I wish I would have gotten the names of the two women that performed my IUD removal. I get extreme anxiety with any sort of medical procedure and I had put off my IUD removal for far too long due to fear of pain or something going wrong. Upon arrival at this PP, I was reassured that everything would be fine. They made sure to get me seen ASAP so I didn’t have increased anxiety with the wait. The nurse was SO kind and empathetic and the doctor was very knowledgeable and put my mind at ease. The actual removal was SO much easier than I had thought it would be. Quick. And honestly painless. I was prepared for the opposite. THANK YOU!!!!Side note: this place is clean and tidy too!I’ve always loved every Planned Parenthood I’ve been too and this one once again exceeded my expectations. Thanks again ❤️❤️❤️

The customer service is terrible, the nurse aid did not make me feel comfortable, she kept huffing and puffing, everything felt like it was rushed.& the black nurse practitioner made me feel EXTREMELY uncomfortable & not welcomed. She looked annoyed! My visit with the nurse practitioner was probably for about 1 minute. She did not explain things thoroughly. I came here once probably 5 years ago now. I thought things would have changed as far as people’s attitudes. I do not recommend this location.

This is the worst place to ever go to, unprofessional staff, unprofessional doctors, first they try to manipulate me and my wife by using the word law.My wife doesnt speak English and we do everything together, we never had any issues with other clinics, but these people are sick minded.Second, we went for general check up, they forced me to stay in the waiting room with my son while my wife was checking.Third, they forced my wife to do a pregnancy test, even after my wife refused.Forth, they told my wife that they will send her the test results by email, its been 10 days and my wife hasnt received anything.Fifth, when I called to check on the results, the lady told me that she can not discuss anything with me, and only to my wife.If you want to maintain your family strong, avoid this place, cause they will break your family apart using the word Law.

I had the most amazing experience here. All of the staff were helpful and made me feel so welcomed. They talked me through my situation & made me feel seen & heard. Q and Brittany especially were awesome, and SO sweet to me during my time at the clinic. Will definitely be back in the future for any needs that they could help me with.

This clinic was amazing they made my scheduling for an IUD removal easy they scheduled me the next day when I called to schedule an appointment. My waiting time in the lobby was 10 minutes, the nurse talked me through the process & answered my questions about trying to conceive. The Doctor made the IUD removal easy on me she knew I was nervous she talked me through the whole process only took 2 minutes! Love this place.

If i could give 0 stars, I would. TERRIBLE customer service & bedside manner. I used to be a Medical Assistant at a PCP office and was always taught to be sympathetic and caring with patients concerns. Never have I gone to a medical office and been treated this way before. The staff here is SO uncaring and RUSH your appointments without you being able to really explain what you’re going through. Then they charge +$100 that you would get for $30-40 at a regular doctor. I thought this place was supposed to be helpful especially for younger women. They didn’t even educate me on anything I was prescribed. So unprofessional and unhelpful.. for these reasons it’s safe to say: I will never go to a planned parenthood again! Worst experience ever. I’ve never left an office before crying and feeling more terrible about my women’s health journey… dehumanizing.

Amazing people. Very kind and considerate, explained every part of my visit to ensure I understood everything about what was happening and why. Helped me immensely when I had issues during a blood test. Understanding and calm atmosphere. Would recommend.

Came in pretty hesitant for an IUD check after several awful experiences with another/prior gyno. Cathy and Maria treated me so well and made me feel as comfortable as I could be. The check in and check out process was smooth and confidential. It was all around a good appointment.

If i could rate it 0 starts i would. I spent $203 to get my blood drawn for a 4 panel test that they called a “full panel” then never got the results back. Ive tried calling and no one would pick up. An absolute waste of time and money.

Bad a experience with a family member I was accompanied with . ( below I have inserted alternative of another clinic - for small business owners or low income patients who don’t have insurance like myself for Pap smear )Highly concerned about the training and treatment of personnel here including front desk, Gabriela. She is not Uptodate with ACOG or national cervical cancer guidelines yet feels can deny care without any medical training. Patient was denied pap spear despite meeting national guidelines for indication of Pap smear. Furthermore, she refused transfer to a supervisor to discuss some serious treatment allegations.Was essentially kicked out of office without the right to speak to someone. This is highly concerning especially when patients are in a vulnerable position and in need of care. Planned parenthood should be following national and specialty specific guidelines and under no circumstances should deny care to any patients!Please consider speaking to staff especially front desk about treatment and misinforming patients which can have serious consequences.( after calling several clinics ladies I found a place called Clínicas sin fronteras - I will do a review of this place with photos , 106 e seminary dr Fort Worth Texas price for a Pap smear is $50 + $30 office visit so far best price )Planned parenthood wanted to charge me $145 for visit and additional price for a Pap smear .————Regarding your respond :Your explanation is disappointing as you miss the point. My point is that a front desk personnel should not be providing medical advice on what is indicated and what is not. I strictly follow ACOG and national cervical cancer guidelines and so should you as a state funded medical entity.I hope you talk to front desk personnel staff, Gabriela, on how to treat patients appropriately. Under NO circumstances should someone be denied care or the opportunity to discuss medical matters ie indications for certain exams with a front desk receptionist.Please do better! I recommend the rest of the public to please look at my advice above on other locations that charge appropriately, treat you like a human, and follow national guidelines on Pap smear and other procedure indications. Went elsewhere (where I mentioned above) and I was treated excellently while receiving co testing HPV + Pap smear + consult (with an actual medical provider not front desk) all for a 150. Here they refused to even cooperate with me with what I could actually afford.

Kathy & Pam helped me through the whole process I was nervous & talking alot and they were very sweet 💕 would definitely come to this location again.

The staff and manager were very caring, understanding and kind. Jessica was my nurse and when we started talking I felt like I could talk to her about anything. Her personality and professionalism were like a breathe of fresh air. She was a great listener and does her job very well. Gaby (Manager) started off my whole appointment on a good note. From the moment I walked in to when I was leaving she made sure everything went smoothly and even checked on me while I waited to make sure I was good. My doctor Josie was amazing per usual. Over all, everyone that helped me today went above and beyond for me. I highly recommend, if you are Trans and are looking for a safe place to start transitioning, this location is your go-to.

Grateful, for these gals. I was in and out quick, a one stop shop (visit, diagnosing and prescription all in one) and not to mention the price for my visit was fantastic and that’s without insurance! The staff was pleasant and professional. I truly have no complaints, I will definitely use their service again in the future.

Although I made an appointment, they saw people without appointments before me. My appointment was set for 2:00 and it was after 4:00 before I got out of there. I had to wait at least an hour in the patient room to be seen by the doctor and then she didnt even tell me her name. My visit felt very rushed and the doctor seemed like she could care less about me as a patient. She brushed off my concerns and was in and out in less than 15 minutes which is ridiculous considering the amount of time I had to wait to be seen. I was given two prescriptions, but was not given the opportunity to have them filled at the pharmacy of my choice and was therefore charged more than I would have been at my usual pharmacy. I will definitely not be going back to this location.

I had a colposcopy & pap, everyone in the Arlington office were AWESOME!! I live in Richardson but I really plan to make the drive there for future visits. They made that much of an impression on me. Maria(nurse) and the Manager were the BEST.

I was a little bit early for my appointment but they took me right back. Had to wait a little bit in the room. Everyone was nice and professional. Getting my iud out was a breeze! Didnt hurt and she slowly pulled it out! The process was so easy and painless! Highly recommended coming here!

New to Texas and since I was a new patient, could not get an appointment w my OBGYN until 3/10. Decided to try PP and they had an appointment available very next day for a female health checkup. Easy to book an appointment, even on a Sunday. (Much easier than the OB). The experience was peaceful and courteous from front office to checkout. Jessica the intake nurse was sweet, calming, and honestly angelic. I thought to myself she must be a blessing to people who might be very nervous coming here. The clinician was professional, easy to be around, quick, and friendly. The check in and check out process was easy, too. Copay was very reasonable. I am really confused by some of these reviews? This is just one 43yo lady’s opinion, but no one was “rude” whatsoever.

The staff was so great. From my check in to check out. Jess greeted me for my appointment and got me checked in. Once I was back, the MA’s were so sweet! Jessica got me ready to see the NP Josie. She was great, so helpful and answered all my questions. Helped me feel comfortable for my exam. I’ve always had issues with my blood being drawn but Nidia did amazing, she got it on her first try and didn’t hurt me. Lastly, Gaby checked me out and she was super nice as well. I really appreciate the whole staff. They are all so welcoming. I will definitely continue to see them.

Staff was so nice and helpful. I had a lot of questions about my health and they were able to answer them. The nurses and doctor are very kind and respectful and give you all the information you need to stay safe. I had a very pleasant experience and will be coming back next time!

Very helpful staff who always left very confidential voice mails (a bit too much at times because I couldnt remember which doctors office the number was, but I appreciated it) and they give you a number as well so they can ensure its you theyre talking to when giving very important information. I saw the same doctor 3 times and she was very sweet. Theyre very very busy after 2, but before 12 theyre basically empty. If you hope to get in and out quickly, definitely do it in the morning.

I couldnt sleep last night because my period pain was so horrible. I decided to go back on the pill to help with the pain, but I dont have a gynecologist anymore, so I googled the local Planned Parenthood. I was able to get an appointment that same morning, saw the nurse, and was given a prescription within ten minutes. She listened to me about my pain, my weird vaginal problems, and gave me tips for coping with the various issues. She was considerate and kind and listens to me like no other doctor has listened to me before. As a plus, the staff and everyone I encountered were so kind and lovely. Im definitely going to come back. ❤️❤️❤️

I was told they were booked that day but decided to give it a try. To my surprise they even take insurance so my visit was basically free. I really needed to get my birth control refilled because I was having issues being off of it. The wait was minimal even though they were completely booked somehow they managed to squeeze me in. My doctor was amazing and went out of her way to help me with my needs. This place has always been my back up when I cant get into see my ob/gyn. Its a great place. I do not understand all the negative reviews. I think some people are just never happy.

Do not get an IUD inserted here. The recommendation for the string length is 2-3 cm. I have now gone to two doctors who cannot find the strings. I underwent painful fishing inside my cervix only to be told I have to undergo emergency surgery to get it removed as my IUD Is literally just swimming inside my uterus. I remember The Dr who inserted it had finished then said she would cut it a bit more so my husband didn’t feel them. I have always supported PP but it’s unfortunate to know the Dr was more concerned about my husbands pleasure versus my own safety.

I had issues with confidentiality...staff was okay. Maybe I was tended by someone who had a bad day??...I requested information and was made uncomfortable because she was responding with annoyance and rolled her eyes at me. I wouldnt sign something because I had questions and while I was talking I was told to just sign in the response I was given. The doctor was great. As the first time of me trying to get birth control, I was already nervous because of my mother not letting me. The care I was given wasnt a help either. Would only come back because the doctor was very awesome and helpful.

Called and no answer. Pulled up during business hours and nobody is here. They were “open” from 9-1pm and I came at 10:30am so it wasn’t lunch time, if you’re not going to be of aid, then close down.

I’ve been coming to this clinic for 5 years and love it. I appreciate the customer service from the reception and my nurse practitioner! Thank you for what you’re providing for me

I dont understand the reviews on this place. I went to get my first ever birth control prescription, and they were so friendly! Not to mention so fast. I was done within 40 minutes! All the girls were friendly, very profesional and cared about me. They explained to me everything I needed to know and left very content. Definitely made this trip 100% easier.

This place was absolutely wonderful, I cried tears of joy. My fear of doctors and places like this exceed my fear of damaged health and even death and this place made me feel so comfortable and worked with me through my terror until I was laughing and so happy my tears turned from fear to joy. Thank you so much to everyone, especially Heather Sheppard who helped us tremendously and gave me opinions I never knew was possible. There are no words to express my love of this place and their staff and not enough stars to rate their service.

Lady who answered the phone (from a call center) was rude and unprofessional. Over talking me asking questions I was already answering while she interrupted. She started becoming condescending by laughing at what I said. Nurse at the actual clinic was much better.

Horrible staff... They should be glad anyone with insurance would come there in the first place. Staff takes forever is very lazy. When I walked in the door they were all just lounging around no one wanted to take the initiative to even be bothered. Everyone that comes in the door is not there for the free services . I only decided to drop in due to unable to get in with my doctor... You would think they would be in the business to make money. I will never go back... Wish I could just lay around at work and turn patients around at the front door . horrible service

Im rating it at a 3 because Ive never been to a facility that made you OPENLY verify your information and the REASON for the appt while youre in the lobby with other people present!Granted I was able to get a quick appt slot, but they threw the concern for privacy out the door.

Hice was so sweet!!!! The staff was nice! I will continue to go here! I got booted off my insurance & needed help with my health! They helped me & im very satisfied! I paid out of pocket but nothing more than what I would usually spend at my old obgyn!! Love this place

Ive been with pphood since 2001, all over dfw...this location is the WORST of all. the staff must be miserable b/c they cant hide their attitudes very well, when u arrive at 2:15p for a 2:30p appointment of ONLY getting a simple birth control refill, u somehow find yourself there past 4 oclock!!!!! why book heavily if u know ur under-staffed! im very disappointed in this clinic!!!!

So unprofessional. They act as if your a burden if you come in there. No one has the answers to anything, they have to ask the nurse for everything. The nurse was good I can’t remember her name. But this is the worst planned parent hood ever!!!

Maria Hice is an Awesome Nurse Practitioner. She was very professional and very informative in regards to the Well Womans Exam. My daughter and I give this clinic 5 thumbs up!

I’ve been twice but the staff were nice both times. Unfortunately the first time my insurance didn’t go through so I had to pay out of pocket.

Terrible service. Booked a month in advance for a procedure just for them to cancel my appointment when I arrived because they gave me the wrong instructions. Wasn’t sympathetic and didn’t apologize at all. I’m beyond livid with my service. Do not go here

Came in without insurance asking for a blood test for a pregnancy. Even after asking they still asked for a urine sample. Doctor came in to give me an injection on accident (got the room number wrong). And got charged $95 just for a urine test.

Fantastic. The care was top notch. I felt listened to and treated fully with respect. 100% recommend for any woman out there.

I called to book a appoiment and ask some question the girl who answered the phone, was laughing I asked what time she closed and she laughed and paused &- said oh ummm we are booked today? Yea what ever its a holiday today they probley wanted to get out early horrible customers service

It was my first time visiting and they were so nice.

On a whole the staff were very pleasant and knew exactly what they were doing, the place was very clean. Will use them again, the price was right for what I needed.

The wait takes forever. They are not helpful or happy people, nor willing to help. Dont come here if you can avoid it.

I called this morning to schedule an appointment for Saturday morning. And whoever the lady said you guys was closed on the weekends. LIE TO ME AGAIN!

They are ok but my only issue with this place is they move ridiculously slow .. Like dont expect to get served your scheduled time .. Expect a wait ... No matter how empty it is ..
