Like most of the other reviews, I found the vasectomy quick and relatively painless. The descriptions from the video and website of what it would feel like to have the anesthesia and vasectomy were accurate. I felt kind of nervous in the days leading up to the vasectomy, but now that its done, I feel good about having had it done.So far, my recovery has gone very well. Soon after the procedure, I felt a little pain. But after taking ibuprofen, I felt better the rest of the evening. In the two days since, I have felt like my usual self, and have not needed any more ibuprofen. Ive just been taking it easy and following the instructions.Dr. T was kind, patient, explained everything well, and answered questions well. His instructions on the website and video are thorough. He followed up with a text the next day and answered my questions.

Probably one of the best most efficient medical procedures I’ve had done. About the same as getting a haircut but without the wait time. Very professional. Review 48hrs post procedure. Had my procedure at 11:30am walked out of the office 20 mins later. Was quick and painless. Absolutely no reason to be nervous. I would highly recommend Dr. Tonozzi. Dr. Tonozzi was great, and he made this scary experience not so bad. It only took about 10-15 minutes, which was great because I get pretty squirmish with even getting my blood drawn. The pain level after was low, and Id explain it more as moderate discomfort than anything. The discomfort went away after about a week. Dr. T followed up to see how I was doing after a day or two, and he helped answer questions that I forgot to ask when I got the procedure done. I wouldnt want to get this done again, but I would go to Dr. T if I had to!

Dr. Tonozzi performed the best procedure. Initially, I was incredibly anxious about my vasectomy, but as the procedure began, I found myself pleasantly surprised. The intensity of my worry almost led me to leave the clinic, yet just as I was about to depart, Dr. Tonozzi called my name and offered reassuring words, calming my nerves. Throughout the procedure, I was relieved to discover that the pain was much milder than I had anticipated, especially compared to my flu shot. In just 15 minutes, it was all over. Despite enduring a dull ache rated at 4 out of 10 for the remainder of the day, the following morning brought complete relief. Now, on the fourth day post-procedure, while I proceed cautiously, I can’t help but feel an immense sense of pride and satisfaction for overcoming my fears and following through with it.

It seems odd to consider a vasectomy a pleasant medical experience…but it was. I had my procedure at the Boulder location. Dr. Tonozzi was prepared at or before the appointment time. The check-in process was completed ahead of time, electronically. The doctor addressed any questions I had quickly and professionally.The procedure was completed quickly and painlessly. I was literally on the way back home 20 minutes after the appointment began. And, 24 hours later, I happily report pain at a 0 on a 10-point scale.

I was a bit nervous going in (who wouldnt be), but Dr. Tonozzi was extremely professional. The procedure start to finish took maybe 10 minutes. Its the day after and Im nearly pain free. I highly recommend this Dr to anybody in the market for a vasectomy.

Im glad I did my research on where I wanted to have my vasectomy done. My best friend got his vasectomy somewhere else the same week I had mine, so we got to compare and what a world of difference. I was pretty much normal after 48 hours, playing hockey again after 4 days. Took my first post op test after three weeks and passed no problems. Couldnt be more satisfied with everything, and the wife also agrees ;)

As someone who owns my own business I was very impressed. The customer experience was flawless. Everything was super easy.You go to the website. Watch a short video that tells you exactly what to expect. Online calendar to make an appointment. Put down a downpayment. I got several reminder texts to make sure I didnt miss my appointment and that I had reviewed all the information.I showed up a few minutes early. He was ready right on time. Things were very smooth and efficient but it didnt feel like he was rushing through to get to his next appointment. He took plenty of time to explain things and make a little smalltalk. I chose Dr T even though he was out of network and more expensive than other options, and I am very glad I did that. Everything was very smooth from the outset. Other doctors require an unnecessary consult prior to the procedure, and in my case, the soonest they could do the consult was more than a week after Dr T could complete the procedure. Dr T sent plenty of information and videos beforehand so that I knew what to expect. Nice and simple, nothing more than what was actually useful and needed. The day of the procedure ran smoothly - it took about 15 minutes total. There was slight pain, like a friendly kick in the balls, but it was very short lived and then no pain at all. Recovery was very quick and I was functional within a few days. All the admin was really easy too and I could pay with my HSA card. I would definitely recommend!

Dr. T is a real pro, and I mean that from a business perspective. Scheduling was easy with a modern and functional website, I received timely and useful text messages, and the procedure was quick and without excess process. He also followed up with me personally. Best of all, the price is the lowest you’ll find.Now, I will say that the procedure itself was not nearly as casual as everyone tends to describe it. It was uncomfortable, and there is an auditory aspect that no one mentions, so I got nauseous and felt like I was going to pass out in the middle of it. My body really didn’t like what went down. I had driven myself, and on the way home I had to pull over in a cold sweat and wait for thirty minutes. After some ibuprofen and a nap, zero pain, all better. Just don’t drive yourself.

I was nervous about the procedure, but it couldnt of gone any smoother. Literally 15 minutes and youre done.I had no pain during the surgery but was sore after. Take it easy the next 2-3 days after and you should be fine. Id highly recommend.

From booking the appointment, to the education on the process, to walking out the door with the procedure complete, this was a very easy, and relatively pain free process.The procedure was surprisingly as close to pain free as I imagine it could get. I’ll be honest, I was a bit nervous about getting “snipped”, but I was pretty quickly set at ease as the procedure started, and then was quickly over in about 15 minutes.I’m writing this about 18 hours post procedure and I’m nearly pain free thus far. Pretty surprised, and grateful to be healing up so quickly.

The doc turned an extraordinarily uncomfortable and awkward experience for me into a generally painless and thankfully quick one. By virtue of his professionalism, easy-going manner, and calming bedside manner, the most discomfiting part of the procedure was my mind imagining the butchery that was surely being performed on my most precious biological cargo. In reality, however, when the gauze was finally removed back in the familiar comforts of my home, it took me a few minutes to even locate the incision. Ive literally had paper cuts that were larger and scarier looking.For anyone trying to decide where to get their snip-snip performed, I cant imagine a better choice.

That was surprisingly easy/painless. It must be said I did take the medication before so Im sure that helped. But this is the day after and Im in no pain, during the procedure I felt a few pokes and pinches but nothing crazy. And the doctor is a very very pleasant man which helped a lot!

Very easy process, signed up online and reserved my spot on a Friday. Dr. was ready promptly and was a very positive/easy experience. Can tell the Dr has been doing this a long time, he communicated what would happen the whole time and followed up himself after the appointment. Email communication was perfect for the prep process (shaving, clothing, post surgery, etc) and cost was competitive with others and he submits the claim to UMR insurance for me. Overall considering what the process is, it couldnt have gone better.

Wow, this procedure has come a long way over the years. I had my procedure done yesterday with Dr. Tonozzi and am pain free as if it never happened. They’re extremely transparent, have an amazing video walk through, and are so extremely clear on pre, during, and post op expectations. The staff and Dr. Tonozzi were so friendly and mellow and willing to talk through anything you want to know. Procedure from laying down to walking out felt like maybe 8min which is astonishing. They also follow up to see how you’re doing - what an awesome setup considering how the general medical field can sometimes operate somewhat dispassionately with patients. Make sure to show some encouragement to the nervous guys in the waiting room on the way out - felt like a team sport at that point after coming out relieved and happy! Thanks again folks, truly!

Just adding another well-deserved 5 star review for Dr. Tonozzi and Go Vasectomy.I had a hard time getting a few urology centers to call me back to even start the process. While doing my research online, I found a few different reviews (all great) on a site mentioning Go Vasectomy and Dr. T.Go Vasectomy? What the heck? At first, I was a little skeptical (I didn’t want to end up in Vinny’s Vasectomy Van behind a liquor store somewhere missing a kidney afterwards), but after watching Dr. T’s video about the procedure, my skepticism instantly subsided and I just knew Dr. T was my guy, and this was safe, professional, and legit.The scheduling couldn’t have been any easier, and the communication has been top tier.As long as you follow Dr. T’s pre and post procedure directions, I can’t imagine having a better, pain-free experience, seriously. Other than the first couple numbing sprays, I felt nothing during the procedure (which MAYBE took all of 15 minutes?), and that afternoon when the numbing wore off, the pain was about a 2/10. I wore my compression shorts and took it easy like Dr. T instructed and the next morning when Dr. T checked on me, the pain was 0/10, not really any swelling, and just tiny bit of bruising, zero pain. When I removed my gauze covering the small hole (which was already closed), I saw more blood “preparing” for my procedure (be careful, fellas) then on that piece of gauze. I was shocked, we’ve all heard the stories and the “frozen bag of peas” advice. I didn’t need anything, just kept wearing the compression shorts.It has been a little over a week since my procedure and I feel 100% normal. Only time will tell if this procedure was successful, I will do my follow up test in 3 months as directed by Dr. T. I didn’t want to wait the 3 months to write a review to give you my experience. If you don’t see an update to this review, you’ll know Dr. T knocked it out of the park.If you have ANY hesitation about having Dr. T and Go Vasectomy do your procedure, I hope reading this review has given you some reassurance.Dr. T is the best of the best, and I would recommend him and Go Vasectomy 1000 times over.Thanks Doc!P.S. Went in for a vasectomy on a Thursday. The whole process was 20 minutes and Dr. Tonozzi was great at making conversation and making me forget what was going on. I was looking for a private practice clinic setting. Dr. Tonozzis practice was exactly what I was looking for. He sent instructions before and after the procedure. I followed his recommendations and everything went well. The appointment was on schedule. The only discomfort was the administration of the anesthetic, and that discomfort was brief and minimal. Dr. Tonozzi is professional, yet compassionate. The procedure was swift. He followed up with me the day after to see how I was doing. I am at work the 2nd day after the procedure and I have no complications so far. I took acetaminophen as a precaution on the way home AFTER the procedure. I have not needed any more since the ride home. Well see what the test results are in a couple of months. If this is the setting you are looking for, I recommend it.

Dr. Tonozzi and the team were fantastic. My family and I decided that it was finally time to get a vasectomy and after research govasectomy was the top of the list. I did the consultation with Dr. T and it made me confident we made the right choice. They prepared me with all the info I needed before the procedure and the procedure itself was about 20 minutes and was for the most part relatively painless (just a few sharp pinch sensations). By the next day I was back to normal minus a little tenderness at the sight. I will be highly recommending to anyone else I know that needs one.

Id first contacted a couple of the bigger offices with multiple urologists on staff, and got the usual unresponsive runaround to the point I was about to just give up on the procedure. Eventually I all but threw a dart at the Google map and landed on Tonozzi. He was very responsive and helpful from the start, in addition to the thorough info on the website and videos. Procedure was mostly pain free and quick. Office was small and no frills, exactly as I wanted, wham bam, in and out. I did have slight to moderate pain flare up from about day 3 to 8 afterwards, but again Tonozzi was available throughout. I was dreading this, but the docs communication and focus on this procedure made this a better experience than Id hoped. Ive recommended him to a couple friends considering this for themselves.

I highly recommend!Definitely one tip I have: don’t go on the treadmill for at least a week after the surgery and take it light, then ramp up as you feel.

The whole process is pretty quick and little to no pain. I was able to schedule mine really quick. Every other place was 3 months out and I was able to get an appointment within the week. Make sure you use the hand warmer it makes a huge difference.

Had procedure done on Friday, and able to fully walk around pain free immediately after completion. Rode in car to home for close to 3 hours while icing with some broccoli. Would definitely recommend to ice afterwords. I cant say enough great things abour Dr. Tonozzi and what he does. I was shocked at how well the procedure went from the moment i got in contact with him until even after. All these 5 star reviews are true. He is responsive, caring and really knows what he is doing. Going in to the office was a relaxed environment with no middle people between you just right to the point and personable. The procedure itself was pain free. The numbing gun people talk on the internet is so painful, ive had mosquito bites hurt worse. After that he and i just chatted as he worked and he was done within 15min and i didnt feel much of anything. Cavity fillings feel more invasive than this. 100% all mental game. Even after i am on day 3 now and i only have some tenderness to the touch and slight pelvic ache. Been having to remind myself not to do anything as theres not really any pain reminding me to do so. He also answered any questions i had via text afterwards with super fast response and checked in the day after on how i was doing with pain. If the rest of the health care field was like this it be amazing. Anyone considering a vasectomy in Colorado i wouldnt look any furthur than Dr. Tonozzi
