Dr Bergstrom is such a wonderful person and easy to relate with. She makes you feel free and comfortable. I’m glad she was the one that did my surgery. The surgery went very well. The next day I was discharged. No bleeding and no infection. Thank you for the good job you do.

I had an appointment scheduled for 9/25. I received a call and automated voicemail stating my appt needs to be rescheduled. Took me about 5 or so days to call the office to try to get it rescheduled because I was sick with Covid; however, I have been calling since then. I have left numerous voicemails and no one has yet to call me back. I received an automated reminder text of the appt in which I replied back to cancel so that I don’t either show up to an appt that can’t be fulfilled or don’t show up based on the voicemail and they attempt to charge a no show fee. I don’t know what is going on but even calling at 8:30am doesn’t work

Dr. Bergstrom is not just a wonderful doctor but a wonderful person. She lightens up the room with her presence and puts all my anxiety at ease. Im so glad I found her as my Gyn. She actually cares. There is no other I would have had to do my surgery but her.

It was my first time; however, I enjoyed the experience, with all expectations because my primary physician referred me to Dr Bergstorm. I rate this physician a five star because she deserves more than a five. I told her that she cant leave, retire, etc. until she refer me to another OBGYN Specialist equal or greater than she. So overall happy with my visit today. The staff were extremely friendly! The only con is figuring out how to get to the building, but other than that super satisfied. I can’t thank Dr. Bergstrom enough. I have been a patient of her’s and the group for many years now. I have always been happy with the care I have received. Recently, I needed a hysterectomy. Dr Bergstrom also found and repaired a hernia at the same time. I knew I had been having problems for awhile now but until she did all the repairs and hysterectomy, I had not realized how much the problems impacted my life until I did not have them. So thankful I found a womens health services group staffed with knowing and compassionate female physicians and caregivers.

My experience with Dr. Bergstrom is always positive and consistent. She is warm, conversational, and always makes me feel comfortable. She takes her time, and she explains things thoroughly to make sure I understand what is happening and next steps. She is an awesome doctor.

As usual, my appointment was, dare I say-enjoyable. The Front Office Receptionists are friendly, proactive & productive...Dr Bergstrom is personable, insightful & efficient, so my annual check up was nice & easy...and an added pleasant surprise was getting my labs done with Christina the Phlebotomist, shes hilarious, insightful & personable as well... Dr Bergstrom & her people rock!

Dr. Bergstrom takes all the time you need but you can be in and out in 15 minutes, if you are healthy. She remembers you, asks the right question and gives timely suggestions. I cant imagine using anyone else for my OB/GYN.

I have a history of fibroid & endometriosis in 2010. Had a d & c, thought I was done. Last 3 yrs Ive struggled with pain, fatigue, & endless bleeding. No one could figure out what was wrong. I no longer knew what normal was anymore. Had it not been for Dr. Bergstrom & the wonderful women in her office (Dominique) for caring enough about me to figure out what was really wrong, I may have gotten so much worse. I finally feel like a woman again, pain free. I was very lucky, and am so grateful!

I was very nervous, I hate going to the doctors. But I needed a gynecologist and found Dr. Bergstrom on Zocdoc and she had all great reviews. The reviews were no lie! She is super nice and answered all my questions. I felt at ease and felt that she cared and was well educated. Hoping to stick with this place. The front desk and and the nurses were all really nice as well.My wait time was quick, but I had an early appointment at 9:45 and got in less than 10 mins.I was also able to get an appointment in, in less than a week!

Dr. Bergstrom was referred to me by my primary care physician when I changed PCPs about 15 years ago. Very happy that my PCP did. Dr. Bergstrom makes the annual well woman exam as painless as possible. She is a caring doctor and listens to me about whatever issue Im currently experiencing as an aging female. Ive been going to Dr. Bergstrom for the past 3 years. Her staff has always been nice and helpful, the waiting time is average to little. The only problem Ive had was booking an appt that worked easy on my schedule. Dr. B is very busy so she books up quickly. But she opened a new location on Fridays and even though is further for me, it works out just fine. I just went for my checkup and I was in and out of there in less than an hour! I highly recommend her practice.

Dr. Bergstrom was very friendly, competent and reassuring.However, the office is well hidden on the upper floor of a parking garage. Its easy to find once you know where it is, but for a first visit the address and room number are not enough. The address goes to a parking garage and the informational signs dont include the Womens Health Center.

Office staff seemed nice but,didnt really know about insurance plans.Dr Bergstrom eased my anxiety about some post menopausal bleeding. She gave me the royal treatment that showed me it was the cortisone shots that triggered it. I live about 35 minutes away but, she was worth it.

I am not sure what exactly the other two reviews are talking about. I have been a patient there for 5+ years and EVERYONE in the office is amazing!! I have had contact with every member of the staff and every doctor; they all are amazing! Some personalities are more dry than others, but everyone cares so much about you. I see Dr. Bergstrom and her bedside manner is above and beyond amazing! All of my coworkers use this practice and I have referred many to them! Dr. Peppler is the high risk OBGYN and she is very serious about the sonograms. Makes sure she does not miss a thing! Sometimes you have to wait a long time, but thats because the doc is usually in a delivery at the hospital! If you just ask whats going on, they will tell you.Try them out! You will not be upset.

My appointment was at 1130am and they saw me at 1130am. Dr Bergstrom was professional , answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns about menopause. I like that I was texted and e-mailed reminders for my appointment. Thank you Dr Bergstrom for taking care of me and my daughters.

Waited over 3 months for this appt. No mention of 2 locations. Drove 20 min to the wrong office. Arrived 15 min early to be told Im at the wrong office. Rush back 20 more min to the correct office. Walk around for over 20 min in 105° heat trying to find the office, as no suite number was provided. Was on hold with the office the entire time, but no one answered. Arrived 30 min late for appt and was refused to be seen, which is probably best since all my lady bits are boiling in sweat at this point. Will not be rescheduling. Locations and directions should be explicit if there are multiple.

This review is for Dr. Peppler not Dr. Bergstrom. I have used Dr. Bergstrom for 7 years now and she has been wonderful. I have recently become pregnant with my first child and unfortunately Dr. Bergstrom is no longer delivering so I will have to use a different physician. This being my first pregnancy I was not aware only one doctor, Dr. Peppler, does the sonograms. Every appointment that has been made through the staff has now been cancelled by the staff, telling me that the doctor has had a family emergency.My first appointment was made in the first week of August, confirmed in late August and then the last week of September just before my appointment the first of October, the staff called to cancel, saying that there was a family emergency. Thats fine so I asked it be done on a Thursday or Friday and was told that was fine that she only does them on Thursdays and Fridays.The person scheduling the appointment then advised me Dr. Peppler didnt take appointments on Fridays right after she had just told me that she did. I was finally able to get an appointment for the following Thursday 10/08/2015, in the afternoon because my husband and I both work days and need ample time to get the time off work and for the drive. The appointment has been set for over two weeks now and I get a phone call the day before telling me Dr. Peppler has a family emergency. I understand emergencies happening but both times, on Thursday afternoons and both a day before the actual appointment.When I called and spoke to Carla, Dr. Pepplers nurse, she was very rude, uncaring and very condescending. I told her that I needed something on a Thursday or Friday afternoon because of work and she kept giving me early times before lunch. Carla was very rude and never in the seven years of going to this office have I been treated so rude. This is not how you imagine the start to your pregnancy happening.

I am so dissappointed with this Dr. I waited for a month for the appointment the date of the appt. 1 hour before they called -emergency dr wont be able to see you.????? wait another month???? please why dont have some one to cover your appts??? so I leave with my illness for another month?? My appointment was at 11:00 am. I went back to the room at 10:50 am and was leaving by 11:07 am. Dr. Bergstrom is friendly and professional and I am glad I changed doctors after no longer being happy with my previous obgyn.
