Breana and Marisol provided excellent service for my three year old daughter was very knowledgeable of her craft.This was my daughter’s first time getting blood drawn. She made sure my daughter was comfortable by allowing her to sit in my husband lap. Even suggested we allow her to watch her favorite show. Her demeanor was calm and pleasant. Overall, it was a great first experience.

Drove across town to get a shot for a package I purchased and they closed early for no reason. Very disappointing, especially with gas prices being so high lately. Waste of my time and money.

Absolutely the best experience Ive ever had with blood work. I will come here for all future needs. Chelsea was very friendly and professional. I made an appointment and was in and out in about 5 minutes. I have very small rotating veins and commonly get pricked multiple times and even have them dig around with the needle. Chelsea was amazing! She was able to look at my veins and know exactly where yo go before I even had a chance to tell her. This was the BEST experience Ive ever had!! Thank you!

I visited the location on Matlock in Arlington,TX. The technician was extremely professional and personable. The pricing was amazingly inexpensive. The results were emailed as promised. Tested on Friday and received results by Monday. Tell your physicians about this option for testing. I will use their services for future testing.

I thought this was a lab not a bring your dog to work! I needed a dna test done for my baby and there was a dog in the building. This goes against sanitary practices. I could have been an health inspector. Plus the white girl with dog at the front desk had her computer open. This goes against HIPPA as well. How do I know if my test results got messed with just because they don’t take their jobs seriously. These are serious cases and some people can’t afford mishaps or dishonesty.

Went in at 11:13 am which is 47 minutes before they close on Saturday. I am a nurse and I need a drug screening prior to starting a new job. The young ladies at the front desk refused my business because I didn’t come a whole hour before closing. That is unacceptable. If they are going to make rules like that, they should have that posted online and not in fine print on the front door. This is bad business. I will be using someone else.

Was not very impressed with the friendliness of the staff. They were quick as said they would be, but still had multiple things that were not great. It was before 4 that we tried reaching them on a day they closed at 5:30 and the phone line was either off, busy, or something for the whole 45+ minutes we tried reaching them. There is also no Dr on sight so if you try to contact them and ask them about your results, (which we finally got ahold of them while I was typing this) they cannot explain them to you because “they are not doctors”. So you would be better off going somewhere that has better patient care and knowledge available to you.

I found ALTN back in February when I was having to get Covid tests every 10 days to visit my Mom in her nursing home. The staff was so friendly and efficient, I always had my results emailed within 30-45 minutes. One day while waiting I noticed they offer a number of services that I now take advantage of. Lipo B-12 Shots, Vitamin C shots and of any Lab test your doctor might require. I cant focus enough on how informed and kind the staff is. Breana and Marisol both get me in and out very quickly. I have never been afraid of needles but if you are, please know these are the most gentle ladies whether drawing blood or giving a shot, I never feel a thing. I recommend AnyLabTestNow all the time. It is a must to stay healthy is this crazy time.

I normally don’t write reviews but they really deserve it they were fast honestly she said that after 2-3 days you’ll get the results but i got it in 1 day that awesome I recommend coming to this place and tbh everyone wanted to charge be 300$ they only charged me 70$

I started coming to this location for B12 shots. I tried all 3 but it seems like the original one works best for me. I was getting them once a month but then Marisol, one of the spectacular phlebotomists, told me she gets them weekly and I decided to give it a whirl. Boy! I notice if I go longer than a week when it starts wearing off...All the phlebotomists in this location are quite spectacular. Especially Breana and Marisol. They remember my name, I feel welcomed, and I feel like they care. They ask me how I am feeling and if I notice changes in my wellbeing after my weekly B12 shots. I absolutely recommend this business.Friendly, warm, and FAST!

I normally dont write reviews but this place is amazing! Best customer service, I wish I remembered the workers names but two young nurses were so kind to me. No long waits either! The paper work wasnt ridiculously long! Everything is amazing. I highly recommend!

I got the Lipo Mino B12 shot today and Breana and Marisol were so helpful explaining the differences between the different B12 shots. I will definitely be back and plan on signing up for the package. The experience was great!

The blood draw was painless and fast as advertised, but the turnaround they quote on the website and in the office was not accurate for my particular test. I read on their website that my particular test would be ready anywhere from 24 to 48 hours. The lady in the office confirmed this. I went back to pick up my results 48 hours later because I did not receive them by email and they were not ready. The lady in the office called the lab and they told her that the turn around for my particular lab was 3 to 5 days. I also discovered that it took over 24 hours for my blood to reach the lab. So total possible turnaround for my test was 6 days. If you need your lab fast, make sure you have them call the lab for the turnaround time because you may find like I did that they are quoting the wrong turnaround time for your specific lab test. They also misspelled my last name on the lab test so make sure they spell your name correctly. Also, there are no refunds after they send your lab.Update: So here it is 7 days later and I finally received an email with my lab results as an attachment. When I try to view the attachment and I get an error. So now I will have to go in tomorrow to pick up my lab results that were supposed to be emailed. So something that should have been no more than 2 days and one trip turned out to be 8 days, 3 trips, and a staff that cannot spell, send an email attachment, and do not know their own turnaround times for labs.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. From the moment we walked in, the lady with her sunglasses still atop her head at the reception desk continually complained to anyone who listened that she was the receptionist, lab tech, and phlebotomist that day. I was appalled that she so openly threw the company under the bus. But it gets worse. We had a baby with us who needed his diaper changed, and although we had a changing pad, she insisted we change the five-month old on the floor in their restroom (no changing station) or on the floor of Starbucks restroom (also no changing station). But, the best part was that we’d called the day before and made an appointment. She never once said it would be awhile, but we figured something was up when a white older lady came in without an appointment and was helped before us and the two black couples also there first. Thirty minutes after our scheduled appointment, still no word. At 45 minutes after our appointment we left. She didn’t even say goodbye! So why does 45 minutes late matter you ask? Well because she told us the baby couldn’t eat anything or drink anything until he had his lab work. That just doesn’t work.

Breana & Marisol are the best phlebotomist, I never have any issues when I come and get a B12 or Vitamin c shot. It is very quick and easy.

It was a pleasure getting poked by Chelsea. I would do it all over again if given the chance.

When I draw blood it is normally a huge ordeal you have no idea. I usually become a human pin cushion for just one sample. Breana helped me today and in one shot she drew. No collapse no blow just drew. One l of the best phlebotomist I’ve ever encountered.

Visited the Arlington location today for a 5 panel hair folicale due to legal opportunities .Could not felt more at ease in a very stressful time in my life. Any Lab now location in Arlington was very clean and the staff was friendly. I was in and out within 10 minutes.

Charged me 1/3 the price of Quest lab! Saved $800! Also the ladies working there are very sweet and helpful.
