Acacio Fertility Center has the best fertility team in Bakersfield. We have been to 3 different locations and Dr Acacio and Team (Ashley, Margarita and Nurse V) have treated us with respect, compassion and optimism.During all our appointments the team has greeted us with enthusiasm and encouragement. Dr Acacio always communicates with warmth and sensitivity to our infertility issues and provides us with options/alternatives.We love that Dr Acacio doesnt back down from a challenge. Im so grateful that my friend recommended Dr. Acacio Fertility Center after he helped her have 2 successful IUI babies! His clinic was so kind and knowledgeable when we entered with a lot of fear and little knowledge about our options after years of infertility and loss. Some unexpected life events put our fertility journey on hold for 1.5 years and by some miracle, at almost 41 years old we got pregnant naturally! I cant tell you how thankful I am that I have been able to remain with Dr. Acacio and his amazing staff for the first Trimester of my most successful pregnancy yet! We are 10w3d and I just wish I could continue to be cared for by everyone at this office through my whole pregnancy!

Our experience with Dr. Acacio and his team has been extraordinary. Dr.Acacio is extremely knowledgeable in his profession. He and his team were very thorough and professional with all questions we had throughout our time seeing them. Dr. Acacio ensures all protocols are in place before moving on from one step to next step in your cycle. The service I received at both locations has been extraordinary, from answering medication questions, concerns, and overall well-being.

My Husband and I had been trying to conceive for over a year. I was previously misdiagnosed with PCOS by other obgyns and endocrinologists. We felt hopeless and like there was no place to go until we were recommended to start seeing Dr. Acacio. We have been seeing him since May of 2023 and after him analyzing mine and my husbands labs he was able to see that I did not have PCOS and simply had one hormone off preventing my ovulation. Now my husband and I are 10 weeks pregnant with a perfectly healthy baby.If you are needing clarity, direction, or just feeling hopeless in your fertility journey, I highly recommend going and seeing Dr. Acacio. His knowledge and care is immaculate and I cannot recommend him enough!

Amazing office and Doctor. We have come here twice and had successful attempts. Each time Dr. Acacio was very informative, empathetic and caring. They made the entire process very smooth.

Before coming here me and my husband tried for our first baby for 3 years. This place is amazing not only is the Dr amazing and caring his whole crew of nurses are amazing people and also super caring. The Dr is very informative and professional. I honestly love them! Just within a few months of going he found the problem and now we are pregnant with the baby we have always dreamed and wanted. I am 31 yrs old with no children in 2014 I was first Diagnosed with borderline ovarian cancer on my left ovary which had to be completely removed, in 2020 it came back on my right which got a small piece of my only ovary removed,2021 it came back again I was told by my oncologist that this time around they wouldn’t be able to save. I had lost all hope and faith of ever becoming a mother.I was recommended to see Dr Acacio before I got surgery and it was the best thing that could have happened to us. Dr Acacio gave me hope, a possibility in life to be what Every women wants, him and all his team always gave us the time and answered all our questions. Dr Acacio was straight forward with all possibility and after years and years of struggling with health,hope, & faith after surgeries after it all Dr Acacio and his team help us with becoming pregnant I am due oct 2022 and couldn’t have done it without the help of the best drs and best staff thank you dr Acacio and all his staff for being by our side through the worst and hardest moments and for helping us with this beautiful blessing

I wish I had the same experience that others have mentioned, unfortunately that was not the case. I was so hopeful going into to my first appointment. I felt like Dr. Acaio was very knowledgeable and genuine during our phone consultation and finally felt we were making progress again in our infertility journey. Before making an appointment I was told over email that my insurance would cover part of the procedure that Dr. Acaio recommend, so my husband and I came in expecting to only have to pay $200. This information was confirmed again when I called and made the appointment. When I showed up to my appointment I was told by reception that I needed to pay $800. I explained no, I was told my insurance would cover part of it. She called to confirm and said that we were given incorrect information about our insurance being able to cover it. Since we were not prepared to pay that amount ($600 more than what we had been told) we had to say we couldn’t move forward. I asked about a similar procedure that I could do that was half the price and was given a recommendation by the receptionist where to go since they didnt do it at there at their clinic. Feeling defeated, my husband and I walked back to the car. I decided to walk back in and ask about other tests that were recommended and if those would be covered. As I walked back in they said that now my insurance will cover part of the procedure and I could still do it there if I wanted to. I decided to go ahead and do it. I was told however, that I would have to come back later in the afternoon. Instead of being upset about our time being wasted in the morning I decided to just be ok and go with it. I showed up to my second appointment 5 mins late, the antibiotics I had to take in the morning for this procedure gave me stomach issues and ended up making me run late (Had I been able to do the procedure as planned this wouldn’t have been an issue). I was quickly brought to a room told to “empty my bladder” and undress waste down. Here is where things went from bad to worse. I had just got done emptying my bladder and was about to undress when Dr. Acaio walked in. He yelled “You’re not even ready? First you cancel your appointment this morning and now you’re late.” As I was trying to calmly explain that I did not cancel, there was miscommunication from HIS STAFF about payment, he turned around and walked out before I could finish explaining. I thought he was walking out so I could finish preparing (not that I felt comfortable at this point but had already gone through everything to make the appointment, including missing work) but was surprised to be told that I would have to reschedule my appointment. Any doctor who thinks it is acceptable to talk to a patient that way is not someone I would want to see again. Especially a challenging journey like this. I will never step another foot in this office again. I hope no one else has to experience what I did.

Amazing fertility clinic. Such a great team of professional and welcoming people. Not only does Dr. Acacia make you feel at ease, hes always available at any time for you. I was a patient of Dr. Acacios for almost 2 years, then we conceived our little one. I cannot recommend Dr. Acacio and his team enough!

Dr. Acasio and his team in Bakersfield and Laguna are awesome. They made me feel comfortable at every step during this sensitive time in our lives.

I love Dr. acacio he is very passionate and caring and patient him and his team they all did and awesome job my first try I got pregnant with my first little one at the age of 38 which I thought would never happen I am so happy and grateful i feel truly blessed to have picked the right fertlity center
