Urogynecology and Female Medicine, Dr. Uzma Chaudhry

Dr. Chaudrhy is very a good listener and addresses all my issues and concerns. Her staff is very efficient, appointments are taken on time and they treat you with care and compassion.

Pathetic office staff. Very rude behavior and the worst part is the Dr supports them. The office staff (particularly a senior staff) is biased or judge based in your color / race is what I felt based on the way they treated us… though they won’t agree.—- Edited based on attached response from the facility —-/Though I posted it from TX. I want to confirm I reviewed Dr. Uzma’s office (in Bensalem, PA) front desk associate’s attitude.

Let’s just start with the front desk, amazing women. They are very helpful and informative. The doctor is wonderful. The compassion and comfort I received from the start to finish here is amazing. Thank you 🤍

Dr Chaudry is one of the most knowledgeable doctors I have ever experienced. Being 75 years old, I feel like I have the years behind me to make this statement. She is kind and very attentive. Her techniques are helping with problems I have had for years.

The staff are all friendly and helpful, the Dr is awesome she makes you feel welcome ,I could sit and talk with her and able to talk about all my problems, thats how relaxed she makes you feel.Just a great places ,best I have ever been to.

Dr. Chaudhry is extremely informative. She spent a lot of time with me explaining what is going on with my body, why and what we can do with treatment options. She also took the time to explain preventative measures for female related gynecologic and urologic conditions which was very helpful. Dr. Chaudhry is very easy to talk to and I would highly recommend her. Her staff is is nice and friendly. You can see that the office is run very efficiently.

Extraordinary personal care from skilled and compassionate doctor and staff. I couldnt be more pleased with the outcome of my surgical procedure and the detailed information and follow-up by Dr. Chaudhry.

Hi. Ive been trying to call for an appointment and for some reason the phone keeps hanging up after they say hello. Ive tried leaving a voicemail and I cant reach anyone at front desk. I hear great reviews about the doctor but Im not able to see her because of this

I became a patient of Dr. Chaudhry at a time when my faith in any medical professional was tested. Having been through a very traumatic experience, I had very low expectations about my appointment. Boy was I wrong!Dr. Chaudhry sat me in her office, listened to my every concern, considered my feedback and together we were able to come up with a plan of action. She was very upfront with me and didnt sugar coat anything. I have never felt more safe, comfortable and confident in any doctor like I have with her. I always leave her office feeling reassured and with some words of wisdom.The girls at the front desk are 2 tough cookies who take care for their patients and will go above and beyond to make sure their patients needs are met.I highly recommend Dr Chaudhry!

Awesome doctor. Front desk staff do not speak to patients in a friendly customer service way. They are blunt and rude. They disregard what you are saying/asking and try to make you feel like you don’t know what you are talking about. The only reason I am still going here is because I like the doctor. I wish I didn’t have to speak to the front desk again.Updating because the office staff saw my bad review and reached out to my physical therapist office which is extremely inappropriate because the review is regarding this office and the front desk staff. NOT my physical therapist.This whole situation has made me very disturbed with this office. I am disgusted with how they speak to their patients and make them feel. What happened to customer service and making the patient comfortable in a time when they feel so vulnerable? This is insane.

Dr. Chaudhry and her staff (Desiree & Marilyn) are the greatest thing since sliced bread! I have been a professional patient (lol) for the better part of 25 years and Ive only run into a handful of doctors who REALLY care. Dr. Chaudhry is definitely one of those. Shes very personable, passionate, straightforward & honest. She will explain things very clearly with pictures, show you the problem and then come up with a comprehensive plan to fix it. And on the off chance she cant (which Im certain is rare) she had back up plans and doctors to help also. When youre in her office you dont feel like youre at the doctors office. It feels more like family including both Desiree & Marilyn. 10 stars 🌟 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Dr. Chaudry and her team are incredible. They are attentive, thorough, and genuinely care about their patients. Over the weekend, I had woken up in a lot of pain very early in the morning. I called their number, expecting to leave a message and for someone to get back to me on Monday. However, someone answered and patched me through to speak with their staff. I was able to receive care immediately! This is hands down the best care I have EVER received. I am so grateful for Dr. Chaudry and her team. If you are a woman struggling with your female health, this is the place to go!

I felt very comfortable the doctor was great made me feel confident in her I like that she explained everything in detail about my problem.I thought everyone was pleasant and made me comfortable.i really appreciate how Desiree helped sent up an appointment for MRI she went out of her way to help.this was my first visit and I would recommend your office to anyone that needed help. Dr. Chaudhry was very thorough. She explained everything to me in words I could understand, not just medical terms. She made me feel at ease. I would highly recommend Dr. Chaudhry. I also thought her staff was nice.

Attempted to make an appointment today for my Mother who suffers from dementia. And Desire was so disrespectful to my Mother and myself. Told me to call back when I have all my information. I run a very successful Doctors office and I would be embarrassed if this was my office. I will go elsewhere

Best doctor Ive ever had for my bladder condition. I spent over 10+ years going from doctor to doctor that wouldnt give me the time of day. Id wait almost a full yr see them and theyd give me 5 mins and ignore everything I said. Dr. Chaudhry has sit and listened to everything Ive said and finally the only person who believed me when I said I knew I had IC. Finally got a diagnosis after all the years. I will be forever grateful 🙏 also she provided a treatment that has improved my quality of life drastically. Thank you so much!

My first visit with the doctor was amazing. Very professional and informative and natural approach to my health. Staff was nice and effecient. I will be taking the doctors recommendations and doing a follow up. Clean office easy to get to and one and one time with the doctor in an office setting. Well, if you want an honest review, take the time to read mine.I was experiencing gynecological issues. Met with my gyn early January and sadly, she left the practice, but referred me to her colleague. I was seeing her for a couple months as they ran tests. It was determined that I needed a hysterectomy but maybe a bladder sling (I like to say bladder hammock....lol) may benefit me. As we discussed and set up a tentative time frame for surgery, she had me set an appt with a urogynecologist. While waiting for that appt, she decided to leave the practice but assured me everything would transfer over. Well, it did, expect that her new practice put me in higher insurance tier (instead of $1500, surgery would be $8400). There was no way I was gonna go to same doctor any pay 5x. So, she was nice, understood and began referring me to another gynecologist and another urogynecologist.So I was already a bit frustrated by starting this process months ago and being bounced around and now, Im meeting yet another doctor. Then you think, can she help me or am I going to be bounced around yet again?!?I check in and wait. And wait. And wait. Getting a bit antsy, but remain quiet. Finally nurse comes and brings me to get weighed, vitals and urine sample. Nurse said, doctor will be with you shortly. As Im quietly getting a little perturbed, Im brought back to the doctors office, NOT the exam room. I sit with the doctor and we chat and chat and laugh and chat and chat and laugh. This went on for like 45 minutes. During that she said, she is a private practice. She likes to talk and spend time with her patients. Shes not rushed by the uppers that say you have to see x amount of patients per day. She sees as many as she wants. Then I thought, this is why she ran behind. She is spending the needed time with each patient and giving them 100% of her attention. She explained what she felt was happening in such easy to follow detail and even had a screen for me to view what she was talking about. She didnt feel I needed a bladder sling and explained why. I then said, well we dont need to do an exam. She said she still wants to do one so she can see for herself and make her own notes, not go off of what some other doctor said. I appreciated that.We went to next room and she did the exam and we were done.Dr Uzma Chaudhry is an AMAZING doctor who puts patients first. Who listens. Who cares about womens health.If I could give her 6 stars I would.Thanks you doc......YOU ROCK!!!!

Unfortunately, I never made an appointment to see the doctor due to the condescending and rude front desk staff. The doctor was recommended highly; however, I will never bring my mother due to disrespectful staff.

I went in to see Dr. Chaudhry and she was extremely personable, friendly, and accommodating. Marilyn and Desiree, the staff, were also extremely friendly, welcoming and very professional. I definitely recommend this office.

Absolutely love this Doctor . She was so helpful with an issue I was having for years . She Got right down to the problem and offered me a solution right away. She is so caring and down to earth. I highly recommend her.

Doctor spent a lot of time just talking and answering all my questions. Very gentle w exam.
