Crossroads Medical Center

I cannot recommend this practice highly enough. I have been going to Crossroads Medical for about 5 years or so. Lauren Jasilli is compassionate, thorough, and knowledgeable. Under her care we have brought my high blood pressure, diabetes type 2, and a thyroid condition under complete control.Lauren takes the time to listen to what you are experiencing, to diagnose what is causing it, and to communicate solutions. Her medical assistants are always skilled and professional.There have been some hiccups with front staff over the years. Sometimes that has been an issue, but Crossroads has really dialed it in in the last couple of years. Graham is awesome and incredibly communicative and on his game. For primary care, I recommend Crossroads Medical and Lauren Jasilli, I think you will feel welcome and receive excellent care, as I have and do (I had a wellness check just yesterday--it was awesome, and I left fully informed and cheerful after all the great interactions with Lauren and the staff).

Crossroads Medical Center provides the best primary care in my experience.I never feel like I am being rushed. Any and all concerns are addressed during each visit.Five stars for Lauren Jasilli!

Nurse Practitioner Lauren Jasilli is amazingly thorough and accurate . Graham is very warm and helpful and Anna and Spencer make me feel very comfortable and confident that the details are all accounted for. This is a really good healthcare team.

The office visits were generally fine. The issue I have is how this business is run like a bad corporation. Billing is a disaster. There is no way to pay bills online and when you call the office they cant find a record of your bill. So.. you have to call their third party billing company who wont likely answer the phone call leaving you to play phone tag for a $20 bill. Im not going to risk collections when there are other options available. In addition the company periodically sends texts asking how you are but these are apparently automated social engagement ads since you wont receive a reply. The website is also awash with popups promoting the company. If you want return customers then simply provide a good service AND dont inconvenience them.

My youngest found Lauren while attending CU and I was lucky enough to become a patient when we moved to CO. My visit was thorough concise and she was compassionate. This may very well be the best “doctor” visit I have ever had. Truly an all around amazing visit. Office staff is equally as competent and kind. Where else can you get Botox and a flu shot in one stop!

Good medical staff, but its hard to feel good about your doctor when they send you a surprise bill 11 months after your appointment.

My husband and I been seeing FNP Lauren Jasilli for the past 2 years. She is always very thorough and listens carefully. I dont think that Ive ever had a doctor who seems to really care about my health as much as Lauren does.Getting an appointment is very easy. People actually answer the phone, rare these days.

Thoughtful, thorough, professional - everything youd want in a primary care experience. The front office is professional and timely. They are incredibly efficient and kind to boot. Front offices can make or break a medical experience - and they make it! Lauren is attentive, compassionate, knowledgeable and observant. I couldnt be more thrilled to be working with Lauren and this office.

Lauren Jasilli is a highly gifted health practitioner. She diagnosed a serious life threatening condition and developed a comprehensive health plan. She is an excellent listener and outstanding communicator. She cares deeply about her patients and draws on science-based practice to provide superior care. I strongly recommend Crossroads Medical Center.

As a trans person, going to the doctors office can be a quite a negative experience but Crossroads has always been helpful and welcoming to me. Ive always been treated respectfully and they genuinely seem to care. Ive been seeing Lauren for a little while now and unlike other physicians Ive had in the past, shes always listened to me rather than dismissing things I say or being annoyed by my questions or concerns. She always takes the time to thoroughly educate me on everything thats going to happen whether Im getting a vaccine, going on hormones, getting a pap, etc. Ive always felt safe and comfortable around the entire staff. Recently met someone on staff named Z who briefly explained what my vitals meant (most medical professionals just say the numbers out loud and dont explain if theyre good or concerning) and asked for consent before touching me which is greatly appreciated. I also love not being able to see the number on the scale when Im being weighed since I used to have an eating disorder. Cant recommend them enough.

I just had my first appointment as a new patient at Crossroads Medical Center with Lauren Jasilli yesterday. I had an outstanding experience! Thank you, Lauren! I have actually told three other people about her already. I am so happy I found her!Lauren sat down with me for an hour to review my medical history and to discuss my current health questions. She got me up-to-date on vaccines and gave me an organized To Do list of next steps. She interacted with me in a organized, highly comprehensive, caring manner. I felt like I could be trust her and that she would be warm and accepting of what I had to say.I love that she is a family practice NP who can help with a broad range of health questions and concerns, from annual exams and vaccines to Paps to questions about hormone levels, etc. As a full-time working parent who is constantly juggling many balls in the air, it will be so great to have a one-stop shop for all of my primary health care needs!I also appreciate the fact that everyone at Crossroads was friendly and welcoming, starting with the person who answered the phone when I first called to schedule an appointment. The office space itself has sweet personal touches, too (house plants, a cute little dog statue by the door, colorful embroidered pillows for decoration, etc.).By the way, I didn’t immediately find the right entrance in the building. When you pull into the parking lot, go past what appears to be the main entrance doors and keep driving straight back (to the east). Use the entrance doors on the eastern side of the building. (The doors face south.)

I’ve been going to a Crossroads Medical for almost 30 years, and I couldn’t be happier with the decision to have Dr. Moritz as my doctor. I now see Lauren Jasilli and she and the team are fantastic. If you’re looking for caring and personalized health care, I highly recommend them.

I felt very well taken care of and like I was a person not a number. Lauren was so wonderful to me and spoke me through everything that would happen. She asked my consent at every step of my procedure and even though I knew it was going to happen the way she went about it and asked at every step made me feel really calm and relaxed.

This medical practice only employs the kindest staff and offers a higher level of care and personalization than any other doctors Ive seen. They strive to be available and helpful for any issue and it shows how much they care about their patients.

I have been seeing Dr. Carl Moritz since 1985. He is kind, compassionate, and an excellent diagnostician. Lauren and Kelly are outstanding, caring professionals as well.

I would highly recommend Dr Moritz and staff. I have been a patient, at Crossroads Medical Center, for many years. Dr Moritz really cares about his patients and their well being. Another great thing about Dr Moritz is that you never feel rushed when you visit his office. He takes the time to get to know you and your situation. He is truly the best Doctor I’ve ever had.

Awful. Im not sure what Lauren actually treats if she is unwilling to treat medical problems. Kiss peoples boo boos?My BP was 180/140 and they absolved themselves of responsibility by telling me to go to an ER if I felt confused or short of breath which I was experiencing in her office. I made my medical issues clear well in advance, if she didnt want to treat anything why not tell me that when I spoke at length with medical assistants who spoke with her prior to making an appointment?Lauren then gaslighted me by saying I just misunderstood.She sat there and watched me suffer and did nothing.I have to pay $195 for a blood pressure check?I felt so awful right after this visit, I did go to the ER, they werent so dismissive. My BP was 204/140 actually. An EKG and CT scan, medication Lauren didnt feel comfortable prescribing and an IV later My blood pressure came down and I feel better, no thanks to this crossroads.Lauren let me walk out of their office a potential walking stroke.If Lauren cant treat common medical problems what can she do?If crossroads and Lauren would have been honest with me upfront when I asked if they could help me, with specifics I would never have bothered. but its money for them.They misled me when I made the appointment.I want to say the medical assistants were kind.This kind of medical gaslighting is traumatizing to some people, who cares if they make a buck?I dont believe most of the positive reviews. Generic and vague.She let me leave with serious issues and is incapable of treating them herself.Lauren if you dont feel comfortable treating fairly common medical conditions Ive had GPs treat for years, say so up front.I record calls for this reason, so dont say I misunderstood as you did in the office.At the end I was asked if I wanted to come back for a second visit, for what? To pay another $195 to have my blood pressure checked?In reading some reviewers who say Lauren cares about their emotional health...odd she didnt mine. Often good caregivers with ask about other aspects of your life, because it impacts your health...none of that here.

My dad and I had to find a new primary care physician this year, but we couldnt be happier that we found Lauren Jasilli. She and the staff at Crossroads have been reliably excellent across the board. I appreciate Laurens balanced and supportive philosophy about health--she may joke that she loves data, but Ive never felt like Im just a chart with her. Id even go so far as to say that the level of attention and advocacy shes provided for my family have been among the best Ive ever experienced with any professional, medical or otherwise. At a time like this, when the world (and especially the medical community) is under unusual stress, its even more remarkable and gratifying to experience.

Everyone was great! I actually felt like these people really do care. Usually, other doctors just try to rush me trough because of my past, but Crossroads staff actually took the time to get to know me.

I see Lauren Jasilli, FNP-C, and she is an incredible health professional who truly cares and takes the time to show you what great medical care looks like. I feel so lucky that I found a primary care provider like her! 11/10 recommend.

I would like to start this by saying I love my nurse practitioner Lauren but unfortunately her front desk receptionist Justine is very rude and unprofessional. On numerous occasions Justine has been straight up mean to me, other patients and even staff members. This includes in person and on the phone. Her tone is always super disrespectful, it is very frustrating. It’s upsetting that such a nice establishment has such a mean receptionist. I am just shocked that anyone who is want her to be the face or the first person you talk to at crossroads medical center. It’s extremely disappointing.

Dr Moritz has been my primary Dr for over 25 years. His care for his patients is genuine and has never waivered. I trust his advice and care without question. He has called me when I haven’t followed up when I should have on something we’ve discussed, and that simply doesn’t happen anymore. I am not eager for his retirement when he decides it is time, but I have been fortunate to have him on my health team this long.

The wait for Dr. Moritz was longer than I would like but he was willing to spend as much time as I needed answering my questions. Im not sure why he didnthave my records with him as he had to leave the room to find an answer to my question regarding my vaccination status. .The medical assistants were friendly and efficient in drawing blood and administering a vaccine.

Really wonderful and kind people. They always take the time to talk through issues with me and address any concerns. Lauren, the Nurse practitioner, is a great addition to the practice I really appreciate her knowledge and approach.

I recently starting going to Crossroads to see Lauren Jasilli. I have received care above and beyond anything I’ve experienced in the past. If Lauren doesn’t know the answer; she will tell you do and go find out. She’s a testament to the professionalism and constant education we want in all of our healthcare providers. Pretty terrible front office staff. I scheduled an appt for today with Dr. Moritz and was told when I arrived he was not taking new patients. I was specifically told he would be my provider on the call. I told this to the secretary at the front and she said whoever said that was wrong and I would see the female NP. I said that was not ok because I had some exams/procedures necessary that I prefer a male for. The attitude I received took me a bit off guard. She literally said, ok, have a nice day in a very sarcastic tone. Basically telling me to leave....so I left. Very happy I fasted all night and morning to be turned away by a grumpy secretary.Apparently this office ran incredibly well when Moritz was practicing in full. I suppose now that he is leaving it is going downhill fast.

I’ve been a patient for 25 years and for good reason. I feel well cared for (life saving in one instance) and confidant about the advice and treatment I receive. Friendly and efficient staff and Dr. Moritz is tops.

Got an email for some random charge probably from over 6 months ago. I always pay during my visit so they either missed a charge or over charged me. When I called to ask what the charge was for, the girl who answered the phone was short with me and rude. Go somewhere else, this facility is terrible.
