Dr. Beth Freedland

Dr Freedland is wonderful, friendly, down to earth and easy to talk to. As a Woman finding a GYN who listens and understands our issues is sometimes challenging. I’ve been her patient for many years. I moved to another state a few years ago and after several miserable attempts to find another GYN in my new location. (Dr Freedland had set the bar high.) Thankfully I’m just a state away and frequently return home, so I’ve been able to keep her as my GYN Doctor. Totally worth the 5.5 hour drive.

I have been a patient of Dr. Freedland for probably 16+ years now. I have one son and had a very traumatic birth experience and she went out of her way to care for me for the almost month that I was hospitalized after. I don’t know what I would have done without her by my side.. and continue to have such a close relationship with her. Having a doctor that truly is passionate and that would have done anything for me is what means the most these days. Very hard to find. Thankful for her!

Dr. Freedland has been my gynecologist for over 15 years. She is attentive and caring. She listens to my concerns and answers my questions. Her office staff is very professional and organized. They keep me on track for appointments needed in the office as well as my annual mammogram.

I would not recommend going to this doctor AT ALL if you are pregnant. First off, I was seeing her for 3 months before her office comes and tells me the don’t accept my insurance, what a joke. I switched my insurance and still kept her as my doctor which was a big mistake. When you ask her almost anything she will tell you that it’s “normal”. Long story short, I was 33 weeks and had an appointment on a Monday, she told me everything was fine. My son was then born premature 3 DAYS later.. when she came to deliver him she was like a deer in the headlights, didn’t explain anything on why or how this happened. Turns out I had a condition call Polyhydramnios which is too much amnioc fluid which allowed my son to knot up my umbilical cord. She completely missed my diagnosis! My son could’ve DIED if I didn’t know my body and realize that he wasn’t moving much the morning I had him. Then she had the nerve to send me a bill for $200 for the time before her office noticed that they didn’t accept my insurance.. very unprofessional and she has no bedside manner! She would’ve gotten sued, but she doesn’t even have malpractice insurance LOL

I have seen Dr. Freeland for the past few years for bio, identical hormones. The past eight months I have also seen her for weight loss counseling. I am in and out of her office regularly and cannot recommend Dr. Freeland and her staff more. Stacy is the receptionist and the scheduler and she is a fantastic multitasker who is very efficient and dependable. Trina does lab work for Dr. Freeland and she is also very professional, efficient, caring and kind to her patients. I have had great success not only balancing my hormones and managing menopause but losing weight also.

First time in this office and they were great. Made my daughter feel comfortable, while also being gentle, and patient (she hates needles). They answered all of our questions and provided us with information and guidance.

I have been going to Dr. Freedland for several years and have always received great care from her, her medical staff, especially Novi and office staff, specifically Stacy. She and her staff are very informative and take the care and time to answer any questions during my appointments. Dr. Freedlands calm manner is the absolute best for calming my anxiety.Most recently I had a possible health scare and Stacy was able to get me an appointment within an hour and by the time I got there, she had an appointment ready for me for imaging. Dr. Freedland and Novi were both very reassuring and by the end of my appointment much of my anxiety was gone because of their reassurances.Thank you Dr. Freedland and staff, its always a pleasant experience at your office and your top quality patient care is greatly appreciated.

De Freedland, and her staff, have helped me through many health situations. Her staff is very friendly, yet professional. I’ve been a patient since Feb 2020 and I still recommend her to my friends. Sometimes the office is super busy and you have to wait. However is worth it. Her medical assistant and her front desk team is amazing. Stacy is 5 stars.

The whole office staff and Dr. Freedland are knowledgable, patient, supportive and always on time. I highly recommend for Hormone balancing, GYN check ups and general health!

The office is clean and hygienic, and the staff are lovely. However, I was very disappointed and expected more during my appointment. I was underwhelmed by the doctors knowledge; she did not go over my patient history with me, which is typically expected. Additionally, she did not review my health assessment or establish any patient rapport. I felt rushed and uncomfortable asking questions. She diagnosed me with an infection but didnt take the initiative to explain the recurrent infection, prevention, or treatment. After expressing my concerns at the front desk, I returned to the patient room for the doctor to explain. Unfortunately, it seemed like she wasnt interested in helping me. I will not return and do not recommend this place, especially for pregnancies. The lack of attention to detail, absence of rapport, and limited knowledge make it an unsuitable choice for future visits.

This office is so clean and beautiful. The staff is so wonderful and professional. When you walk in your greeted with such a friendly face. The medical team is fantastic as well, I love how comfortable they make you feel. Dr Freedland is a great obgyn. She takes the time to explain things and goes above and beyond to make sure she does everything she can to help you. I recently had an in office procedure and the entire time I felt so safe and I was well taken care of by the staff and Dr Freedland. Not enough words can even begin to describe the happiness I feel for choosing this obgyn. They definitely are a top obgyn office in Boca Raton and that is hard to find.

After recently moving to the Boca area, I have been searching for a great OBGYN and I have finally found this amazing office! First off, let me start by saying how friendly and caring the staff is. You can just feel that they truly care about their patients and that they want them to feel comfortable. Gail and Micheal in the office are so loving and funny, they made my experience that much more enjoyable! Dr. Freeland is the absolute best! She is professional, gentle and she really gets to know you so she can give you the best care and medical guidance that you need. On top of all that, the office is clean and beautifully managed and as a business owner myself, I greatly appreciate all the small details and graciousness that this office has to offer. Go see these wonderful women and I promise you will leave feeling like youve known them your whole life!

I absolutely love this team of ladies that run the clinic. I came from NY with such a bad experience from my previous doctor. Staci, Tiara, Ariana, and Angela really made me feel comfortable being in that environment and made sure everything was in place before each appointment. Dr. Freeland is wonderful and very knowledgeable, she spends quality time to get to know each patient to know how she can help you. I started with Dr Freedland shortly after the 2022 year began. Her understanding of hormonal issues in women of all ages is boundless. I started hormone therapy with her guidance and feel so much better in every aspect of my active lifestyle. Her staff are all knowledgeable and kind. My wife’s doctor is Dr Haley and I have nothing but great things to say about this office. Dr haley is an amazing doctor, very informative and caring. The best part about this office are the ladies in the front desk. Staci and Tiara are so awesome! They make my wife feel very supported and loved. They treat her like family. Those girls make that office such a wonderful place. My wife loves going to her appointments just to see them. Been coming here for almost 5 years. I was referred by United healthcare as I was looking for an obgyn in my area and was pregnant with my first child. So happy we chose here. Dr Freedland is very professional, kind, and thorough. She explains everything so you understand completely. They are great with answering your questions and the phone when ever you call. She delivered both my boys and made me feel confident in her abilities. We’ve recommended numerous friends and coworkers to Beth. She’s awesome and I’ll continue seeing her for any of my needs

This was my first visit with Dr. Freedland, who was highly recommended by my Primary Care Dr. And she was so right. From the minute you walk in you feel very welcome in the office. The wait time was very short, the nurse was very very cordial. Dr. Freedland took her time with me and answered all my questions. I did not feel rushed what so ever. I am so happy with Dr. Freedland and the whole office staff. I would also highly recommend Dr. Freedland.

I scheduled an appointment for 3:00PM, knowing that Dr. Freedland would make me wait AT LEAST 45 minutes like she always does. I get off of work, arrive 45 minutes late and I have to wait another 40 minutes. So in total, if I had arrived on time like I always do, I would have waited a total of 1 hour and 40 minutes to be seen JUST for a 10 second follow-up to refill a prescription. Horrible service. She simply does not care about your time. DO NOT GO HERE.

My girlfriend recently went and saw Dr. Freedland and was given horrible treatment by her, zero bed side manner and did not seem to have a care in the world to elaborate on any bad diagnoses or expand upon any troublesome information she came across through her ultrasound. On top of that her staff is a joke that I guess follow the same sentiment as their boss in not caring at all in helping with sending prescriptions to pharmacies or giving any common courtesy to patients, since that is a very very tough and grueling part of their job while sitting at their desks. Everyone there seems to be just punching a clock, collecting payments and sending people on their way. I would not recommend this dump to anyone.

So 1st, my child baring years have past..(but she is an OB AS WELL) I’ve had a male GYN for several years. I hate to admit this, but I hadn’t gone for a check up for a few years. I made a decision to look for a female doctor. Dr. Freedland is a DO. My sister is a Doctor up in New Hampshire & she also is a DO. I believe their training is geared more towards a healthier way to address issues, and I appreciate that. I choose Dr. Freedland on my own by looking up her reviews. I am very happy I did, because so far I am extremely pleased. Her office is clean & cheerful. Her staff members-which seems more like a family-are really thoughtful, caring and take lots of time to help and get a full history on years prior. That’s where Dr. Freedland comes in too. She spent a good amount of time with me & really addressed any questions I had & offered a great deal of advice. So as you can see..I am very pleased and Blessed to have found her & her practice!

Dr. Freeland and her staff are the best of the best. She has been the only doctor ever that knew I have fibroids and explained that they had been there for a while, even though Ive been to previous doctors who missed them. I am also a first-time mommy and she has been wonderful guiding me through the process even though I am a high-risk pregnancy. Dr. Freedland is wonderful. Her bed side manner is great, she will answer all of your questions without making you feel rushed. The office staff is fantastic, and extremely helpful. After having been to several different doctors, I found Dr. Freedland through a Google search about 8 years ago, and since day 1, I knew she was different from the rest. Ever since, I have sent my sister as well as friends to her, because I know they will be in good hands. Even after moving 1.5 hours away, I have continued to see Dr. Freedland because she is that special. Its very difficult nowadays to find a doctor whom you can trust to be knowledgeable and personable...especially for OB/GYN. She is extremely easy to talk to, thorough, and truly shows compassion for her patients. As an added bonus, I have never waited more than 15 minutes for her, and her staff is very friendly. Dr. Beth Freedland is a true gem and I recommend her wholeheartedly!

I’ve been going to Dr. Freedland for over 3 years. We are now expecting our first baby in a couple months and the entire pregnancy process has been great with her and her office team. Anytime I have a question or need help with anything, the staff responds right away and makes sure all of my needs are taken care of. The office staff is very friendly and makes you feel so welcomed and comfortable every time you are there. I highly recommend Dr. Freedland.

Had such a great experience as a new patient at this office. The visit was quick and the staff were kind, helpful, etc. Stacey and Tiara were so friendly in helping me fill out my paperwork and the office itself felt extremely safe as it relates to COVID protocol. I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Freedland. I love that its not a big office that feels like a factory - you are seen promptly and the staff is very friendly. Dr. Freedland has been very kind and professional.I’m a veteran, therefore my insurance is VA which has its own challenges. Dee has been very kind and helpful with this. She is professional and always friendly on the phone.Dr. Freedland’s nursing’s staff is kind and professional as well.I NEVER have a problem getting an appointment and they call and let me know if Dr Freedland gets delayed in the hospital. Dr. Beth Freedland is the first doctor out of many I saw over the years found a solution to my pre-menopause problems. She got me back on my feet. Thanks to doctor Freedland for putting me on extensive hormone treatment therapy that made a huge difference in my life!!! I have energy to exercise, no more hot flashes, no more sleeping problems... The best experience I’ve had at a doctors office. Every staff member from reception to the nurses that took care of me were friendly, caring, and professional. Doctor Freedland came highly recommended from our friends at boca regional, and she did not disappoint. All around a great Doctor and exceptional office staff.

If I could give less than one star I would. The worst experience of my life in a medical environment. I was to be a new patient. I called 25 minutes before my appointment to inform the staff I never received the paperwork to fill out via email as they instructed me I would. I was put on hold for 15 minutes which made me run a little late upon arriving. The reception was standard and I was given paper work to complete. As I sat down I heard Trina from behind the reception wall abruptly say to her reception colleague, She will have to wait; take the other patient first. Who arrived after me. I got up from completing my forms and told Trina if you are going to talk about patients you should do it where they cant hear you. She then became exceedingly irate and replied, I told you that on the phone, that if you ran late and the following patient arrived before you she would be seen first. I was attempting to see the doctor on a long lunch hour. I replied yes, you did, but she arrived after me, not before me. I told her we are all under stress due to our jobs at times, and attempted to convey I have managed 200 people. She would not allow me to speak and was argumentative, trying to further incite, argue and interject, with facetious, snide, comments. Her behavior was far beyond inappropriate. I became frustrated as I was not allowed to complete my sentence and after realizing I could not rationalize with this individual, said I should just find another Doctor. Then the office manager came out and although not rude, did not care that my paper work was never received, as promised by her office, did not care that I tried to call and was put on hold for so long that I would be ten minutes late. They never offered an alternative when I called. She instead said it would be best if I found another doctor. The doctor may be excellent, but if this is the team she selects to represent her, my opinion is to steer clear of this office. There are other doctors available to see where patients where patients do not have to encounter verbal abuse, insensitivity, unprofessionalism prior to seeing the doctor. Trianas conduct was unconscionable. I have never had any bad experiences in a medical office prior to this one.

I have been getting pellets from Dr. Freedland for almost 2 years and the results have been wonderful. I moved to NC 1 year ago but travel to FL for my pellet insertions every 4 months which is a testament to Dr. Freedlands expertise and bedside manner. She is very gentle and explains every part of the procedure to relieve any anxiety. The staff is friendly and professional and the office is both spotless and relaxing.

Dr. Beth Freedland is outstanding and has a unique practice in that she combines her medical training and knowledge with her comprehensive knowledge of naturopathy to create a more holistic approach to gynecology and obstetrics. She is well versed in natural remedies and extremely communicative. I have gone to several OBGYN’s in boca for the more than 17 years I have resided here, and after having been disappointed and dissatisfied with the lack of Dr. patient interface. I found Dr. Freedland about 3 years ago and I couldn’t be happier.

You can flag my review, but i was your patient and you delivered my baby. You forced me to do C-section when there was no serious reason for C-section. My baby wasn’t breach, wasn’t big and everything was fine with me and still refused to try delivering me naturally. And she waited until the last month to tell me that I’m having cesarean. Doctor Freedland is very materialism and cares only about how much extra money she can make. I’m pregnant now and all the doctor said that i can give birth naturally and that was unnecessary C-section.I won’t recommend her to anyone and will never forgive her.

DR. Freedland is amazing. I started to see her when i found out i was pregnant of my first child. She gave me all the tools for a perfect and healthy pregnancy. Delivery was the best experience I could imagine. Now, pregnant with my second child i know Im in the best care possible. Her office is easy to access, great hours, and she delivers in more than one hospital. She has amazing professional bed manners. She sure cares for her patients.I love her and recommend her service to any woman that needs a great OBG-yn.

Dr. Beth Freeland and her staff were nothing short of awesome. Dr. Freedland has been my OBGYN since before my husband and I planned to have a baby and she always was matter of fact, to the point, about my health and answering any questions. When we began our pregnancy journey during covid, the staff was very diligent to ensure we would be able to visit together because my husband and I were both quarantined. Dr. Freedland was receptive and understanding of all my concerns especially during COVID. The labor couldnt have gone ANY better. My baby came on his due date, I only pushed for 15 minutes, although I had to be stitched up- Dr. Freedland did it perfectly and now I am 6 weeks and back to NEW! Thank you Dr. Freedland and TEAM!

Dr. Freedland and her staff have evolved into a very friendly, efficient and warm practice. Dr. Freedland has always been amazing but now everyone on her staff makes you feel comfortable! I feel that everyone who works in this office is extremely competent and caring!!

If I could give Doctor Freeland and Staff a 0 I would. I agree with a negative previous comment about this office. First, I will start by saying that I made an appointment. (Two Days) before, I received a call from the office asking if I could come in earlier. Several calls came in asking the same question over and over again and my reply was No each time. At first, I was polite till it continued throughout the (Second Day) which was the day of the appointment. This felt like harassment. Call after call from different staff asking me to come in earlier until the last call, I screamed out LEAVE ME ALONE!!! Can you imagine having to go to a doctor after this unprofessional encounter. Just a comment to this Doctor. Our time is valuable as well. If we make a late in the day appointment there is a reason why. Just maybe your patient cant get off of work. Imagine that. Just because you want to leave early does not warrant this behavior. I told the office manager who really did not seem genuinely concerned. Neither did the doctor! I had asked the office, prior, if the Doctor prescribes Troikas for Hormone treatment as I do not want the pellets. They said Yes. During my visit, the doctor tried to pressure me and hard sell me on pellets even after I expressed, I was against it. In addition, the nurse tried to pressure and hard sell me after I specifically told the doctor that I didnt want pellets which, by the way, are very expensive. I am not a good candidate for this procedure as agreed by other Doctors! Yet forget patient care and listening to the patient as its all about the money! Anyone in sales knows that the hard sell approach is very undesirable. Especially in a doctor’s office. There is no regard for the patient at all! Next, I came back for lab test results and found out that the staff had scheduled me for Pellets. Again, the doctor tried to hard sell me and pressure me on pellets telling me that her pharmacy will set up a payment plan. Really, so I should pay for a procedure that I am against that is not the best for me as I know my own history and how my body reacts. Oh yes, a payment plan. Disgusting! Let’s not overlook the Nurse that revisited my room on the second visit to try to hard sell me and pressure me on the pellets again. I couldnt believe it. I felt like I was buying a new car and with the most aggressive pair of shark type salesmen. Now let’s get to the procedures she tried to prescribe that I never needed as confirmed by at least two plus doctors. It appears that setting up procedures you dont need is more money. She insisted that I must get the procedure, in her office, by her tech. There were no symptoms to warrant this procedure and it was normal to have this issue when a woman has given birth to several babies. Let’s talk about her office waiting room. On top of this money hungry mentality, you can always buy some jewelry which she has displayed in her waiting room. Let me also mention the most compassionate doctor award on her wall. Her behavior with me does not warrant most compassionate. It’s more like money first and patient care second. How sad. Covid brought out Doctors true intent. Good and Bad There are some really amazing caring doctors still in practice. However, my advice, move forward and find a doctor that doesnt put money in place of patient care! I hope this review helps other woman searching for a good doctor who is not focused on how much money they can make on you! A doctor that embraces the patients, listens and has empathy!

This was my first review, 2 years ago, and Being a patient for 2 year don’t make then to have a friendly treat. My father die in November 10 with cancer , and I had a appointment for 3 days later he pass away, my husband call and say I can’t go because I’m so sad and don’t want go out and ask a refil for my pills, the woman say she can’t do nothing because I have a anual appointment and she can give me the refill… I’m so sad and disappointed because I don’t let go because I want, I just couldnt go because I was in grieving and I couldnt even say goodbye to my father who died in another country. I couldnt do without my contraceptive, and I thought it was disrespectful to be patient for so long and they not empathize with what I was going through. So for me, I’m looking for another doctor and place, because I can’t be patient in a place like this .Yesterday I finally found an amazing gynecologist, Dr, Freedland, after a long search where I dealt with several inpatient and inconsiderate doctors that wouldn’t take the time to listen to my issues or treat them properly. Dr. Freedland was incredibly sweet, attentive, and patient with me. I would highly recommend her. Rachel at the front desk was very helpful and sweet aswell

When I walked in to the office and read the literature in the front room, I knew I was finally in the right place. I have had years of poor experiences with doctors that did not listen or just had one way of doing things. Dr. Beth Freedland is a blessing. She has extra study and is a great listener. It is wonderful to have a doctor who knows more than the text books and traditional methods for womens health care!

I love this office and Dr. Freedland! Everyone is so kind and caring. I went in for hormone therapy and Dr. Freedland asked if I had had a mammogram. I told her I had and that they had mentioned an ultrasound, but didnt stress it. She examined me and said, Get the Ultrasound ASAP. Because of her diligence, I caught early stage Breast Cancer before it had spread to any lymph nodes or anywhere else. I cant tell you how grateful I am to Dr. Freedland. I would have waited a year for my next mammo and by then, my treatment plan would have been MUCH different! She saved me from radiation and chemo. Because it was caught so early, I only had to have surgery.. Not pleasant; but FAR better than additional treatment!

First time at this doctor (Dr Beth Freedland) and felt very welcomed and they were very professional yet friendly. 10/10 this will be my new doctor. Thank you for making me comfortable and providing excellent care and information.

I like Dr. Freedlands calm demeanor. I went to her because I found out I was pregnant[1st pregnancy], I was literally terrified and her calm manner made me calmer. She caught my gestastional diabetes shockingly early so it could be managed and she refererred me to a good perinatal doctor. The office is so clean and new looking. Pretty short wait times. They take your blood in office. I can only hope and pray delivery with her will go this smooth, so far for me shes a keeper!

Office is clean, office staff is friendly and attentive. My appointment was at 1:30 and I was called in right on time!The dr was great! She was knowledgeable, answered all my questions and most importantly was able to to my ultrasound and blood work the same day. I was able to meet Dr Brian Hayley as well and he was kind and thoughtful through the whole procedure.

Love Dr. Freedland and her staff. She has been my GYN for over a decade and trust her implicitly with any problems that arise. She is great with follow up and does not rush through appointments.

I walked into Dr. Freedlands office as a last resort. Struggling for over a year from severe fatigue as well as other symptoms that my other doctors could not figure out. After some blood work Dr. Freedland told me that my testosterone level was in the minus range. She started me on bioidentical hormone therapy two moths ago and has been fine tuning it as we go along. She saved my life. I can not tell you what a difference this has made in my life. I trust her completely with my overall health and well being. She is truly a G-d send.

Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted and offered a water. During my appointment, my questions were thoroughly answered which put me at ease. Speaking with the Dr. calmed my nerves. This office has been nothing short of amazing. From the aesthetics to the care, everything here is top notch. Highly recommend.

She has been the best doctor ive ever had, she makes me feel comfortable, she spends her time answering all my questions, she provides many alternatives until what fits you best. She really genuinely cares. I hope I continue to have her as my doctor in my future care up until i decide to have kids. Thank you for everything! Unprofessional and completely unacceptable.I want to start off by saying I have had many issues at this office, but this last experience was the final straw. The office staff needs to be seriously evaluated, they are the face of the office, woman go there about very personal and important matters.Feb 7th Cvs tried to fill my prescription, called the office they said no problem sending over the script now. I have been traveling for work and came back to try to fill my prescription again, called the office at 10:45am the woman who answered said “no problem i am sending it over right now”. At noon i receive a call from CVS saying they just got the script 5 min ago and they cannot fill it and to call my doctor. But of course the office goes on a 2 hr lunch break at noon, so now i have to wait to call back.Finally i reach the office, whoever answered said I will get in touch with the doctor and give you a call, now mind you this is 2pm and the next day i’m traveling for work again. I said, i haven’t been there in a while, is that the issue ? she said “oh yes that’s probably it”i explain the situation as i’m traveling the next day, so i can’t come in before i leave. It takes 3 hrs to get this all done, i need to drive there, wait because every doctor is always late, drive back, i don’t have 3 hrs to just spare the day before i’m traveling again or the day of.She puts me on hold and this woman with the most awful attitude picks up the phone and is asking how she can help me, so i explain the situation again and i told her we need to figure something out i’m traveling i can come see them in a week but i cannot come the day of travel. She said i wouldn’t get my birth control unless i came in, and i told her i called before even earlier this month and nobody said anything about me needing to come in? nobody called me? you haven’t seen me in 2 years and you can’t give me a courtesy call when i’m trying to fill my prescription ? she said “we aren’t babysitters” WOW.let me say this, i’m not upset about the fact that i wasn’t able to get my prescription, yes it’s frustrating but i also dropped the ball here by calling the day before. i also should have remembered to call earlier. Even though i did earlier in the month.what i’m upset about is how i was treated, zero sympathy, answering the phone with already an attitude, telling me she’s not my babysitter, is this really how you speak and treat your clients? I work in customer service and if i ever spoke to a client this way i would be fired.Absolutely unacceptable, NEVER going back here again and i do not recommend this place AT ALL. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

I was referred to Dr. Freedland by a friend and I was pleasantly surprised. Dr. Freedland was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. The staff was exceptional and very friendly. I had to go back today for labs and again I was greeted with smiles. I would definitely recommend Dr. Freedland.

My checking went extremely well. Short wait time for my appointment. The doctor was friendly and did the annual women wellness checks. She order several tests and followed up on a past problem. The nurse and front desk personnel was extremely friendly.

Her new staff are awful. I gave it 2 stars because the doctor is decent but it’s almost impossible to get ahold of her because of the new staff. The new staff never relay messages. They never scheduled my ultrasound and as a result I wasn’t able to get it. I was prescribed medicine I was allergic to and was trying to get ahold of the doctor but they never relayed the message as promised, so I had to make a hospital visit as my symptoms got worse. The hospital visit could have been avoided if I was able to speak to the doctor as it was a minor reaction but now I have a $700 bill that could have been avoided! They promise stuff and don’t follow through. Like they said the doctor was reviewing my results to my blood test and the nurse will call me back. The nurse literally called me back 2 months later and still didn’t have the results! Seriously! Don’t even bother to complain to the office manager because she doesn’t seem to care. I’m switching providers because of the negligence of the staff.

I recently called Dr. Freedlands office to schedule an appointment for my wife who we found out to be pregnant roughly 2 weeks ago. When I called in I explained that we just received approval for medicaid through the state and wanted to find out how to go about making an appointment. The woman who answered the phone sounded as if she didnt know what she was talking about and refused to make an appointment for us because we had to call and figure out our own medicaid. Now we never had medicaid before and werent sure what to do. She was very rude to me and didnt extend the courtesy of trying to help us make an appointment. I can only imagine what it would be like for my wife to have to go to a office were they wont even help you with your insurance. I called another Doctors office after contacting Dr. Freedlands Office and they were very helpful scheduled an appointment and looked up our medicaid through the portal and even explained the type of insurance we had. Which in my eyes makes that office something I want to be part especially with the birth of a new child. Hopefully Michelle the manager I spoke to at Dr. Freedlands can correct her staff and re-train them so they dont lose more potential patients.

I had my first time visit with Dr Freedland. The office staff were extremely welcoming, especially Ava who was very kind. I am happy to have found Dr Freedland to take care pf all my needs at this time

Terrible. I made a consultation appointment weeks ago and today got there for me to get there to wait 30 minutes past my appointment time for the nurse to come out to tell me they can not see me without a regular appointment where they can bill my insurance. When I called to make this appointment I made them aware that I was just looking to meet the doctor as I am pregnant and needed a new OBGYN bc I just moved to this area. The Lady I spoke to said she would call me back and let me know if they could do this. She called me back the same day and confirmed the doctor would be able to meet with me and we scheduled the appointment. The lady who was at the first desk today was unfriendly and rude and started rolling her eyes when I said I was there for a consolation. The fact that i was already there and the doctor could see me for 10 minutes is just ridiculous. There was no one in the waiting room when I got there. When the front desk told me they wouldnt be able to see my I told her to just not worry about it as this spoke enough to me about the type of professionalism they have and i walked out.

I really trust Dr. Freedland. I just came from a visit in her office, the wait time was less than five minutes. As always, she was very informative and helpful. I have been a patient for 14 years.

I have been a patient of Dr Freedland’s for two years.I have been on pellet therapy for 18 months. She and the pellets have changed my life. She is very knowledgeable as well as caring. Her patients are her top priority.

It was my well woman visit. (New term for my annual).She’s very professional and gentle. Her staff was very helpful as I needed to arrange my previous mammograms sent down to Florida.I would certainly recommend the doctor and her office.

I’ve been doing pellets for a couple years now. I work in Clinical Research and did my own research before giving this a try. Dr. Freedland answered, patiently, all my questions over a year before I decided there was only one way to find out if this works. I gave it a try and only wish I did it sooner. I feel myself again. AND Dr. Freedland is so gentle you never feel a thing. If there were 10 stars, I’d give her that!

Very disappointed with the lack of Professionalism that Dr. Friedland had with my mother who is an Alzheimer’s and dementia patient she seems to only be interested in providing care to pregnant women or younger women. 90% of the population in Boca Raton is elderly however if you are older or menopausal or have any kind of gynecology issues she not going to be helpful or positive. She is Not a good doctor to go to and will most likely be rude to you if you are not her ideal patient.

Dr. Friedland has delivered two of my beautiful children. I have been her patient for over five years and I am always satisfied with the care and professionalism that she provides. I couldn’t be happier.

Worst office I have ever been to. They pumped me full of testosterone and progesterone and NP thyroid. ( also NP Thyroid was recalled a year ago, do you think this office called to warn me) nope!!!! I have NEVER gained so much weight in less than 3 months in my life. Here I am 2 years later trying to fix what they did to me and my body. I requested my medical records and the office manager called me back at 12:27, 3 minutes before they go to lunch. This office was a nightmare from day one between the nasty receptionist to the BS they try to get you to buy and make you think it will do wonders. BEWARE they only care about money. Just stay away from this office I’ll have my attorney get my medical records!!!

Bar none the BEST most professional , kind, gentle, efficient staff and Doctor I have EVER been to !!! Cannot sing their praises loud enough ! I have lived in three countries and have seen my share of Doctors , no one compares ! I felt safe and knew I was home the minute I walked through the door for the first time . Donna is at the front desk to greet you with her Im in charge but I know what the hell Im doing attitude ( which was perfectly good with me ) lol . Bonnie is super efficient and will do all she can to put your mind at ease ! Lu Anne is UNBELIEVABLY knowledgeable and explains things in a way that makes you look forward to whats next !!!! And then theres THE DOC !!!!!! From the second she walks in instantly felt a sense of calm . Her demeanour is professional yet approachable ! So NOT intimidating . Relatable . Im so grateful I found these people . Truly ! The Doc and staff work together as a family . They ALL make sure youre FULLY understanding of why youre there and the treatment that will ensue . I went to Dr. Freedland for pellet therapy not knowing much about it and after having gone to two other doctors in Boca . The other offices were run by a staff that looked THROUGH you rather than at you . They were rude and treated the patients like cattle in a meat packing plant . Abrasive ? Yes ! But true! I was so turned off and disillusioned until I found Dr . Freedland . If youre looking for a REAL woman who truly understand what youre going through , if youre looking to be cared for rather than just treated , run, dont walk . The Doctor and staff will welcome you home as they did for me ! Unparalleled!!!!!!

The new office is GORG.. The girls at the front desk to the nurse taking your blood pressure and getting your medical history are all OUTSTANDING... professional, kind, patient, friendly.DR. Freedland is an amazing GYNo.. she is so nice, informative, knowledgable, professional..

When I first arrived I was nervous as all of us women get, but she was a wonderful and understand doctor. She went step by step to what was going on. Very pleasant and very gentle.. Has the patient first and I really like her.. I did not have to wait long for my appointment which helped..WONDERFUL STAFF

So disappointed, Being a patient for 2 year don’t make then to have a friendly treat. My father die in November 10 with cancer , and I had a appointment for 3 days later he pass away, my husband call and say I can’t go because I’m so sad and don’t want go out and ask a refil for my pills, the woman say she can’t do nothing because I have a anual appointment and she can’t give me the refill… I’m so sad and disappointed because I don’t went there because I can’t , I just couldnt go because I was in grieving and I couldnt even say goodbye to my father who died in another country. I couldnt do without my contraceptive, and I thought it was disrespectful to be patient for so long and they not empathize with what I was going through. So for me, I’m looking for another doctor and place, because I can’t be patient in a place like this .

Dr. Freedland is a decent doctor to come for a routine check up. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because I didn’t feel a personal connection with her (if that makes sense).

Hadnt been to an ob/gyn in years. I was desperate; I made an appointment because I had symptoms of atrophy and other post-menopausal problems. After the exam, the doctor and I spoke about oral or topical estrogen. But before I left with a prescription, a person entered the room and gave me a pitch about expensive bio-identical hormone treatments that insurance does not cover. I told her I’d think about it. I could not afford it. I paid for the appointment and left. The next day I called the office and explained that I preferred a prescription for estrogen, not the expensive alternative. I was assured the doctor would call me back. Never happened. I called three times within a week. I chalked it off and found a great ob/gyn. Months later I was going through my BC/BS insurance statements. Thank goodness I did because I owned $0.00 (nothing, nada). I was livid. I called the office and queried why I was charged and, more importantly, why they never informed me about a refund. The girl on the phone explained that my overpayment was put as a CREDIT to my account for a future visit. I demanded my money back and was told I had to wait weeks to receive my refund, which I did. Live and learn.

Dr Freeland is hands down the smartest , best Dr I’ve been to since I’ve moved here from California she helped so much ! I will highly recommend her to all my friends and Clients!Amazing gentle bedside manor !

I was waiting in the office for over an hour this women comes in wearing NO MASK they did not ask her to wear one putting everyone at risk. Her doctor was not even in so they said she had to reschedule and she got a tantrum like a two year old so they put her ahead of everyone and took her in didn’t even suggest for her to wear a mask very unethical I will NOT be coming back here. Guess $$$ more important they don’t want to loose a patient.

My experience as a new patient was not what I expected. I was called by the receptionist to ask if I could come in earlier than my scheduled appointment, which I said Yes and I was not see sooner I just waited in the lobby longer. Also the head nurse who came in to speak to me regarding the pellet procedure was not friendly in fact she was rude. Almost seemed to be bothered by me asking questions. Unhappy patient ☹️

This review is based on the staff not the doctorTook my niece for a visit and they felt she was in danger And that we brought her there on force ( such criminal act of bringing someone to a doctor right what an evil genius)so after they took our money for the visit they waited until we got home and called the cops on us ! Police knocked on the door about a hour after we got home and ask many questions concerning her took her in to a hall way and myself in to a room and explained to us they was called down to do a welfare check ( I totally understand the cops asking the questions after they receive a call like that and I was more then happy to answer them all )! This is my concern one is if she was in danger why would we bring her to a doctor for a visit ( if you plan on harming someone why would you take them to a dr )? 2nd why would they not call the police when we was in the doctors office ? Why wait if you really felt they was danger ahead you should of called the cops right away And finally why did they need payment upfront before they would take a blood test and make a follow up appointment ( shows you how money was more important to them then the patient they was so concerned about)??? What kind of place is this absolutely ridiculous if you fell a child is in danger you call the cops right there on the spot you don’t wait until she leaves the office !!! … we respect this young lady very well and treat her like our own kid and was only trying to help in the matter and we will continue to help until she is better she has had a period well over 30 days and is anemic she has fainted 2 times and the last few weeks and the pediatrician told us to see a gynecologist to help diagnose the problem to get her better instead yous keep asking her if she is okay at home or is she’s in any danger after she repeatedly told you she is fine !They say the caller told them the girl seemed confused and lost she’s 15 year old for gods sake what did you want her to act like she was not at an amusement park she was at a doctors office it’s only normal if she was uncomfortable she’s goin though a lot and you did not make it any better her having to have a conversation with 2 police officers regarding her welfare !This is a reply to the ownerLet me ask you this what made yous fell as if she was in danger ?Again as I stated and my first review this is not Disney land where a teenager would go and have a smile on her face and be excited this is a doctors office and not a lot of people go In to a doctors with excitement most Patients go In to the office with fear or discomfort not knowing what to expect especially a young teenage girl who is trying to figure out what is the cause of this problem . I could understand if this was a plastic surgeon and we brought a young teenager to get a nose job or some sort of surgery that was Unnecessary just to benefit her looks then maybe something would be fishy about that ! Yous have no right to judge people the way yous did so far I have had 3 neighbors knock on my door to ask why the cops was here yous made this so uncomfortable and embarrassing yous was not even close on your thoughts !!! I honestly fell bad for the staff the way there minds think I would guess they have had a bad childhood or something that might have scarred them to have thoughts in there mind that some one would be capable of endangering a young girls life by bringing them to a gynecologist for a visit ! Helpful, pleasant, thinks outside the box. Easy flow. I would suggest for seniors and post menopause patients. Does an inexpensive blood work to see hormone levels. Labs come back fast. Efficient and aware of current data on hormones.and what is new and relevant in treatment and nutrition. Knows this topic well. Been going for 4 years. They do the job you need them to do

People might say that they don’t like going to there OBGYN but, every year or whenever I need Dr. Freeland she’s there and she ALWAYS takes the time to listen to you and her staff is AMAZING as well!! I have a abnormal mammogram and need it a prescription to schedule an ultrasound asap. Contacted the office several time but each and every time they said the doctor did not looked at it yet. After 3 days I finally gave up and called my primary care physician to send the prescription. It was done within two hours!!!

If I could give Beth Freeland and her doctors office 0 stars I would. If I wasn’t an advocate for my own health, I would be completely screwed by this doctor. I had an active painful UTI and was leaving for Hawaii the next day. Freeland (personally) told me to come in and take a test to get a urine culture in which she told me we would get the results immediately and could provide me with medication. I go to her office, pee in a cup and I get told that in fact my results wouldn’t be back for 3-5 days! She then told me they would call me with the results in Hawaii and be able to prescribe me with meds while I’m here. It is now a week since I peed in the cup and I haven’t recieved my results yet from the culture or any type of help. I thankfully was able to get meds from another doctor to treat the infection. This wasn’t the first time she cared neglectfully. She would prescribe me yeast infection meds when I never had a yeast infection (I’ve always been yeasty since a child) and doesn’t have good bedside manner. DO NOT use her if you want good kind medical care.

Its rare to find an office where the staff and the doctor care about your improvement and take the time to listen to you.To me, the professional value of the service and attention from Dr. Freedlands and her staff is priceless. As a age 37, Menopause affected my clarity, focus; i become anxious, with a lot of hot flashing and night sweats. My life changed with natural hormone therapy.Dr. Freedland took time to explain my physical condition. And 53 years old, I no longer feel 87. Yes, thats how I felt!
