Very bad experience… I took a dna test January 24,2024 to find out who my biological father was and here it is I’m just now getting some fake results back that says the test was done August 13,2024. Definitely scammers and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to them.

Come in without a passport for Covid-19 PCR test requested by international travel. They are super friendly to enter Wi-Fi passwords, so that I could send the photo stored in my computer to them. Paid for a 12h service but the result came out within the same day! Very efficient!

Needed a Covid test within 72 hours of departure for an international trip. Quite a challenge with that window falling during Christmas but not so for Optimal Lab! Thank you for the quick and painless testing! Opted for the 12 hour turnaround results and got them as expected with the proper documentation. Highly recommend!

Great customer service! Couldnt find a location to get my child COVID tested without waiting outside in a two hour line. I set an appointment at Optimal Lab and we were seen within 15 minutes. There was only one gentleman working and he did say they were short staffed, however, he handled everything very professionally. He came out to my vehicle completed the test and fifteen minutes later we had our answer and were on our way!

Very smooth experience. The staff and testing personnel were really nice. We made an appointment and there was no waiting time after we checked in. We waited there for the result and it came out timely as requested (30 min).

I had searched for many places to get RTPCR test done with promised timely results. I found this place and after seeing other reviews decided to give it a shot.I went there during opening time, 8.30 AM. No lines. The person helping with forms and test taking was very helpful. Picked the 24 hours result option and got them one hour early.There was a typo in the date of birth. (They follow the dob on passport) so make sure all the details are correct.I called them and they fixed it instantly.Recommend this place if you need quick rtpcr Covid tests done for travel.

This place is a life saver for taking a cruise! Cruise requires test not be taken more than three days before sailing. After phoning all over town and being told Covid test takes 3 days for results I was about to give up. This place was fast and efficient and cheap. Got my test results in 20 minutes as promised. Cant say enough good about Optimal Lab Test! Made an appointment with Quest Diagnostic, pre-paid for it and then they refused to give me the test. I specifically said test was for travel, when I got to Quest they said I had to get a doctors order. Thank you Optimal!

Wish I could give this place 0 stars. I saw all the good reviews and had tons of hope, though was greeted with the complete opposite. The test I was getting done was nothing fancy, I told them it was a blood test and the look on both of the employees faces looked baffled. They ended up after 15 minutes of searching what services they offered calling their owner. The lady who worked on me, put gloves on after inserting the needle, nothing was sterile. I have a medical certification for PCT and I even know that those needles were not clean. As the needle was about to insert into my skin she called over the guy worker asking to check, with his bare hands (dirt under nails) poked around the needle and said it’s whatever and she was the one doing it. I left completely traumatized, never going back again.

We went to Optimal Lab for a Covid PCR test before an international trip. We found them to be highly professional, efficient, and provided the results in the exact format needed for travel. I will also mention that there was a huge snowstorm at the time, but that did not stop them from being open, answering their phone and delivering results on time. The only downside was the cost was expensive. If you need this service for travel, I highly recommend them.

I found this place online after missing my flight due to taking the wrong COVID test while flying internationally. The turnaround time was just as advertised. I was able to get tested the day after and actually get my results way earlier than they had guaranteed me.If in doubt about other places, give them a chance and appreciate an amazingly well small-run business serve you.

Needed a place to get a Covid test because EVERYTHING was booked days in advance. SO happy when I ran across this place. The procedure was VERY quick and painless.My ONLY complaint is that there was VERY LITTLE information online as to their procedures, etc. It is a pay per service, so keep that in mind. No insurance accepted.

Amazing!! They tell you exactly how long it’s going to take for your results and they have 30 min and 60 min options if you need it for a extra fee. They did a rapid pcr and included the QR code. You don’t even need an appointment. Easy peasy

I just want to share the excellent service that I received from the Bedford optimal testing clinic.After Not receiving our test results from a Cvs PCR test within 72 hours and missing a Sunday flight we reschedule our flight for Monday and went to Optimal on Sunday and received our results Monday morning less than 24 hours guaranteed but this is not the end of the storyMy wife has a dual citizenship and two passports.The passport in her native country when a person gets married they do not change their name like they do here in United States and she mistakenly use Her married name on her American passport.Arriving to the airport she was able to get her ticket and go through security but at the gate when they checked her credentials The gate agent refused her boarding because of the difference names.I had returned home thinking everything was fine when my wife called me in a panic telling me about the situation and to see what could be done. This was it at 8 pm the flight was to depart at 9 pm. I called Optimal and to my surprise the owner answered the phone , she was working at home I told her the situation and she instructed me what I needed to send her and she made the corrections immediately and sent them to my wife in time for her not to miss the flight.I am so grateful to Optimal and their exceptional service and highly recommend

This place is amazing. We were in a pinch and needed a PCR test within a few hours to make travel plans. We arrived to the center late and the sign said closed. The young gentleman there decided to let us in anyways and saved our Christmas vacation.Best experience I could ask for and then some.

When I called they gave me an impression that they would take insurance, the lady on the phone asked if we have insurance. My bother needed covid -19 test for travelling. They don’t take insurance. Test cost us $150. But we had no choice it was labour day weekend and everything else was closed. Results came back in timely manner.

Yesterday, I was a walk-in and received a RT-PCR COVID test right then. There wasnt even a wait, other than me filling out a few papers. I received back my test result about 24 hours later. Quick, fast, and easy, and with great customer service. The only negative thing is they do not accept insurance, so be prepared to pay a fee. Thanks a bunch.

The staff was amazing! We needed travel covid tests for the Bahamas and they were so helpful. They worked with me to figure out how to best work within the 5 day guidelines, emailed me results promptly - made a stressful process much easier!

Very unprofessional, I went to do Covid test on 8/3 and received the emailed results with the wrong date 8/2. Its very interesting that many people received the wrong date on their reports but none of the staff members has ever noticed that and give anyone updates. I thought they know very well how important the report date is for international travelers, but they still made this ridiculous mistake and waiting for the customers to call back. Listen, if you cant even print out the correct date on the report, why dont you just let the customers write whatever date they want by themselves?+ How do I know many people had the wrong date? Because 3 of them are my friends and it was me telling them to check the wrong date, they didnt expect the report would have such ridiculous mistake. It was already 3 hours after I received the wrong report and our flight was on the early morning of 8/4. If I didnt call them before the office closed to correct the date, we may totally miss the flight because it also took some time for the embassy to process the report. The owner lied in the reply that only 2 people have this issue to play the word games on the meaning of many, that wont justify their unprofessional behavior.

Great experience. We had to do a quick covid test for an international flight that was less than two hours away and the only reason I didn’t miss my flight was because of Optimal Lab Test. They went above and beyond to get all my info and process the results in time. I couldn’t recommend them enough!!

I’m traveling back to Japan and the country is very specific as to their requirements and documented results. Optimal Lab Test was the only vendor that was specific on their website and provided several times to receive test results. I arrived at 8:25am, tested, was done by 8:35pm, received my results 24hrs later with the correct documentation for Japan. This was seamless and now when I’m home for a visit, I know where to go if I have to test again. Having to COVID test and finding a location is stressful but I appreciate the professionalism and I thank you for removing the anxiety factor!!! ~Priscilla~

This is a great lab. I needed a PCR test for traveling, and I had to do so on Sunday. The other lab I had an appointment with canceled my appointment due to the reason on their side. So my SIL found Optimal, which is actually closer to her house than the original lab. I called and was immediately attended by a real person who know what they are doing. The test was efficient and the technician was courteous and professional. The result came in earlier than promised. Five star.

Set an appointment online for RT PCR test. Was seen 20 minutes earlier. Paid for the 6 hr results. And received it in 4 hrs. It’s my second time using them for travel. I’ll continue using them in the future. Highly recommended if you’re traveling outside the country like I am.

My mom had to travel out of the country due to a death very last minute and this place got us the results within 24 hours of testing. The gentlemen that did the test was very nice and spoke Spanish as well. Theyre also available on weekends and are there to answer any questions if needed (like if you make a mistake like us and put the wrong DoB) theyll help correct things like that. Recommend if you need to travel and get test results fast.

1 was the minimum I could give. Pathetic service and the worst customer service. They hang up when they know they are wrong or put you on hold forever. Paid $300 to get 30 min RTPCR test but ended up getting the wrong report which was errors on their side. They sent the email the next day and then were arguing even when all proofs were present to show the email was sent late. Had to get another PCR test given the flight was the very next day. Horrible way to treat your customers. I have also lodged a formal complaint given they were completely wrong and just a sorry does not work especially when its ~$300!

I came here for pre-employment screening. The location is easy to get to -121 and Harwood. The service was courteous and fast! The place is extremely clean and pleasantly bright. Theyre very clear with instructions and they take their business seriously. Ive been to other lab testing facilities and this one easily ranks in the top 1%. Overall a GREAT experience !

Needed a RT-PCR at the last minute and it was a weekday. They kept the lab open post working hours just to get my results on time. I was delivered my results in 45 minutes. Really appreciate you going above and beyond. Highly recommend!

I was having difficulty finding the right test that I needed for my flight to London Heathrow. Fortunately I found Optimal Lab Testing who were very patient with my many questions checking that I was getting the correct test. I had a 9:30 appointment and it didn’t even matter. I had to wait for 30 minutes. There was just one person checking people in and one person running all the tests. The guy checking people in was the manager and was quite rude. The girl was very nice but I question if she is a phlebotomist. She tried to stick me twice and each time asked her manager if That was the correct spot. Each time she did not get blood. She left bruising. I am not a hard stick and I have never had this problem. Then I was told I had to go somewhere else. The second lab I went to got my blood the first stick. Stay far away from this place

I desperately needed a covid test result within the day because my international flight was early in the morning the next day. I got a covid test from another place but they said it would take an extra 2 days because of the traffic. I went here and they came out with the results in less than 2 hours! So thankful!

Optimal Lab got me through a tight squeeze in order for me to return home to Indonesia. they came to my hotel in Dallas, gave me the test and the results were given the next day. they were always friendly and professional in all they did. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs covid19 testing.

If I could give them a higher rating I would. The people working this lab are the kindest and most patient I have ever met. My mom is traveling Monday morning and she need a PCR Covid test within 72 hours of her flight. Every lab we called or went to said it was not possible as labs closed on the weekends. We looked all day on Friday and finally I called Optimal Lab at 5: 30 pm. Even though they closed at 6 they said they would wait for me and assured me they would have the test ready by Sunday morning, so we traveled 45 minutes to their office. When we entered we immediately noticed their positive mood and clean office. I really appreciated that the lady was so patient with my mom. Since she noticed my moms second language was English she explained the process several times and repeated herself when necessary. As promised we received the test results Sunday morning through email. The office even sent us a message notifying us beforehand.

Wow this place is amazing! They have a location in Richardson just call the Bedford location to get the address. We went in for a COVID test at 11 am and received the results at 9pm. It was $150 per test. Very efficient and I recommend it to anyone traveling overseas

Terrible experience. I had an 8:30 am appointment and the tech was confused. I was the only one there and while I filled out the paperwork they called the owner who I spoke to about a simple blood test. Meanwhile, 2 more people came in and the owner instructed the tech to serve them first. I had to leave for work.

Lab was clean. I did not have to wait. Results were emailed to me when promised. I will definitely use them again for PCR Travel testing.

The hospital totally dropped the ball on us and did not schedule my son’s Covid test in time for his surgery. The hospital did agree to accept a PCR test from another lab if I could manage to find one and get the results before my son’s surgery. I had less than 24 hours. The hospital actually took it upon themselves to call my son’s ENT and advise him to cancel my son’s surgery. They did not believe I could get the PCR returned in the required time frame. Optimal Lab was the only facility near me that would guarantee a 24 hour turn around on a PCR. Getting the test was fast and simple. They assured me the results would arrive prior to my deadline. When my son’s ENT called to reschedule my son’s surgery, I was able to tell them that we got the test done. Everyone was astonished, and my son’s surgery was NOT cancelled or rescheduled. Optimal Lab had the results to me 3 hours before my deadline, having completed everything in less than 19 hours. They also went above and beyond to fax the results to my son’s ENT and confirm receipt. This did require multiple attempts to two different numbers, but Optimal followed through until final confirmation was received.Because of multiple delays caused by Covid, my son has been waiting a year for his surgery. He is often in pain. The thought of rescheduling AGAIN was absolutely heartbreaking to both of us. Optimal Labs provided us with far more than great service, and I greatly appreciate it. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

DO NOT GO HERE! They are well organized SCAMMERS, who take advantage of desperate travelers needing quick Covid results to travel OR inexperienced foreigners who do not know any better. Today I had to use their “service” in order to travel to Dubai. The airline, Qatar Airlines, would not accept my negative Covid results that were within 72 hours of my flight. They said it needed to be within 48 hours, which is impossible in most cases because it can take anywhere between 24-72 hours to get results back from most PCR Covid tests. I then double checked and it was in fact 72 hours!There was only 1 man working in the entire lab, no other staff. He claimed that none of the other workers wanted to come into work. However, I recognized him from the airport because he was there testing travelers then receiving cash from them and then leaving. He charged $250 per test, which is outrageous and on top of that, when reading the below reviews, I noticed the rates consistently changed. Please here me out, this is a SCAM. When I arrived at the lab, there was a family waiting to be tested like me, but for their 6 month old infant. The airline said that the infant needed to be tested. The parents were not from the US and barely spoke English, and were changed $250 to test their 6 month old, even though they were vaccinated. Go anywhere else! Preferably a US lab service (the man working was clearly not from the US) and there must be a link between him and the Qatar airlines as they ONLY suggested going to that specific lab for Covid testing. Please, be careful and don’t fall victim to this scam as I did.

I needed a Covid-19 PCR test result for my flight and it was really time sensitive. BASHIR KHAN did his best to give me all the information regarding the testing and timing, and at the end he got my result almost by 24 hours which was really hard to do it here in Texas none of the other labs could do it.The lab was Clean and well maintained and very nice and friendly environment.Bashir Khan I really appreciate your effort to help and care for your customers.Highly Recommended.

Need RT PCR test and results before you fly? Optimal lab at Bedford just provides that. Went in the morning 9:30ish, met Bashir Khan who helped me and my family get the test done. Got the report as promised well within the 6 hours. I would highly recommend this lab for PCR test, specially if you need to fly and need a reliable place to test and get the report. They are very professional and are available to help you.

Needed a RT-PCR COVID19 test for travel to Europe. They have done the nasal swab and all the necessary paper work professionally and efficiently. The test result came back 3 hours earlier than agreed. Bravo and keep it on.

Im so thankful for the staff at Optimal Lab. I was denied to board a flight to Germany because my Covid test report was take 48 before departure, instead of 48 hrs before ARRIVAL, which was impossible for me to get the results before check-in and still be valid when I arrive, so I was stuck at the DFW airport and the staff at American Airlines werent helpful at all cuz each staff gave me different information and uncertain answers, until I spoke with their 5th staff and he was able to refer me to Optimal Lab, which was located 20 min from the airport. They were able to sympathize withy situation and got me my lab results in 3 hours. Thank you so much to the staffs at Optimal Lab!!!

Wonderful people!! Everyone is so sweet!! Clean facility and calming atmosphere. I HATE needles- getting my blood drawn freaks me out. I got my blood drawn today. Normally I get on my phone to distract myself. I didn’t today! I just talked to the nurse who drew my blood and was calm (as calm as you can be getting your blood drawn lol). Very happy with my experience and will be back for my blood work needs! And they got this cool B12 shot thing that I will definitely get in the future too!!
