I had a great experience today!!! The staff was professional, courteous, and efficient. The facility was clean and well-organized, making the process quick and seamless. I appreciate their attention to detail and would highly recommend their services.

Any Lab Now is excellent. I expected long lines full of waiting people and agitated staff but got none of that. The facility was bright and spotless. Lina took excellent care of me. Highly recommend the Ashburn location.

I recently visited this Lab to have my mothers INR and PT tested, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The staff struggled to find her vein, and instead of seeking assistance or using appropriate techniques, they repeatedly used the needle on both of her hands. This not only caused her unnecessary pain but also demonstrated a lack of professionalism and skill.To give them a fair chance, we visited the lab twice, but both times they had the same issue with finding the vein. While the staff were respectful, their behavior was unprofessional. The final proof of their lack of expertise was when one of the staff members asked us to come back the next day because they would have someone else who is more skilled at finding veins. This admission confirmed that the staff present during our visits were not adequately experienced or trained for the task.To make matters worse, they charged us $60 for the service, which is more than double what weve paid at other labs ($27) for the same tests. Their inability to perform such a basic procedure correctly, coupled with the excessive charge, was unacceptable.I would not recommend this lab to anyone seeking reliable and compassionate care. Our experience here was far from acceptable, and I urge others to consider alternative facilities for their testing needs.

Very professional and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Scheduled an appointment time, but will take you early if you arrive early and no one is testing at that time.

Do not waste your time at Quest. AnylabTest was quick, super friendly, no wait time. And will have the results back to my new employer in half the time so I can start work asap!

Can honestly say I’ve never had a better lab experience. I had issues both times I have come here, not due to the lab itself but mail delays etc, and both times they went above and beyond to give me all the info they had and call with updates. Very appreciated!

I arrived at the lab just five minutes before closing, but the staff was extremely cooperative and stayed an extra 30 minutes beyond their usual closing time. I highly recommend this lab.

I got there 5 min before closing. Need a 10 panel same day result for jobsite. The Gentleman in the lab told me he will stay after closing to help us out. We got results same night 10 min later. Good business low prices.

I don’t like writing bad reviews, I gave this place two chances and they failed me both times. I went in before thanksgiving to get a test done here, and I’m from Winchester, Virginia so it was about an hour drive, they didn’t package the testing tubes right and compromised the tests. Then went again after to drop off another sample of blood since the first was compromised. They stated I wasn’t there when they took my blood samples. So I gave up on them and had to go to another lab. After wasting so much time and gas to go back and forth. Wish I could give them zero (0) stars. I am very disappointed with this lab. Since this was important testing that needed to be done to determine my future.

I had a rather complicated lab test request and went to Any Lab Test Now in Ashburn, VA on Generation Drive, to have the blood drawn. Despite the challenges, the staff went over and above to accommodate me. I can’t say enough about how welcoming, helpful and creative they were so that the test kit could be sent out that same day. They are a wonderful resource to have in the neighborhood.

I do not recommend this location. Customer service was friendly, but they did not keep the kits ice block frozen before shipping, and it arrived at the diagnostics lab at room temperature. Because of this I had to wait for a replacement kit, wait another 4 days (had to stop all nutritional supplements) and then collect one of the urine samples again and send out myself (this one was particularly delicate and has to stay frozen the whole time), thus delaying me from getting my full results by 3 weeks. Any Lab Test Now charged me ~$65 for this nonsense. Then at the same time, I have to wonder whether the blood samples may have been compromised somehow too, so now I am not sure I can totally trust the blood results despite having paid hundreds of dollars for the specialty kit. Clearly incompetent.. never again!Edit: Its interesting that the owner seems to know which customer I am.. If everything had gone so smoothly as they claim, I dont know how they could have known what lab to call.I am aware (of course) that the kit vendor provides the results, but the owner ought to know that the way you handle the blood after drawing it can affect the results, even if the samples are analyzed at another lab. For example, if you leave the blood out on the counter all night, certain molecules will degrade and will no longer be detectable. For example.

My experience here was great - I called the day before and they said I didnt need to make an appointment, so I just walked in around 9:15am and was done within 20 minutes. Very easy process to check in, and the woman at the front desk (Fatiha) was lovely.

I called yesterday because I needed to do a drug test for a job asap, and whomever I spoke to said I could come in TODAY at anytime to get it done as long as I brought the paper work my company sent. When I got there this morning, the lady told me that they don’t do drug tests on Saturday. When I tried to explain to the lady I called just the day before, she interrupted me and raised her voice, saying, “No, we only do them Monday through Friday.” She was very rude and impatient. I will never come here and never recommend anyone to come here.

I went without an appointment and had a great experience.This has become my go to place for blood tests. Every visit has been a breeze with the quality and ease of checking in improving every visit.Great experience! 10 minutes from walking in to leaving after blood draw. Everything went smoothly and the technicians who assisted me were professional and very competent.

The staff at the Ashburn, VA location were professional, caring, & courteous. The owner of the franchise was working at the front desk, completing requisitions, making phone calls, & assisting clients. I observed him running to drop off one customer’s specimens before FedEx closed! We arrived too late for the staff to finish prepping our samples & get them to the nearby FedEx, so, rather than have us return the next day (a near 2 hour drive both ways) the owner promised to drop off the specimens at another FedEx location. He had quite a drive to get there! I was so impressed with his kindness & his willingness to go above & beyond! I’d give this facility 10 stars if I could! 👏🏼

What a wonderful experience! This place is truly the best for anyone that has to travel last minute and needs a quick turn around on their COVID PCR results. We received our results within 1 hour, after scheduling the same day test. The women working there were very sweet and accommodating. Outstanding service! I had a very complicated kit to fulfill for my Lyme disease treatment and the entire clinic got involved and helped me get it done and shipped it off for me!I originally went to the new Any Lab Test Now in Fairfax since I live in DC and after wanting an hour the phlebotomist was still struggling and the manager not sure who he was, had to deal with angry people waiting and honestly just sighing constantly at his phlebotomist. I had to leave and told them I will be taking my business to Ashburn from now on (as ive been before and had no problem).To avoid a long wait time, I called up the Ashburn location and gave them the details of my kit about a week in advance. Upon arrival, they were ready for me and ready to get my kit done. I am very thankful to them!!

Just did a urine test for work. Witnessed the employees help a younger child with his blood test. The patience that these two women had is commendable. From experience, I know that working with Autistic children requires patience and kindness. I witnessed both at this location and it filled my heart with warmth. Will def be recommending this location to all my friends and family.

Awesome folks , professional and courteous, efficient testing . While they do not work with Insurance provider, but pricing is extremely competitive with wide range of rest available, done at reputed labs, and locally at this facility. I found it particularly useful if someone is on High Deductible insurance plan, as this place can save time as well as money for you.Overall great experience .

Our first experience went well but we’ve been back twice and the last two have been a nightmare. I would not recommend them for a pediatric draw.

Thank you very much! I was on a very tight timeline to get blood drawn and then get it to FedEx for a shipment to a specialty lab. They were able to quickly draw the blood and they then take care of dropping it off at the FedEx shipment by the 5:00 PM deadline. They were very quick, professional, and efficient! I especially appreciated, LaShaun! She caught I had been given the wrong test tube from the other specialty lab and she was able to correct it right there on the spot. Just did a drug test 10 mins ago and it was extremely fast! Lashaun was absolutely the sweetest! She was quick and explain the whole process without me having to ask a single question! We spoke about another particular test afterwards and she went over how the process will be too! One of the best experiences I had in a medical facility in a long time. Ill be back for most of my testings in the near future now.

Great lab testing clinic with quick service and friendly staff. I have used them twice for COVID PCR testing and have gotten my results within two hours both times. You can schedule a visit online and there is usually a good amount of time available. The PCR test and payment takes only a few minutes and they can easily have you on the way without stepping out of your car.

I recently booked an appointment here and after visiting, I highly recommend their services. I was in and the team is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They offer a wide range of tests/services. I also like that they are super convenient for me In loudoun county. Do check them out.

Very nice staff eager to help. Got my PCR test results within 2 hours. They do the test internally without send the sample to outside lab. Most of the other places send out the sample to outside lab and have no control over the timeliness of receiving the results.

Very clean place. I was done with my blood samples/forms/ payment in less than 10 min. They really accommodate your needs.

This location in Ashburn is about 10 minutes further away from my house than the closer location. The kindness, niceness, professionalism and efficiency of these two ladies is 100% worth driving the extra distance. I travel a lot so will need a lot of COVID test. LaShaun did a very good job since answering doubts and setting all for the test, such a kind person.

In a rush to receive PCR Covid tests prior to an upcoming overseas trip, we discovered AnyLabTestNow was one of the few places that could test and provide results in under 40 hours. LaShaun immediately put us at ease with her knowledge of the process and requirements. She and Daniela took care of us quickly upon arrival with kindness and professionalism. They even helped with information outside of the specifics of the testing. Everything worked out exactly as they committed. What a pleasure dealing with them.
