Optimize U - Nashville Hormone & Cryotherapy Clinic

From the moment that I stepped in this building, the staff have been amazing. I got bloodwork done and it was back in about 10 days. The co owner (if Im remembering correctly, Matt) was super thorough in explaining my results and what everything meant. And I loved that there were a couple things that I could improve but I wasnt being pressured into anything. He threw out options and steps forward IF I wanted to proceed but made it clear that it was my decision and didnt make me feel bad about saying no. They also have really cool recovery machines that you can use for your body at very reasonable prices!! I would recommend them ANY day of the week!!! Thank yall again SO much!!! 💙

Optimize U has been a great clinic if you’re looking for hormone therapy, What access to cryotherapy, infrared sauna, and polar plunge tub and I highly recommend reaching out to them and talking about their packages they provide. I have been working with another clinic, which was charging me more money and did not offer all of the other amenities they offer.
