Dr. Deng and her team are lovely to work with! I always felt informed and any questions I had were answered. Responses via the online portal are timely, and Ive never had to wait longer than a few minutes in the waiting room. I would definitely recommend.

I could not recommend Think Fertility enough. I had started at a clinic prior to coming to Think Fertility where things were not personal, there was no warm and fuzzy, and you were a number in their system. This is your fertility journey, you are feeling loss until you step into Dr. Deng’s office and you see her and Edyta’s warm faces and genuine hearts. This is a hard journey on women, on couples, and having a provider who just gives you a bit more than the medical assistance, is something you cannot replace—it adds to your experience and is incredibly healthy for your mental state. Dr. Deng explains things for you in a way you feel confident and can understand. They are so incredibly responsive, they check in, they reassure you, and you never feel like you can’t do it. It is something I will never take for granted and forever be grateful for. I feel so blessed and so lucky to have found Think Fertility. Highly recommended!!!

Update: from 1 star to 4.Doctor Deng worked proactively to help us get the results and also corrected wrong name with labcorp.Again doctor is super awesome, but I still think the team management should improve. The team should help doctor with all non-medical tasks so Dr Deng could focus on her area. If a clinic need doctor herself to contact patients regarding the feedback and working with lab to correct name, there must be something not right.—————————————————-Original:Dr Deng is good, but the team is really poor managed.Kyra Mercado, I am not sure if she is nurse or just coordinator, placed an incorrect lab order with wrong name for me, and never send me results after weeks. The dr has my results already, but it is still wrong name, and when I emailed Kyra, she just said the result is not ready yet. So what was the dr showed me? They don’t take insurance for semen analysis, which is ok, but we paid $150, just no result for weeks? Also, I did an ultrasound in doctor’s office, but Kyra said no ultrasound report for weeks.The whole overall experience is really bad!!!

My journey with Think Fertility has been truly remarkable. Following a distressing experience at a different clinic, my decision to switch to Think Fertility proved to be the best I’ve ever made. Dr. Deng is an incredibly professional and patient physician with exceptional technical skills. She helped me identify the underlying causes of my infertility, and, thankfully, I successfully conceived after my second IVF attempt. The convenience of reaching out through the patient portal for quick responses, typically within a day, adds an incredible layer of reassurance. Nurse Edyta is also friendly and welcoming, making each visit a warm and comfortable experience. I wholeheartedly recommend Think Fertility for anyone facing fertility issues.

Dr. Dent is amazing! My husband and I worked with Dr. Deng on our fertility journey and we have nothing but great things to say about her, Edyta, and the clinic. Being a small clinic we had so much one on one time with Dr. Deng. She goes above and beyond and was always messaging us directly and working with us to make sure our questions were answered and we had all the information we needed. She is so accommodating, informative, and was with us every step of the IVF process. Would recommend her and Think Fertility to everyone!

Going through a treatment like this for the first time isnt always easy, but Dr. Dengs knowledge, experience and patience and her assistant Edytas friendliness and care really made the difference. The provider-patient trust and the relationship is one of the best I have ever had. Highly recommend!

Dr. Deng is one of the best doctors that I have met; I came to her clinic after I had a bad experience in another clinic; Besides the professional treatment and guidance she gives, she listens to my concerns/questions patiently during each appointment, and replies to the portal responsively. With her help, Im currently in 3 month pregnancy. I would highly recommend Dr Deng and her team if you have fertility concerns and you will be in good hand!

My initial interaction with Think Fertility involved a televisit consultation, which, to my surprise, resulted in a hefty $250 fee that I wasnt made aware of beforehand.Transparency is key in any professional relationship, especially in healthcare. Its disconcerting to feel blindsided by fees that werent communicated upfront. As a patient seeking guidance and support, I believe its crucial for healthcare providers to be clear and upfront about any potential costs associated with their services.While I appreciate the expertise and care provided Dr. Deng, the lack of transparency regarding fees has left me hesitant to fully trust their services in the future. I hope they can address this issue to ensure a more transparent and patient-friendly experience for others.

Dr Deng provides exceptional care that is effective, efficient, and extremely helpful. After first starting at a hospital where it was several months to get an appointment and another several months to have a follow up, I was so frustrated - but then I found Dr Deng. She saw me within 2 weeks and had a plan in place by the end of that appointment. Thanks to her care, I am successfully in the 4th month of my pregnancy.In addition, her assistant Edyta is also wonderful. They are very transparent with pricing and cost in a way Ive never seen in a hospital system. They are also incredibly responsive, whether you reach out via phone or via the messaging tool in the app. I highly recommend people visit Dr Deng at Think Fertility!

So glad I found Dr. Deng! She is very knowledgeable and takes her time to explain things to you which not many doctors seemto have time for these days. It was very easy to get a hold of her either over the phone or over the portal. She’s very communicative and always responds quickly to my questions. During my ultrasounds she always made an effort to show me what she was looking at with explanations. None of my visits felt rushed. Would definitely recommend her!

Huge fan of Dr. Deng and her team at Think Fertility! My wife and I felt very well taken care of throughout the entire fertility process and our first attempt was a success! Dr. Deng was patient, very willing to explain things, and it was clear that she cared about our progress and our success! She was always quick to respond and clarify any questions we had as we went through the process and, in the office, we never felt rushed or pressured. Her assistant, Edyta, was also an absolute pleasure to work with and a big part of why the experience was so enjoyable overall. I finally found my OB GYN doctor in Seattle. Took years to research to find someone that I can trust. Dr. Deng is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She has years of practice and experience in the field. When I was there, she took time to explain and answer my questions thoroughly and gave me the pros and cons on each option. She is very professional and makes sure that I feel comfortable during the exam.I am very happy to work with Dr. Deng

Dr. Deng has helped my husband and I on a few IVF procedures. She is very patient! There were times we had concerns about the process, she explained to us very thoroughly. There were times she called back after hours acknowledged that we were anxious to know the answers. She walked by us throughout the whole journey which made us feel at ease...there is someone watching out for us. I would highly recommend Dr. Deng!

We were trying to conceive at the time for 18 months and went to Dr. Deng for consultation for diagnosis and next options. The staff took detailed history of my wife and Dr. Deng patiently listened to us. She discussed her thoughts, a few suggestions and next steps and encouraged us to try naturally with these suggestions. She answered all questions. Luckily it worked for us.

I cant speak more highly of my experience with Doctor Deng and the staff team. She puts patients first and is so caring. She is very responsive to all my questions in the portal and even accommodates some appointments outside of work hours. Dr. Deng is absolutely wonderful! She gave my husband and I the chance to have a baby! She always responds to emails so promptly and she’s extremely easy to get a hold of which is very difficult in the medical world. Would absolutely recommend her to anyone!

We are so blessed to meet Dr. Deng and her assistant Edyta. My wife was super scared to go through any procedure but both of them were so amazing in communicating and putting her at ease . Dr. Deng is always very responsive and unlike any other big practice, we were always able to get hold of either of them for any questions we may have. I cannot put into words how thankful I am to have been referred to Dr. Deng. She I has been so patient, incredibly knowledgeable, and so kind throughout our journey. I found out after a pregnancy loss that I had a septate uterus, and she was able to surgically correct the abnormality in one procedure. She walked me through all the risks, and the potential results the surgery could have. I recently had another loss and while it’s been hard, it’s been made easier by the level of care that she has provided me. She’s put a plan in place that makes me feel hopeful that we will move past this and have a healthy growing baby one day soon. I have never felt so comfortable with another medical professional. Edyta and Dr. Deng are so prompt in responding to my portal messages as well. She is so caring and I am beyond thankful and blessed to have her as my provider through it all. Could not recommend her more to anyone! I previously worked with SRM, and they cannot even begin to compare.

I went to Think Fertility back in August 2023 and was told with my husbands semen analysis results that iui and ivf would not work for us.. we were basically just told no then asked to leave. We were in her office for no more than 30 minutes total. She didn’t get anymore tests from me or my husband.We are now using PNW Fertility and they are absolutely AMAZING.They are extremely confident that even with my husbands results, that we can get pregnant with iui and even naturally. They told us that Think Fertility should’ve done a lot more testing before coming to that conclusion. ALWAYS get a second opinion. I didn’t for 7 months and regret it.

I am so glad that I found Dr Deng to be my first OB-GYN. She is professional, super nice and extremely patient. My first ever well-woman exam went so smooth because Dr. Deng explained the whole process and each single step so well. She is also helping me with other fertility checks, and I feel secure working with her😊

Dr Deng was very professional and caring during my entire stressful ivf journey. She talked about all my options openly and carefully reviewed my surgical history. I ended up having a hysteroscopy done before my stimulation cycles and I’m now 20 weeks pregnant with my little baby girl. Feel so blessed and happy to have Dr Deng as my physician.

Dr. Deng is the best doctor Ive ever seen. She is knowledgeable, patient and approachable. Based on my situation, we decided to try 2-3 IUIs before the IVF appointment. Im super lucky to get pregnant after the second IUI. Everything went smoothly during the process. She answers every question promptly, replies my messages/returns my calls even after hours or on weekends. I had some complications during the first few weeks of pregnancy, and she made time to schedule extra ultrasounds quickly to address my concerns. Now Im graduating from fertility clinic, but feel sad that Dr. Deng cant be my OB anymore.Also, her assistant Edyta is very caring and nice. I feel very fortunate to find them and would definitely recommend them. Cant say enough good things about them!

The clinic is clean and easily accessible, their IMS mobile application is also easy to use. I went for an annual women exam today with Dr. Jie Deng, and she was incredibly caring and knowledgeable! She was very gentle during the procedures and informed me on what was happening every step of the way. I felt very comfortable talking with her about my conditions and concerns, definitely a 5 star, highly highly recommended!!!!

I was very fortunate to meet Dr. Jie Deng under very unfortunate circumstances. I was hospitalized with severe abdominal bleeding and pain that started unexpectedly in the middle of the night. By the time I got to the hospital, I had bled so much it was hard to tell definitively what was wrong from the ultra sound. The doctors suspected the rupture of the fallopian tube due to ectopic pregnancy. Dr. Deng was the obstetrician surgeon to perform the emergency operation. During the examinations and before the surgery I remember feeling weak and very scared and Dr. Deng -- calm, reassuring and matter-of-fact. I had never met or known anything about Dr. Deng before I was wheeled into the surgery, but she saved my life that night and I will forever be grateful. It did turn out to be the raptured fallopian tube. I had lost 2 liters of blood. Dr. Deng performed laparoscopy and left salpingectomy (removal of the tube), blood transfusions. She had the curtesy to call my family right after and reassure them that I would be fine. When I was conscious, Dr. Deng checked on me first thing in the morning as well.
Since the operation I have made the full recovery and Dr. Deng is my obstetrician now. Dr. Deng and her team, Think Fertility, are wonderful! I know that I am in the right, knowledgeable hands and most importantly I feel safe with Dr. Deng as my obstetrician.

I have a lot to say about Dr. Deng. but thats for a future review as I dont have much time today. But I just wanted to point out that you will never find compassion and dedication like you do with Dr. Deng and Edyta. they are super caring, flexible, understanding, and always supportive. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars

Im very lucky to have Dr. Deng be my provider. She is knowledgeable and helpful. Other office staff such as Jessica and Edyta are also nice and friendly.

The DR was super kind and professional. She went beyond our expectations providing me guidance for additional preventive care. The waiting time was close to none and the attention to detail was supreme. Really happy about the experience.
