express our gratitude. After 3.5 years of unexplained infertility, we finally got our biggest and most important precious present that pretty soon will make an appearance.I especially want to thank all the hardworking, caring, amazing personnel of Arcadia Clinic.My huge thank to Gabriela for always calming my nerves down and easily finding my tiny veins when no one could. Please tell her I am having a baby girl, she was dying to know who we are having especially after seeing my first beta of 563.7 mIU/ml.My big thank you to dr. Johnson who has a magic touch. She retrieved 12 eggs at once. The procedure was quick and did not hurt at all. She walked me through every step and explained what she was doing while performing the retrieval. Out of 12 eggs we only got one pgt-a normal embryo and thats the one I am pregnant with now.Many thanks to Carla. My husband and I were so looking for her ultrasounds. She took her time and was very thorough with every visit. I highly encourage everyone to pick this type of IVF and this LIFE IVF clinic. Not only you get pregnant but you will save money and your body with thank you too.  Their approach is more natural and very gentle. You take no birth control and no crazy amount of hormones like usual IVF. Egg retrieval is without full anesthesia which is amazing. You don’t need to put your body through the regular IVF.Thank you so much! We will be back for our second and maybe third baby :)

Life IVF has two locations i mostly frequented the Arcadia location. I loved the nurses they were always polite and kind. Dr Yeilin and Dr Johnson were knowledgeable and willing to answer my questions. You will mostly deal with the nurses on the majority of your visits and see the Drs for your consultation, egg retrieval and transfer. Also alot of the communication is through your patient portal and asking the nurses questions. Be aware you will have to sometimes come back for meds so its best if you live close or have time to wait. The biggest plus i found was they are the most affordable clinic i have found in southern California. If you are looking for affordable place, and ok with quick appointments and minimal medication Life IVF is the place for you. I just graduated from my first cycle and we were successful.

Endless gratitude to dr. Yelian and dr. Johnson!🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 I was a “lost cause” with AMH 0.04. My very first egg retrieval I had just 1 follicle, they weren’t able to pull the egg. But dr. Y didn’t give up, he offered to try again in an hour, retrieved that egg from deflated follicle and it turned out to be my one and only good embryo! I’m 29 weeks pregnant now. Needless to say how paranoid I was every step of the process but both doctors and stuff were so understanding and supportive! They making my dream come true!Forever yours!

I’ve been going to Life for the past few years. I have a procedure today, and received a call from a Nurse named Amanda, she was rude, short, and lacked accountability. The office sent me an email with specific instructions on what I needed to do prior to the procedure. She calls to tell me “well a heads up woulda been nice”. When I ask her why I would need to give a heads up, when I’m following instructions sent by your office, her response was, “well I don’t know who sent that template, for that email”. This process is always stressful enough, without having to deal with unwarranted attitudes, that fail to check patient email history/emails, before calling to place blame on the patient. When I suggested she take some sensitivity training, her response was “yeah ok”. The audacity that medical professional sometimes demonstrate, is scary, reckless, harmful, and I hope whoever finds this message, will address it accordingly.

I am 45 yrs and 8 months old. I had my own genetic child at age 45 after Mini IVF at the Irvine Location. I am now trying to see if i can get a second baby. I have age related infertility, DOR, High FSH, Poor Response, Low AMH and Perimenopausal. I learned about PRP at one of the free webinars and was excited to try it. I did research on PRP and it is a step forward in the journey to combat infertility due to the ovarian rejuvenation research about it. Dr. Johnson is amazing and walked me through the process and answered any questions I have. Arcadia clinic is clean & up to date facilities.

Coming from Texas we have been to other fertility specialists and have done extensive research to find a center and Dr. to best suite our needs and we found it at Life IVF. Youll come to find Life Ivf to be orderly, clean and efficient. The staff from front desk, to phlebotomists, ultrasound techs, nurses, billing, to the Dr. who performed my egg retrieval was very attentive and even sat with me a few minutes while she monitored and stabalized my vitals. She took time to listen to my needs. Dr. Yelian was so kind enough to take time out of his busy schedule to come in to be my support as my retrieval was being performed in which during he assured me I was doing great and everything was going to be fine as he patted me on my shoulder. He also performed my transfer. He is passionate about patient care and making dreams of motherhood come true! He takes it very serious to meet the individuality of treatment in women accordingly. I had 3 abnormal embryos, and Life ivf even allowed us to pick up our babies that did not make it so we can have them buried. This is the place to go if you want a positive outcome. I tried iui three times in other places after four years of infertility, but all failed, because the high cost of ivf has always made me hesitate and procrastinate. Thanks to life’s 10K plan they make me for only one time to successful pregnancy, I graduated successfully from 10W today, and thanks to Yelian for customizing it very suitable for me The micro-promotion plan has little harm to the body and no OHSS at all! Thanks to all the staff of Arcadia, everyone is very nice, attentive and comfortable. Five-star recommendation

Shout out to Liya, Carla and other amazing ladies in the Arcadia office! They provided timely and very professional services. My wait was never longer than 15 minutes. They cheered for my every single milestone event and showed empathy and courage during myDifficult times. Three years, one toddler and one more on the way. I cannot express my gratitude 😍❤️.

They refuse to do ovarian rejuvenation prp unless you commit to doing IVF cycle...its absurd...i wanted to see if ovarian rejuvenation worked first before committing to any cycles of anything because im extremely low ovarian reserve, so for me to pay $10k for zero eggs or maybe 1 egg doesnt make any sense...any good doctor will tell you that and would agree to try ovarian prp without forcing you to commit to IVF...doesnt make any sense...such a shame...

They dont explain the treatment they made pay whole 10k nobody has money pay the 10k no even credit cards that much money next time explain each step special to new patients that coming in. The one in arcadia does not explain the question is they need be more organized because the people in front desk need speck Spanish and English because dont understand there language so we have better understand ok

I am grateful to God for guiding me to choose LifeIVF Clinic. At the age of 40, I started my IVF journey with anxiety. Because of my age, although I had to undergo egg retrieval three times, I was lucky enough to have a successful transplant in one go. I must say here that Dr. Ye’s technique is really amazing. There is almost no bleeding during egg retrieval, his technique is fast and accurate, and the pain points are extremely low. Regarding the transplantation cycle plan, a plan suitable for me was developed based on my own conditions instead of the artificial cycle that is the default in other clinics. There is also a gentle and lovely B-ultrasound technician. Her skills are first-rate and she treats every B-ultrasound of mine carefully and seriously.
