I couldn’t be more grateful for Doctor Yamada. I was visited by a couple very dismissive doctors for a long standing case of testicular pain that wouldn’t resolve itself. I was loosing hope, when my PCP sent me to doc Yamada’s office and I was seen by his assistant Ben! Ben took all the time in the world to ask me multiple questions and really go in depth about my symptoms and my discomfort. I felt like all bases were covered and he TRULY was trying to help and solve my problems. Ben was absolutely awesome!! They then provided all the right tools and the right imaging options, when finally I was seen by Doc Yamada. The doctor explained to me that my history, the symptoms and everything else was consistent with an issue of intermittent and partial torsion.After further discussion and with my symptoms re-appearing on and off for a few more weeks (especially after sexual activity), we scheduled my exploratory surgery.As I write this, I’m two days post-op. The pain is real, as I was made aware it would be. Doctor Yamada just reached out to me an hour ago, on a SATURDAY via cell phone, to ensure I was receiving the right pain medication and that I could be helped through the normal post-op pain. But the surgery was successful, the issue and diagnosis was confirmed and my testies were “anchored” to avoid any future torsion issues.I don’t have the certainty the my issues will be 100% solved yet, it’s gonna take time to assess that. However the incredible level of care I’ve received from Ben, Doctor Yamada, the smooth surgery process, the kindness of the front desk and everybody working at the office. I’m very grateful, and I will 100% continue to trust Doctor Yamada with my urological health moving forward.

Will Never Go Back To This Doctor Again!Very disappointed.I get better care and treated respectfully from my Veterinarian and my Dentist.That should sum up Dr.Alan Yamahda to a T.He makes more money off doing cosmetic procedures in the office he crys all the way to the bank with a office so filled with patients ..what a shame.I would not have any procedures done by this Doctor!!

Dr. Yamada and his staff are friendly and professional. I had my first Mona Lisa Touch procedure 6 weeks ago..what a life changer!!!! For any woman suffering from menopausal changes, vaginal dryness and painful intercourse..this is the answer for you!!! My husband is amazed with results and now have a stronger more fulfilling relationship. Thank you Dr. Yamada!!

Dr Yamaha has been my doctor for over 10 years. Always a little wait In the front office to see him for my yearly appointment. Always very courteous and friendly. Would highly recommend.

I was so disappointed to hear that Dr Yamada does not take Aetna After seeing him for nearly 10 years now I must now change doctors. Dr Yamada himself didn’t know why they do not take Aetna. He recommend another MD, Armen D who does take Aetna. What a shame that I have to change after all these years. I was told the ladies up front make the call so I guess it’s on his staff for this poor decision not to take patients with Aetna. So it’s a 10 for Dr Yamada. A 0 for his staff. .

Outstanding. As a result of his diligence in evaluating my condition the doctors were able to identify and treat in time a second life-threatening health issue. Professional manner is excellent.

Dr. Massey has been very easy to talk to and gives me as much time and explanes in detail should I have some concerns on my visit. Thank you again Dr. Massey.
