A Plus Clinic

I attended this clinic for a quick stop and visit. There was absolutely no waiting time. The doctor was ready and available to see me. The check-in process was Swift and thorough. The doctor was very explanatory when speaking to me, my visit was fairly quick. The facility is exceptionally clean. I must say also, Dr. Sobi, had impeccable bedside manner. Immensely satisfied with my visit and I will definitely return.

I was really happy to find this place. We are immigrants and had a lot of difficulty finding medical continuity for our family. However, Dr. Sobi was fantastic. He treated us very well, politely and kindly, presenting us with effective treatment for our health. He has seen us in emergency and regular treatment and we feel much safer and happier with this fantastic team. I highly recommend it.

This is the best urgent care out here. It’s very clean and no wait time. If I could give more than 5 stars I’d do it. Dr. Sobi, Carla and Iris are the best. Hands down, the best health care I’ve received. What was supposed to be a one time visit years ago, turned into a long term relationship that I’ve kept with Dr Sobi and his amazing Team since for myself and my family. Just amazing people with hearts of gold that really care and know what they are doing; this is a relationship that I plan to keep for the long run and I will send referrals to left and right. Dr Sobi was very professional, personable & knowledgeable. He listened attentively & answered all my questions. He was patient & did not rush. He seemed genuinely concerned about my medical issue & took the necessary steps for extra testing. The office is extremely clean & very nicely decorated. There is a reasonable wait time. The Medical Assistants are friendly & kind. I was very pleased with my visit & highly recommended Dr Sobi.

I visited A plus Urgent care Clinic with a server ear infection, so grateful for Dr Sobi, he explained and showed me what was happening. Quickly relief the pain and ordered a treatment plan. I arrival at 4:45pm and by 5:30pm was on my way to the pharmacy to pick up my prescriptions.Definitely making him my PCP for my new health plan. Great experience! Do recommend his office!

Great visit recently for myself to get a check up on my knee after experiencing swelling and pain. Dr. Sobi was great, I decided to get the Cortisone Injection. Immediate relief. Two days later, I returned with my son who had some congestion due to a cold and again Dr. Sobe was on point!!!Convenient location, great professional staff and not an over crowded waiting room. Wait time is not long at all. ✌🏾 Clean and pleasant facility. 🙌🏾

Today I went in as a 1st time patient. This clinic came highly recommended by a friend. I am having some concerns so Im waiting on results. But in terms of comfort, cleanliness, and care so far I was very pleased! The doctor and nurses were all very sweet. Great energy that gave me comfort in my health worries 😊

Excellent service was provided by the doctor and nurse. The doctor took the time to explain all that was going to take place. The nurse came in to do just as the doctor had explained. Just moved into the area and needed to find a new primary care. A Plus Clinic is a nice, clean clinic thats not overcrowded with long wait times compared to past clinics I visited. The staff are friendly especially with Dr. Sobi who seems like a genuine, caring, and competent doctor after he helped cleaned my clogged ear.Hopefully I wont have to visit him often, but if I do I feel like I can trust him to get better with whatever ails me.Edit: Lowering this review to two stars. The doctor is great, but the billing support for this clinic is dubious. I was wrongly charged for an injection that never took place. After complaining about it on the phone (by the way, the number on the bill cannot be reached), I was sent by text a revised charge and I paid for that through the given link. However, the payment was never acknowledged and the charge for that visit is never removed. I repeatedly called them two to three times to remove that charge, but it has never been removed. It feels like I have been scammed.Updated review. Billing issue was finally fixed.

Glad they are in the neighborhood.I Decided to use this office as a primary care physician for my children. Today i returned with two teenager girls. Today 9/19/23 was my first time visiting A Plus Urgent Care. The staff was very nice and considerate. Dr.Sobi was very impressive and knowledgeable about my condition. He was very concerned about me getting my life back in order, by making sure I know it’s important that I change my old eating habits or suffer some of the consequences that diabetes has in store. I highly recommend Dr.Sobi and A plus Urgent Care.

This is by far one of my favorite doctor’s offices I’ve been to! Expect to be taken care of with the best care from both the nurse and doctor. I am not the biggest fan of going to the doctors however Dr. Sobi is very caring about his patients which makes it easy to talk to him and not be as nervous. Would 10/10 recommend this office to anybody!!

I was looking for a primary care provider that did walk-ins and stumbled across A Plus Clinic. I went there for my annual check up/blood tests and wow they did not disappoint! Took about 5 mins and I was already getting looked at! The assistant was a rockstar and the doctor was very professional and welcoming. I wish I could remember their names so I could give them their flowers 💐! Definitely going back! Keep it up!

Dr Sobi is the best Doctor I have known! Although I hate going to the Doctor, for any reason, he is different and always is there to help. I have been to him 3 separate times for 3 separated knee injuries and he drains my knee right away to relieve my pain. Sounds scary but he definitely knows what his doing and Im very grateful for all the knowledge he has and how thorough he is . His staff is also great and very friendly. I personally consider Dr Sobi hands down the best Dr and will recommend him to anyone who might be nervous to go to Dr. like I was.

My daughter is visiting from out of town and unfortunately, needed a doctor visit while here She is 24. She said this was BY FAR her best doctor visit of her LIFE! Everyone was, warm, kind, and attentive. They made her some tea! The doctor listened, and did everything possible to help and make sure she feels better, even though covid and strep tests were negative. He didnt just dismiss her or make her feel like she was being silly or that nothing was really wrong, the way some doctors do. THANK you so much for taking excellent care of my daughter!

Best experience I’ve had at an urgent care in a very long time. Based off my experience since Covid-19 a lot of offices have you waiting past your appointment time with little to no customer service or with any regards to the value of your time. This office was SPOTLESS and PROMPT. The coordinator upfront was sweet as sugar and the doctor didn’t have me waiting once signed in. Results for Covid test came back within 6 minutes and just like that I was out. Lovely just lovely!

Speedy service and very kind! Got everything I needed done and extra tests just in case within a timely manner. They even brought me tea for my sore throat. Would absolutely recommend!!!

This clinic has been a life savor for my infant son.. with out of state insurance not taken in Georgia, Dr. Sobi went above and beyond for us. Literally Saved us thousands of dollars cause we didn’t have to go to the ER for his staph infection. We were able to get his prescription the same day no problem all under 100 dollars. Highly recommend for genuine care

So glad that I found Dr Sobi. Staff is great. Dr Sobi has wonderful bedside manner. Very kind and compassionate PCP. As a person that isnt a fan of going to the doctors office, he makes every trip there enjoyable.

COVID tested here went in at 8:22 came out at 8:45! COVID test was fast easy to bare. Lady at the front was very very welcoming! And the guy that came in was very nice! Will be back for regular check ups!

Went to the 1140 Roswell Rd. location, paid $105 the police were there and then announced they were closing this location. I flagged down the officer and asked what was happening and he said they didnt have a permit to be at this location and then he said he thought the place wasnt even legit.

Covid testing with results in less than 30 min; however, provider will not file insurance. You must pay out of pocket.
