New Body Acupuncture

I have a problem getting pregnant, after I had miscarriage last year, I was searching alternative treatments to get pregnant. I found this place through internet, after I read all good reviews, I went to see dr. Wu. I told him all my concerns and problems. He explained to me about hormone and egg quality, now I know the problem of my infertility. So my husband and I did theTreatments, I think for almost 6 months on our case, I found my self pregnant last January!! I was so happy and thankful that I found him. But my pregnancy had a little bit bumpy journey, I had spotting and subchorionic hematomas on my 1st trimester, and dr Wu, helping me to maintain my pregnancy hormones, my bleeding and spotting stopped. On my 2nd trimester I didnt pass my 1st glucose test, and dr. Wu, helped me again to maintain my sugar level, and I passed my second glucose test, I dont have gestational diabetic. Now Im on my 3rd trimester, I had sciatic nerve pain and pelvic griddle pain, its so painful to walk and sleep, and I did a couple treatment and its getting better now. Now Im just waiting my baby to come out on September :)... Im thankful to God and Dr. Wu, to helping me starts from the beginning and through out my pregnancy.

I am so grateful for Dan. I am coming off of 15 years of birth control with the last 5 having been on the Depo shot. I cried before our very first session because he is the first person to fully explain why my body wasn’t having regular periods. He’s very knowledgeable about hormones and fertility and what is going on in your body (and why it’s doing certain things). After seeing him for once a week for a month, I was back to being regular and minimal symptoms. I definitely need to continue for routine visits but 1-3 times a month seems to work for me. The hours are great and lots of options.

Before I visited Dr Wu I suffered lots of issues from my cycle and ovulation this year. All the western doctors I visited were either not able to help me with my cycle or simply suggested to take pills, otherwise to take hormonal medicines. I visited many acupuncture shops in LA. He told me it will take at least 2 months to see the difference. Suggested me to visit him 3 times a week. I did. Now its been 4 months. My cycle has been regular again, and has very good flow. Additionally my skin became much softer after months of treatment. I am really thankful for everything Dr Wu helped me with. Hes always so patient and always smiling, encouraging me. If your western doctor told you theres nothing they can do to your problem, DO NOT LISTEN to them. Give Dr Wu a try. You will not be disappointed!

Dr Dan Wu is a true angel. He is very knowledgeable and caring. I have been seeing him for many years now. He has helped me with pain management and he even helped me to get pregnant a few years ago with my first child. I know that he can achieve successful results if you trust and believe in his practice. I recommended him to a friend of mine who was going through unsuccessful IVF treatments. When she was ready to give up, I introduced her to Dr. Wu and she was able to conceive naturally after a few months of treatment!! Truly a miracle worker. First he doesnt charge for consult which literally NO ONE does so that was the first sign he isnt trying to take advantage of people/money. He gave me so much info none of my other fertility doctors gave me which was shocking i had to see an acupuncturist to learn so much instead of a fertility specialist. He used to work in ivf/obgyn in China so he is VERY knowledgeable and experienced. I can list the many things he told me that I was surprised no other shared but it would be too long. He said if I come three times a week for 3 months my FSH would be more normal. Im 36 years old, unexplained infertility, 10.4 fsh after 3 months i tested again and im at 8.4 what l shouldve been! It definitely works going to him. Ive heard many other miracle stories. He is truly kind, super smart, and not trying to take advantage of people. I saw 2 other acupuncturists that did NOTHING so I was hesitant to go to another one but am so happy I did. He puts in way more needles than other doctors and also uses biofeedback. I tthink everyone should know about him bc he is truly a gem in a sea of money hungry doctors that ignore the cause and just blame everything on your age or whatever else they can think of instead of using their brains and knowledge to help you. Dr Dan was able to turn my low AMH results around, much to the shock of my western medicine gynecologist! My period came back regularly after two months of going to Dr Dan, and my follicle count went up considerably as well. I’d recommend anyone looking to freeze their eggs or get pregnant to go see Dr Dan :)

It was my first time getting acupuncture and I had decided to make an appointment with Dr. Wu because I read online that he has helped patients with PCOS and hormonal balance. He was extremely kind, respectful and professional. He is very knowledgeable in Chinese medicine as well as gynecology and endocrinology. I will definitely come back after this very positive experience!

If you have women health issues or have difficulty getting pregnant, do not miss this one.Dr. Wu’s treatment has effectively improved my troublesome, and super heavy period situation which lasted for 3 years. He successfully reduced my total period flow from 200 ml in April to 130 ml in May. That was only 2 weeks after I started treatment with him. The following 6 cycles my total flow was 68, 75, 68, 83, 67.5 and 67.5 ml respectively. This improvement is so remarkable and has brought my life style back to normal during period days! And the discomfort I usually had during period has diminished gradually and eventually gone now. My basal body temperature during luteal phase (between OV and period) does rise fast now and has reached the highest level comparing to my past charting records. Dr. Wu significantly improved my cycle back to a normal range while western medicine left me only taking birth control pills as treatment given normal ultrasound and hysteroscopy results.Dr. Wu was an OB/GYN practitioner but then decided to study TCM as he realized there are many things western medicine cannot solve (e.g. my situation). His treatment really helps my body do what it is supposed to do as opposed to having medication does the work for the body.If you have female health/period issues (fibroids, irregular period, no periods, troublesome period etc.) or have difficulty getting pregnant (low AMH, PCOS, unsuccessful IVFs), and western medicine have not been able to help with those, Dr. Wu is definitely worth trying. I strongly recommend go to him first before taking on any expensive medical procedure. You would be amazed by what he can do and the effectiveness of his treatment just like I am.
