Great opportunity to connect and ask when I should do my next Pap smear. Ive lost two GYNs who have left their practice so wanting to start a repore with Dr. Gutierrez. She was lovely to me on the first visit. Hope to keep seeing her.

Dr. Gutierrez is truly the best OBGYN I’ve had. Her office staff is also very sweet. They have a great team that makes you feel like your concerns are heard and attended to!

This was the worst medical experience Ive ever had. I was judged and told they dont do that here even though they kept sending multiple bills for what they dont do. The physician didnt listen, was rude and was dismissive. I would never go here again. They are cold and judge you and have a bad bedside manner.

Dr Gutierrez was kind, patient and understanding of my concerns. Her staff is helpful and very nice!

Dr.Gutierrez is just a wonderful doctor really! She is so warm, caring and extremely knowledgeable in her medical advices. The staff was very professional and welcoming, solved all my issues with a smile on their faces. The facility is large, ultra clean and pleasant. Couldnt be happier!

Dr Gutierrez was incredible and she took care of my surgery. Know that you will be in good hands with her. Intelligent, dedicated, nurturing, and totally cool!! I trust her with everything. READ - Awful experience! I communicated to Melissa Gutierrez my health concerns and questions. She did not address them properly or even showed concern about how I was feeling before and after my visit. Goodness show some care! She was ready to take another $350 cash-10 min consultation but thats about it! I do not care about the cost, the issue is that she does not care about you. Customer service was OK but her performance absolutely horrible!

What a horrible experience!! Not a professional office and especially the doctor. I had an urgent appointment , which by the way this appointment was confirmed not once but five times . Sending me emails and txt messages saying if I even canceled, they will charge me 40 dollars . The day comes, which I took time off work ( unpaid ) but I didn’t care if I wasn’t getting paid as long as I got to finally see a gynecologist. Once I got to her office not only was staff super rude, but the lady in front goes oh Dr. Gutierrez is on vacation. What?!! You guys send emails and txt messages confirming this appointment. The last text message I got was actually the evening before my appointment!!! This was so unprofessional and disappointing. Plus no compassion from the staff not even oh sorry for this . So happy my husband was with me because he said it best. There’s a good reason for this and it’s a sign that this doctor and staff if they are this unprofessional why would I want to trust my health in her hands? So bye! Happy to say I found another doctor who has amazing reviews . So ladies run from this Dr. Gutierrez.

Dr Gutierrez is a fabulous physician. She listened to me and was patient and attentive unlike other doctors that seem rushed. She was spot on with my treatment and her excellent nurse followed up to see how I was doing . So grateful to have found such a wonderful doctor

This was my first time seeing Dr. Gutierrez. She was very nice and thorough. She took her time with me and answered all questions I had. I went for my annual and also asked if I could have some blood work done (just because I havent done it in a while). I liked how the lab was in-office! It was really convenient to not have to go to a different place.The only down side I have is that I did wait a while to be seen. But I chalked that up to her spending ample time with her patients to make sure they feel heard. I am so glad I found Dr. Gutierrez and I will definitely be making my future appointments with her.

Dr Melissa was a wonderful, personal, real experience with a female dr that got down to business! I was not intimidated to ask questions, because I felt like I was talking to one of my sophisticated girlfriends, nothing fazed her! Thank u, thank u Dr Melissa! You’re a good doctor that has a heart!

I would give Dr. Guitierrez more stars but her billing department deserves 0. They call at 6 am to tell you to log into their portal as you owe them money. I have my phone on do not disturb most of the time, but sometimes need to have it working for other reasons. Its not like the bill is late or there is an outstanding long overdue reason, or that we even knew we owed money, they just have an automated service that likes to call outside of business hours. I do not think this is okay so we will be finding another doctor.

Dr Gutierrez herself is great and I would gladly give her 5 stars if I could.However, the front receptionists have shown some of the most unprofessional behaviors I have personally first-hand experienced in a medical setting. Hence the 3 star review.

She was kind and professional. She listened to my needs and worries and walked me through things. I don’t think I have had that in a long long time. Usually I’ve had doctors dismiss your feelings/ requests and which basically does not build confidence and comfort. Dr. Gutierrez is a good doctor and I definitely recommend her.

Dr. Gutierrez is a very conscientious doctor who cares about her patients. My experience with her was that she was very professional. She was empathetic towards my anxieties and helped me through a difficult health scare. I would recommend her to anyone needing expert OBGYN care.

While I hate to take this public, I’ve tried since the end of October to speak with Dr. Gutierrez about some issues I’ve had with her assistant and her ridiculously careless and dangerous care. I like Dr. Gutierrez, but if a patient had tried repeatedly to contact me and warn me about my dishonest and immature assistant -and if I chose not to find out what the issues were - then I would deserve your mistrust. By not following up, she’s putting her patients at risk - and I can’t support that. A doctor’s staff and office can make or break their practice - and in this case, it is only a matter of time before there’s a real life & death issue. I would urge you to find another OBGYN and pass on this one.

Dr. Gutierrez was really warm and friendly. The exam was very quick and as pleasant as possible for a pelvic exam. She took time to discuss fertility testing options with me and was very informative when we spoke again to review the results.

Dr. Gutierrez is one of the fakest doctors I’ve been to. She puts on this facade of being nice and all but is super arrogant. She does her own thing before asking you if you’re comfortable at all. I felt violated going to her. I was her patient for many many years but will be switching doctors. Save yourself and find another doctor. Dr. Niku in the same office is great and listens to patients needs, my friend goes to him and speaks highly. Stay clear from Dr.Gutierrez.

Made getting my annual easy and relaxing rather than stressful. Dr Gutierrez made me feel so comfortable and welcomed - she also made the appointment fast and easy while answering all my questions accordingly and following up with results in a timely manner. Would highly recommend!

I saw Dr. Gutierrez yesterday for the first time. I was a patient with Dr. Goldman in the same practice, but I was referred to Dr. Gutierrez as Dr. Goldman no longer sees Medicare patients. Dr. Gutierrez was great!!! She was very approachable, knowledgeable, gentle and caring. She did not rush through the appointment and answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend her to my friends and family.

Melissa Gutierrez is very respectful, well educated, and involved in her patients care. All the staff and nursing staff know you by name and are very welcoming. They even have their own lab draws in the office so no need to make extra trips. Highly recommend!!

The office was peaceful and I was seen quickly tho I got wrong directions from my car’s navigation system.The doctor was kind, empathic and very thorough. I felt heard and seen. She was gentle. She took her time with me which is so important in gynecology.My doctor of many years retired during the pandemic and finding Dr G is a relief!

Dr sent me in to see another doctor for suspected miscarriage. I had the worst experience of my life with her coworker, he even performed a transvaginal sonogram without putting on gloves. After my appointment from hell - Dr Gutierrez did not even care enough to call me. I called the office a few time to speak to her and never received any type of follow up. I have since found a new doctor who care about their patients. I would not recommend her or Beverly Hills OBGYN to anyone.

Dr Gutierrez helped me navigate a scary breast cancer diagnosis buy sending me on to a fantastic surgeon and oncology team.I will be forever grateful to her for her support navigating breat cancer diagnosis during the middle of the pandemic.I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a young caring OBGYN

I am grateful for Dr Melissa Gutierrez 🙏 She is taking good care of the menopausal things that happen. Its so nice having a female gynecologist who is sensitive and current on medical treatments.

I had to get in to see a gynecologist ASAP after a bladder/fibroid issue that brought me into the ER. Melissa squeezed me in as soon as she could and made a big effort to make sure I was taken care of. She was thorough, straight-forward and logical in her approach and I appreciated the professionalism and care taken. Highly recommend her!

The staff took my insurance information and booked an appointment for me, after explaining that I was in a lot of pain. The soonest they could see me was 4 days later. After waiting four days I show up to my appointment and they said they would not accept my insurance—which didn’t make sense since they had approved my insurance when I initially scheduled the appointment. My only options were to leave in pain or to pay $350 out of pocket. In the future I hope they treat their patients with the care and respect they deserve, starting with the scheduling phone call.

Dr. Gutierrez is thorough and has a great bedside manner. I havent gone to a new gyno in 23 years (my former doctor retired). I was nervous, but know Im in good hands.

Precise language. Attentive. Listens. Beyond her bedside manner I felt very comfortable during my procedure. I’m confident with my health care moving forward and would highly recommend her to peers.

Dr G totally put me at ease and was super kind. I have extremely high anxiety about dr visits. By the end of this one I was laughing and smiling. She was kind and gentle, listened to my concerns, and was generally all around wonderful.

She is my new doctor, since my last doctor at this group retired. So far, Ive seen her three times and she is very nice. I think it takes time to establish a relationship with a new doctor and I am hoping this is a good one.

I was anxious going to a new Obgyn, but Dr. Gutierrez is a sweetheart, professional and with excellent bedside manners. The staff friendly and helpful. Great Covid-19 precautions taken.

I came to her trying to understand my reoccurring infections and asked if she thought it was diabetes and told me I was too young to be diagnosed, which led me to ending up almost in a comma and getting diagnosed with type one. She was very rushed with me and I was happy that I changed my gynecologist to someone else in the building.

Went for a check up, lasted 5 min, she say everything was fine, payed 400$ . Didn’t trust her so i end up going to another doctor, clearly something was wrong

I came to this doctor waiting for my yearly Pap smear and had a UTI and yeast infection which I was fully aware of because I had had it before I explain to her how much pain and discomfort I was in she acted like she cared but it was a Friday so she told me she would prescribe me the medication I needed knowing I was allergic to a certain kind ...then when I was at the pharmacy trying to pick up stuff she waved bye to me while getting in the elevator and when I went back to get my prescription she had forgotten to even write it out I called over the weekend to get it since my symptoms got worse and the male that answered ended up prescribing me medication that was similar to the one that I I am allergic to and has destroyed my health since then for the past two months. Please spare yourself the trouble and go somewhere where they will care about you and what you have to say and what you were concerned about
