I cannot begin to say enough wonderful things about Dr. Rodgers and her office staff. Infertility is an incredibly difficult time and the care provided by Dr. Rodgers and her wonderful staff made it so much easier. Even though you know there are multiple patients, they took the time to make you feel cared for and your infertility journey feel heard and understood. On top of the amazing empathy shown by everyone, the office was efficient, nurses were quick to respond and a plan of care was laid out and explained in detail. We are currently expecting our first baby and will 100% be back when we are ready for our next!

Dr. Allison Rodgers was very thorough and recommended appropriate treatment options. She explained all potential options clearly and guided to achieve positive outcome. Office staffs and nurses team were very helpful and quick with their communication. Overall, I had a great experience working with Dr. Rodgers and her FCI staff team. Highly recommend Dr. Rodgers to anyone looking for a new fertility specialist.

Dr. Rodgers is absolutely AMAZING! My husband and I went to her after suffering three losses and were at the lowest point in our fertility journey. Dr. Rodgers always led with compassion and made us feel so confident and comfortable throughout the entire process. She is so knowledgeable and I specifically appreciated how she would use research to back up her recommendations. We also worked with her nurse, Jen, who was equally amazing and compassionate. They make a great team and we truly felt like we were in the best hands at ALL times!

Going through Infertility is very overwhelming but I was so lucky to have had a great doctor like Dr. Rodgers and her team. Dr. Rodgers personally called me and gave me either good or bad news and always reassured me that we were not going to give up until I got pregnant. Meeting her personally the first time gave me a chance to see the type of person she was and she is just great. We felt listened to and most importantly never rushed. Dr Rodgers walked my husband and I through the process of each treatment and answered any questionswe had. Dr. Rodgers really cares about her patients and it truley shows. The staff at every office are truly amazing and sweet and very helpful. My nurse was Alyssa and she is a ROCKSTAR. She kept me updated and always followed up with me after calls with Dr. Rodgers or appointments I had. Alyssa was there to answer all my questions and was always very quick. I hope anyone that is suffering through infertility would give Dr. Rodgers a chance because her team and her will not give up on you either and will help you have a family!I am now 8 weeks and so happy!Thank you Dr. Rodgers, Alyssa and the whole amazing team!

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Dr. Rodgers and her team! We felt comfortable and welcome since the moment we arrived for our first appointment. The entire staff -- from the reception, to the lab, to the ultrasound techs, to Dr. Rodgers herself -- is welcoming, kind, patient, respectful, and informative. A fertility journey is a really complicated one, and every patient has a different story. Never were we forced into a templated plan or made to feel like we had to choose a certain path. We were always provided with as much information as possible and were given space to ask as many questions as we needed. The experience was lovely; for a medical office, it hardly felt clinical. I HIGHLY recommend working with Dr. Rodgers and her team!

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Rodgers for a little over a year, having 4 egg retrievals and a successful FET. Today was my last day being a pt of hers and I don’t recommend it. Why, Because Dr. Rodgers sets the bar for bedside manner and how patients should be taken care of. She’s exceptional!! It’s hard being a patient of hers because you know you’ll never find a doctor as smart, understanding, kind, and compassionate as Dr. Rodgers. Once you’ve had her for a procedure you’ll want her every time and you’ll be sad when you don’t get her.If you become a patient of Dr. Rodgers you’ll be so happy when what you wished for becomes a reality and then you’ll be sad when you have to tell such a wonderful person goodbye. She’s amazing! She’s worth the wait, just do it! You won’t find anyone better!

Dr. Rodgers is hands down a detail oriented doctor. She personalizes treatment and digs deep to find any underlying issues. She is extremely knowledgeable in all areas of infertility. She is no nonsense, which we liked, as we did not need information sugar coated for us. She will give it to you straight! We felt well cared for and in expert hands with Dr. Rodgers and at Fertility Centers of Illinois.

Dr. Rodgers is very compassionate and focused. She is good at what she does. I went through two IVF cycles with her and both were successful. She always patiently answered my questions and gave me the full attention I deserved during my appointments with her. For her, you are not just a patient, she will try to connect with you. She always asked me about the well-being of my daughter (whom I had with her help!) whenever I saw her during the course of the 2nd IVF cycle. I would recommend her to anyone seeking fertility treatment.

We are extremely grateful to Dr. Allison Rodgers and her staff for supporting us during this journey. Without you, we couldnt have gotten through it. I felt incredibly cared for by Dr. Rodgers because she is compassionate and kind. She was right and always had faith in me and said that I would become pregnant soon, and after 20 years of TTC, it really happened. I cant say enough wonderful things about Dr. Rodgers. She was highly recommended to me by OBGYN. Once I read her bio on FCIs website and found out that Dr. Rodgers experienced 2nd infertility just like me. I got the best chills and knew she was the right doctor for us. With that said, I couldnt have asked for a better experience and a positive coach through it all.Not only, I cant thank Dr. Rodgers enough for getting us pregnant with our second child but thank her for her wonderful care and compassion.

I started my IVF journey with Dr. Rodgers as my specialist in 2018, and since then I’ve had 3 successful transfers. I’ve been very satisfied under her care, as she is very knowledgeable, personable, respectful, and patient. Dr Rodgers was a fantastic doctor to have assisting us through this journey! She was always optimistic, always open to hearing my opinions/input and there was never a point when there was no hope. My husband and I have always dreamt of becoming parents and with over 10 years of trying we really had come to terms of it not being possible! We are so grateful our paths crossed with Dr. Rogers and her team at FCI. Dr. Rogers was literally our angel from above. There are not enough words to express the gratitude my husband and I have for Dr. Rodgers and her team at FCI.Every appointment - from first to last - was treated with respect and guidance. Every question we had was answered in a timely fashion; every step in the infertility process was discussed in depth, multiple times, when needed. We were never left in limbo or confused, all of our concerns were listened to addressed in a timely fashion.Our cycles were completed effectively and timely - with no time wasted. Tests were efficient, and results were communicated quickly.On this journey, one of the most important things you can carry is trust in your physician and team - and this was something I felt from day 1 with this team.When we are ready to pursue a sibling cycle, we will utilize Dr. Rodgers and her team, again.

Dr. Rodgers is one of a kind. When going through infertility, the most important thing is having someone who is compassionate, understanding, and shows up for you every step of the way. This is Dr. Rodgers. Not only does she show such depth of empathy, she understands the pain and reward of the process because she has experienced it herself. She is so devoted to her expertise and to her patients. I cant say enough good things about who she is as a person and practitioner!

Dr. Rodgers has helped my husband and I get pregnant twice. We have a beautiful and healthy 1 year old and now pregnant with our second. Her and her team of nurses have been very helpful and quick to answer my concerns and questions. If we have another we will be coming back to her.

Dr. Rodgers has been a godsend in our journey to start our family. Every time I had a question, she was always more than willing to share her knowledge with me and my husband. Every person that we have had encounters with have been phenomenal. From receptionist (Nora is absolutely amazing), to phlebotomists, ultrasound techs, nurses, FCI really has an amazing team. There are not enough words to describe how thankful I am to have found FCI, and more specifically Dr. Rodgers and Alyssa who was my amazing nurse. To feel confident in the healthcare team is nothing short of amazing. I cannot recommend FCI enough.

Dr. Rodgers & her team were wonderful, Infertility is a very hard journey, but the team made every step as easy as possible. It is an extremely confusing journey and the team answers all questions without making me/my husband feel small. The team truly cares about each of its patience.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Dr. Rodgers! She was relentless in trying to figure out how to get me pregnant and STAY pregnant. Throughout my fertility journey, I experienced multiple losses with both IUI and IVF. With each loss, Dr. Rodgers demonstrated steadfast compassion and empathy while simultaneously identifying possible next steps that would ultimately lead to a successful pregnancy. Her approach was always evidence-based and her sheer knowledge of current literature in the field was evident in her answers to our questions (and also in her educational social media content - follow her if youre not already). She was also incredibly thorough in my work-up as we tried to understand the underlying cause of my recurrent losses. Although minor things came up here and there on my tests, there was never a glaring answer. Despite this, she eventually helped me achieve a healthy pregnancy. Im writing this at 18 weeks pregnant and though I have a long way to go until my baby arrives, I could not be more grateful to Dr. Rodgers and her team for where I am today after everything Ive gone through. Infertility is an emotionally challenging journey and the healthcare system is far from perfect. And while you have to be your own advocate, you also need an incredible doctor and supportive team. Dr. Rodgers and her team were the perfect fit for my partner and me and we cannot thank them enough!

Dr. Rodgers was amazing throughout my whole process, she was very helpful and very positive that even when I felt defeated she in a sense did not let me. She was always there with lots of words of encouragement and positivity. I would definitely go back with her in a heartbeat

My husband and I have worked with Dr. Rodgers for over 2 years. I thought my prognosis was pretty impossible but Dr. Rodgers got us on the right protocols and always believed we would be successful even when I didnt! I highly recommend her especially if you have DOR!

I got recommended to FCI & Dr. Rodgers through my gynecologist. I have worked with her for 2 years. My major issue was a very low AMH & my age. Two big things that were against me. Dr. Rodgers always gave me her recommendations after each failed attempt but it was always my decision on what route I wanted to take or if I wanted to keep going. When we moved from IUI to IVF, she never gave up. She was realistic in my percentage of success but would modify her protocol to make sure my chance of success was better each time. Yes, she is very busy, as most fertility doctors are. But I never went with a question unanswered by her nurses (Stephanie was a god sent) or her scheduler Shantel (talked me down a few times :p). I was never left confused about next steps, there responses or calls were immediate. And I always talked to Dr. Rodgers herself after any procedure (iui, retrieval, hgc test, hysterocopy, transfer). And here on now 6 months along with twins. She really did her magic on what I thought might never happen for me, and would have never been possible without her as my Doctor.

I would highly recommend Dr. Rodgers! She was empathetic and she always answered our questions with research. Infertility can be a very hard journey. Im extremely grateful for Dr. Rodgers and her team, thank you!

I was a little scared when I called them, but when they took my case and I noticed many differences from my previous infertility treatment, I began to relax and trust them and I was right.
