There was no privacy they have you in a room with multiple people while they talk to you about the medical abortion and then they have you take the pill with everyone in the room I personally did not like that as this was a very hard decision for me mentally and physically. Besides that the staff was nice for the most part.

Terrible experience. Please look elsewhere because you will surely be wasting your time here. Had an appointment scheduled for the 19th. Called the 18th saying they rescheduled me to the 26th. I call on the 23rd to verify & they said they had to cancel it. No calls no updates - nothing. I said I scheduled this 4 weeks ago so I’ve just been sitting waiting & the girl on the phone got an attitude and said their doctor had passed etc. I understand but if I am working on a time sensitive time frame why would you not update patients on things like this. Disgusted & hope you don’t fall into the same trap. Wish I would have read the reviews prior to making appointment. All good reviews must be people that work there cause shhheeeshhh.

Helpful and caring. I read some of these negative reviews, and I cant agree. The state laws of Nebraska limit us as women and them as a clinic. But the clinic did everything to help me thru this difficult time.

I worked there back in 2018 and it was stressful, but it was rewarding at the same time. I felt at home when I was there working because patients were and still are my number one priority. I loved everyone there and Dr. Lee is the best.

My girlfriend was seen at the Maryland clinic this week. They helped us with our very difficult decision and did everthing they could to make our time at their clinic as pleasant of an experience as could be.

Ignore the bad reviews of people who just want to turn you away. Dont let them shame you out of a decision that you have made, they are not allowed to make you regret it. Only you can decide, and this place will help you. Ive had nothing but good experiences and I only have good things to say. Those who have closed minds should come with closed mouths. If this is what you decide, for whatever reason, that is your decision and only yours to make. This place has great staff, who will help you through all of this. They are very caring and understanding and will not judge you. The only complaint I could possibly give is the hecklers that are outside on the days of operations. Fortunately, the staff here is well equipped to deal with them. Dont let them get into your heads, they cant hurt you. There are many reasons why some women cant have children, and if whatever reason you may have is good enough for you, no one else can judge you for it. Its not their body, they cant make that decision for you, and they have no right to try to change your mind

Went here for a chemical procedure 12/10/21, the medical professionals promise follow up phone/calls appointments but they do not do them. It is false advertisement, they do not care about what happens to your body afterwards and they will neglect you. If you don’t want to be shamed for this type of procedure, yes go here but be prepared to know that the money you paid for procedure will not give you a follow up appointment they say this to be in accordance with Nebraska state laws and they are liars.

Came to the clinic to have a medical procedure done because of hyperemesis. Doctor assured that with my medical condition they would take care of me. He’s not doing follow up appointments which should be standard. Clinic over booked. No cold water. Unable to be seen for follow up and procedure caused me to have an infection. After care is unorthodox, unreliable and I’m highly disappointed. They are for sure here just for the money and don’t care.

I had a great experience. All of the staff that I interacted with were very pleasant and kind, they always asked me if I had any questions, were happy to answer every single question, and I did not feel rushed to do anything. They must have asked me at least three dozen times if I was certain my choice was the right choice for me, just to make 100% sure, even though I already was. They were open to discussing your other options if you still werent sure. They thoroughly explained everything to me, did not proceed on anything without asking me if I had any questions or concerns, and always made sure I was comfortable. The doctor even took notice of one woman who was crying and went out of his way to ask how he could help. I felt very safe and supported.

Place is horrible. Had an appointment scheduled over a week in advance and they called the day before saying they have to cancel & hung up in my face. After booking the appointment I read the reviews and was skeptical. I wish I read the reviews first.

This place is a joke all they care about is your money the new employee Razha is so disrespectful like she don’t know how to speak to nobody this the real definition of ghetto. They need to fired that girl she don’t know what she doing.

I have never been a patient of Dr. Carharts, but am a board of directors member of an abortion fund in KY. I am so grateful for Dr. Carharts work and sacrifices. We have sent women .to his clinic in Maryland and are so sad that the clinic has closed.

The nurses at this place were so helpful. They are kind, professional, and keep things confidential. Protecting a womans right to choose has never been so important.

Everyone here is so helpful, caring and understanding. It seemed scary at first but they helped you through it so you comfortable without rushing you.Thank you for all you do even with all you put up with!Your awesome!!

Very helpful and can get new patients in asap also they have there own specialist for chronic pain patient. Also very nice n kind

The nurses were friendly enough. They do need to work on privacy, confidentiality, and modesty, though.

Terrible place, terrible attitute of nurses there, very irresponsible, they make an appointment and do not follow up with it, they just care about taking your money and dont care what happens to you after procedure
