Josephine (NP), the Prevention Specialist and Phlebotomist are all greatly friendly, devoted and so professional and good at their jobs! Love it! Great experience and warm welcome back after I stopped the program for awhile!

I scheduled 2 teleprep appointments with these people. Both times my “phreesia” appointment link didn’t load without an error message until AFTER my scheduled appointment time.Maybe don’t offer Tele-anything if you can’t get your technology together? Particularly when appointment windows are so far out in the future.You are better off just making the trek to Dallas where the clinics on Cedar Springs *actually* care about gays and people of color. This clinic clearly doesn’t.At least in MY experience. Good luck 👍🏻

Dr. Josephine and staff are amazing! They are helpful, caring & truly doing God’s work. We are an often forgotten sub-group of people in reference to general healthcare.. here, it couldn’t be further from the truth! This is PERSONALIZED CARE at STI costs that are actually affordable and HIV/PreP services that are either low cost with ins. or FREE, because they feel in their heart that this is what is right and it’s helping to make an ‘Entire Community’ healthier and more aware.. truthfully, they are partially responsible for being alive today, and especially the SMILE I am finally able to form and keep every day, even with the daily B.S. we go through as a people who are often picked on and treated unfairly.. If you EVER feel as though you’ve been treated unfairly or without compassion as it pertains to your sexual health/healthcare in general, come here! Dr. Josephine and her staff will care for you with open arms and appointments are often available next day! The staff is amazingly nice and they greet you with a smile. Every single time I go in for a checkup they make you feel comfortable and secure whether you’re clean or not. This is the best Help Center I’ve been.Brandi and Devin always make you laugh, always brings me joy.

I feel blessed to have access to the services provided by Help Center. I consider the staff my angles. They care about me and those that come through their doors. They make you feel safe, taken care of. They make sure you stay on top of your appointments. They ask how they can improve the way they do their work. They make a difference in our community. Thank you so much to the work y’all do.

Best place, great service. You put your first step in the office and you feel welcome. They are always with a smile on there faces. The medical assistant are awesome! They are great the best of the best. Please go get your check done! They are there to help you they are free and hey! They are super clean, wonderful staff. Highly recommended 5 stars!Ask for Devin if you can. She’s great too!

Very clean and sanitary. Every time I come in theyre friendly and treat you like a human being. Im usually in and out within 20mins, which is convenient for me. Shout out to Devin for treating me like family❤️ The provider is also amazing! And Brandie is the sweetest

They dont do HIV rapid tests on people currently on prep. Very inconvenient.

Everyone and staff are all so kind and genuine, the helped me get onto PrEP and I don’t know what I would do without him. HELP is something I won’t take for granted.
