Physicians Urgent Care

Went in today as I woke not feeling so good. Concerned I may have had Covid. Set appointment on-line, walked in to a very pleasant and helpful front desk agent. Once in the back, from nurse to Doctor the experience was amazing. Such friendliness and helpful.I was a bit nervous about results but team was so helpful and calming. So glad result was negative. Highly recommend!

We came in for stitches for my two year old. The woman at the front desk couldn’t have been nicer. She got my information quickly and was very respectful of my crying toddler. The PA was super nice and respectful. And treated us quickly. Will definitely go back to this location if the situation arises in the future.

This location is amazing. I have had an awesome experience every time Ive been, but this particular visit was great. I saw Alex, PA and he was so personable and knowledgeable! Thank you! Nate Firestone was so nice, and the receptionist Demariae Ingram was super nice!! They are always quick, but thorough, and the facility is always clean.

Everything about this place has been great. Every experience has been fantastic and all the staff are always pleasant to be around. We actually drive from further away to visit this location when we need an urgent care due to the staff and how great they have been to me and my daughter over the years.

The receptionist Ariana was incredibly rude. She was just texting and seemingly joking with someone on her mobile while I stood there for over 5 minutes. She did not even have the courtesy to look up or acknowledge me despite me literally being right in front of her. Thankfully a wonderful employee who was working behind her came out to help us.Care we received was great but Ariana is not helping your company and should not be kept on. Everyone else was so kind responsive and professional.

Physicians Urgent Care in Brentwood was where I was seen. The entire staff is friendly, thorough and efficient. I made an appointment and provided mostly everything by phone. So I was basically registered before hand with the exception of a couple signatures, having to provide ID and payment. It’s more like an ER than what I’ve experienced with other urgent care facilities in the past. My daughter referred me to this office as I required an X-ray. Most urgent cares don’t have X-ray abilities. I couldn’t be happier with my care from these highly professional, yet personable people. They really listened to every detail and put up with my talkative nature. Really… they’re great!

I went in today with severe back pain. The staff was so professional and so kind ! They listened to my needs offered me options to help treat me and listened to my concerns. Even better very little wait time and youre in and out. I would 💯 use them again if sick or something urgent came up. Love when a staff listens to a patients concerns and does not dismiss them

10/10 recommend Physicians Urgent Care! The office is clean and comfortable, the providers and smart and kind, and I’ve never had a long wait. I went today for a sinus infection and was in and out in 30 minutes, which is unheard of for an urgent care!

I definitely will come back to this location when I have a after hours emergency. I had a kidney infection that was really causing me pain. I talked to the nurse first and then the doctor. The nurse was very sweet and helpful. They were very quick and efficient. I definitely give five stars in my book.

I was greeted by a friendly gentleman. Then the young lady who took my vitals and information was wonderful! She was friendly, kind, knowledgeable and caring.And the doctor who gave me my diagnosis was very professional and knowledgeable, explaining what I needed to know.

Friendly, efficient check in. short wait. allowed son to comein w me. Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable NP. carefully administered numbing and stitched up my lip. could nothave hoped for a better experience.

The best urgent care I’ve ever been to. Wait time were quick, the check in process was easy and the nurse and PA listened well to me and I felt heard and taken care of. Best of all they didn’t try to convince me it was just strep iykyk

I was one of two patients in the office, so clearly it was not busy. I was taken back to a room where the initial medical staff member greeted me, asked my reason for coming in, etc. She told me the next person, Jake, would be right in. 25 minutes later, I was confused as to why it was taking so long. So, I opened the door to see what was going on and to use the restroom, only to find that Jake and some other staff had been breaking down boxes for the past 20 minutes. Each of these people look surprised to see me - either they actually had forgotten I was there, or they didnt give a care. Either way, its incredible that this happened. Jake came to see me 20 seconds later (after he realized, oops, maybe I should attend to the patient, you know, the thing I get paid to do), visited with me for less than one minute, and I left.For a company that has a ridiculous sign in their lobby going on and on about patients needing to treat their staff with respect (do you really need a sign for this?), youd like patients would receive similar treatment. To leave me in a waiting room while staff members break down cardboard boxes, absent mindedly forgetting about the one patient remaining at their office, is absurd. No apology, nothing.

Clean, extremely friendly & accommodating. I was able to make an appointment & was seen on time. Dr. Matt was awesome as well as his assistant (didn’t catch her name )

This place is wonderful. I needed a bunch of tests for a work visa and they went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed and got everything done fast. Special shout out to Gary and Valerie for going above and beyond!

Dr. Matthew Young was so nice and personable. The front desk gal was super!!! Made an appointment online. It was so easy. They saw me right on time, check in was easy. Thank you all!

Fast check in. Great on-line appointment set up, and the staff were all professional, efficient, and effective. It was my first time at this location. Knowing me, not wont be my last! I highly recommend!

BEWARE! LONG WAIT, CHARGE MORE THAN STATED, USE YOUR CREDIT CARD TO PAY THEMSELVES without YOUR AUTHORIZATION.This place is shady as hell! Had an appt. over the weekend, no one in waiting room, waited in waiting room for 45 mins with sick child. Once taken back to a room, Matt Young (assuming the provider, he didnt introduce himself or identify who he was) shows up and apologizes for the long wait, asks a few questions, suggests an X-ray, then leaves (literally 2-3 mins. of conversation) nurse comes in, takes vitals, then takes my child to get an X-ray, I was told to stay in room. I look at my watch because I dont feel comfortable with anyone just taking my child and being told to stay where I am. 11 mins. go by, I get up and start looking for the X-ray room because an X-ray doesnt take 11 mins. Look into the room, no one there, small office, I find a group of ladies in a break room and ask where my child is, they start looking. They cant find my child, they look into the X-ray room and dont see anyone either. The office is empty. They comment that it is odd.No one at the nurses station. They look again, meanwhile Im freaking out internally. Turns out my child was in the X-ray room seated behind the door. When the nurse surfaces she said my child was dizzy. I asked her, Why didnt you come get me? to which she responded oh I didnt need you. What the hell! My kid needed me. 20 mins has passed by this point since she took my child for an X-ray. Everything just feels off at this place. Go back to the room, I make note of the time on my phone to record all these incidents, provider comes back, says X-ray was fine, we were good to go.Total time at this facility from when we arrived 9:05 a.m.-10:30 a.m. Total time with provider, less than 10 mins.- 7 mins to be exact. Ive had so many experiences I know to make my own notes. Get my insurance EOB and these jackals submitted an New patient office visit claiming a +45 min. visit ($244.29) plus $43 Xray when we walked in as an urgent care patient to pay the $175 self pay fee. THERES MORE... I waited to receive the bill so I could see if indeed they were charging like my EOB stated and not their standard urgent care $175 fee plus X-ray, however THEY NEVER SENT A BILL.GETS EVEN SHADIER...Two months go by...I GET AN ALERT THAT MY CARD WAS USED...they completely made a transaction with my card information without my initiating the transaction. Never in my life have I ever been to a medical facility that withdraws money from the patients card without the patient initiating the transaction. No bill has been received to this day! They said it was mailed via USPS on June 7th. Yesterday, was June 13th when THEY USED MY CARD INFORMATION TO PAY THEMSELVES. This is wild yall! This is NOT a common practice nor is it okay - ever!BEWARE they do have you sign a document that seems familiar like the ones stating you authorize them to submit claims to your insurance, but somewhere they added you authorize them to use your card information to withdraw payment in whatever amount they decide & whenever they decide.No business will thrive with these kind of shady practices. If you want people to pay in full once services are rendered, okay, but never should a medical facility use a patients personal information to pay themselves - thats crooked. Who knows what other shady businesses the owners are running with these questionable practices.STAY AWAY!!! The medical expertise was subpar and inadequate. Had to take my child to their PCP that same week because they became even more sick. STAY AWAY!!!

I got here 10 min before close with a terrible sore throat. Front desk woman was super efficient and kind, I did not feel like a last minute bother. Nurse and doctor were quick and kind as well! Got a strep diagnosis and had rx sent quickly.

I went in today with problems hearing out of one ear. Wait was a little less than an hour with no appointment. Everyone was super kind and professional! I actually like this team better than the ones at my personal doctor’s office.

Clinic was clean. Front desk clerk was friendly and efficient. Nurse was courageous and thorough. Dr was understanding and helpful. Will definitely recommend. .

All of the staff here was incredibly nice- from front desk checking in & taking payment, to doctor’s assistant taking vitals & asking intake questions, to the doctor herself. Everyone was friendly, considerate, compassionate, and helpful. Booking an appointment online was easy & convenient, with plenty of openings available. I went in for a sick visit and only waited about 5 mins after check in before I got called. I received thorough care and did not feel rushed, but also was not left there waiting for the doctor forever. I would 10/10 recommend and will go back here anytime I need future care.

Just wanted to give a huge shoutout to Mary Kathryn and Tori who helped me and guided me along a difficult 3 months recovering my iron levels getting back to normal. They were incredibly patient with me and made me feel better even though I was incredibly stressed out with what was going on.They kept me updated along the way and Mary Kathryn helped pin point the issue with one visit. Got my bloodwork back and found out I was very low on iron which was causing a bunch of horrible side effects. Both Mary Kathryn and Tori were there to help with any questions I had along the way. Incredibly sweet staff and very happy I found you guys!

Needed help with a minor first aid issue and Urgent Care did a great job. Very prompt, friendly, courteous, and professional. I highly recommend them.

I was very happy here. I havent been to the doctor in a very long time. I was comfortable and treated very well.

The staff are all friendly and professional. The treatment I received was prompt and reassuring. My only criticism is the website for scheduling appointments has a field requesting Date of Birth that links to a pop-up calendar, making it a tedious chore to scroll to a date decades in the past!

The best treatment I’ve ever received, anywhere. The staff is very helpful, knowledgable and friendly. I love this place and feel much healthier now that I’m no longer scared to go to the doctors when I’m sick or for primary care. Also a very clean and comfortable facility. I trust them. It’s important to trust your medical professionals.

Staff was extremely courteous, efficient, & concerned. Saw me quickly, diagnosed, treated in office, as well as calling in a prescription. In & out in less than 30 mins. The way all Drs offices should be run!! Excellent team!

The nurse helped me figure out how to wrap my foot correctly… And how to put a sleeve over it so that it would not slide. I had been wrapping it previously with it sliding up on my foot, I just wish there were women doctors- The wait time was minimal, five minutes at most, which never happens at the doctor so I was very pleased about that

I walked into this office barely half an hour before they closed. Tiffany called me over as soon as she saw me (the other receptionist was helping another patient) and immediately made me feel as comfortable as possible. She gave me solid, simple guidance both financially and based on a quick look over my newly gashed and numb thumb. She got a room set up, took my vitals, and made the process efficient, easy, and calm. Abby (Abbie? sorry!) then came in and gave me more great guidance and support through administering the shot and placing the sutures. She made it clear that she was there to answer any questions I had despite my visit keeping everyone there late. Next, (I believe her name was Beth- So sorry if I got this wrong!) came in immediately to wrap my hand. Tiffany then covered a few more details with me before walking me out. Every single person I interacted with was helpful, knowledgeable, patient, quick, and so kind. I’ve never had such a great experience for a (semi) medical emergency. I’m so glad this team was there. I felt very taken care of and I highly recommend them!

Called and was told they were accepting walk-ins. Showed up and waited in line behind 2 people checking in about 6-7 minutes then the employee announced she wasn’t accepting any more patients even though we were 15 minutes from the last check in time posted on a large poster and over 45 minutes from actual closing time. Photo was taken 10 minutes after she turned us away and I had been talking to her. They were taking patients back immediately so they were not understaffed or behind in the back. No wonder covid is spreading like wildfire, no one wants to work a little extra to see patients.

The care we received at this Physicians Urgent Care was phenomenal. I am so very thankful we went here first for a situation that needed urgent care. Emily and Matt were professional, compassionate and kind. 5 stars PLUS!

Had a really great, easy experience getting a drug test for school here! My friend came along for a TB test. Both were very affordable compared with other facilities in the area.This facility is very nice and well kept. It was the warmest, most welcoming urgent care I have ever been to. It felt upscale inside, but had the best price for a 10 panel drug screen that I was able to find ($60 as of 11/2023). I love that they have both urgent care and primary care services available here! I could see that being a great benefit to many service users.All 3 woman at the front desks were incredibly personable and professional. The woman who took me back for the test was very sweet and helpful as well. The drug test was a very quick process and I did not have a long wait at all. The TB test was a little longer wait for my friend, but the staff was very communicative and even texted her when she was next in line, since we decided to walk around outside instead of waiting in the waiting room (though it’s a very nice one to wait in—super comfy chairs!)We called ahead to ask about pricing, but it is also clearly displayed on a screen at the front desk. Your wait time is displayed on another screen. These people are doing everything they can to ensure that you are well informed and taken care of. I saw signs that informed people how to contact them should there be any issues, so it sounds like they have a very professional method for any disputes, but I really can’t imagine that happening based on my personal experience! But I appreciate that they have a system in place.If I didn’t already have a PCP that I adored, I would go here in a heartbeat. Highly recommend for your urgent care or testing needs!

I went in today for a chest infection and the nurse couldnt have been nicer. She checked me out and gave me the meds I needed. I will defiantly go there again if I have another health issue.

I went to this Urgent care clinic on the 8th of March for Kidney Stone pain. I usually go to this urgent care center because its easier than the VA emergency room, and I have a history with them. Plus, the staff is always great. They prescribed me the usual narcotic and other medicines I needed to get through the pain. For some reason, the prescriptions for the painkillers did not go through, and I had to wait until Monday. I was told when I called that they would let me know when things were worked out on their end. Also, They had to push the prescription to another Doctor or PA who could prescribe it. Monday, I had to call, and I was in pretty intense pain. The Doctor or PA that took over decided to prescribe Ketorolac, which never really helps me on its own. I get a Kidney Stone once every 12-24 months, and my records are consistent; I always need something more substantial, and this was no different. So, I had to either go to the VA Emergency room to get help or go to my urologist, which is going to take even more time. I understand that there are issues with pain meds, but in this case, they are what works best when I am in this much pain. The pain is extreme at times and hard to function with. I wish whoever made this decision for me would have called me or spoken to me before deciding what I need based on their opinion.

Maddy the receptionist hung up on me after repeatedly refusing to answer my questions regarding my worsening ear infection after being treated at the Brentwood Physicians Urgent Care. In contrast, CareNow of Nolensville professionally answered my questions regarding the care they were able to provide and directed me on how to care for my ear infection even though I am not their patient. My family will now be switching to CareNow for our Urgent Care needs.

Very friendly office, from receptionist, nurse to Doctor. Definitely will return if ever need to. Highly recommended.

Staff members are courteous, cheerful, and knowledgeable; care is thorough. I trust these folks and recommend them highly.

Good for urgent needs. But the primary care unit and policies are not very accommodating for busy schedules. Its almost like theyd rather you not use it.Primary Care doesnt communicate well with anything outside of themselves either. I went for inner ear problems and was referred to an ENT clinic. The ENT was one of the few around who didnt take my insurance. I found an ENT on my own and it took over a month. So overall, while I was a primary care patient, they didnt do much to address my issues.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. Bright, cheerful facility. Helpful, kind staff! I was in terrible pain ( my back and leg) and having trouble walking. Michelle went and got me a wheelchair right away and was so kind and fun to talk with while she took down my info. Gary, my PA, was kind and professional, quickly assessed what was going on and gave me instructions on how to take care of myself over the next few days. He told me about the meds he was prescribing, sent the prescriptions to my pharmacy and sent me on my way. Thank you for taking such good care of a hurting, weeping lady today!!

Would highly recommend this facility. Went in feeling terrible and they were able to take me back immediately. Matthew, Amanda and Valerie treated me and they were absolutely wonderful. They all were very caring and knowledgeable and completey took care of all my needs. When I left I felt so much better and will definitely use them again if needed. Terrible customer service. Made an appointment early in the morning for an x-ray in the afternoon. An hour before the appointment called to say it was not available. Still needed a physical and stated it wouldn’t be an issue. 10 minutes before the appointment called to say since there is a problem with the ankle they can’t do the physical. I had been to this location several times in the past but will never go back.

I value the consistent care my children and I have received over the years at this location. From ear infections to x-rays, I’ve yet to have a bad experience. My most recent visit was no different. Jessica was amazing and stitched me up in no time! Very kind staff all around. A++

They are horrible, they just want to charge you. I went there 5 days ago and I paid a $175 New patient visit fee, and doctor wrote me a prescription and I used the medication, but the medication didn’t work, and l still not feeling good, I had to go back again to tell them I’m still not feeling good and the medication wasn’t helping. me at all. The receptionist wanted me to pay again the visit fee. That is NOT right at all and it’s unfair to pay again for the same problem that I have been there 5 days ago.

PUC is locally and privately owned and staffed by emergency room doctors - a huge benefit. These are local members of our community - not a random big box corporation. I was having breathing difficulty and bronchitis and they were able to get me in right away, and the doctor provided medications to help me get better right away. Highly recommend! This is definitely where my family and I will be going for our urgent care needs from now on.

I planned to give a 5 star review after visiting with drainage/sinus issues. The provider gave me a steroid shot with the hope that symptoms would get better and antibiotics wouldn’t be needed. She said she was calling in a prescription for me to pick up a day or two later — IF still needed. That way I wouldn’t have to return. I did feel better for a couple days, but then feel bad again so I went to get the prescription — and it was never called in! I called the center and there’s no record and the provider isn’t there today! They said I could just come back! The very purpose of her calling it in - to save the time AND money! If the provider on call doesn’t send in a script today, I will not return!! Which is a shame. The X-ray tech I saw, provider and assistant all heard the decision to send in a script!

The atmosphere is pleasant and relaxing (better than a typical doctor’s office) and the staff are all friendly, welcoming, approachable, and professional. I was in and out in no time and felt better just for having been at Physicians Urgent Care.

Very accommodating, quick in and out. I was in a lot of pain and they took great care of me. Saved me from going to ER and I was feeling better wishing a few hours. Pharmacies were closing down and they found me one that open . If I can put 10 stars I wouldThey deserve it

This was the best experience I’ve ever had in a walk in clinic.The lobby is beautiful with plenty of comfortable seating that I only spent about 2 minutes relaxing in. Needless to say, the staff is very efficient.More importantly, they didn’t make me feel rushed. The receptionist, nurse, and PA I saw were all extremely friendly and professional.

The receptionist informed me it would be 30-45 minute wait. The place was clean and well organized. The wait seemed to be shorter which was great. The nurse was very nice and communicated well during her time with me. Dr. Austin, has excellent communication skills and knowledgeable concerning my condition. I left the office pleased and well informed.I would definitely come here again.

The whole staff was friendly and you could tell they enjoyed their job! it’s unusual to go to a medical clinic / urgent care and find all staff that are all nice and friendly. the PA Ashley ( I think) was super nice and new her stuff . i will use them again and may start using a for my PCM.

The first location we stopped at had an hour wait time, but the woman at the front desk was super nice and helpful and got us on the list for another, close by location. We got there, everyone was super friendly, the facilities were very nice and clean, and the doctor was kind and empathetic. The doctor prescribed me antibiotic eye drops for my stye, which my own primary care doctor wouldnt do. We are from out of state, and this urgent care was more helpful than our doctors at home. Would highly recommend.

Great experience!!! I was able to make a same day appointment within an hour. Paperwork was minimal. The wait in the waiting room was only a few minutes and the wait in the exam room was equally short. My PA was engaging and attentive. She asked good questions and was very helpful. I feel her recommendations for care were valuable and appropriate. She made sure I had no questions or concerns that she did not address. I would highly recommend Physicians Urgent Care.

Super friendly staff, appointment was easy to make. My wait time wasnt bad at all. The nurse was so friendly and the doctor was amazing. Very informative and included me in decision making. This was my 5th visit in last 3 - 4 years and they have never let me down. Highly recommend!

Dr. Asika was one of the kindest, most honest, and caring doctors I think I have ever met. Super helpful and chill. He made me feel comfortable and would not leave until all my questions were answered. He made it probably the best doctor experience I have had outside of my PCP in GA. ESPECIALLY for an urgent care/clinic setting. John at the front desk was perfect as well. PAs were super kind and helpful. 10/10.

I took one child here for a sport physical with an appt and had to wait over an hour. Here now with second child said to check in at 10:44 came and checked in at 10:35. it’s now 11:55 still haven’t been seen. Why have a call ahead or reserve appointments if the wait is always over an hour . Back to Carenow at least never waited more than 15 minutes when I reserved a spot. This is worse than a hospital er wait. Don’t have reserve a spot and make patients wait consistently over an hour To be seen.

Incredible place. Nobody ever looks forward to going to UC but they sure make it easy. Everyone from the receptionist to the nurse and MD (in my case) was so friendly. I have had experiences in the past where I felt the provider was talking condescending towards me, but not here at all. They got me in and out in a timely manner and answered any questions I had. Really like this place and plan on making it my primary care (another benefit of this particular UC!) thanks guys!

Physicians Urgent Care is awesome. Our family is always well taken care of with the knowledgeable staff. Environment is always clean and sanitized. We recommend Physicians Urgent Care to all!

Wonderful experience they had me in and out in about 15 minutes!

Everyone at the clinic is so friendly and welcoming. I was put at ease over my concerns by how empathetic and warm the clinician was. I’m glad people like them exist for patients when a medical situation arises.

I go to this urgent care for my primary care. The staff is always so nice! Maddy who works front desk is ALWAYS happy and great help! Mary Katherine is my PA & she is wonderful, takes time with me & listens. Nelson is great, super kind & takes his time. Today I had cut my hand and was dreading going because I am a wimp & didn’t want stitches! Dr. Austin ,not sure ladt name, came in and tried his best to see if it could be glued closed . He recommended stitches so I agreed but was dreading the shots. Dr Austin was awesome! I didn’t feel any of the injections, just a little stinging from the medicine. He has a great personality and made me feel so comfortable. What a great guy! I love this Brentwood location & I will highly recommend it! Thank you!

Whoever is responsible for handling the transmission of prescriptions is horrendous. They put the wrong date of birth and phone number on my prescription and it caused such a huge headache, and when I called PUC back to tell them about the issue they claimed everything was correct on their end and it was the pharmacys fault. It wouldnt have been a big issue, but the receptionist tried to argue with me about it. Wont come back, thats for sure!

I’m glad I found this great walk-in clinic. It is super clean, conveniently located, and well appointed. From the person who signed me in, to the nurse, to the doctor, everyone there was polite and professional. Whenever I need urgent healthcare that’s where I will go from now on.PS: I just had a follow-up visit, and my impression is equally good. I noticed that the Brentwood clinic also provides primary care, so I will likely be seeing them again. It’s a great clinic with super nice providers.

I have been to Physicians Urgent Care 3 times in the last 6 months for various reasons. I called ahead and have had a great experience from front desk to examining room each time. Dr Nardin was excellent and explained everything and followed up with me the next day on my test results. Easiest and most comfortable medical office that I have ever been to.

The Brentwood location has the most friendly staff, from the front desk to the nurses and providers. Ive had to take my 15 month old twice in the last 2 weeks and have had the smoothest experience. I always leave feeling taken care of!

This morning’s visit to the Brentwood office was terrific. Reception was warm and inviting. The waiting room was comfortable and well lighted. Wait time and paperwork we’re minimal. And, of course, the doctor was thorough with a wonderful bedside manner. I hope I don’t need urgent care again soon, but if so, I know where I’m going.

Very impressed! It was easy to schedule a same day appointment time online. There was no wait and the entire staff was outstanding. Everyone was kind, friendly, professional, efficient and helpful. Highly recommend this urgent care.

Got lab work done on a whim and the wait time was not nearly as long as I expected, on top of everyone there being super welcoming and friendly. I don’t remember the nurse’s name but she had, what she called, “peacock hair” and sang jingle bells with me during my blood draw to help distract me from fainting (like I usually do during blood draws)and it worked, didn’t faint this time or even feel woozy :)

Thank you, Physician’s Urgent Care of Brentwood, for seeing me when my doctor’s office would not. I had symptoms of fever, sore throat, and earache, and I was told by the nurses at my usual place of care that I would not be allowed in the building until I was fever-free for at least 24 hours. Physician’s Urgent Care of Brentwood saw me that day without hesitation and was able to get me started on the antibiotics I needed to help me get back to feeling better and to keep my family healthy. Thank you for serving the patients you promised to care for.Not only did I receive excellent care, the facility is very nice and clean, and the couch in the waiting area is so comfy you might fall asleep while you wait. I did schedule an appointment online and waited about 20 minutes past my scheduled time, but it beat having to wait until I was fever-free. Thanks, again!

I came here I am here today for a migraine. I have been waiting quite some time. Started to feel nauseated. Called the front desk because no one was checking on me and asked for a bag in case that I threw up. Then when I had to go out of the room to ask for it. I heard somebody whisper about me calling the front desk. Well, it wasn’t my fault that they’re not paying enough attention. Whoever that staff member was you are completely rude. The other staff today have been very helpful. This is always the urgent care I go to if I have to go, but I don’t know about coming back here after that extreme rudeness.

Showed up with pneumonia, got good treatment, great staff, highly recommend!

I cannot speak highly enough about this clinic. There’s was a 2 minute wait time, extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff, and a wonderful physician, Austin Marlow. I felt comfortable, cared for, and I was in and out in 45 minutes. I hate getting my blood taken but the amazing tech sang jingle bells with me so I would feel comfortable😂 I highly recommend this place.

Im visiting from Ohio and woke up with SOME REALLY BAD BACK PAIN, I CALLED THE Urgent care and they told me to come right over. The Doctor & Nurse & the front Desk was very nice and passionate about what I had going on. The Doctor took her time with me and I was able to get some relief. I have a pinched nerve she also recommended me see the orthopedic Dr. I give this place a 20 if I could.😊

They should add to their public name: Physicians Urgent Care -NO walk-ins. This would save peoples time. I stopped in at 4:05 today and there were two people in the waiting room and they informed me they could not see me without a appointment online. Also I had stopped in on Monday, December 26th at 2 the afternoon and they were closed. There was a sign referring people to their other clinic about a mile away I go there and its packed out the door. Parking lot was full too. Not good staffing planning. Update - today after getting turned away I drove a few miles away to American Family Health Clinic and they got me right in. Their staff was much more friendly and the doctor was excellent. Update Jan. 27th: thank you for responding but I am positive of my experience when I got turned away. I was surprised because I was winching in pain and half bent over from my back injury. I looked at the clock when I was able to finally walk back out to my truck and it was 4:07. And the date and events on Monday, December 26th are positive if you want to check your activity records at that location somehow because it was the day after Christmas and I was off work and it was right around 2:00 in the afternoon. And I am positive of reading the sign on the front door referring anyone to the other clinic. You might want to check up on that location they may be for pulling a fast one on you and not following policies.

I went in on a Sunday night and there was no wait. They were super nice and friendly even though I came in 45 mins to close. I felt heard and the physician was caring and helped me with my condition. Thank you for being there!

We were traveling from out of town and needed to have our 18 month old son checked out. The facility is clean and comfortable. All the staff were friendly and the nurse and doctor were professional. We felt well taken care of and would recommend this location.

Called this past Saturday to obtain a vaccine and woman placed me on hold 4 times and then would return to the line and hang up on me. I finally caught her before she placed me on hold and she claimed she could not speak to me on the telephone because she was with a patient. I followed up with Amanda Clark, Director of Operations about this and she never returned my call.

Gary Nardin is fantastic. He is a great primary care doctor, always friendly, and has went above and beyond to fit me into his schedule even when I’ve been late for an appointment.

I was really impressed with the Brentwood location. I didn’t know what to expect, but was very pleasantly surprised. An Irish/Scottish man at the front was very kind, patient and welcoming. We were seen immediately and the nurse practitioner had a great bedside manner and was very helpful. We were in and out in under an hour, including strep and Covid tests for my son and new patient paperwork. I’ve already recommended 2 more of my son’s football team members because it was such an easy, good experience.

The healthcare professionals are very nice, caring snd professional. I always have a positive experience here without a long wait if you call ahead to reserve your time. I would highly recommend.

I went to the Brentwood location with a very red, swollen, painful elbow. I had bumped it pretty hard the day before. The PA came in and barely looked at it. I let him know that I was in a lot of pain and nothing I had taken had helped. He didn’t ask many questions and just sent me to another location for an X-Ray. The nurse assured me that I wouldn’t have to wait at the next location since I had already been seen. I waited for an hour in a lot of pain. Once I was called back I had to put my arm in painful positions to get the X-Ray. In the middle of the process (still in excruciating pain) she tells me that the battery died on the X-ray machine and that I would have to wait while the battery charged. Once it was charged (15-20 min) I had to do the whole painful process over again. I was sent home with no diagnosis, no pain relief, and no information about who or when I would hear from someone. I called the first location about an hour after my visit to the second location and asked them when I could expect to hear from someone and if there was anything they could do to help with the pain that I was in. She said, “oh, did he not send anything in for you?” . She said she would go talk to him and call and let me know. I never heard anything. I called them again five minutes before the office closed. She told me that she thought he had called me and went to check back in with him. She came back to the phone and said he hadn’t forgotten about me. He’s just been really busy and that he would give me a call later. I ended up getting a voicemail from the PA that was very unprofessional. He kept using the word “um” and acted like he had no idea what he was talking about. He told me that there was no fracture and told me just to put some ice on it and call them back on Tuesday if it wasn’t feeling better. He didn’t give me indication about what he thought was going on and he told me to take advil after I was crying in pain and told him advil hadn’t been helping . I called again the next day and left a voicemail letting them know that I was in excruciating pain and let them know that Advil wasn’t helping. I asked if they had any suggestions and if they had any idea what was going on No one bothered to call me back. I basically wasted a whole day and got no relief, no help from them, and no diagnosis. I ended up researching myself and it’s bursitis. Too bad I can’t prescribe myself some pain medication and I would be all set. A total waste of time.

After 2 urgent care visits for the same issue, they said I need a referral for a GI. So they scheduled a primary care visit. They then charged the new patient because my last 2 visits were urgent care and this was primary care. $50 isnt the end of the world, but its the policy over people stuff that is just annoying, especially for a 5 min visits that was literally just a referral.

Physicians Urgent Care is a top notch medical care facility. Always available appointments, very professional, friendly, courteous and helpful staff.The medical professionals seem to be always spot on in the diagnoses. It’s our number one go to place for health care.

Be prepared to wait. We checked in as a walk in on a Sunday morning at 10am. The posted wait time was 15-20 minutes, and we ended up leaving for another urgent care clinic after waiting for an hour and a half. Have been here before, and the care itself is good, once you get seen. Don’t know if it’s understaffed or what, but other places are much faster.

Greatest experience for a doctor’s office…..real professional, friendly, organized, and the doctors spend time with you talking about what’s going on and listening to any questions that you may have. I can’t say enough about Physicians Care in Brentwood. I’m always so impressed with them as well as being taken care of in a very timely manner. It’s such a joy to have such a great experience and really feel like they truly care for your well being, especially when you’re feeling so bad or are in pain and need their help.

I came to this location very sick. Alex and the rest of the staff were very dedicated. They were able to help me despite me coming in with an unusual health situation. I appreciate the professionalism and focus on patient wellness that I experienced. I could tell Alex and his staff truly cared.

I took my two-year-old daughter here and we were in and out within 20 minutes. Everyone was so sweet with us, and they even let her hear her own heartbeat with the stethoscope. It made her day! Great experience!

Wow. Just wow. The customer service, ease of scheduling, and cleanliness of this office are outstanding. And thats just the superficial stuff! The staff at the front desk were kind and helpful. The RN who checked vitals and heard our issue was super kind and friendly.Our PA, Jessica Shirley, was EXCELLENT!! She explained every little detail in ways we could understand and was patient, funny, and engaging in the process. She was confident in her rash diagnosis, but was quick to send out pics of said rash to her dermatology friends to see if they agreed with her diagnosis. To top off her amazing professionalism and diagnostic skills, she even called me at home later that evening to confirm that they did agree with her diagnosis. Just incredible in this post-pandemic era. Shes amazing.Why did we go here for a persistent rash in my soccer player?? We couldnt get into the ped between tournament games and a busy schedule except on a sick visit day. Yuck.We got in here with an online appointment made in the car between games and waited 3 minutes. Incredible.Thank you, PUR. And thank you, Jessica! We will totally be back!

I can’t rave about this Urgent Care enough! I went in and was seen by Dr. Jessica Shirley. She was amazing and thorough, and everyone else I interacted with that day was great as well. She went above and beyond in her care for me and took more precaution than my surgeon did when it came to my open incision. I would have primary care services here if possible. I feel confident that they know what they are doing and will treat you like a human being with all of the care and concern you deserve.

Online appointment booking was flawless. Front Desk staff were attentive, courteous and seemed genuinely caring. Nurse Amanda acknowledged my malady was an unrecognized virus and suggested Flonase to clear nasal stuffinesses. Didn’t address or suggest anything for incessant coughing.Nurse was made aware I with ongoing dire cardiac history was able to breathe through my mouth only due to nasal stuffiness and deep hacking cough. Very genuinely caring demeanor though otherwise.

Doctor was thorough and knowledgeable. Service was quick, efficient. Their 7 day schedule is so helpful; I was quite ill and couldn’t get my regular doctor to call back. Likely would have been much sicker if forced to wait until Monday. Would highly recommend them.

Went in for a tetanus shot and ended up with that + 28 stitches in my leg. I literally only felt the first numbing shot from an hour procedure with 28 stitches. 🙌🙌🙏🙏

The staff was very friendly. I saw Dr. Asika. Hes very thorough, addressed all of my questions and concerns, and made sure that I was comfortable with the treatment plan. He called me with my test results after hours and checked up on me days later. I received the best care ever from with Dr. Asika!

P.U.C. Brentwood TN:Ive been coming to Physicians Urgent Care clinic in Brentwood a few times now.Both visits with Dr. Katie were super great. But since she moved back to Kentucky.I am now currently seeing Dr. Mary who Dr. Katie recommended me to see as my next primary care doctor.New Primary Care:How I personally feel about Dr. Mary. I think shes a great primary doctor. I just dont like the fact of being talked down to like a child. To me she seems uncaring, unfriendly, unwelcoming, unkind hearted, etc. At least thats how she makes me feel as a patient.Honestly, I dont really think that Dr. Mary cares enough about me. At least not as much like Dr. Katie did when I was her patient. So I feel really hurt/upset by this emotionally and mentally.Original Primary Care:Dr. Katie was the best primary care doctor that I could ever have. Because she was always very kindhearted, caring, compassionate, understanding etc. She was much more friendlier, problem solving, thinking outside of the box etc.Note:Also I recently had some FMLA paperwork filled out by Dr. Mary. Because I needed it for work so that I wouldnt lose my job. But Dr. Mary informed me that she shouldnt really be the doctor filling out the form for me. Since its for medical purposes. That I should have an actual therapist fill out the form for me. But I didnt have a therapist at the current time. So I had no other option except to ask Dr. Mary if she could fill out my form for me. Since my job required the form. And Dr. Mary was my last option.On another note:I didnt do anything to make Dr. Mary mad or get upset with me intentionally for any reason at all whatsoever. But I feel like I have done something wrong here. I always feel like everything is my fault. When I have done nothing wrong towards anyone.I dont know if I want to continue seeing Dr. Mary as my primary care doctor. Because of her attitude towards me. And how she makes me feel as a patient.Location:I may just decide to go to another Physicians Urgent Care clinic to see a new primary care doctor.The only reason that I go to the Brentwood location. Is because its much closer to home. So now I will have to go to another location but only further away.Front Staff:The front staff at Physicians Urgent Care in Brentwood are super amazingly awesome. They are always friendly, warm welcoming and provide the best outstanding customer service to their patients when checking in/out.Physicians Assistant:Also Nelson the Physicians assistant is very friendly, polite, respectful, caring etc. You dont get too many assistants like that these days.Being Judged:Anytime that I go to a doctors office for an appointment. I dont want to feel like I am being judged based on my appearance, clothing, looks, emotional and mental health, etc. It just makes me feel like I cant really trust anyone anymore.Thats why I always have such a hard trying to find good doctors these days.I dont think anyone can say anything at the moment that would change my mind. Even an apology wouldnt make a difference.Also I like giving good reviews and not bad ones. But I had to be honest here because of a recent visit with Dr. Mary.

Scheduled my appointment on line and was taken right back when arrived. Both the nurse and doctor were very thorough and I appreciated that. Doctor explained things that I needed to follow up on with my primary care doctor.

First time I went to thedoctor but didnt feel like I was going to the doctor :) Dr. Babcockwas extremely professional and informative and I could tell he cared.Everyone I interacted with was very friendly and wonderful. The snacksand coffee in the waiting room was an added bonus that wasappreciated. The decor was also very welcoming. Nothing I can saynegative - I will definitely be returning next time I am sick.

Extremely pleasant experience! My paper work was already there from signing up on-line. The waiting room and patient facilities were spotless and comfortable. Every staff member I saw was very professional, competent & empathetic. Plus they smiled and had a sense of humor! And, of course, the medical care I received was wonderful. This is where my family will be going in the future!

I had to visit this facility after having a horrific experience with another earlier in the day that did not care for any of the symptoms I came in with. The staff I interacted with were very professional and courteous. The PA-C that saw me was attentive, reassuring, and competent. Though the cost to come here vs the previous facility was significantly higher, I left with a level of certainty regarding my temporary condition money cant buy.

I use Berry Farms for emergency visits and have always received excellent service at that office, but unfortunately they dont provide primary care services. I visited the Brentford office for a routine check up in 2019. The doctor I saw was very pleasant but left shortly after and no-one else scheduled any of the follow-ups that had been recommended.A further appointment was made for April 2022 by the doctor at Berry Farms following a visit to the clinic there. Unfortunately the Brentwood office cancelled that appointment and failed to let me know, so I made the 60 minute round trip from my home and waited around for 20 minutes before being advised I had had a wasted trip. The staff appear friendly but the systems and processes are clearly flawed.

I have had several lower back procedures with little success. Today my back pain was extremely bad. I walked into the Urgent care clinic without an appointment got a shot for immediate relief and was back home in one hour total. My wait in the clinic was 5 minutes.Everyone there was extremely nice and very helpful! I’d recommend this clinic to anyone!

The ability to make an appointment online is a great plus, just show up a few minutes early to greatly reduce wait time. The medical staff is thorough and they listen to what you want and discuss what you need from that visit. Well worth my time and money.

The Brentwood location is super. I was seen at my scheduled time, they got my wound cleaned and bandaged, and sent the Rx to my pharmacy. Everyone was pleasantly helpful and attentive. I recommend this location and the staff.

I made an online appointment and was seen 2 minutes after I walked in the door. The facility is so clean and I loved the PA Matt. Will definitely go back if I need to be treated for anything else!

I have used this urgent care multiple times and I always have felt the staff to be knowledgeable, warm and caring. Facility is immaculate and you feel Covid safe. The nurses , receptionist and physicians are great listeners and take care of any of your concerns. They have great follow up as well. I highly recomend this office and would love if any of these doctors were my primary physician. Hours are convenient as well as being able to make appt online with ease. Parking is a bit tough although, some spots are dedicated but unfortunately are usually full. If you have a health concern then go to Physician Urgent Care on Old Hickory.

Never have I been to a health care office that made me feel so cared for. I was welcomed immediately and had a phenomenal experience from the desk worker to the doctor himself. I was also seen quickly and did not have to sit in a waiting room for long. Will absolutely be going here from now on, as will my fiancée.

I have used Physicians Urgent Care in the past and had a wonderful experience! I would definitely recommend them to anyone for fast, friendly, and personable service.The reason I am writing this review is because I was turned away by the front desk from getting a Covid test, despite being exposed to a known positive case in the past 4 days and having an appointment scheduled. I was told that I would need to come back on my 5th to 7th day of post-exposure in order for the result to be accurate, which is perfectly understandable and I was happy to do so. However, I looked on the Physicians Urgent Care website, and in the FAQs section, it is recommended to wait 3-5 days after exposure. I gave the clinic a call back to make them aware of this, so that others would not be surprised coming in. The woman on the phone said that the CDC just came out with this information, and I informed her that their website said otherwise. I just wanted to post this to tell individuals that are expecting to get tested 3-5 days after exposure that they will NOT allow you to test, and in hopes that someone is able to update the website to reflect this change.

Amazing. In and out. The PA I saw (Matthew Young) was wonderful! Actually asked if I was ok with treatment plan and was very thorough. Staff was extremely friendly. Will make this my number one! Thank you so much for outstanding customer service and patient care! In these times, that is hard to find!! So appreciated!!

I got in with only a short wait. Everyone was friendly and after exam & diagnosis, I was on my way home with prescriptions sent in for me to pickup. With me feeling pretty lousy, this was a blessing for me. M.Taylor

This place was amazing . I am Covid positive and a friend told me this place did the antibody infusions . Super easy to make an appt and I was taken back right away . The infusion is easy and because I was so sick the doctor even came in and gave me a steroid shot and prescribed some cough medicine . What a bunch of caring amazing people . I had the worst experience at a Vandy clinic yesterday so this was such a delight for someone feeling so awful .

I have been to this location twice now, the first time for an injury and the second time for primary care. They are wonderful!Everyone is kind and caring. I hate going to the Dr, but I actually felt seen here. Katie Greenwell listened to me and addressed all my needs. I highly recommend them!

I am not sick often, so do not have a regular physician. With a bad sore throat, I wanted to make sure it was not strep. I have to say, this Urgent Care was the cleanest and friendliest Urgent Care I have ever been to. Nice staff from the front desk to the Nurse Practitioner I saw. I was in and out in 35 minutes total. Anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy treatment, this is the place for them..! Treated by physicians rather than nurse practitioners. They focus on your issues and fast tract the treatment. Friendly staff and great service. I visited recently thrice for myself and for my wife only to got revealed of our problems. I may not change them for sure..!!

I have been going to Physicians Urgent Care in Brentwood for a couple of years. The physicians are excellent. Likewise , the nursing staff, other medical care providers and office staff are very professional, friendly and helpful. The offices are immaculate and the waiting room is very comfortable. I highly recommend Physicians Urgent Care.

Staff was friendly, but I was 3 hours out of town and my husband just had surgery at Vanderbilt to remove a tumor from his brain. Our oldest back home called and tested positive for covid so my younger son and I had to be tested in order to come into the hospital to see my husband. At home my state Blue Cross Insurance from my job would’ve covered the copay for a 15 min rapid test, same as my son had in our home town that morning. Instead I had to pay 300 self pay dollars to get the test to which my insurance would’ve paid 100%. With all we have going on at this tome I didn’t need this out of pocket expense. But if you have a line full of people needing the test per day, I can see where 150.00 per person is a nice profit.

Very clean. Wait time was quick. Nurse was very nice. I was surprised the doctor did not request any test so we knew for sure what was going on. I also didnt receive any check out paperwork with instructions.

I’m new to the area and have been trying to find a primary physician without waiting 2 months. Katy Greenwell is the primary physician and she is terrific! She listens and explains things which made my experience relaxed and enjoyable. I highly recommend!

The staff is amazing at this urgent care. I was able to see my doctor in a very short time and I was a walk-in with no appointment!The staff were kind, efficient and my physician was so caring and helpful as I was in severe back pain.

Be aware! Although I had a good experience with the front desk personnel when I walked in with my daughter but the RN was pushy and tried to use a scare tactic to make us take cortisone shot for a minor sore throat; after prescribing antibiotic, he offered a cortisone shot and I said it is not necessary, he got upset and told my young daughter If your throat is swollen and you cant breath GO to ER!!!! I am very disappointed at his immature judgement. I am not a fan of going to the urgent care but when times come I will ask for a dr. This was my first time being there and will be my last.

Wow i cant thank these doctors enough. I was sick with lung illness back last winter right before the pandemic was declared. The doctor gave me exactly what i needed and told me they were trying to save my life. As it was a mystery illness. This clinic helped me even did blood work and x-rays. It took 33 days to fully recover, i am healthy and alive thanks to the very professional doctors and staff. This place i highly recommend these guys who are ER doctors. Great local service to our community.

Clean and professional facility and they took care of the problem! My 91year old mom has been in a LOT of pain and they addressed the possible uti and then addressed the pain. No they are not sports med Drs, but in a pinch they help get you over the hump until someone in a specialty field can take a look at you. No waiting weeks for an appointment, got us in and got her taken care of!

Normally, this place is good. Today, a bit of a mess. The doctor misread the handwritten notes that the initial person took down. She misread my sons temperature, and gave an incorrect diagnosis. Despite me telling her the temperature was 97.9, she insisted it was 99.9. She later returned and said it was her mistake. We have met our max out of pocket for the year. They tried to collect $150 with no explanation. I had to explain I didnt owe anything. They then sent the prescription to the wrong pharmacy twice, even though we were clear where it was supposed to be sent. Inefficient paper processes that caused multiple errors .Update: Here again, and it is still awful. Sitting here at 7:15 for our 6:30 reservation. I need to find a better option.

I was diagnosed with an upper respiratory infection and I was given no prescriptions or medication it got worst and my pcp the next week prescribed me meds and was so surprised I wasn’t prescribed anything at urgent care. My copay was $150 and I got nothing out of the visit. The only positive thing I can say is that I was seen quickly.

I highly recommend! Each time Ive gone there has been a remarkably short wait time to be seen. The prescriptions have all worked. This is were I will go anytime Im sick. They will have a primary care physician beginning mid March of 2020.

Went in today cause i needed stitches. The staff was amazing. They were so nice and concerned. They walked me through the steps before and while they were numbing and stitching me up.Thank you so much. You guys are amazing

This is my favorite Nashville urgent care!

Found myself in a situation where I needed urgent care and feel very fortunate to have found the Physicians Urgent Care in Brentwood. The facility could have easily passed any white glove inspection and the staff was very professional while being friendly and courteous. The doctor had the best bedside manner Ive experienced and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this office to anyone needing urgent care. This is now my familys go to place for that unexpected time of need we all experience from time to time.

Very friendly and efficient staff. Got in and out with my meds in a short amount of time. It was as good as a doctor’s appointment can be when your sick.

Fell ill unexpectedly and needed to be seen quickly. Was able to make my appointment online with no waiting. Physician was fantastic, diagnosed me, got me what I needed and I was on my way back home to bed. Wonderful modern office, didnt feel like the usual urgent care... Will use them again for sure if needed.

Physicians Urgent Care is an excellent place to go for any non urgent medical need, Covid care and testing. The staff and front desk employees are all very friendly and go over and above to make you feel comfortable. I highly recommend this place!

Highly recommend! I was seen by the APN, Michael (Barry Brown) & he was very attentive and he actually cared about my situation. I am so grateful for him and the other staff made me feel welcomed too (receptionist & the 2 other nurses) this is how all medical facilities should treat patients! Thank you!

Love the ability to schedule an appointment online. We were in and out in about 15-20 minutes for a sports physical for our most recent visit. The doctors and staff are so kind and professional. All locations are also clean and well-kept. Highly recommended!

I was a little skeptical of going to a clinic that is located out of town. I got sick while working here in Nashville and needed a physician. The staff was very kind, and the health care providers were very thorough and showed a lot of compassion. I highly recommend this urgent care clinic!

I have 5 kids so we have visited many after hours clinics. This one was extremely efficient, and staff was terrific. Doctor was personable even made my shy daughter feel at ease. Definitely will go here again if we have any other sickies!

I have had nothing but good experiences here. The staff is friendly, the waiting area is clean and comfortable, and the doctors are knowledgeable and very helpful. Both times I have visited I have been in and out in under 30 mins without any waiting, and both times I did not have an appointment. Not to mention, their hours are very convenient as most general practitioners have limited availability on weekends.

They understood me, friendly staff! Quick, I only waited 10 minutes. Took my insurance (Cigna) Doctor was great!

I have never been so ill in my entire life. I just recently moved to Nashville and I quickly just searched for a physicians office and saw this one that had great reviews. I was able to check in online, which was fantastic, and fill out all my information, as soon as I got there I only waited a few minutes and talked with the receptionist about insurance, etc. and was admitted fairly quickly. However, this is where the experience goes downhill. I was clearly very ill, and when the doctor came in he checked a few things out, ran a flu test, and then was out. Once he came back, he stated that I was negative for flu, however I had bronchitis. I was coughing up a storm, throwing up/couldnt eat, and had a fever. He prescribed me a z-pack but stated that it may or may not help you depending on if its bacterial or viral. And that was it. I left the back of the office, went straight into the lobby and in the bathroom to throw up again. He didnt seem like he cared that I got better at all. Didnt prescribe a cough medicine, or anything. It was very disappointing, and I will definitely not be back.

I was seen promptly. Everyone there was professional, courteous and very friendly. I was in and out quickly but did not feel they rushed me through my appointment. I will definitely return in the future.

Horrible. I was in severe pain from a severe sore throat I’ve never had in my life. And they said they sent the medicine to my pharmacy. Lies. Biggest liars I’ve ever met. This place needs to be shut down. They waited till after I left and then they closed and they never sent my prescription in. I was in absolute pain till the next day. I couldn’t sleep. I could hardly swallow my own spit. I have many choice words to say about them. They are messing with people. This is not right. I wish I could give zero stars.

Brought my mother here a few years back for a back issue. Super nice and friendly staff! Great and knowledgeable doctor on duty. He knew exactly what to give my mom and she was better the next day!

I cant not give this place 5 stars from check in to leaving. We are here from OK and I managed to hurt myself. They told me 45 min wait and they were right on point, they text me at 42 mins so we headed back to the office. My entire visit was 30 mins max and thats with x-rays and boot fitting and everyone was super nice.

Very friendly and thorough. Took their time to assess the issues and communicated with clarity. I also appreciated the very clean facility and them updating wait times through text notification.

I was so impressed by this location! My son came in dehydrated (which is a usual occurrence for him). Normally, we have to go to the ER because IV fluids are not give in his pediatricians office. The ER always takes at least 5 hours (to be seen, treated & released). The visit to Physicians Urgent Care took about 1-1 1/2 total time! My son was given the IV fluids and meds that the ER normally give with great care and service. Great job!

I’ve been at this location a few times and have always had a great experience! The staff/nurses and doctors are amazing and really care about their patients. The office is also really clean and pretty! Highly recommend!

Excellent care and friendly staff and Dr was great!!!

Went in to get a COVID test done, the place is very nice and quiet. But the lady at the desk just kept watching me as if I was going to rob the place. I called the day before I came and asked if they had taken at least one of my Insurance’s and was told yes. Got there to check in and the lady told me that they couldn’t take either one of my insurance cards and they are all through my jobs. I’m a nurse myself and know that a physician takes at least United Health Care, Cigna, or BCBS with the state . I even offered to pay with my credit card for the service and she told me no. So I had to drive all the way to Nashville from Brentwood to see someone else. Not very pleased with this place at all, I don’t if it was because of my skin color or she just thought o was flat out broke since I wasn’t dressed up or anything.

I’ve been here twice now and I’ve had a really good experience here. It’s always clean and efficient. I had Dr. Austin Marlow who was beyond helpful and kind to me. Staff is really really nice!

Showed up at 2:30pm and was told they were running 40 mins late. Got an appointment at 5pm - came back at 4:45pm and I’m waiting for my appointment (it’s 6:01pm) - nice place - horrible wait time. And by the way flu shots are $40 a piece. This was a disappointment. Ask before you receive a flu shot. Just spent $80 on my daughter and I. Outrageous!

They have been great with my son! He was sick once and the PA-C Matthew was amazing, we had to go in yesterday for him to be seen for a rash he developed and we saw Matthew again, he was wonderful again.

Id give this place 10 stars if I could! Came in for Covid testing... all staff members were professional, kind and friendly. Was in and out within 30 minutes. As a nurse I am very aware of how hard it is to run an efficient practice and this place has succeeded! Will come here again for sure!

I came in for neck pain on the side of my neck and shoulder area. I reported this to the person working at the desk when asked what i needed to be seen for and she went to go ask a provider a question. When she returned, i was informed that with my severe neck pain I was not going to be seen and I needed to go to the ER. I had no exam done, no history was taken, no neuro check was done, no strength test performed. If I had been examined, they would have been able to tell that my issue was muscular but again, no provider even stepped out to look at me. Very disappointed as I have always loved using this urgent care.

While the staff was friendly enough, their policies absolutely baffle me. I wanted a Covid-19 test because I was exposed and symptomatic and my options were paying 100+ for a doctors visit (and they would bill insurance for any testing done), or I could pay 125 for a Covid test but had to sign a form saying I wouldn’t bill insurance and was asymptomatic/ needed the test for travel or work, which was not true. No other urgent care I have been to has done this. If I’m exposed and symptomatic, why can’t I bill insurance? Having to pay 100+ just to confirm if I have covid is ridiculous. There is a reason this was the only place in Nashville that didn’t seem to have a wait to get tested.

I came in as a walk in patient. I was checked in quickly. We moved through each step of the process efficiently while also being allowed time to ask questions. Great staff!!!

The receptionist was amazing and sweet as can be. The PA was awful. He came in and told me there wasn’t anything they can do and I needed to leave and go to the ER. I asked him which one and he told me he didn’t care. He told me her fever was so high that soon her brain could boil. Literally his words. Horrible experience.

They took wonderful care of my son, who needed X-rays. My only criticism is that their Covid testing area was right inside the front door, in the waiting room. Those testing for Covid waited right there with other non-Covid patients. Would be nice if there was a separate area for that.

I was SO sick; 102 fever; I was at the Brentwood office at 7 a.m., sharp, when they opened.I was seen straightaway and was given the utmost care. I have no words to say how grateful I am for Dr. Andersons sensitivity, along with his nurse, all the way to turning off the lights to accommodate me. This is definitely a place I would recommend for anyone, of any age. What a blessing they were!

From Oklahoma but while in town my husband needed to see a doctor and this place was fantastic! My husband met with Barry Michael Brown, NP and he was very helpful and made sure my husband was taken care of. The waiting room was very nice and clean and staff was very friendly!

Be careful with changing Covid guidance. This place is generally pretty good but just changed the way they handle covid testing. My son could have seen a physician for a small copay, but they instead talked him in to a $125 rapid test.

We were in Nashville visiting from Florida and my husband got an ear infection. I called to see if they were open. The girl on phone was very helpful and polite. They got us in and I so quick. We might have been there for 45 minutes total. Thank you!

Was having a lot of pain in my ear and was able to be seen without an appointment. Dr Jessica Shirley was kind and attentive. Will be back in the future!

New to the area, have bronchitis pretty bad. They got me in and took great care of me. Had to bring my kiddos with me so they put us in a room with toys, books and a TV with cartoons! Will go back anytime we have an urgent situation with anyone in the family!

Let me preface this by saying that this is a clinic that has earned my trust. I came to them as a new patient because I needed to get a covid test. I needed quick test results for a flight, but it wasnt made clear that the rapid test wouldnt suffice for air travel (test must be PCR). I didnt become aware of this until after the test was over.I expressed my concern about the source of the confusion and they responded by updating their website, informing their staff, and they took the time to reach out to me to be sure everything was made right. They demonstrated that they listen to their patients and truly do have the patients best interests at heart. In the midst of the chaos brought on by the pandemic, efforts such as that are what make them stand out from other clinics.

The wait was short! There was an electronic sign in process just in case the got long. Registration was adequate but accurate. Nurse was caring and thorough as was the doctor. More importantly, I received the follow up right when he said.

I love this place. It’s super clean and everyone has been friendly. All the different phycians that I or my children have seen have listened well, been helpful and professional. The waiting area has comfy chairs, snacks and drinks. I definitely recommend this place.

Have the utmost respect and positive experiences with this clinic and their staff. They are extremely courteous and caring and quick.. Dr Todd listens too! Love that! 5 star

This is the best Urgent Care that I have ever been too. 5 star customer service, 5 star doctors, 5 star nurses, in and out in no time. etc. Very Highly Recommended!

From the receptionist to the MA to the physician- everyone was kind, helpful, and accommodating. I felt like they had known my my whole life and they all took the time to listen and help me. I will definitely be going back!
