Genesis Community Health - Medical Boca Raton

I absolutely love the staff at Genesis Boca Raton. From the office to the clinicians EVERYONE is patient and caring. My mom receives comprehensive/thorough medial attention and I’m always informed on her care. Thank you all for being an amazing and trustworthy healthcare team!

I wanted to give this review because Dr.Nagraj is such a wonderful Doctor. He takes time to listen to each and every concern that I had. Clara the receptionist is awesome always so helpful every time I call and visit the Office. Thank You!

Doctor Ravi is amazing great doctor front office staff always beyond helpful Maddy makes it all happen couldn’t have anyone better to get it done they never leave you hanging always return your phone calls if they are not available or gone from the office you could not get better help anywhere

Dr. Nagraj is excellent doctor and human being, I LOVE him.Clean place in general, the doctor answered all my questions and concerns always, personalized service with good treatment, its SO difficult to find a great PCP. I highly recommend this clinic.

Rebecca the was extremely effective at drawing my blood cause no one ever gets it on the first try. My hat goes off to her. Overall the attention to detail and the level of care they provide I highly recommend for a primary care physician. Dr Nagraj really takes his time to address all your health concerns in a heartfelt manner.

The ladies running this place and caring for patients are absolutely amazing! Everybody at the front desk was helpful, patient and kind. The care giver who saw me was Dr. Kerline. She knew what the issue was right away and rectified it immediately. I could not of asked for a better experience. I have been to very nice, high end doctors offices where the care was nothing like the care I have received today. Everyone there is professional & good at what they do. Thank you all for all that you do! You are all angels!

This office is okay they are very nice and pleasant but nothing was really outstanding. Doctors are okay- kind of service thats get what you need and go. They are just not very personable and open to questions or concerns. Front office was very accommodating though so thank you to them!♥

Dr Nagraj is amazing however this review is based on the front office. I have called multiple times every single day, left voicemails and no one ever answers the phone. Now I have an appointment in two weeks to see a pain management specialist that Dr. Nagraj referred me to and I simply need my medical records faxed to the doctor but can’t even reach not one person to get those records. Ridiculous.

Went there today, i had ah bit of a wait, but they were able to squeeze me in bcus i didnt have an appt so i didnt complain, the lady who drew my blood was very nice to me. Sadly, i forgot her name, Melissa or Maddison I THINK is her name. She was SUPER nice n made me feel comfortable during my visit.

I highly recommend Genesis Community Health at Boca Raton. I am patient since 2018 and it is always a pleasure to visit this office! They are helpful, the friendly staff is amazing!Ive had the pleasure to be assigned to Dr. Sarah Wiggill which is always a pleasure! She is the best physician I ever had, she always explains everything about my health, she is super nice, makes you feel welcomed and comfortable and takes great pride in what she does and also she is very attentive to her patients. I will be thankful to her forever because I had problems to get pregnant and she was the only one that found out what was my issues and she helped me with her knowledge and now Im going to have my so expected first baby. Shes amazing and Ill always recommend her and this office for everyone that I know.

I thank the LORD for having Genesis Community Health in my area. Been coming to this place for over 2 years and they are wonderful people in helping individuals like myself who are on a tight budget and in need of medical attention. I would definitely recommend to anyone in need to medical services. Had the pleasure of having Dr. Nagraj as my Primary Care Physician. I have admired his sense of humility for a man who is a Medical Doctor , he carries himself with a humble and simple mindset spirit. He is intelligent and has helped with all of my medical needs. He is mild in his diagnosis and conclusion to my particular medical problem. Have enjoyed not having to have 100s of test done and multiple pills that may not be necessary, he is to the point and makes me feel like he is thinking for my best interest. By far he is one of my favorite Dr. in my 62 years living on this planet. Hope he continues to stay with Genesis Community Health. Shalom!!! : )

I was disappointed with the service received. I called several times to find out if my lab results were available but no follow-up was ever done. when I went back to the clinic they tricked me into sending me to get the results from Quest across town. but quest doesnt really deliver the results directly it was just a way for them to get me to leave. In the end, I never got my results, which was important for my internship file.

The Dr Sonia is attentive and takes her time to listen the patient but the attention of the assistant is the worst they put the calls on hold for long time, sometimes they pretend that they dont listen when I call,they dont give wrong information and I have to call many times to get them to send a referral to the specialist(this happens at the Boynton Beach office)the ladies the front desk are so nice

Had my daughter there today. She has MANY diagnoses. The PA was caring, smart and the staff were fast! Two referrals no problem!!!! AMAZING! So happy finally people who do their Jobs without dropping the ball. Absolutely so impressed. Thank you!

Wouldnt authorize a refill on my DIABETES meds. Told them I couldnt come in for three weeks. So instead of helping me they decide to hardline me. Im a diabetic!! Horrible place absolutely unreasonable or caring

My fiance has blood clots and he also has pancreatitis. He is not taking any narcotics at all. He is at risk of a blood clot forming in his brain and in his lungs. and CVS pharmacy sent a fax and an email to refill his blood clot medicine and his medicine for his stomach. And Genesis did not respond at all for 7 days now to CVS. This is putting my fiance at high risk of actual death. also they told my fiance to change his insurance company that way they could accept it two months ago and he changed his insurance company to Sunshine Health then the secretary at Genesis called him and said that she does not accept it and that he must pay cash. Hes willing to pay cash. But right now they are just leaving him during Grace Christmas at a big risk of death of actual death. My fiance was in the ICU for two months at Boca Raton regional hospital. I dont want

You really have to be desperate to go to this place and really broke. Bad customer service, bad medical staff, they will give you an appointment until the end of the world. If they do, they will tell you later that it was not setup and push you back to another end of the world appointment. Do not even try to do the walking, it will be a waste of your time. I would not advise anyone to go to this place, not even my worst enemy! IF you want to seek medical services, go somewhere else.

Well. I need a blood thinner. My Pharmacy requested a refill for my blood clot blood thinner. So Ive been without it for 2 days in the doctors not refilling it so I probably going to die. I have pancreatitis and I need my stomach probably going to kill me too. So Im dealing with two deadly conditions that they can fix with a strike of a pen or the call over phone.

A great experience with Dr. Nagraj who listens to you extremely well and with genuine concern. Highly recommend.

Dr. Doron has given me very excellent care at Genesis. The staff is kind and helpful. This is a blessing to the community.

Dr Holley is wonderful as is the nursing staff. The appointment process is horrible but when you finally reach them it is worth the hassle.
