Clinica Sierra Vista - Central Bakersfield Community Health Center

Came in early to get seen on time, well that was my hope 🤞🏻 anyways ended up with this lady and her children infront and not to ease drop but I over heard the receptionist tell the lady this isn’t a walk in clinic, long story short the doctor came out which so happens to be the same one my daughter is seeing today, doctor comes out and tells the receptionist yes put her in my schedule, speaking on the lady in front of me, so now we are waiting patiently going on 40 mins, I guess this patient got my appointment time 👍🏻 what do the rest of us have to do to get this kind of treatment 🤔

One of the worst experiences with a doctor that I’ve ever had. The “doctor” seems like he went to the Harry J. Anslinger school of medicine. His scientific ignorance was almost impressive. Not sure how someone that incompetent can even be licensed to practice medicine. Waste of my time.

Other than the therapy I would not recommend to anyone. I’ve literally only met my obgyn twice since coming here after finding out about my pregnancy and we don’t have a relationship at all! It’s actually weird to me because she’s supposed to be the one to deliver my baby🥴my first pregnancy my obgyn seen me every visit one of the best in Bakersfield I’m honestly sad that he got his license took I would have loved for him to deliver my new baby! I honestly hate coming to this office and can’t wait to move to get the care I need

Im very upset with their pediatric service. If I wouldnt have called them to confirm my appointment, they wouldve never told me that her appointment was cancelled because they no longer have a peditrician. They didnt give me other options of other places where its kids and pregnant women only (for the most part thats what that clinic consisted of and that is why I felt safe to take my daughter there). I ended up changing to Omni, I just dont like the service there. I will however keep going there for my OB appointmentd for next time. They have AMAZING OBs literally you get to interact with the ones that will deliver your baby at Memorial Hospital and theyre just the best I csnt say anything less of them.

Was referred to this location by corporate (many thanks, Debra!). My first and second visit was phenomenal. Appointment was set and staged by corporate, so when I walked in, they were ready for me and my assigned doctor (wont write the name, because hes already stacked with patients, and I dont want to wait too long when I need an appointment in the future) gave me excellent treatment (Thanks, G!). Got the medications I needed and a referral to the best spine surgeon in the county, Dr. George Wahba.However, I only gave a 3-Star rating because the next time I called for a third appointment a couple moths later, I was placed on hold for ten minutes after being told in a kind voice, Hold for JUST ONE SECOND, please. This happened three times in a row (hung up and dialed back three times with the same result - Just one second, Sir.) When the attendant was finally able to help me book an appointment, I was told the earliest appointment was 2.5 months out from the date I was calling. 2.5 MONTHS for my chosen Primary Care physician. I told her to forget about it, that I couldnt wait that long and went to ER. I have not attempted to return to this location since that last appointment attempt in March.This facility looked fairly new and was clean. Staff was friendly, but a bit unorganized (One back office assistant looked for my medical records for 30 minutes while they were right in front of her the whole time. The other assistant had placed them on her desk and never told her. Lack of team communication.)I have already highlighted two Omni Family Health locations in my provider directory to check out. If they are better, I will not be using CSV anymore in the future.

I was a patient of Dr.Arash Khosravi a few days a go.. This so called doctor is very rude and unprofessional. I needed my prescription filled and he refused to fill it for me. All he did was argue. He is so unkind and does not care about the patients needs. It seems like patients are just a number for him. This so called doctor only cares about the money not peoples needs. Very uncaring and rude. I would not recommend this doctor to no one.

Initially, I thought that this facility was and would be a good facility for prenatal care but I could not have been more wrong. I started to be seen under a NP’s (Nurse Practitioner) care at around 16wks of gestation, give or take a wk and it started off as a nice experience then unfortunately the ugly truths of this place was unmasked for what it truly is, an imposter to the medical field. At around 20 wks I was ordered an off site ultrasound related to the fact that there was not one available on site and I was informed the order would be sent over electronically to the radiology department but once I drove an hour home and called to arrange an appt they stated, “ An order was not sent” so I called back Clinica and they also said they had no idea of what I was talking about. Next vist with the NP, I explained the issue to her and she decided to write me out a hard copy order to take to the radiology and so that was done and over but related to an abnormal ultrasound I was referred to a specialist by the NP, I was informed that the referral must be sent over to the receiving office and authorized but 2 months or maybe even more went by with my repeated calls for updates, speaking with management and Supervisors to figure out what exactly the delay was, we’ll come to find out Clinica made a mistake with the paperwork and this was admitted by the management department and resubmitted 2 months later, another issue. At this point I am now 32 wks of gestation before I was seen by the specialist and during his assessment he adamantly requested that I get all my labs drawn by Clinica during the duration of my prenatal care so they can be reviewed in relation to this underlying complication, Clinica had next to No Labs in my medical record! Yes, they took my blood every visits and yes I was consistent with my prenatal visits but where did my blood go? Where did all the Urine/Clean Catch samples go? When I brought this issue up to the NP, whom I spoke with every visits about “ Labs being in range and all the labs looking good” what was she referring to? Her response was like staring a red handed, guilt criminal in the face as they utter pure lies, “ Why would I have ordered labs when that’s the Specialist’s duties” the specialist whom your company delayed me from seeing! After that I ran for the hills and refused to put the fate of my baby and I’s well being into their hands again. I know and understand that this was a long story and I actually gave you the short version but to get straight to the point, Do Not Trust This Establishment With The Precious Well Being Of You and Your Unborn! Disaster waiting to happen!Peace and Love.

These front desk people are not friendly, no eye contact, attitudes, they treat you like your a burden by coming there, they act like they dont want to be at their own job. They should get new jobs or work in other fields of work. The Doctors and NPs are good.

My daughter had a fever for over 3 days and they turned us away because she had tylenol already (4am) that doesnt make sense. I honestly believe they didnt want to treat her because she was a walk in and their lazy doctor cant handle a bit more work.

For a non profit they sure act like it’s for profit only!! Appointment dates scheduled way out almost month and a half. Dental is at least 6 months out so sad they claim help needy community and only half staff is descent with patients. Would not recommend starting any health services here.

Pediatrician cancelled twice my baby’s physical and I had to make the appointment for the third time. Supposed to have my baby check diciembre 26, 2018. She had her physical yesterday, may 30 2019.

The staff here is horrible and rude.There just so unorganized and unprofessional! I used to go here for my prenatal care but everything went down hill fast this faculty sucks ! The service is bad, and you always end up waiting an hour before you even see someone. I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE !!

I use to extern here a while back and it was great, so I made it my go to clinic later on. I’ve been coming here for years and I just now called to schedule and appointment and homegirl said it’s a gynecologist only clinic now. I h8 them.

They were friendly and kind. I was seen in a timely manner and treated with respect and compassion. I would recommend this clinic to everyone.

I went there several times for lab work. Everyone was very nice. I wanted to switch over to their clinic. However they said they are only obstetrics now.

Honestly im just giving you this clinica Sierra vista a zero and you dont deserve a star whatsoever because of the front reception desk for the person that answered the call was very rude unacceptable ive been to clinicia sierra vista for years and ive seen many things but this was incall for

Check in is always fast and friendly, facility seems clean, always some sort of miss communication between this location and my regular location .... staff is always nice

I went there though out my whole pregnancy and they have phenomenal service and great doctors.

Just called to schedule an ER follow up visit for my boyfriend and they told me they didnt have anything available until the end of MARCH 2017...absolutely ridiculous!!! When I asked who I should call or where I should go she said to the ER..youve got to be kidding me!!!

One of the worst clinics, I definitely would not recommend this place for you or your children, Ive had multiple appointment screw ups from them and not all the ladies at the desk are nice, very few employees there that weve met are nice but the others are rude and recently for about a week Ive been trying to take my son to get checked out and they dont have a doctor or pediatrician, like seriously how is that even possible that they dont have a doctor or pediatrician working there at all times.

Receptionists here are so rude. Dont even let you explain anything before interrupting you. Doctor doesnt explain clearly you diagnose. I think im going to find any place to go see the a Doctor.

I went to see a doctor about an ingrown toenail that was bothering me and was painful, the doctor said it was infected and I was going to be referred to a pediatrist asap but its been almost 2 weeks and I havent heard anything.

They need to hire someone who knows how to run the company starting at the top everyone lacks experience and training.

Terrible attention when it comes to respecting appointments. I had an appointment at 3:45 pm with my 2-year-old son who had a fever. I arrived at 2:30 to register with enough time and at 4:15 they still hadnt called me for the consultation, but a person arrived with his son at At 4:05 I greeted the reception staff (they seemed to be friends from the way they greeted me) and they immediately went to consult. I had to bring my son to Mercy Hospital as an emergency because my son was already very weak and had a high fever. Children should be a priority to attend to.

Very bad service, my father lost a surgery and was about to lose it again because of the incompetence of the workers at that place, including the manager Emily, they made my mother go around asking for the role that my dad held for his operation. And above all, they get upset when you talk about them, as if they were doing us a favor. It is a service that we are paying for. If they dont like working with people, look for another job and stop making unpleasant comments because I heard several while waiting. ...What injustice, apart from being worried about dealing with an illness, having to deal with incompetent, lazy, and unpleasant people

My experience was that a lady who served me behaved very badly, she seemed angry 😡 she almost wanted to tell me that I was just taking up her time, the truth is no 😔 I felt comfortable

The facilities are very clean and the service is improving but they still have a little way to go to give them a 5 🌟
