ARCpoint Labs of Marysville - Arlington

I have come here a few times for blood draws bringing my own home kit and have had really pleasant experiences with both the receptionist as well as the nurse each time.I don’t have to wait long and I’m always able to schedule an appointment a day or two prior. The facility is well-kept and welcoming with little touches of hospitality (soft music, candy bowl at counter, etc). You can tell they care about hospitality, which is always nice when you’re going in for something unpleasant like needle pokes for blood draw, etc.. :) definitely a relaxed environment.It’s nice having this location close by in Arlington.Definitely recommend!

Second time doing a pre employment drug test at this location.Only note is to come prepared, otherwise you have to hang around inside the building until youre able to provide a sample.Everything else is great and super smooth! The business hours are somewhat limited but its all walk in and they do Saturday testing if you need that, which is a rare offering at labs I think.The staff is also friendly and efficient.

Fast! Friendly, clean, simple and easy to follow instructions. The waiting room is a little small but parking is literally right out the door.

This Arcpoint Labs location is awesome. The receptionist Sam was awesome to work with. I had some trouble figuring out what Labs my doctor had ordered and she help me figure everything out and went the extra mile to get me what I needed. The person who drew my blood was great as well, I didnt even feel the poke of the needle. The environment was clean and professional. I was able to walkin and get my testing done within a few minutes once everything was figured out. I highly recommend this place. Great service and professional. Super easy . I went in on a Wednesday day about 12:30 got right in no waiting around in a Less than desirable waiting room. Everyone was very friendly and I really liked how I went back immediately after completing the paperwork. I don’t have any negative feedback. Yes I would recommend. By the way I went to the Smokey point location. Beats the heck out of those places in downtown Everett or actually any where else I’ve had to test.i loved that I wasn’t sitting around all day.

The Arlington location staff are very welcoming and pleasant. It is a very clean, well kept facility. When I arrived the front exterior walk was being swept prior to opening for the day. I was invited in to have a seat while I wait for them to open. These little things demonstrate the people working here care about the appearance of the business they portray to the public.Ive been to a handful of other facilities for the same purpose as todays visit with Arcpoint Labs. These other business didnt come even close in their way of conducting business.Thank you Arcpoint for getting me in and out in a timely manner to make my next appointment.

Went for a drug screening. Pissed in the cup. Got told I am good to go. 15 minutes later they called and said I needed to come back and sign a paper.. nice waste of time. Would’ve got a better rating if you hadn’t wasted my time.

Great people. Nice facility (inside). Horrible location.. I assume that comes with the drug screening territory tho. Lock your car and carry some mace.

Top notch lab and service! I normally dread the process of having my Serum Tears made. What an unbelievable difference it was using this lab. Such a pleasant experience! I highly recommend!

I have to say, I have been to many labs for my employment and this one tops them all! The staff was so friendly and helpful. I was able to get in right away with out any long waits or delays.

This place is very good. The employees are nice too! Always lock your car in this neighborhood, because of the smokey point area loser drug addicts walking around.

Arcpoint Labs did my blood draw for a home kit my doc had sent to me and sent it off for me, all for a fraction of the cost of the big name labs. Their phlebotomist is extremely good at her job too, very important.

Efficient service. Walked in with my three employees and was able to set up and account with minutes. Got all staff tested within minutes. The manager and the front desk were excellent and very helpful. I highly recommend ARCpoint Arlington WA branch.

Convenient location in Smokey Point. Came in for a pre-employment drug test and I was able to walk in certain hours during the week. Receptionist was friendly. Didnt have to wait more than 15-20 min. Gal who helped me out in the back was also very nice. Hassle free and quick visit.

Went in for a walk in test, was done within 15 minutes. Great experience.

To start, I was nervous because I was worried things would go wrong or it would be busy or complicated. Called ahead to schedule, was able to schedule pretty much asap, showed up like 10-15min early to be prepared and went in before my appt time, and then I was done before my scheduled time. It was super quick, simple, and easy. The staff was helpful and very friendly! It went so smoothly, Im really happy. Will definitely keep this place in mind if I ever need another test done.

We had 3 people needing testing, online website was great, I messed something up but was able to get a call back almost immediately. Customer service who called was incredibly kind, helpful, and knowledgeable about what I might be needing even when I wasnt sure. Results came in incredibly quickly and we were alerted of our results on multiple platforms so we couldnt miss it!! Highly recommend, will definitely be using again!

I had to give a pre-employment drug screen. When I called the lab I was able to make an appointment within the hour. When I arrived at the clinic I was immediately taken back. The tech collecting the UA and the front desk staff were both very kind and friendly.

This was a very good experience for me, most other places I have gone for drug screenings I have had to wait, sometimes for an hour or more. The wait here was less than 5 minutes, the staff were efficient and very nice. A definite 10 on the recommentadion scale.

The staff is nice and respectful. However the incompetence of switching the MRO has impacted my family significantly. The service provided is unreliable and extremely expensive. I recommend somewhere that takes their patients results serious.

I went in to get some eye serum made. It was easy to book an appointment online. They are in a nice location close to Interstate 5. The staff is friendly and helpful. The lab technicians are good at drawing blood. The turnaround time is fast. It only took about 1.5 hours to make the eye serum. I now have a six-month supply. Arcpoint Lab is a nice place. Yes, I will be a returning client.

Amazing customer service! We had to get Covid testing to fly to Hawaii and the process can be complicated and confusing. I made a error when registering and the manager went out of her way to help fix my issue and refunded my accidental over payment quickly. She really put my mind at ease that we would receive our tests timely. The day of the test was so easy! The lab tech was so friendly and kind. Both my daughters said wow, she was so nice They were nervous for their tests and she made them laugh. We also received our results in 24 hours as promised. Super super impressed.

I am absolutely ecstatic about my experience here. After using some other labs to process some Health Screening Tests, I find the people here to be very proficient, knowledgeable, and pleasant. I would give them ten stars if I could.

The technicians were outstanding and very professional. They were right there when we pulled in. My wife, daughter and myself had 3 appts. back to back and we finished all three tests within 4 minutes and were leaving 2 minutes ahead of our first appointment time at 845am.

I initially scheduled an appointment in Bellingham but when I arrived this morning, I discovered that it was closed for renovations until December. (ArcPoint, please update your online scheduling so this doesn’t happen to more customers!) So I called the Marysville-Arlington location and they were able to move my appointment so I could get my test done today. I also received my test results by the time I arrived home in Bellingham. I appreciate their professionalism and customer service!

Because of prior travels and a couple surgical procedures that required a Covid test, this was by far my best (of 7) experience! From scheduling to the actual test everyone was stellar in their efforts to make this experience top notch! Huge thanks to the technician who was caring, explained the process (even knowing this was not my first test). We paid extra to get a 24hr test result and it was in my email in 22hrs 30 min!! Hurray!!!

Went very smoothly, no hiccups. We did the 36-72 hour nasal swab for 90 bucks pre travel Hawaii Covid test. Results came back in less than 24 hrs. The swab itself was very gentle and non invasive, non bad at all, and the location of the lab is sooooo convenient if you live in Marysville/Arlington area. Its the Smokey Point Costco exit. Couldnt be any easier. The lady answering the phone when you call with questions has been very patient and helpful.
