This is absolutely the most professional and quick urgent care I’ve ever visited. There’s a sign in and registration QR code in front of every parking space so you can sign in and wait from your car instead of going inside and waiting. Just make sure you pay attention to your phone and the code you need after registering will be emailed to you. Such a smooth process and everyone is very very patient, friendly, and understanding. The WiFi information is also shared on the signs as well.

I was very pleased even though the procedure was not pleasant. I did not have wait long. The rn was knowledgeable and nice and surprisingly sympathetic. I strongly recommend their service

Ive been going here for years! They are the very best. Im always in and out. Theyre efficient, kind and professional. Ive never left here feeling disappointed. My concerns are always addressed. Im so glad to have them in my neighborhood.

I have been bringing my kids here for a few years now. The customer service has always been great but today- they went above and beyond! Everyone at the front desk was so kind and helpful. Thomas, the tech, eased my stress in a big way.The Doctor was amazing with my girls. He took his time talking with, and explaining, things to my girls. He made us all feel very comfortable and welcome to express concerns and feelings. Kindness goes a long way and their customer service was absolutely 2nd to none!Just a simple thank you from an overwhelmed and stressed out momma. You all are a big asset to this facility. Thank you for all you do!

Unfortunately, I am a frequent visitor to the urgent care and have been coming here atleast 3 times a year at this place. The previous providers and people were helpful but todays experience was very different in a good way. The Provider Amy (NP) was kind and thorough with asking me clarifying questions and educating me on the medications and next steps to take care of myself. I will continue to come to this Urgent care as needed and will recommend NP Amy to others.

It was super easy to make a same-day visit within an hour! They let you wait in your car which is amazing and all the staff was so helpful and understanding. They provide you with masks and the whole visit was fast, safe, and easy.

My favorite clinic. The whole team always comes through and assists especially with little ones not feeling well. Our most recent visit 8/12/24 for college requirement vaccine. The front desk lady- Tamia and the medical assistant Steven and the nurse practitioner were keen to our needs and promptly attended to us. We are grateful and dont take awesome treatment for granted. Thank you for being honorable professionals.

Secured an appointment online quickly. Only problem was that regents is not Medicare friendly (coverage info). But when I called location was told I could complete paperwork when I arrived, which I did. My wait was maybe 10 minutes until I was called back. Steven took my vitals, ultimately did flu, strep and RSV swabs. NP came in to examine me, discuss symptoms. My swabs were positive for flu B and RSV. Steven gave steroid shot, RXs sent to my pharmacy. Very competent staff at check in and all around. Now, to just feel better. 👍

It was so nice to go in to see a doctor and actually see someone without a long wait! And everyone i dealt with was pleasant and helpful. Even the check in process was easy. I needed an X-ray and didn’t want to have wait to get in to see my doctor so this was perfect! Thanks to all.

Listen, although I have a PCP for some reason I always find myself going here. Reading the other reviews I felt the need to share my experiences. Yes, experiences, plural. Every time I come here I never have short of a great interaction with the front office and back office. Now, when I go, I am usually very sick so my perception could be throwed off. With that being said, today, not even 5 minutes ago I just left from seeing Dr. Amy. Now, Dr. Amy and I have a special relationship because she just saw me 2 weeks ago, very sick, with strep. That was my first time having strep as an adult. I never knew adults could get strep I honestly thought that was a child sickness. Regardless, I actually took my antis (antibiotics lol) as prescribed. I finished, living my best life, went to the circus, went back to work, and having a time. Well, I started to have a new little sore spot in my throat. Because this feeling was familiar I did not want to have the same experience I just had. So I scheduled a same day appointment. To my surprise, its Dr. Amy, who remembered me. We chatted, which is something I could barely do 2 weeks ago, and had a few giggles. Regardless, I still technically have strep but I am coherent and aware of my surroundings. Due to this, I had to leave a 5 star review because I hate these other people had not so great experiences, but as for me and my house, we support CommunityMed and Dr. Amy.

We came here to get a high school physical for marching band/color guard (which included a well exam). Extremely easy check in from your car and didnt wait too long. Front desk and nurse was very friendly and helpful!Dr. Brent was fantastic, very knowledgeable and very thorough. The exam was quick and easy. He talked to my daughter about the normal things like eating healthy, getting sleep, taking care of yourself - but also talked about things like staying hydrated and how to look for signs if you are dehydrated, and signs of heat exhaustion when they are out marching in the Texas heat.Another thing he talked about is human trafficking (and gave us some things to read at home)- not a lot of doctors talk about it, even though it really needs to be addressed more often- so I really appreciate him tqking the time and talking about that with her also (even though we have had those conversations at home, it is always good to hear them coming from someone else). Thank you Dr. Brent! We will be coming back for any other needs!

Their online scheduling was easy and convenient. The front staff was very helpful and nice! Shoutout to Crystal! The nurse and doctor were very nice and knowledgeable! If I ever need urgent care again, I’ll be going there!

Had to go to this location because the other urgent care’s X-ray machine wasn’t working. The first time I had gone to the other urgent care, the female doctor was wonderful was understanding that I hurt my back, it hurt to the point that because I didn’t have insurance I paid 350 out of pocket. I had told her I didn’t need pain meds just a doctor’s note to take the week off work. She listened and made sure I didn’t need the pain meds. The next week I hurt my finger, it had already been swollen and in pain for two weeks before I went to the doctor because I was waiting for my new insurance information, and didn’t want to pay another 350. I had to do everything through the website wait in my car in the heat until I got a call. The front staff was wonderful, even though I told the male doctor I was in pain everytime I woke up and had to take 2 extra strength Tylenols every 5hr, have an ice bowl in my freezer when it got really bad, I guess he didn’t believe me because the X-rays showed nothing. Pain doesn’t show on x-rays by the way. He just told me to keep doing what I’m doing, raise my hand for the swelling and take ibuprofen, which by the way contradicts with my ADHD medication and can cause blood clots. Which my female doctor had told me because she took the time to look at my chart. This is the reason I will now be asking beforehand if the doctor is a male or female. Not the first experience I’ve had where my pain doesn’t mean anything to a male doctor.

Tamia, the front desk professional was kind and helpful. The rad tech was thorough and kind. Dr. Gooden was excellent. He was very thorough, helpful, and an “outside the box” thinker who spends time and looks for the root cause.

The online registering process and setting appointment was simple and a time saver. The outside check in was convenient, and I waited in my car. I was seen within my 30 minute appointment window. My medical needs were addressed by the PA who is very knowledgeable and made me feel confident in the medical care and prescribed treatment.

My husband is usually the patient here, but my daughter fell on her friends monkey bars and I decided this place was and definitely is better; faster and nicer than the hospitals!! Excellent staff and friendly service. Thanks for making my daughters first break not a terrible experience!!! Recommend 10/10

After being hard headed and not seeking professional help for my terrible cough and feeling awful I got right in , within 15 minutes, to see the great NP! They tested me for the regular stuff, but they heard my cough and after the exam and test results I was given what I needed to start feeling better right away.

My wife and I got sick with flu/cold symptoms. Called our regular PCP that we had for a long time, and couldnt take care of us, referred us to Urgent Care, looked it up on Google and found one near us. On 287. Long story short, we called, sent us on line application, and arrived for our 1pm appt, everything was processed easily, we use Medicare and Tricare for Life. My wife and I are pleased for the attention and professional care that everyone displayed. In case of another emergency definitely will visit them again.

I was seen super fast in less then 10 minutes O git tested for everything saw the provider and every one is so nice and have great customer service Todays team was Tamia, Amy and the nurse that traige. everyone Thank you for doing a great Job and loving what you do

My girlfriend visited there a few days ago because she had a bad allergic reaction and had hives covering most of her body. Do not go to this place. They charge you $200 to just register and make you sign a contract that waives you the right to get your money back. The front receptionist told my gf they wouldn’t see her if she didn’t pay the full amount. My gf wanted to pay at least half of it and pay the rest later but they refused to help her because of “policy”. If you don’t have money to register all they say is basically “that’s tough. Move away”. You don’t even see a doctor. You’ll see a nurse practitioner that doesn’t even seem to have experience and doesn’t really even look at the affected areas. She just assumed my girlfriend was stressed ?? And didn’t do anything but a urine test. My girlfriend left crying because there was no definite diagnosis just some steroid shot and pills and a “hopefully that helps”. Why even pay 200 if there’s not a definite. diagnosis??? And they don’t do blood work there. Very useless. A waste of time and my girlfriend still itches everywhere. Won’t be coming back here.

Best urgent care I’ve ever been too.Everyone was kind & helpful from the front desk to the provider.Checked in online, waited in car, and was in the room within my 30 minute time slot they gave me. The whole process took less than an hour. Definitely recommend!

This location was okay, I had a pleasant experience with everyone except the nurse (maybe PA? unsure of her title). She was very short with me when I told her my symptoms, cut me off multiple times, and seemed inconvenienced that I was there. I felt completely invalidated when I was experiencing some really concerning symptoms. She made me incredibly uncomfortable and very upset. I do understand that people have bad days, but the lack of sympathy I received from this nurse felt beyond that. I will not be going back to this location because of the treatment I received from her.

Great place to visit if right before a trip you are not feeling well. That are quick and dependable. Test provide a relief if all are negative or a positive test adds caution and proof to travel insurance if needed. Thanks CommMed

If I could give - stars I would. they advertise services that they do not provide. I filled out paperwork with my concerns arrived at the facility filled out more paperwork then got called to the front to be told we dont do lab or Xray services after I paid my co- pay. Wasted my time will complain to the Texas board

Easy to make an appointment, but I had to wait in the car for a phone call before I could take my son inside. When that call came, they asked if I was using the pharmacy at Walgreens. I told them NO and changed it to the nearby Kroger. However, they still called the prescription in to the Walgreens and never told me. I kept waiting for confirmation from my regular pharmacy at Kroger that it was ready. I had to call back to the clinic to find out where it was and thats when they told me it was at Walgreens. It was a huge waste of my time and I lost out on my rewards points at Kroger. The care we received was good, though. Overall Id go back again but would be questioning the pharmacy location more carefully. And maybe one day they will actually allow us to wait in the comfort of the lobby rather than our cars.

I always have a great experience here. It’s so refreshing to walk in, especially if you aren’t feeling well, and be met by kind and friendly people! Crystal, Mike and Amy were all amazing and made my day better.

The lowest rating is 1 *,that can go to the nurse practitioner, she was just that. I checked in online although there was one person in the waiting room when I got there, I still had to wait 30 minutes to be actually seen. I can deal with that. Here is what was bad. Receptionist, Kandi, Candy... acted like I interrupted her day by walking in sick. Never having been here before, I had a few questions regarding insurance, if they were in network, and co-pay. She doesnt like to answer questions. She had a very hateful disposition. Then, there is the exam room. No sink with soap and no hand sanitizer. They need to clean the foot pedestal that you step on to sit on the exam table. It was filthy. Will I ever go back? No, never. There are too many different urgent care places that I can choose from. A place that will actually appreciate my money. I went to this place because of the good reviews, but I think a lot of them were actually posted by people that are paid to do that.

I have gone to this clinic for yearsI cant take off work to go yo my Dr. So after work hours are great and so is the staff. I highly recommend

I wasnt happy that I received a very low dose antibiotic to treat my severe condition. My PC pointed this out to me because of the writeup stating how sever it was. After 3 days I wasnt feeling better and went to my PC who fortunately had a cancelation and got me in within a couple of hours. Back at your place I felt that when I said I didnt want to do all the test, which I had done a Covid test at home and was negative just before arriving at your location, the PA didnt see any additional billing and cut my visit short. Done. This is the first time I had a bad experience at your clinic. All the rest have been very good with good results.

Great friendly staff and a clean facility. Our visit was quick. I requested a same day appointment, filled out our paperwork at home. We waited in the lobby for less than 5 minutes. The visit was about 20 minutes total for my son to get a sports physical.

We had an appointment here for my elderly mother visiting from out of town over the holidays. The clinic was very clean, organized, and professionally run. Every staff member we had contact with was pleasant and professional. We especially appreciated Dr. Nguyen. He was very thorough & professional. His bedside manner was truly amongst that of the best doctors I’ve encountered. He was so tender, kind, respectful and engaging with my mother. At 78 and suffering from covid for the first time, she was very frightened. Dr. Nguyen addressed all her concerns, and clearly explained post appointment care and protocols, and gently set her expectations for the recovery process ahead giving her a sense of calm and confidence. Thank you for the great medical care and for the exceptional interpersonal care. Thank you for maintaining the perspective of treating the “whole person” and not just focusing solely on treating the illness.

This is the second time we came here for my son’s physical we like the staff and their affordable prices.

This place is the best! No sitting in waiting rooms with other sick people. You register online and wait in your car. The actual visit was thorough. I needed to get sutures taken out. The nearby care now had me waiting 3.5hours, Repeatedly quoting me 40 more minutes. I had to go to work, So I got on my insurance app and found this place as a nearby option. Once I got there, They had me in the room in 10 minutes, And walking out the door and another 5. Clean and friendly environment! The staff was helpful and efficient all the paperwork was done on my phone before i entered the building. The best part of it all was the waiting room aka My Car! I loved it just played on my phone until i was called which didn’t take long. I definitely will be back if need be.

I had a really bad sore throat. The tests that were done all came back negative. I received a shot. The next day after my appointment, I started feeling worse. When I called them they said to wait a few more days to see if I felt better. However, the following day I went to the emergency room with a high temperature and my throat had gotten worse. I was diagnosed with a tonsil abscess. I was admitted to the hospital 4 days before my daughter’s wedding. I was told that I might need surgery to remove my tonsil. I was given a very strong antibiotic intravenously every 6 hours. I praise God that it worked!! I was released from the hospital 24 hours before the wedding!! If I had listened to them and waited a few days, I would have missed it, which would have been devastating!! Some of my family members have gone to them for medical help. We have all decided that we will never go again!! I would have given them 0 stars, if it were possible!

Had such a great experience here with my 2 year old son! When I called, Dana (I believe that’s her name), was so nice and helpful in answering my questions. Once I got there with my son, all the nurses and doctor were so kind to my little boy. They made him feel comfortable. He left so happy with the toys they let him pick out. Most importantly they knew what was wrong with him and prescribe the proper medication for treatment.

Went in for a dog bite and was seen with minimal wait. Staff is very courteous and professional.

When I registered for a visit online my insurance was listed on thier site. When I get there they dont take my insurance(the old out of network scam) even though I have taken my daughter there with the same insurance. Now they say its out of network but could see me for a $190. I left. Do not go this place it is a scam.

Actual visit was fine, but when having problems filling prescription they refused to call the pharmacy when requested by pharmacy themselves. 3 days later have to go get a physical paper from the office and take it to pharmacy myself. Very unhelpful. OH and pharmacy tried to call, couldn’t get though.

Got in to see the doctor shortly after arriving. The staff was very curtious, professional and caring. They attended to my needs and I highly recommend them for urgent care over the other care centers I have attended.

I brought my brother in last week for multiple symptoms .He was accurately diagnosed, given prescriptions and is getting better.Little did I know I would enter urgent care today with similar symptoms. Nurse Amy was very professional, caring, and thorough. She found I had another health issue that left untreated would have not gone well for me . I would highly recommend coming here ,I hope you don’t have to come of course, but if you do ,it sure feels like (family) helping you when you are sick!

This urgent care is amazing. I received the best care here. The staff is really caring, friendly and professional. They take the time to listen to you and dont rush you, they spend quality with you to make sure all of your concerns are taken care. I saw Dr Nam Tran Nguyen and he is phenomenal. He really listened to me and included how I felt and thought about my treatment when advising me of my options and care. I would definitely recommend this urgent care to others especially the doctor I saw. He is truly one of the best out there!!!!!!!!

Great experience. Registered online and was able to get an appointment within an hour. Parked and they shortly texted me to enter the building. Love not sitting in a waiting room a length of time with other sick folks. I was called back in less than five minutes. Very professional and thorough visit. They reviewed the medical history I brought and decided to add a chest x-ray based on my part history. Highly recommend.

Great urgent care with friendly staff. Scheduling an appointment online was easy and made check in quick. My wife and I have both used this location and are satisfied with our experiences.

I loved this place until my last visit. My daughter tested positive for strep on Saturday Jan 13, she was p prescribed Z-Pak because she’s allergic to penicillin. By Monday, her symptoms had gotten worse. I called asking if I should bring her back in or to get a steroid shot or new medication because there was no improvement. I told whoever I talk to on the phone she barely open her mouth, eat, drink or talk and was in worse pain than she was on Saturday. I was told that NO prescription works that fast and it hadn’t kicked in yet .I asked well shouldn’t we see some improvement? I was told no not yet. Wait until the Z-Pak is finished, which she only had two pills left and then contact them on Wednesday For a Teladoc appointment. I took her to a different urgent care on Tuesday. There they agreed that she should have seen some improvement and shouldn’t be as bad as she was. She was given a steroid shot there and prescribed steroids, and a different medicine. They also said if we didn’t improvement in 24 hours that she would need to go to the hospital For a CT scan to make sure she didn’t have an abscess on her tonsils because she had all the signs of it. I took her to Cook children’s where she was diagnosed with an abscess. She had to have surgery the next morning to drain it. I felt like I wasn’t taken serious when I called on Monday. I was basically told this is strep she’s gonna be in pain try Chloraseptic spray try some ibuprofen wait until the z-Pak is finished.Iif I would’ve listened to this, and the abscess Had burst, my daughter could’ve been extremely ill and hospitalized for a long time

The folks there were fantastic from the technicians to the ambulance service the called for me. I did not want to get in that ambulance,, 63 and never been in one, but the Dr. on call was on point. My urinary infection because of a lodged stone was so bad it took the hospital in Mansfield 3 days to get my temp down. She was right on making me go. They said if i went home i could have lost all bp. It went down to 50 over 30. And she was real good looking too. Pretty little blond, like my wife. Thank you all down there on sublet and 287 for knowing your profession, all of you. I went through some real pain, but you guys sent me to the right folks for help. You did your jobs 100% TK

Son suddenly started feeling really bad and we needed somewhere to take him without going to the ER. CommunityMed was great, had an appt, saw him immediately and had him feeling better quickly. The longest part was registering online before we left the house, but once there, everything went smoothly. Thank you all!!

I love the appointment process for checking in in the parking lot which reduces the wait time and crowd of patients. They also appropriately referred my son to the ER with suspected appendicitis. He had an appendectomy the same night before it ruptured. We also come here for school physicals…quick and easy!

This was my favorite urgent care center because of their caring attitude and great service, but this outing they were more concerned about paperwork....sitting there with a gash in his hand that needed 12 stitches but they wouldnt see him without his ID even though he had just been there within past 6 months.

They were awesome. I was able to schedule online, wait in my car till they were ready for me, goin, pay, see the doctor & leave. They’ve got the process down!!

Ive always had good luck here. Easy registration online, a little time to sit in the car and play on my phone while I wait, then straight back to a room when they call. Friendly and professional every time, and so much easier and cheaper than the ER.

DO NOT GO HEREFirstly, the front desk receptionist is very rude, aggressive, and unprofessional at all times. Secondly, the nursing staffs from the MA to the NP are also very unprofessional, unreliable and dont seem like they know what theyre doing, especially the NP whose name is Nam.I went there for a sick visit and told them that I would like to use the pharmacy down the street from them. But guess what? After I was seen, they sent my prescription to another pharmacy which is 20 miles away from where I live. I called the clinic to see if they can switch it back to the one I had earlier requested for, but the rude Phone answerer (receptionist) had the guts to tell me theres nothing they could do and I needed to call the other pharmacy to correct their own mistake. I was forced to go back to the clinic to make sure their mistake was corrected.  And even at that, none of them showed any remorse or even tried to apologize. The rookie and incompetent Nam the NP just sat there staring without uttering any words. I just wasted my whole day visiting their Urgent Clinic. It was more like an All Day Clinic. Nothing urgent about them.I will recommend you go there if you would love to waste your time and money.

Used this facility many times, from common colds to split-open finger, and they’ve always been excellent. You check in and do medical history over the phone while you sit in your car, and the wait inside has never been more than five minutes. The staff is friendly, helpful and professional. I decided to go In for a really bad respiratory infection and booked an appointment for the next morning. No sitting all night in the ER, no begging your family doctor for an appointment at least a week away. I think you’ll like them.

Oh my goodness!!! My husband made my appointment here when I was feeling so bad. Of course I didn’t want to go, but did so, reluctantly. The minute I opened the door the receptionist greeted me and was so kind and sweet, not like most places where they seem annoyed that you walked in the door. I was seated and within 1 minute they called me back (no exaggeration). And then...here comes the best part, the nurse practitioner was an absolute doll. She made me feel like we’d been friends for a long time,. She gave extremely good advice and the perfect prescription for nausea. So if somebody in the office sees this review please leave a comment below what her name is and tell her thank you. I am one very happy patient and will be back again...but not too soon I hope!I give them 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 stars!

Based on my experience, this urgent care facility is the place to go to if you’re looking for kind, attentive staff with great communication. I checked in online for a 7:30pm appointment. And about 15 minutes prior to closing, they were flooded with at least 5 walk-ins, and I observed that they treated every person with kindness and patience. There was a patient there who was quite rude and impatient with the front desk and not once did the staff ever lose professionalism.This place exceeded what I hoped for. My health concerns were taken seriously and were handled with care and diligence. I even received a handwritten card from them in the mail afterwards. If I ever need to go to an urgent care team in the future, I will definitely be returning to this one. This place use to be a great speedy place but I’m not sure what happened. They seem to be apathetic and uncaring now. Not the nurses and doctor mind you but the reception staff don’t seem to care about their job. The website says walk ins welcome. My wife took our child there for nasal congestion and respiratory issues. She sat in the car for an hour with no one else there and they texted her saying they wouldn’t be able to see her for another hour and a half. On a previous occasion we planned ahead and set up an appoint but they couldn’t see her until more than an hour past that appointment. Not sure what’s going on but it ain’t the business it use to be.Update: apparently if the receptionist doesn’t answer the call it goes to a phone center. The phone center people seem to be a mixed bag. Some are very professional polite people however one in particular was rude and hung up on my wife more than once. We also suspect she cancelled my 1 year old daughters appointment.There is a level of disconnect between the phone service who may schedule the appointments and the actual business whom may or may not be able to see you at that time.

The entire staff is professional, polite, quick to help and thorough. I was seen at the time I requested. It did not take long for a provider to see me after the medical assistant was done. They sent my prescription just as they said. Over all great experience. Thank you for helping me!!

I’ve had 2 appointments and both times the care was amazing. This will always be my go to urgent care whenever my PCP isn’t available.

Just amazing!! From the QR code check-in process to paying my co-pay with the front desk and then off to see the provider, I was totally taken care of and in such a timely manner. I was able to get in at 11 am and out by 12:15 pm. The medical staff was super professional and so timely with getting all needed tests/X-rays completed.

Amazing patient service and employee attitude! I have finally encountered a professional group of physicians and physician assistants. I truly appreciate their help with getting all the forms sent and completed, then once there the rate of speed at which I was acknowledged and seen and given my results was incredibly fast. I have not one single thing to say negative about this place or the doctors and assistants who care for the patients! Just a great group of people! Thank you! I feel like I have been hit by a bus and you just made everything so much easier for me.

Amazing!!!!!Gloria, Bonnie, Whitney, & Chelsea were all amazing. We walked in at 7:56 with a cut that needed sutures— this location closes at 8! They did not frown or get upset because it was so close to closing time. They ALL were sooooooo darn friendly and provided entertainment as well because my friend hates needles!! We are so thankful for this staff. Gloria did a great job with the sutures— she was gentle and explained everything thoroughly!!! I highly recommend this place. Please continue to be amazing to patients. An injury is already stressful and they placed us at ease!!!

I have been coming here for years. The staff is always helpful and there is little to no wait time. My wife and I have seen Katie the PA for different things and she is always patient and kind. Elvira was the MA and she was very sweet and knowledgeable. Dustin the RT has been here about as long as we have patients and he is always thorough. Even Chelsea in the front office is cheerful and nice. My wife and I highly recommended this place.

I was mad at this place at first because I couldnt be seen when I showed up right before they closed. But they have some wonderful people working at this place. They are very helpful, respectful, and very good at their job. I have to admit, my husband was right! This place is great. Ive gone there twice with my kids and its hard for me to trust people, specially with my kids. I am very thankful to the front desk, for helping me understand how my insurance works, and to the nurses for being so caring and kind. I totally recommend it.

Receiving care from the actual doctor (Dr. Dave) and the nursing staff was excellent! Could not ask for better treatment for myself or my children. My issue comes from the front desk. I went there 2 days in a row. (11/15/2022 and 11/16/2022) The first day was for myself and the person taking payment said that I had about $23 and change until my deductible through my insurance was met but he claimed to have ignored it and just charged me the $15.00 co-pay and told me that he did me a favor. Cool. The next day I took my two children to receive care as they were starting to show signs of illness. Before arriving I called my insurance to see if my deductible has been met and they assured me that it had been met for the year. I show up to the front desk and Im being asked to pay $171 and change per child! I told the person who was quoting us that I called my insurance before arriving and they assured me that my deductible had been met. He then told me that the day prior that he mentioned nothing about my deductible but my out of pocket had not been met. Again, I get on the phone with my insurance while my wife was taking care of payment and asking why the high cost. My insurance said that once my deductible was met I should only have to pay the co-payment and that the out of pocket shouldnt be a thing. Insurance takes care of 80% of the cost and Im responsible for the 20% after the co-pay. The insurance person over the phone then explained to me that this could be one of the offices that overcharges because people that are insured are not paying their percentage the of the final bill. They estimate the cost and in most cases overcharge, send the bill to the insurance and then the insured person or party gets the refund if there is one after everything has been processed. My question is: why couldnt the guy at the front desk explain it that way? Its a tough pill to swallow but be straight with the people you interact with! Explain to people that hey, were charging you extra to make sure we get payment because the people before you didnt pay their percentage of payment.

My daughters & I went in for Rapid Covid test . I made our appointments prior to arrival . The staff was super nice and friendly . It was a very quick process . The wait wasn’t long and the staff explained everything. The nurse practitioner was very nice and professional.. I will definitely go visit this location again! Bonnie the front desk is just and amazing soul. She was very professional and helped me sort out my insurance .And that beautiful smile. She even helped me with my cell phone issues!P.K the star! This facility was the best emergency care clinic I have ever used!The place was immaculately clean and tidy.There was virtually no wait at 4:00PM.The staff was very friendly and accommodating.They gave me a feeling that they really cared about my issue which made me trust them completely with their decisions regarding care.I have other clinics closer to home, regardless, I will always use this facility in the future.Well done, Community Med Urgent Care!

My husband and I were both sick. Checking in was super easy. We waited maybe 5 minutes before being seen and then had great care from our nurse practitioner. She took care of us and sent us on our way. Ive gone to other urgent care centers and waited hours. This place is amazing and their service is top notch! Its a little out of our way but completely worth it!

The customer service here is second to none! I walked in literally 5-6 minutes before closing time with a deep cut on my hand that required sutures. They welcomed me in with no frustration or attitude and immediately made me feel comfortable. I was in and out with record time and I received great service. I registered online and was worried because the first appointment block time was an hour and a half away, but we went ahead and drove over and checked in about an hour and 15 minutes early. My son was seen right away. The front desk staff was courteous and quick. We were called back immediately. Curtis, the nurse was efficient and great (perfect for my high-anxiety son). Kathy, the nurse practitioner was wonderful -- very caring and kind and waited with us for a long time. She made sure that the numbing medication had done its job before beginning the procedure. When my son had a vagus response, Curis and Kathy were both there to ensure that everything was ok. I highly recommend this place. The people care a lot, are knowledgeable and quick without it feeling rushed.

Today was my first visit and I have to say I’m so impressed. I checked in online, arrived and filled out paperwork. Immediately after I was called into a room. The young lady that took my vitals was so friendly and efficient. The doctor arrived into the room quickly and was great. This is the first time I have ever had such a pleasant experience at a urgent care! I will tell my friends.

The nurse and doctor who took care of my needs were excellent and very professional. The admin answering the phones was very unprofessional and rude. I arrived 2 hours before they opened. I called to schedule an appointment bc the sign on the door stated not to come in if you are there for Covid testing. I called the number in the door to set an appointment, also went online to schedule the appointment. The time of the appointment came and went, I called the number again to confirm my appointment and what I should do bc I was outside of the building waiting. The rep rudely expressed to me that I made the appointment at the wrong place bc she did not have a record of me. I read off the address and number I received as confirmation for my appointment. It was that of her office. To this she responded with Im not about to go back and fourth with you. After I expressed my concern with her attitude and her making false statements without basis and then not addressing my reason for being there in the first place. She then again told me she was not going to go back and forth with me and then placed me on an abrupt and immediate hold. I then walked inside to see her laughing and joking with her co-workers while eating chicken express. I looked down on the counter and there is the receiver with me still on hold! I asked is this why you put me on hold? To have casual conversation with your co-workers and to eat your lunch? She responded with, she was about to come back on line and set up my appointment. This is unacceptable!! She then began with more attitude and sarcastic remarks. I ended the conversation by asking her to please just set up my appointment so I could be seen and go on about my day.When you are in the industry of health care there should be more accountable measure, checks and balances, for professionalism. As this young woman began, there were four others in the office who were standing with her who all scattered and decided not to step in or address this employee or stepping in to assist the customer/myself.Again, the rest of the staff was great & this one young lady Was not a representation of the rest of the staff!

We have used this clinic several times since they opened. We have worked with both providers as well as all support staff. We have received excellent care and the entire staff is exceptional. We actually prefer this practice to our family practice. We rarely find a need to go anywhere else. Also their app is excellent. Being able to make an appointment is simply wonderful. Thanks to everyone that works so hard to make a difference.

Really liked being able to book an appointment day of, the quick checkin process and front loading all the admin stuff without having you waiting in a room or in a waiting room full of more sick people.

Went here to get services and the medical assistant was very nice and did her job great!But then, the fat nurse practitioner,Christina was totally rude the second that she walked into the room. She was in and out in less than 2 minutes. Did not do a thorough exam. Didnt ask any questions about how i was feeling. It was like she just wanted to hurry me up and get on out. I literally had to ask her if we were through with the visit. Christina, If you do not like you job that much,get another profession. I will not waste my money or my time for someone who does not like what they do for a living.

Making an appointment online was easy and once there very little waiting. Staff and doctor are very friendly. The doctor diagnosed me and sent a prescription to my pharmacy telling me to call them if symptoms got worse or if I wasnt better in two days. Id recommend this location to anyone needing medical care. Was in and out in 30 minutes.

I took my daughter to get her sport physical and as soon we walked in, the young girl at the front desk was very polite and helpful. I read the reviews before going anywhere and the entire staff here deserves five stars. I sure will go back again!

They tell you to save your spot by scheduling a time online, then the receptionist call at 1pm and says they’re a three hour wait and I say that’s okay. Then she calls back three hours later and tells me to come in and I will have to wait there for another two hours! So, I was lied to by the receptionist. I lost a full day of doing nothing because I was waiting around on this Urgent Care to call me in for my time slot.

My primary care doctor was fully booked on a Friday morning, so I gave CommunityMed a try.I booked an appointment only 30 minutes out via their website. I arrived 10 minutes early and completed a short interview on a tablet (which I could have completed in advance on their website), including my primary care docs name, and was seen by the staff in 5 minutes.After a very through and professional exam, I received a quick steroid shot with an antibiotic prescription in case that didnt fully resolve my issue.I was done in under 30 minutes. I was very pleased by their promptness and professionalism, and would recommend them without hesitation!

Outstanding protocols in place to keep everyone safe. I like staying in my car to do pre check in and triage. They call you in one at a time so there’s no one else but you in the lobby. Once they verify your information you are immediately taken to your examination room which has been sanitized.

I was really impressed registration was really easy, I love that they send you a text message to let you know when you can come in. The receptionist was professional and friendly. I only waited 3 minutes in the waiting room. The Ma/xray technician was very professional, friendly and caring. The PA did an awesome job. I recommend this place to everyone.

This was my first visit to this clinic and I was very impressed. The staff was friendly and professional, and they saw me in a timely manner. Kathryn recommended different options of treatment for my laryngitis and was able to alleviate my pain and inflammation. Everyone was informational and took the time to answer my questions. They even had a kids movie on in the wait room and the exam room that helped keep my son occupied. I am already starting to feel better and can get back to normal life duties. Thank you!

Excellent! First time there and it was great. My daughter was in need for a sports physical and I could not take a day off from work to take her to her pediatrician, so I decided to take her to an urgent care. I found them on google and made the appointment online, super easy. Upon arrival the staff was super friendly, and helpful. The provider was so nice. I definitely recommend this urgent care center.

They are some scammers. I was told I could NOT use my health insurance because I was in a car accident. They were insistent on using my car insurance. I googled it and then asked my health insurance, and thats a lie. I called their number back, and the lady said well thats our policy, and if you dont like it, you can go elsewhere. I said yall are just trying to scam the insurance company, and she hung up. That answered my question.

My experience here was efficient, effective, and professional. My NP Kate was to the point and pleasant. I was presented with appropriate options of treatment to choose from. I was impressed with the staff’s ability to get my information in the system so quickly. The self-pay rates are quite reasonable. The other reviews aren’t lying. This is a great urgent care.

Wow! Went here for a strep test and discussed some sensitive issues with the nurse and PA. Everyone was so professional and friendly start to finish, really clean and well maintained office, just a great and comfortable atmosphere. And I didnt have to wait at all, past filling out paperwork.I will be taking my family here for all our urgent care needs, and possibly just regular doctor visits. Its a little more than my regular copay for medical, but I would be willing to pay it due to the positive experience I just had. Five stars and two thumbs up!

Every one of the staff at CommunityMed in Arlington Texas were incredibly kind and helpful. I recently had very bad experience at a different unaffiliated medical clinic and I was somewhat apprehensive to get my labs done again so soon, however my experience at CommunityMed was the absolute opposite of my previous bad experience! I honestly had an enjoyable time and I wouldnt hesitate to return for any of my medical needs and I would recommend them to anyone!

Visit was great. Christopher at the front desk was very kind and helpful. Booking the appointment had a glitch as at the end I received confirmation error so had to call to see if it went through as did not receive any emails. It had but just had to do extra paperwork at checkin.

The staff here is professional and compassionate. They were very gentle with my 87 year old mom and really listened to what she told them. They schedule patients well so no long wait with sick people in the waiting room and with the flu season so strong that is great!!

Always come here when I can’t get into my doctor’s office. Registration is easy, they are quick didn’t have to wait long. They also have a nice system for waiting in your car till it’s your appt time to avoid being around others who are sick as well. Always recommend this place

The nurse practitioner and the man who took my initial symptoms and vitals were both so nice. They truly cared that I wasn’t feeling well with the flu and did their best to make me feel at ease. I had a severe allergic reaction on my face that happened overnight. Thankfully I found CommunityMed Urgent Care. It didnt feel like any other urgent care I had ever been to. Despite, not being my primary care, they spoke to me and took care of me as if they were. I really felt the staff (Dr. Dane and his assistant) wanted to build a trusting relationship with their patients. They were compassionate, friendly and warm. They accommodate you as quickly as possible and be sure to address all of your concerns. I will definitely be recommending this place to others in the same situation!

It was great, they got me checked in super fast and got me in a room in less that 5 minutes, when i got back bam made sure i was okay and explained everything to me, the x-rays were tedious but they made it as easy as it could be, overall great experience

This is the place to go if you cant get in to see your regular provider. They see you very quickly and they are so friendly and caring. Im usually in and out within 30 minutes and have never had a complaint. The family has come for ear infections, muscle strains, pinched nerves, infected wounds, etc. Checking in online is a breeze and if you have any questions or concerns the people are so helpful.

Ive been here several times since theyve opened for all sorts of things from strep and flu to broken bones and back pain. I love this place. Everyone is great from the front desk to the nurses and physicians/ nurse practitioners. I have never had a bad experience. They seem to really care and take their time with each patient; unlike at my g.p. who often seems inconvenienced at my presence. In fact, Ive got no need to see my GP anymore as Im seen faster here without an appointment, and I get better service. They even call to follow up to make sure your doing ok after your visit. I cant say enough good things about CommunityMed. Keep up the good work!

Please do not go here. i was feeling very unwell and after an hour and a half wait, i waited for another hour in the exam room. the head nurse was extremely condescending. the nurse tech was nice but was inexperienced and provided the service incorrectly, resulting in more pain. at the end of the visit the head nurse told me to see a specialist, told me there was nothing they could do, and sent me on my way to pick up an antibiotic she prescribed even though she could not confirm that i needed it. i started the antibiotic anyways, but after visiting a specialist, i quickly learned that i did not need it and the head nurse had missed several factors that would have identified what i needed. very unhappy with my experience.

From checking in at the front desk with Chelsea & RT Dustin, to receiving medical care from MA Elvira to NP Katie. I would highly recommend this place to friends and family. They were all pleasant and friendly. The service was great and the wait time was not long at all. We were taken care of right away.

This place is great I been going for a while now !! They are super fast no waiting every time I go! And Katie the nurse is the sweetest !! She actually listens and recommends. We went in for a sports physical because my daughter was not quite due for her annual checkup. The entire staff is incredible. The sweet lady at the front desk printed out a form I forgot, the nurse was so kind and the PA was so friendly! Probably the most friendly PA I’ve ever encountered (and I work in hospitals and pediatric clinics regularly). Will definitely return again.

We have been going be to this clinic for years for sport physicals and minor illnesses, and have always appreciated he short wait times and professional manner they handle appointments. But yesterday they were absolutely amazing! My 15 year old son injured his finger quite terribly with a power tool and as soon as we arrived, they rushed us into a room and immediately started cleaning the wound and did a great job with pain control and stitches! They were so positive and emotionally sensitive even when he was struggling to keep calm. They will be continue to be the first place we go when we need urgent medical attention. My son and I both appreciated their compassionate and competent care!!

I absolutely love this Urgent Care. The office staff and techs are always so nice and helpful. I hardly ever have to wait extended amounts of time (unless it around Christmas and everyone and there mom is sick..lol), but thats understandable.I also have to say, I love the Nurse Practitioners here. Very knowledgeable, they always seem to care very much about their patients and needs.Thank you all for such a wonderful job and care when my loved ones and I are sick. GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!

Great staff - kind, efficient, straightforward. Pricing isnt bad especially because my insurance lapsed. Only $125.00 to see the doctor. Would have paid that even with crappy Obamacare so its a wash.Very quick turnaround - between paperwork, vitals, meeting with the doctor....Only 40 minutes. I definitely recommend this place.

Hands down the best urgent care I have been to! From the front desk staff to the care I got from Dane, the PA who treated me - all so friendly and gave high quality care. Dane was so nice and helpful and made sure I got all the help I needed with my pain. He goes above and beyond! Staff were friendly as well. They got me right in both times I went - 40 minute visits from the moment I walked in to the time I walked out. I will not go anywhere else if I need any urgent care needs. Highly recommended.

We have spent many hours in different hospital ERs, doctor appointments, and minor emergencies. We were in and out with a prescription in less than an hour. All the staff was very sweet and genuinely seemed to care about our daughter. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

Everyone was very kind, courteous, attentive, safe and the COVID test was extremely fast. The doctor had a great bedside manner, knew instantly what was wrong with me and how to treat me. The location is in my neighborhood so it’s very convenient. I found them on Google. I checked in online while driving there. They sent me a text saying there was a 5 minute wait and that I needed to arrive 10-15 minutes ahead. I got there, no line. The gentleman at the front was awesome. I was paying out of pocket and shockingly the whole appointment was under $200! I even received a steroid shot. The PA was great as well. They got me in and out very quickly. I would recommend them to everyone!

This urgent care is beyond the best by far, and most comforting staff as well. No appointment setting at all, and they get you in quickly. Their patient form is electronic and simple to complete within less than 10 minutes. Super friendly staff and they ultimately care about your safety after medication/treatment is given to you. I live in North Arlington, so I didnt mind the drive or the exceptional price of the visit...especially with what other clinics are charging! Thanks so much Clinic Team!!

We got there early, they said we had to wait 45min extra and that we could wait in the car. An hour later they text us saying they will call soon, another 45min later we get a call asking questions about temperature, cough, c19, etc. They are all coughing like crazy but asking us about covid, lol. soon and shortly mean 45-60min to these people. Ironically they put timers on the outside of the doors, set them, thrn ignore them lol. Spent 4 hours to get a shot and the place was empty and smelled like old food.... Go elsewhere if you value your time.

The staff was nice!! The price was great!! Every other urgent care wanted 100.00 plus..but I paid under 30.00!! The doctor was so nice and caring! She listen to me and cared for me bc I was sick with a bad cold. I will continue to use them! And tell everyone I know! The customer service was the best Ive ever had!!! And were neighbor!! Good job guys!!

The MA and Dr. was very pleasant , reassuring, and competent. As a healthcare worker we get absorbed in just doing our job sometimes . They were calm, professional, and made the visit very comfortable. My healthcare standards are high and they exceeded even my expectations. I only needed to come in for a pre op test, however, if an urgent care is needed I would definitely go back. Would definitely recommend this clinic.

Was seen by Christina and she was not friendly at all. She made you feel bad about coming in. I told her why I was there and she just listened to my lungs really quickly. I paid 125 and she spent no more than two minutes with me. She did not check my throat or my ears or check my lymph nodes. I feel I did not get fully checked out. I felt like I was just pushed through so they could collect the next payment.

Fast easy process, had to fill out paperwork that was simple and not long. Was checked in by Mia and she was very nice and pleasant. The MA Elvira is so sweet and cheerful, the NP Becca was fast to come into the room and diagnose me and gave suggested what meds to take. Dustin the RT gave me an injection and let me know what he was doing before jumping straight in. Overall a nice and quick team effort to get me in and out.

I had a great experience at this clinic today. I woke up with flu symptoms and I was seen by a PA within 30 minutes of arrival after web check in. This PA is kind hearted and genuine. He spent time with me and was nurturing and compassionate. Im planning to go back for future needs. Thank you!

I wish I could give additional stars for the terrific service we received! Every aspect of this clinic is top-notch, from the terrific customer service we experienced at check-in, to Dr. Thurmans supreme concern for my husband, and his personable, super-friendly bedside manner. Dr. Thurman is a terrific physician, and Im so thankful we found this little hidden gem of a clinic. There was ZERO wait, and Dr. Thurman patiently and compassionately listened to our complaints and concerns without interruption, and then provided my husband with terrific patient care. This clinic offers urgent care and family practice... and we will use this clinic for all our medical ailments, henceforth!

The clinic was clean and the movies in the lobby/ exam room kept my kids entertained. The check in process was quick and easy. Antonio and Ramiro were both a delight, you can tell they both care about their job and keeping the sick little one’s in good spirits. Tiffany, the provider, explained the treatment plan thoroughly! Will definitely return again if need be!

Im without a PCP at the time and was dreading going into an urgent care clinic. But no worries! Great online check in process, got me in a room quickly and was all done and out the door in 30 mins. Wish I hadnt put it off and felt miserable for a week before going. Staff friendly and efficient. Highly reccomend.

Came in on a rainy Tuesday morning and the place was empty. I was seen by Dane. He was amazing! The best physician I have ever been to. He was extremely knowledgeable, kind, sensitive, and a great communicator. I was self pay at first until I found my insurance information. Dane was very cautious of cost for me before I found my insurance information. Antonio was very sensitive while doing some heart monitoring. Everything was very clean and Dane and Antonio were very welcoming and friendly. I will be back to see Dane again!

Rude front desk- ask if they have any obgyn services, and the phone operator was very defensive and started raising her voice. Absolutely zero in compassionate care- your front desk is your filter for patients, so do your job and be helpful.

Went in because I had a sinus infection. The nurse practitioner said she would give me a steroid shot. I explained my concern because I am a diabetic and have been told repeatedly before by doctors this is not a good idea. She explained that it would only raise my sugar by 10 or 20 points. She then suggested I take Sudafed. When picking it up I noticed it had a warning for diabetics. I called the office and was told to go ahead and take it. I monitored my sugar closely and by 2 hours later my sugar was 425 And rising. Went to the ER and was there 7 hours and they only got my level to 215. They said had I not gone in it would have been worse. I am not happy with the negligence by this individual that could have cost me my life. The next few days I will Have to be extra sensitive and vigilant to my sugar levels. I now even have to take a new insulin to guard against the spikes. My lawyer is about to be called. I am sure that like other negative post this one will not be answered. I guess I may need to take other action.

Started feeling bad on Saturday night and Sunday morning it was worse. So I scheduled coming in on line and glad I did. Tested positive for Strep Throat. They did a great job of providing treatment and I quickly started getting better. The service was excellent from the Chelsea at the front desk, to Elvira and Dustin who did the evaluation and set up the treatment. I highly recommend them. THANKS

Quick and efficient! There’s nothing I hate more than waiting past my scheduled appointment time and that almost never happens here. Even when I do wait it’s only a few minutes. I’ve been here multiple times in the past few weeks for myself or someone else in my family and they’ve always been great and I get my results in minutes!! Very happy customer.

The PA spent less than three minutes with me. I came in with running nose for two weeks. She just walked in and said covid test was negative. Did not listen to my heart or look in my mouth or nose. The pizza delivery came just before I was called back so.......

They got me in and out so fast! I checked in online, and they said they had time for me right away. I filled forms out there. I loved the nurse practitioner, Rebecca. She had a very friendly and fun personality. She fixed me up so fast! Thank you!

Horrible!!!! I walked in with lower back and upper leg pain. I called first to see if they would treat me. I went over there and then was told they’d have to do exrays. For a muscle sprain!!! All I did was go swimming I explained why I hurt what I did and they turned me away even in pain. I am to say the least very upset. I got there at 7:35 and they said it would take them too long to examine me and do exray!!! No compassion. They just wanted to make sure they were out in time!!!!

Quick, professional, kind, easy. My sinus and ear issue got treated on a Friday afternoon and didn’t have to wait til the following week for care. Thank you!!

Tonight was our third visit here. So far we havent experienced any issues. We are in and out quickly and everything has been diagnosed accurately as far as I can tell. I had a shoulder injury that didnt require an ER visit but I couldnt wait until the next day. Where do you go after 5 on a Sunday?! This place!Friendly staff, short wait, great hours, clean facility, and a convenient location.

I went to get a COVID test. I just turned 18 and I am new to going to the doctors alone, but the med tech I worked with, Steven, was amazing. He was patient and kind to me as I stumbled through the procedures. The rest of the experience was pleasant as well, I was in and out quick while they took all proper safety procedures. Would absolutely recommend.

Went in Thursday December 26 for An unbareable severe migraine and I was able to be seen within 30 min which was amazing. The nurse and doctor had great bedside manner and was very knowledgeable. I was given 3 shots and some migraine medicine and by the end of the day my severe migraine that was a 10, went down to a 1 and today Still a 1 but not a 10 Thank God. Thank you guys for being able to get this migraine away so I can function again. Next time I’m in Arlington Texas which is about twice a year and need a place to go I will come back for sure.

They were timely. I texted when I arrived. Waited in the car. When they were ready I was admitted straight into the exam room. The nurse and practitioner were friendly and professional. Both took time to answer my questions. No contact with other patients. Careful to limit exposure due to the Corona Virus.

Never a long wait , staff is very friendly and helpful . You check in from your car and never have to sit in the waiting room with other sick people .

Earlier today I was bitten by an unfamiliar dog while I was out on a morning walk. After speaking to my mom, she recommended that I go to the nearest urgent care just as a precaution so I went online to find the closet one to my house. There were 4 urgent cares listed, but something told me to choose CommunityMed Urgent Care.Im so glad made the right choice because this was by far the best urgent care experience Ive ever had. There was no waiting, the staff was super friendly and funny, and they were able to treat my injury and send me on my way in about 10-15 minutes total. No extended waiting to be seen or unenthusiastic staff. Great experience! It looks like I just found my new favorite urgent care for my family and I. Great job, guys!!!

Went to get a school physical for my son and the staff was really nice and the doctor was really fun. My son liked the doctor he made the experience a fun one not scary like some doctors. We were in and out really quick! They even had cofffee/tea/hot chocolate and water whIle you wait in the waiting room. Before I was even done getting my cup we were already being called back. Awesome staff!

The doctors office was very clean and pleasant. I was seen in a timely manner. The Dr seemed very personable and attentive.The only negative thing I would speak about is that the billing receptionist provided me some misinformation. This required me to have to pay out of pocket (OOP) even though I had a health fund and a health care spending account that either one of those should have picked up first.😡

I took my oldest son into this clinic because he was complaining of severe pain from swallowing and had a slight fever. I usually take this with a grain of salt, but he doesnt get sick often nor complain about not feeling well. I decided we couldnt wait until his doctor was available on Monday. Took him to this urgent care clinic. They were able to see us fairly quickly. All the staff was very helpful. The front receptionist, I think her name was Lily, was very kind to us. Antonio was very professional and great around my son, and reassured him that everything was going to be okay. We hadnt been waiting long before Rebecca came into the room. She was very professional and reassured my son that she would figure out why he was sick. The test came back as Strep Throat. Yuck. My poor guy. She gave us a prescription for amoxicillin and off we went. If myself or any of my sons need quick urgent care, this will be the first place I turn to. Couldnt have asked for a better experience.

This place is great! No one likes being sick, and I hate waiting to be seen or fake checkins at other places. I check in online, Chelsea greets me and I’m seeing a nurse or med assistant (Elvira is one of the best!) in minutes. Katie has helped me last couple times and she always explains why she prescribes certain treatment. She offers options if you don’t like needles or bunch of meds. Again, this staff is great!

What an awesome place! I walked in with an injured finger. I was seen, given x-rays and a diagnosis, and was out the door in less than 30 minutes. SOOOOOO much better than any urgent care Ive ever been to before. The staff was excellent, the place was clean and comfortable, and my experience was great. I will be using them for all my urgent care needs in the future.

Just wanted to take a minute to thank the people working on Saturday so I could feel better faster. Krystal got me checked in quickly, while Antonio was answering all my questions. Katie was very attentive to my issues,and Elvira was a pain in my behind but ONLY because she gave me a shot to get me on the road to wellness.
